Cakwe Cigombong, a micro business located on Jalan Cibogo, Kelapa Dua District, Tangerang Regency, Banten, faces challenges in improving its branding to attract a wider consumer base. An effective branding strategy is very important to support the growth and competitiveness of these MSMEs. This community service activity aims to design and implement branding improvements that are tailored to business needs and conditions. The interventions carried out include the creation and installation of promotional banners, the development of more attractive menu designs, and the integration of the QRIS digital payment system to facilitate transactions. The results show that these efforts increase the attractiveness of the product among consumers. By adopting this branding strategy, Cakwe Cigombong is in a better position to compete and grow in the local market.

Technological advancements have had a significant impact on facilitating financial transactions, one of which is through the use of digital payment systems. ShopeePay, as one of the e-wallets that has rapidly grown in Indonesia, offers convenience in making cashless transactions. Although ShopeePay is becoming increasingly popular, several factors still influence the behavior of its use, particularly among Generation Z. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect ShopeePay usage behavior among Generation Z students at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta using the UTAUT model. The sampling method used is convenience sampling. This quantitative research uses primary data collected through an online questionnaire via a Google Form link. A total of 275 respondents are involved in the study. Data analysis is conducted using the Smart PLS application. The results of the study indicate that performance expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have affect use behavior, while effort expectancy does not have use behavior. This study emphasizes the importance of performance, social, and infrastructure support aspects in enhancing the acceptance of ShopeePay as a digital payment technology.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat keamanan, fleksibilitas, kepuasan pengguna, citra sosial, dan kenyamanan pengguna terhadap manfaat bank digital dalam sistem pembayaran di Kota Surakarta. Studi kasus dilakukan di Kota Surakarta dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan akan diolah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi SPSS versi 25. Fokus utama pada penelitian ini yaitu memahami bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut dapat mempengaruhi pengalaman pengguna dalam menggunakan bank digital sebagai media transaksi pembayaran.

An effective school payment system will trigger the performance of the agency to be better than before. Web-Based School Administration Payment System Application at SMPI Nurush Shodiqin, In the world of education, an efficient and integrated administration system is very important to maintain the smooth running of academic and management processes, including data management of students, teachers, and school management. Nurush Shodiqin Islamic Junior High School (SMPI), as one of the educational institutions in the region, experiences problems in administrative management. The administration system used is still manual, especially in terms of recording student data, recapitulating grades, and paying tuition fees. This causes various problems such as data input errors, loss of important records, and delays in delivering information to related parties. . Therefore, the implementation of a Web-based Administration System at SMPI Nurush Shodiqin is a relevant solution. This system is expected to be able to overcome existing problems and improve the quality of school administration services. With a web-based system, it is expected that the administration process can be carried out more quickly, accurately, and transparently.

Proses transaksi jual beli tanah sering dilakukan dengan cara mengangsur, maka dibuatlah suatu terobosan dengan dibuatnya akta perjanjian pengikatan jual beli (PPJB) sebagai perjanjian pendahuluan. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya sering terjadi Wanprestasi yang dilakukan oleh pembeli. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan dalam bentuk pertanyaan penelitian yaitu: 1. Bagaimana kepastian hukum dari Akta Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli (PPJB) yang dibuat dihadapan Notaris?. 2. Bagaimana pertimbangan hukum majelis hakim dalam memutuskan perkara wanprestasi pada Putusan Mahkamah Agung RI Nomor: 1650 K/Pdt/2015? 3. Bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi penjual dalam perkara wanprestasi pada Putusan Mahkamah Agung RI Nomor: 1650 K/Pdt/2015?. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif atau disebut juga penelitian hukum kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian: 1. Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli yang dibuat dihadapan Notaris merupakan akta otentik sehingga memiliki kekuatan pembuktian yang sempurna dan tidak perlu dipermasalahkan lagi sehingga terjamin kepastian hukumnya, hal ini sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 15 ayat (1) UUJN dan Pasal 38 UUJN. 2. Berdasarkan pertimbangan hukum majelis hakim Mahkamah Agung RI Nomor: 1650 K/Pdt/2015, dalam pertimbangan hukumnya menyebutkan bahwa perkara sengketa Akta Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli yang mengandung unsur wanprestasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak pembeli (HENDRA PANGESTU). 3. Perlindungan hukum bagi penjual setelah pembeli dinyatakan wanprestasi pada akta pengikatan jual beli yaitu mengacu pada putusan Mahkamah Agung RIyaitu dibatalkannya Akta Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli tersebut, maka Penggugat secara hukum memiliki hak atas objek sengketa tersebut dan uang pembayaran tahap I (pertama) dan tahap II (kedua) menjadi milik pihak penjual selaku Penggugat dan tidak dapat diminta kembali.

Putusan pailit dianggap sebagai solusi terbaik bagi para debitor khususnya bagi pengembang dalam melunasi hutang-hutangnya, akan tetapi dapat dikatakan upaya tersebut merugikan para pembeli satuan rumah susun atau apartemen yang telah membayar lunas sebelum pembangunan selesai dengan hanya diikat dengan ppjb sebagai bentuk kesepakatan jual beli antara pengembang dengan pembeli tanpa adanya proses levering. Hal tersebut tentu menimbulkan ketidak pastian hukum terkait dengan kepemilikan unit rumah susun yang telah dibeli. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui akibat hukum kepailitan bagi pengembang terhadap pembeli (konsumen) satuan rumah perumahan. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode yuridis normatif yaitu menelaah teori dan konsep hukum serta peraturannperundang-undangan yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa uu kepailitan dan pkpu, uupk, serta kuhperdata belum mengatur secara detail terkait perlindungan hukum bagi pembeli satuan rumah perumahan yang pengembangnya dinyatakan pailit. Oleh karena itu, akibat hukum dari adanya permasalahn tersebut yaitu pembeli dapat mengupayakan serta menuntut ganti rugi pelunasan piutang kepada pengembang atas dasar gugatan wanprestasi, dan terkait pelunasan piutang dapat berupa pembayaran tunai atau angsur atau tetap dengan proses pembangunan unit apabila dalam pelunasan kreditor terdapat sisa dana dalam melanjutkan proyeknya.

Bisnis franchise berkembang sangat pesat beberapa tahun terakhir ini membuka peluang bagi masyarakat untuk memajukan perekonomian di Indonesia, peluang tersebut membutuhkan proses, pengaturan dan pembatasan. Bisnis franchise mulai merambah di Indonesia, antara lain bidang perdagangan dan jasa seperti pendidikan, perhotelan dan kesehatan, akan tetapi yang paling banyak diminati terutama bisnis kuliner. Perkembangan bisnis franchise yang banyak diminati oleh para pebisnis di Indonesia adalah brand franchise dari luar negeri, karena brand luar negeri telah dikenal, lebih menjanjikan dari segi bisnis dan lebih memberikan kepastian hukum bagi franchisor maupun franchisee. Salah satu yang sangat penting dalam bisnis franchise adalah perjanjian antara kedua belah pihak yaitu franchisor sebagai pemilik brand dan franchisee sebagai pelaksana dalam perjanjian franchise tersebut. Kedua belah pihak masing-masing mempunyai hak dan kewajiban dalam menjalankan bisnis franchise sehingga terjadi keseimbangan yang tentunya akan menghasilkan bisnis yang luar biasa. Franchisor sebagai pemilik brand atau merek yang sudah mumpuni di bidangnya dan teruji dalam menjalankan bisnisnya memberikan lisensi kepada franchisee untuk menggunakan merek barang atau jasa dalam jangka waktu tertentu dan pembayaran sejumlah uang yang disebut royalty kepada franchisor, dan franchisee berhak untuk mendapatkan standard pengoperasian bisnis yang akan diajarkan oleh franchisor dan memperoleh bimbingan secara terus menerus agar bisnis dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Raudhatul Athfal Nurul Hidayah is a kindergarten located in Rawa Panjang, Bojong Gede, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. The use of technology in education is increasing, especially in terms of school administration such as tuition payments and new student registration. The online tuition payment and registration system is designed to facilitate the administration process for schools and parents of students. With this system, parents can make tuition payments and student registration online through an application or website, without having to come directly to the school. This study aims to develop and implement an efficient and user-friendly online tuition payment and registration system.The methods used include system design, collecting user needs data, and system testing. The results of the study show that this system can reduce the time and costs required in the payment and registration process, as well as increase data transparency and accuracy. This system also makes it easier for schools to manage financial data and student registration. Thus, the online tuition payment and registration system can be a practical solution in supporting the digitalization of school administration

The manual payment system for Education Development Contributions (SPP) and student savings at SMP Putra Bangsa faces various obstacles, such as recording errors, loss of proof of payment, and difficulty tracking transaction history. This study aims to develop a web-based information system to overcome these problems. The research method involves needs analysis, system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), and web-based implementation. The results show that the designed system can simplify the transaction process, improve recording accuracy, and provide transparent access for students, homeroom teachers, and administration. This system is also able to produce real-time financial reports to support management decision making.

This study examines the debt restructuring process of PT Adhi Persada Properti through a Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) proceeding. By employing a normative legal research method with a descriptive approach, this study analyzes the legal framework governing PKPU and its application in the case of PT Adhi Persada Properti. The findings reveal that the company's delay in submitting a peace plan and the lack of a clear restructuring strategy have raised concerns about the fairness of the process for creditors. The study highlights the importance of timely compliance with legal requirements in PKPU proceedings and the need for a balanced approach that protects the interests of both debtors and creditors.

Digitalization in the payment system has brought significant changes in people's behavior, including among generation Z (Gen-Z). One of the most prominent innovations is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which offers convenience, speed, and accessibility in transactions. This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing QRIS payments on the financial planning culture of Gen-Z, known as the digital native generation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on a number of respondents from Gen-Z. The results of the study show that the use of QRIS has positive and negative impacts on their financial planning habits. On the one hand, QRIS makes it easier to manage daily financial transactions, such as automatic recording and easy cashless payments. On the other hand, this convenience also has the potential to increase consumptive behavior due to too fast access and minimal direct control over spending. This study highlights the importance of financial education to increase Gen-Z's awareness in using technology wisely to support better financial planning.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk layanan transportasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang memungkinkan proses pemesanan kendaraan dilakukan secara terintegrasi antara admin, penumpang, dan pengemudi. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan dalam manajemen transportasi. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan analisis kebutuhan pengguna melalui wawancara dan survei, desain sistem menggunakan metode prototyping, serta implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework Laravel. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan tiga modul utama: (1) modul admin untuk mengelola data pengguna, kendaraan, dan jadwal, (2) modul penumpang untuk melakukan pemesanan kendaraan, dan (3) modul pengemudi untuk menerima dan memproses order. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box testing untuk memastikan setiap fungsi berjalan sesuai spesifikasi, serta evaluasi kepuasan pengguna untuk mengukur efektivitas dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemesanan kendaraan dan memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam manajemen layanan transportasi dan mendukung transformasi digital di industri ini. Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, seperti integrasi dengan teknologi geolokasi dan pembayaran digital.

This paper explains the payment process for mooring and pilotage of PT. Pelayaran Nusabhakti Tatasegara Batam. The method used in this observation is field research. The author of the paper with library research activities where the author gets material or paper materials from books in the library or other reading sources related to the subject matter taken from PT. Pelayaran Nusabhakti Tatasegara is one of the companies engaged in the agency sector. PT. Pelayaran Nusabhakti Tatasegara Batam serves many types of ships ranging from tugboats-barges to LCT (Landing Craft Tank) cargo ships at Batam port. In its payment system using the BSIMS system after the PUK (General Statement of the ship) is issued at Bsim, it can be continued by carrying out the Fund hold process until it is paid off. The purpose of this paper research is to find out how the Payment Process for Mooring and Pilotage in the BSIMS Special Batam system by PT. Pelayaran Nusabhakti Tatasegara Batam. The process starts from registration to Paid Off. The conclusion of this paper is the payment process for Anchorage and Pilotage on the Special BSIMS System for Batam by PT. Pelayaran Nusabhakti Tatasegara Batam runs smoothly and in accordance with existing procedures, but there are still various obstacles experienced including network disruptions in the system which cause difficulties in inputting data into the system, double holds occur in the officer system, PUK does not come out because the PUK activity at the previous port has not been closed, which causes the PUK not to come out.

Policy implementation is the process of running, implementing and pursuing policy decisions and their alternatives that have been decided in the hope of obtaining a result that is in accordance with the goals or objectives of a policy. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the online payment and payment system policy for hotel and restaurant taxes in increasing the original income of the North Central Timor Regency. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study show that. The communication indicators carried out by the Regional Revenue Agency have been carried out in two stages directly and accepted by restaurant taxpayers while for hotels it has not been implemented, so it can be said that this policy has not been fully implemented. Then the indicators of resources in the Regional Revenue Agency are still very lacking, so it needs to be added again so that in carrying out the policy the tax online system is not gradual and can run optimally to help increase local revenue. The following are the indicators of disposition that exist in the Regional Revenue Agency has a good attitude and responsibility towards the policies they have implemented so far. And the last is the indicator of the bureaucratic structure that exists at the Regional Revenue Agency so far has carried out a good cooperative relationship between employees and related agencies in implementing the tax online system policy.

In the PKPU process, problems often occur, especially when the debtor defaults, which can trigger disputes between creditors, especially concurrent creditors who receive the last payment. Therefore, there is a mechanism for other lawsuits as a legal tool to protect the rights of concurrent creditors. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the legal protection for concurrent creditors through the mechanism for other lawsuits in the context of debt payment suspension and bankruptcy, based on Law Number 37 of 2004. This study uses a normative legal method with a statutory and case approach to analyze relevant legal provisions and practices in the field. The results of the study indicate that although Law Number 37 of 2004 provides a clear legal framework for the protection of concurrent creditor rights, there are still challenges in its implementation. Obstacles such as inconsistent law enforcement and lack of debtor awareness of creditor rights affect the effectiveness of such protection. Therefore, it is important for creditors to understand and utilize existing legal mechanisms to protect their interests during the bankruptcy process.

The existence of online customer ratings, and COD payment services are expected to be able to influence purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Online customer ratings on purchasing decisions, the influence of the COD Payment Method on purchasing decisions, on the Tokopedia application. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sampling technique using purposive sampling by taking respondent data according to the specified criteria, namely having used the Tokopedia application, the research sampling method using the questionnaire data collection method, using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing with IBM SPSS version 25.0. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant partial influence of online customer ratings (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y), namely 6,000> 1,985 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. The COD payment method (X2) partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) on the Tokopedia application, namely 3.803> ttable 1.985 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. And simultaneous testing also has an influence between Online customer rating and COD payment method on purchasing decisions, namely the F count value of 36.453> F table 3.09 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, meaning that the independent variables of online customer rating and COD payment method simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable of Purchasing Decisions.

This research analyzes the performance of the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) in supporting student tuition payments at STMIK Widuri using the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). SIAKAD aims to streamline academic administration and enable online payments. However, issues such as system access delays, especially near payment deadlines, still occur, negatively impacting students' academic services and resulting in administrative penalties. The study employed data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The PIECES framework was applied to evaluate six key indicators: performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service. The findings reveal that all indicators achieved an average score above 3.80, indicating a "good" system performance. Nonetheless, further improvements are necessary, particularly in terms of access speed and data security, to minimize user difficulties. The study concludes that optimizing the SIAKAD system is crucial for achieving effective and efficient payment processes. Recommendations include enhancing service quality, improving information accuracy, and strengthening data security. This optimization is expected to increase user satisfaction and support the institution's financial management stability.

This research aims to find out how the accounting information system for receipt of parking member payment bills using a virtual account which is carried out at PT Securindo Packtama Indonesia Area Rukan PIK is running well or not and what the internal controls are at the company. The research method used is the qualitative analysis method. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are based on analysis of the accounting information system and internal control system, where the system used by the company is good because it has helped record receipts for parking member payment bills quite efficiently in terms of time, while the company's internal control system is also quite good, although still duplicate tasks were found in certain sections.

PBB has a very significant role in community compliance and awareness in paying PBB in various regions is still said to be low. This is usually caused by several factors such as a lack of socialization, minimal transparency in the use of PBB funds, and low public awareness of the use of PBB payments, which is the main cause of low taxpayer compliance. The aim of this research is to identify strategies to be implemented to increase public awareness and compliance in paying PBB. This research uses a qualitative approach using observation and documentation methods. This research shows that the results show that by having regular outreach campaigns or outreach, utilizing information technology in the payment process, as well as developing a compensation and public quality improvement system funded by PPB, it will be an effective step to increase public compliance in paying taxes. Apart from that, involving several community leaders and non-governmental organizations in tax awareness outreach or education is also able to strengthen community responsibility and participation in regional development. By implementing existing strategies, it is hoped that we will be able to overcome problems such as low awareness and low community compliance in PBB payments, which will then be able to support the sustainability of the ability to achieve goals in implementing regional development programs
