Many incidents that occur in school-age children are postural errors in carrying out learning activities. One of the causes of posture errors is the use of bags that are too heavy. The weight of a bag that is more than 10% of the child's body weight can affect posture, especially the curves of the spine and is at great risk of causing scoliosis. To determine whether there is a relationship between bag weight and risk of scoliosis in children aged 9-12 years at Gonilan 02 Elementary School. Using the Cross Sectional Study method, with a sample of 110 children using the Total Sampling technique. Based on the results of research that has been conducted from the Spearman’s rho Test, the significance value of p = 0.000 is obtained, which indicates that there is a relationship between the bag load and the risk of scoliosis in children aged 9-12 years at Gonilan 02 Elementary School. The value of r = 0.418 means that the level of closeness of the relationship is moderate and the data is positive, namely the increasing value of the independent variable (bag load), the value of the dependent variable (risk of scoliosis) will also increase. Abstract. Language is a central part of human intelligence, it is important for us to understand how and when language is mastered as well as the social cognitive and neurological facts that influence language development at an early age.  Language is a symbol system that is an important means of communication, even though we cannot communicate in other ways such as gestures, postures or facial expressions, language is our most flexible method of communication.  Language allows us to describe the past and make plans for the future.  Language allows us to convey traditional ideas and values to the next generation, thus language is of the most important cultural and social importance.  Research using this method is carried out by comparing research methods, processing methods, and the results obtained from each article.  The research source comes from articles obtained via the internet in the form of research articles discussing infancy development. The research results show.  Speaking is a means of communication to be able to communicate with other people, all individuals must be able to master two different functions, the ability to grasp the meaning that other people want to communicate and the ability to communicate with other people in such a way that they can be understood.  Early social experiences play an important role in determining future social relationships and patterns of behavior toward others.  Learning to behave in a moral manner that is accepted by those around you is a long and slow process.  But the basics are laid in infancy and it is based on these basics that babies develop moral codes that guide their behavior when they grow up.

Health is a state of health, both physically, mentally, spiritually and socially, which enables everyone to live a productive life socially and economically. Public health is a condition that describes the level of health that occurs in society. Society is a group of individuals who live together, work together to obtain common interests and have an order of life, norms and customs that are adhered to in their environment. Public Health is a part of science that discusses and studies the prevention and treatment of disease in each individual. Physiotherapy as a health worker plays a very important role and must have the ability to maximize the potential for movement and function within the promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative scope. Therefore, it is proof that physiotherapy not only plays a curative and rehabilitative role but also plays a big preventive role. Nape pain or neck pain is generally not a serious condition that needs to be watched out for. This condition can heal in a few days or weeks without special treatment. However, neck pain can also occur due to certain diseases. Bending over, looking down for too long, often gritting your teeth, or reading in bed, using a cell phone for a long time can cause the neck muscles to become tense. Over time, this condition will cause Kornik's neck pain, which is a myofascial condition. Smartphones are a real manifestation of technological progress and are devices that work very complexly with access to the internet, social media and games. Excessive smartphone use can cause musculoskeletal disorders. Musculoskeletal disorders associated with smartphone use cause neck muscle fatigue caused by poor posture. Using smartphones for a long time can cause muscle tension. Apart from using smartphones, household activities can also cause neck pain such as ironing and washing. Providing exercise therapy in the form of Free Active Movement can reduce complaints of neck pain.
