This study aims to identify and analyze the causes and legal consequences of falsifying a health certificate or a Rapid Test Covid-19 letter. This research is included in descriptive empirical research with data collection carried out through document studies and interviews, and is supported by primary legal materials in the form of applicable regulations and related to forgery of rapid test letters, secondary materials of law books and also legal journals related to forgery of letters rapid test. The data collected through research was analyzed qualitatively by arranging existing sentences so that they were easy to understand. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause rapid test letter falsification are economic factors, time factors, factors of someone who wants to pass to travel outside the region, factors of intention and opportunity. The application of sanctions for perpetrators of crimes in the form of document forgery is generally regulated in the Criminal Code in Article 263 paragraph (1), so that criminal sanctions for perpetrators of forgery of rapid test letters are punishable by a maximum penalty of 6 (six) years in prison.

In construction procurement in Indonesia there are still deviations in the tender process. The deviation is caused by an opportunity during the construction bidding process.  The service providers are mutually looking for opportunities to seek personal or group benefits or from the working group that makes these deviations. This causes state losses due to deviations in the construction bidding process. This research was conducted by collecting data from institutions that have the authority to decide whether or not deviations occur in the auction process. The institution authorized to decide whether or not a deviation occurs is the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition of the Republic of Indonesia (KPPU RI). This study uses a questionnaire to find out how much the causes and impacts on state losses are caused by deviations in the auction process and uses the Probability and Impact Matrix method to determine the level of implication values of the causes and impacts of deviations in each case using a case base analysis approach. The results obtained based on the decision are as many as 12 types of deviation based on the case decision. The impact of deviations that occur in construction procurement is material and immaterial losses. The causes of deviation in construction procurement are caused by four factors, namely the factor of wanting to obtain personal or group benefits, opportunities, pressure and business climate. The most contributing factor to the occurrence of deviation is the combined conspiracy and vertical conspiracy resulting in a value of 11.38%.

Spinach leaf plants can be used as products that are processed in an innovative way, but the processed plant products are still not varied. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of Group 34 members to manage spinach plants to become Crispy Spinach. Partners in this community service activity are members of KWT Aren Asri RT 02 RW 06 Plosokerep Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City. In this community service the method used is by conducting surveys, product manufacturing practices, and explaining material regarding packaging and products through counseling. Members of KWT Aren Asri RT 02 RW 06 Plosokerep Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City seemed very enthusiastic about the material on how to manage spinach plants into Crispy Spinach products. In addition, KWT Aren Asri members are also very interested in practicing their own ways of making processed innovations from spinach. This community service activity produces Crispy Spinach processed products from spinach plants.  

Streetwear is street clothing that is used every day and can be combined with various clothes that create a relaxed yet attractive effect. Batik, the fabric that is characteristic of Indonesia, is also widely combined with various models of clothing. Origami combination that would be applied to the fabric aimed to create decorative techniques so that the clothes are unique and interesting. The aim of this study was to determine how is the process of making batik streetwear with origami decorative techniques. The research method used was qualitative. The data collection methods used was literature, observation and documentation. The combination of origami placed on the shirt and outer sleeves produced a different artistic value, with the composition that has been considered so that they will look harmonious when wearing origami and batik. The production of this dress used the basic pattern of the Soen system so as to obtain pieces of clothing, darts, sleeves and sizes that are comfortable when worn. The conclusion of making streetwear that has been done was the cutting process of batik and materials must be done correctly. Then, pressing was also important to obtain good origami results.The suggestions for the next opportunity in making origami was on the arms should use layers to obtain arms that have firmness. The manufacture of streetwear clothing with a combination of origami should pay more attention to the materials used and the pressing process.

The development of information and communication technology has significantly affected social change. One social media platform that is very popular among teenagers is Instagram. This study aims to analyze social changes that occur in the context of Instagram use and their influence on the formation of adolescent self-identity. This research uses’a literature study research method where the data used comes from journals, articles, the internet, literature reviews containing the material studied. The results of this study show that Instagram has a significant influence in shaping adolescent self-identity. Teenagers have the opportunity to build and manage their self image through the photos and content they upload on this platform. Instagram use also affects social norms and beauty standards of teens. Teenagers are often influenced by images uploaded by peers, celebrities, or influencers who are considered ideal models. This can lead to social pressure for adolescents to conform to these standards, both in physical appearance and lifestyle. Because excessive use can affect the mental health and personal development of adolescent. Therefore, it is important for parents to provide guidelines and support teenagers in using social media wisely.

Issues regarding the environment have become a problem for the wider community and have resulted in changing consumer preferences to become more inclined to use environmentally friendly products. This is an opportunity for companies to make environmentally friendly products and use more environmentally friendly raw materials. In this study, we analyze and determine the effect of green product, green place, green price, green promotion on purchasing decisions for tupperware products. This type of research is quantitative with the consumer population in the Solo city area. There are 100 respondents, taken by accidental sampling techniquw, and analyzed with the help of the Smart Pls 3.0 application. The result show that the green price and green promotion variables have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the green product and green place variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The implication is that the creative industry must continue to improve the quality of environmentally friendly product and knowledge from consumers, so that competitive advantage will be achieved.

Today, the use of chemical fertilizers is increasing, where more and more people are using chemical fertilizers to accelerate plant growth. In fact, chemical fertilizers have many harmful ingredients that need to be anticipated. Therefore, the production of organic fertilizers from blood clams can be a prospective business opportunity, because in addition to utilizing waste materials that are difficult to decompose, they can be used for the production of useful things, one of which is to support the acceleration of plant growth but with environmentally friendly materials. This study aims to analyze the business development prospects of organic fertilizer from blood clam shells. The research method used is a quantitative method, with data collection techniques through distributing surveys containing questionnaires to respondents who are then processed and further analyzed using descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that organic fertilizer from blood clams has positive business prospects because it is beneficial and environmentally friendly.

In addition, it can communicate with another UMKM globally to extend the networks. But some employers are constrained by rising raw material prices, the limited of human resources, has a problem in the capital, lack of infrastructure and lack of access to product marketing.

The socialization of the importance of advanced study preparation or employment before graduation for Vocational High School (SMK) students aims to provide profound understanding and strong motivation to students on the brink of graduation. The objective is to enable them to make meticulous and insightful assessments, leading to wise decisions about their educational trajectory, either in higher education or entering the professional world. This informative session takes place at State Vocational High School 2 Depok and is attended by students from the Petroleum and Petrochemical Processing Techniques (TPMP) department in grades 11 and 12. The well-executed event adheres to the predetermined plan and utilizes methods involving information dissemination and interactive discussions to engage participants in the targeted subject matter. The outcomes of this initiative involve an enhanced comprehension of the conveyed material and the cultivation of a robust motivational spirit within participants. The aim is to prepare them for the choices they will make after completing their education, encompassing the possibility of continuing studies at tertiary institutions or entering the workforce. Furthermore, participants gain a clearer insight into the steps involved in determining a career field that aligns with their interests and abilities, as well as choosing a college major that resonates with their competencies.  

The industrial sector is a strategic sector in the development of the national economy to address the problem of unemployment. In economic opportunities, being able to provide opportunities related to the management of material, resources, individuals, society, and the state for the welfare of human life so that there are no drastic economic disparities. The purpose of this study is to find out how important the industrial sector is in economic opportunities in the city of Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative method is data measured on a numerical scale (number) for data collection by means of secondary analysis where the data is obtained from other parties and indirectly from the research subject. Petai (Parkia speciosa Hassk) is a horticultural plant as a vegetable that is beneficial for health. Petai can help treat digestion to help neutralize stomach acid. Petai has a fairly high nutritional content, namely vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, and iron so it is necessary to make efforts to cultivate petai plants as a business opportunity. Petai trees grow and develop in Kenayan village, namely on vacant village treasury land, cliff land and yard. This service aims to increase the knowledge of farmers in the cultivation of petai. Service activities are carried out using a participatory method. The service activities were carried out 4 times, namely counseling on petai cultivation related to the provision of plant materials, care, harvesting and post-harvest, socialization about the propagation of petai plants by grafting, handing over assistance of a number of grafted petai seeds in the hope of fruiting more quickly and assistance in socialization about petai cultivation. Public knowledge about petai cultivation and how to propagate petai by grafting has increased. Grafting is one way to improve the quality of plants by attaching a piece of tree bark with buds from the scion to a slice of the bark of another tree from the rootstock so that it grows together to form a new plant. Planting petai in the yard of the house is an alternative as an herbal treatment to improve health and increase family income.

Cosmetics are a must-have item regardless of age and gender. This is a great opportunity for business people. Meanwhile, millennial consumers are a consumer segment that lives at a time when technological developments are running very rapidly, they are used to using technology and the internet to connect with a very large number of other people on a regular basis, at the same time. This generation has significantly more social network connections than any other generation, they have lots of online friends, and are able to improve their psychological aspects when they can engage with their friends. On the other hand, cosmetics sticking to the face and other parts of the body affect the requirements for the validity of prayer, namely being clean from uncleanness. every Muslim should pay attention and ensure that there is no more impurity on the body. The service activity was carried out in the City of Gorontalo Dulalowo Timur for young female students of MAN 1 Gorontalo. The activity methods used in this service are material, practice, and questions and answers. From this activity it resulted that the understanding and practice of young women regarding halal cosmetic literacy and business opportunities in the digital era in the good category 65% and 35% were quite good categories.  

The implementation of community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of participants in processing rhizomes into a fresh and healthy drink, rhizome types are believed to have benefits and efficacy to help improve health. Improving the knowledge and skills of participants can be done by providing training through demonstrations and mentoring by giving participants the opportunity to try making fresh and healthy drinks made from rhizomes. The implementation of this community service activity was attended by PKK members in Sidorejo Village, Jabung District, Malang Regency with a total of 31 participants. This activity takes place for 2 days, starting from 04 to 05 September 2021 at the DEWISRI Tourist Location (Desa Wisata Sidorejo Indah). The first day of community service activities; participants were given a pre-test before the presentation of the material, the results of the pre-test showed that most of the participants' knowledge of making fresh and healthy drinks made from rhizomes was still lacking. Then after the pre-test presentation of the material and demonstration from the video. second day activities; participants were given a post-test and participants were given the opportunity to practice making fresh and healthy drinks made from rhizomes, in practice the participants were evaluated by the presenters with a check list sheet. Based on the results of the post-test and practice, it was shown that the knowledge, skills and abilities of the participants had increased. After the community service activities take place, it is hoped that participants can process rhizome ingredients into a fresh and healthy drink to increase family immunity, besides that participants can also produce these drinks and sell them.
