Laju pertumbuhan penduduk dan pembangunan yang pesat di suatu daerah dapat mengakibatkan perubahan fungsi penggunaan lahan, seperti perubahan lahan persawahan, kebun, lahan kosong bahkan rawa talah menjadi area permukiman dan perindustrian. Dampak dari perubahan penggunaan lahan tersebut adalah menurunnya daerah resapan, kerusakan pada jalan, banjir dan meningkatkan limpasan permukaan (Run Off). Perumahan Green Nirwana Residence Desa Timbang Kecamatan Ciganda Mekar Kabupaten Kuningan Provinsi Jawa Barat yang mempunyai luas lahan 30.767 m2. Di Kabupaten Kuningan hujan rata-rata sebesar 18,561 mm/per bulan. Perumahan ini berdiri sebanyak 211 buah rumah dan 1 buah Masjid yang dulunya adalah persawahan yang kemudian beralih fungsi menjadi perumahan. Limpasan permukaan yang terjadi sebesar 54,450 m3/detik, terjadi akibat dari penambahan atap rumah yang tidak menggunakan talang air, kondisi tanah yang tidak mampu lagi menyerap air hujan mengakibatkan kerusakan jalan dan genangan air pada jalan. Dengan limpasan permukaan yang cukup besar ini maka metode yang mudah untuk mengurangi limpasan permukaan tersebut dengan cara Pemanenan Air Hujan (PAH), yaitu air hujan yang jatuh pada luasan atap bangunan yang kemudian ditampung dengan tandon air. Air hujan yang dapat dipanen dengan luasan atap bangunan keseluruhan sebesar 11083 m2 dengan air hujan yang dapat dipanen sebesar 37,131 m3/detik. Dari hasil perhitungan limpasan permukaan yang terjadi sebesar 54,450 m3/detik dengan efisiensi yang di dapat dari Pemanenan Air Hujan (PAH) sebesar 37,131 m3/detik atau sebesar 68,193% dan volume air yang masih mengalir ke permukaan tanah sebesar 17,319 m3/detik atau sebesar 31,807%. Pemanenan Air Hujan (PAH) yang dapat dipanen dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai air bersih untuk rumah tangga dengan volume pemakaian air 80 liter/hari dan air wudu untuk masjid dengan  volume pemakaian air sebesar 300 liter/hari semuanya terpenuhi dengan durasi hujan 1500 detik/hari atau 25 menit.

In this research, the building of housing in Sukasari Village will be very strategic considering that this area is starting to develop an industrial area. To meet residential needs, the developer built 16 housing units on 1900 m2 of land at that location. The feasibility obtained from the 16 unit Housing Development Project was carried out in the form of an analysis to determine investment and financial feasibility based on the Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return, Return on Investment, Return on Equity, Break Even Point and Payback Period. The profit obtained is with an NPV value of Rp. 1,284,651,362 (NPV > 0), BCR = 1.18 (BCR > 1), BEP in position 9 housing units sold, PP in the 10th month, IRR value = 118%, ROI and ROE have a level and ratio of 52%, moderate conditions make a profit with an NPV value of Rp. 85,000,830 (NPV > 0), BCR = 1.02 (BCR > 1), BEP in the position of 9 units sold, PP for 6 years, IRR value of 102%, ROI and ROE have a ratio of 6%. Meanwhile, in pessimistic conditions suffered a loss with an NPV value of Rp. 1,077,912,437, BCR 0.64 < 1, BEP does not have a break-even point, and the break-even time or PP occurs in the 13th year which can be interpreted as not breaking even, and the IRR value is 99%, ROI and ROE have a ratio level of 0.40%. It was concluded that the 16-unit housing development project could be profitable and feasible to implement, optimistic conditions with the construction process being completed and the housing units being sold in full in the 12th month.

Hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan di laboratorium menunjukkan di perumahan kampung tengah terdapat 2 kucing yang terinfeksi parasit Toxoplasma gondii dan di perumahan citramas tdk ditemukan kucing yang terinfeksi parasit ini. Terinfeksinya kucing di kampung tengah kemungkinan diakibatkan oleh lingkungan yang kotor dan makanan (daging dan Ikan) dikonsumsi oleh kucing tersebut masi setangah matang. Pada penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi edukasi bagi masyarakat agar dapat memperhatikan lingkungan dan makanan yang di konsumsi oleh kucing tersebut.

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi dan tingkat efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah pada Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Sikka yang beralamat di Jl. Gajah Mada, Kecamatan Alok, Kabupaten Sikka, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Analisis  dilakukan dengan menghitung tingkat efisiensi dan tingkat efektivitas keuangan daerah. Data yang digunakan yaitu Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah pada Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Sikka Periode 2018-2022.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah tahun anggaran 2018-2022. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah periode 2018-2022.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan daerah pada Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Sikka tahun 2018-2022 tergolong cukup efisien dengan rata-rata sebesar 82,15% ini menunjukan bahwa sistem pengelolaan keuangan daerah dalam anggaran belanja langsung belum mendekati target yang optimal. Sedangkan tingkat efektivitas Pengelolaan keuangan daerah pada Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Sikka tahun 2018-2022 tergolong efektif dengan rata-rata sebesar 92,26% hal ini menunjukan bahwa tercapainya program dengan target yang sudah ditetapkan.

Poverty is a phenomenon that is discussed almost throughout the country and is a situation where there is an inability to meet basic needs such as clothing, food, shelter, as well as education and health. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance policy as one of the poverty alleviation programs in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The results showed that the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program for Low-Income Communities designed by the government in the hope of reducing poverty and overcoming housing backlogs, but the BSPS Program for MBR carried out in Indonesia was only able to overcome poverty but was unable to overcome housing backlogs.

This research was conducted at a company operating in the property sector, called PT. Anugrah Reveno Lestari Abadi which is usually abbreviated as PT. ARLA. This research aims to find out how the sales accounting information system is implemented and how the sales accounting information system is implemented in improving internal control at PT. ARLA Medan City. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from documentation. This research uses data collection techniques by interviewing several employees at PT. ARLA. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the sales accounting information system at PT. ARLA has been running quite well. However, there are several weaknesses, such as still using an accounting system that is not yet computerized properly and there are also still duties between related information functions that are not in accordance with the elements of internal control so that the company's internal control has not been able to improve.

The Bunda Jombang Housing development project is a project that has a land area of ​​31,401 hectares, where this housing development project was previously located on a former quarry land (Andim Rendy S, 2022), therefore it is necessary to carry out land work (land clearing) to restore the existing land structure. damaged as a result of previous mining activities. Research using the Precedence Diagram Method has the aim of analyzing implementation time and being able to determine effective scheduling for continuous work in housing development projects. Method: Community service is done out by monitoring blood sugar levels using an autochek. The blood sugar levels of 11 participant were examined. The average blood sugar level of Griya Putri Ayu Housing Block T1 occupants is 108.4 mg/dl, with 1 person having diabetes mellitus because blood glucose levels surpass the normal limit of 250 mg/dLDiscussion: Following screening, residents are found to be better educated about blood glucose levels. It is believed that by doing so, Griya Putri Ayu Housing Block T1, Alang-alang Lebar District, Palembang City residents would become more conscious of the need of leading a healthier lifestyle.  

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Workload and Competence on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office of the Residential and Environmental Areas of Ciamis Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 165 employees and a sample of 55 employees.The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling (Departmental Sampling). Test data in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that Workload and Competence simultaneously have a significant effect on Office Work Performance Public Housing Residential and Environmental Areas of Ciamis Regency. Workload partially has a significant effect on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office for Residential Areas and the Environment in Ciamis Regency. Competence partially has a significant effect on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office for Settlement Areas and the Environment in Ciamis Regency.

Land work (land clearing) in the Bunda Asri housing development project was carried out to meet the contours of the land so as to reach the planned contours, according to housing project data the volume of excavation work (cut) was 374,758.15 m³ and heap (fill) was 323,320.39 m³. The volume of excavation (cut) and embankment (fill) is divided into five sections of the earthwork area with a duration of work completion of 90 calendar days. Time constraints are the reason for project or work activities to be right on plan. Scheduling in this study uses the precedence diagram method (PDM) and is assisted by Microsoft Project software. A network that has definite dependencies and can be used in projects with overlapping activities between one another's work is called PDM. The results of the research analysis used the PDM method for the construction of Bunda Asri housing, namely 81 calendar days. which is faster than the estimate of the housing developer which lasted 90 calendar days. This happened because the grouping of work with a work breakdown structure and predecessors reduced the duration time and did not precede each other among other works.

Sedangkan desain dan kualitas produk, telah berkembang dengan berbagai macam motif dengan kualitas yang bagus, namun hasil penjualan fluktuatif padahal seharusnya jika semua indikator produk tersebut telah diterapkan dapat mendorong minat konsumen untuk membeli produk sehingga menaikkan hasil penjualan. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, desain produk dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distro Kedai Oblong Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif deskriptif sampel yang diambil sebanyak 61 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non probability yakni teknik sampel aksidental yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, siapa saja yang secara kebetulan atau insidental bertemu dengan peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa digital marketing dan desain produk tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian.  

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur yang berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kota Surakarta. The 4D design method goes through stages, the Define Stage, the Design Stage, the Develop Stage, and the Dissemination Stage. The process uses 5w + 1h data analysis namely, what, who, where, when, why, and how. The results of the website design produce media, namely the Mobile Website as a medium that can solve the problems encountered, order property online, detail the property, check property availability, and check property online. In addition, the final supporting media works were designed: Name Cards, Manual Books, T-Shirt Shirts, X Banners, Posters, Social Media, Lanyards, and Snelhecter Folders.

The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the results of research that incentives tend to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the incentives affect the work motivation of employees of the freelance daily workers of the Public Housing, Residential Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. The highest average score obtained from the research results is found in the supporting indicators. Meanwhile, the lowest average value is found in work performance indicators. The quality of communication tends to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the quality of communication has an effect on the work motivation of the employees of the freelance workers of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if the quality of communication increases, employee motivation also increases. As for the acquisition of the highest average score from the results of the study found on the communicant indicator. Meanwhile, the lowest value is found in the media indicator. Incentives and quality of communication tend to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the incentives and quality of communication have an effect on the motivation of employees of the freelance daily workers of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency.

The purpose of this community service activity is to train and guide the skills of students of West Rengat 1 Vocational School in an effort to increase competence in knowledge, skills and processing of measurement data using a waterpass measuring instrument in soil surveying subjects, because one of the competencies that must be possessed SMK students, especially those majoring in construction and housing engineering, are studying land surveying using a waterpass tool. The methods used in this training activity include presentation, demonstration, practice and evaluation. The results of the evaluation of this activity were obtained from the assignments given to each student. The instructor checks the calculated measurement results. From the initial observation to the final evaluation process, it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of the students. Initially the participants did not have the ability to do surveying using a waterpass, but after the training was given the participants were able to apply the program. The evaluation results showed that as many as 67% of the participants were able to carry out the measurement assignments that had been given.

The results of this study are two types of roads, namely village roads and local roads. On rural roads, the thickness of the rigid pavement layer is 165 mm, the specification for the width of the plate is 2x3.5 m, the length of the plate is 4 m, and the tie rods use D13 threaded reinforcement (0.13 cm), 57.3 cm long, 0.75 cm spacing without using dowel spokes. Whereas for local roads, the thickness of the rigid pavement layer is 170 mm, the specifications for the width of the plate are 2x5 m, the length of the plate is 4 m, and the reinforcement thread D13 (0.13 cm) is used as tie rods, the length is 70 cm and the spacing is 0.75 cm using dowel spokes.

Cyperaceae is a family of liliopsida plants. Plants belonging to the cyperaaceae are a puzzle. This study aims to determine the diversity and morphological characteristics of the Cyperaceae family in the Rajasanagara Cibiru Residential Area, Bandung. The research was carried out by direct observation, then the results of these observations were described. Cyperus species were found with the species cyperus alternifolius and cyperus kyllingia. The two species have similarities and differences respectively.

The results of the evaluation of this activity were obtained from the assignments given to each student. The instructor checks the images that have been made by all participants including the size and shape of the images. From the initial observation to the final evaluation process, it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of the students, who initially did not have the ability to draw using AutoCAD, but after the training was given the participants were able to apply the program.
