In construction procurement in Indonesia there are still deviations in the tender process. The deviation is caused by an opportunity during the construction bidding process.  The service providers are mutually looking for opportunities to seek personal or group benefits or from the working group that makes these deviations. This causes state losses due to deviations in the construction bidding process. This research was conducted by collecting data from institutions that have the authority to decide whether or not deviations occur in the auction process. The institution authorized to decide whether or not a deviation occurs is the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition of the Republic of Indonesia (KPPU RI). This study uses a questionnaire to find out how much the causes and impacts on state losses are caused by deviations in the auction process and uses the Probability and Impact Matrix method to determine the level of implication values of the causes and impacts of deviations in each case using a case base analysis approach. The results obtained based on the decision are as many as 12 types of deviation based on the case decision. The impact of deviations that occur in construction procurement is material and immaterial losses. The causes of deviation in construction procurement are caused by four factors, namely the factor of wanting to obtain personal or group benefits, opportunities, pressure and business climate. The most contributing factor to the occurrence of deviation is the combined conspiracy and vertical conspiracy resulting in a value of 11.38%.

The Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Central Lombok Regency is one of the government agencies responsible for determining the addresses and coordinates of drilled wells in the area. Currently, data for the construction of drilled wells in Central Lombok Regency still uses a conventional system in which the data and information needed for the process of constructing drilled wells are recorded physically on paper documents. The drilled well data consists of coordinates, depth, location, work CV, and costs. If employees need drilled well data to compile reports, it takes a relatively long time. Therefore, to increase time efficiency, an information system website for the construction of boreholes was built at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Central Lombok Regency using the Waterfall method.

The growing development of shopping centers in the city of Medan creates business opportunities, starting from creating innovations in business opportunities. Currently, there are many kinds of markets emerging to accommodate business people, both new and old. So that many design problems have arisen in the display booth, the selection of appropriate materials and construction systems so as to answer the need for displays that have many functions (multifunctional), namely as accommodation for clothing display needs that are easy to disassemble (knockdown). In addition, to market their products, this market activity is an alternative to promote their brand, so that it can be known by the wider community. The method used in this design starts from the empathize and define stages starting from data collection, direct observation and interviews, both to tenants and pop-up market organizers. After the data collection stage is complete, the existing data is then analyzed. Then proceed to the ideate stage, through the process of brainstorming ideas, solving a problem, and determining the values of the design. After the ideate stage, proceed to the prototype stage, where the process of visualizing ideas to get the desired results to the manufacturing stage is realized in the form of a prototype with a scale of 1:1. After the prototype is finished, a test is carried out to get feedback from users and refined through the implementation stage to perfect the product. The result of this design is that products that have been designed are oriented to be transformed into various models from the same material, with functions that can accommodate the needs of clothing displays that are still fulfilled in each module. The application of the modular concept is applied with a knockdown system, using a stalbuis pipe consisting of 3 sizes, namely, 40 cm, 21.2 cm, and 20 cm. To connect the stalbuis pipe using uno joker connections, nuts and bolts connections, and inner connections. As a flat cross section using canvas tarpaulin which consists of 2 sizes, namely, 13 cm x 51 cm and 4 cm x 51 cm.

Interfaith marriage is a complex issue and often becomes a subject of debate in Indonesian society. In both legal and religious contexts, this type of marriage faces various challenges, particularly from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and the Indonesian Marriage Law. This journal aims to analyze the problems surrounding interfaith marriage in Indonesia by examining Islamic legal views, regulatory frameworks, and the resulting social implications. From the fiqh perspective, the majority of scholars agree that a Muslim woman is not permitted to marry a non-Muslim man, whereas the marriage of a Muslim man to a woman from the People of the Book (Ahl al-Kitab) remains a topic of debate, depending on social context and public interest (maslahah). This reflects how Islamic law prioritizes the stability of faith (aqidah), household leadership, and the continuation of religious values in the upbringing of children. From the standpoint of national law, Indonesia’s Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 places the validity of a marriage under the religious laws of the respective parties, making it difficult for interfaith marriages to be officially registered. As a result, such couples often face administrative barriers, issues in inheritance law, child custody rights, and social discrimination. This study concludes that a fair and constructive approach is necessary in addressing this issue, while preserving religious principles and maintaining social harmony in Indonesian society.

The pile foundation is a deep foundation that is often used in the construction of high-rise buildings and small-scale buildings. The foundation is required to have a greater bearing capacity than the load on it. This study aims to determine the maximum bearing capacity of the foundation against the work load including the additional load from the 15-story Lamongan Muhammadiyah University building which was found to be cracked. Calculation of the bearing capacity of a single pile is carried out to determine the bearing capacity of a single pile using the Mayerhoff, Reese O'neil, and Reese and Wright method. Calculation of the bearing capacity of group piles is carried out to determine the bearing capacity of piles in one group using the Converse-Labarre, Los Angle Group, and Seiler-Keeney methods. Controlling the bearing capacity of single and group pile foundations, whether they are able to withstand the load on them using the axial loads and moments obtained. The results of the calculation of the bearing capacity of a single pile foundation at a depth of 30 m using the Meyerhoff calculation method obtained the carrying capacity of a single pile permit (Q_a) at point DB-1 of 916,80 tons and DB-2 of 916,80 tons, Reese and O' neil obtained Power single pile permit bearing (Q_a) at point DB-1 of 668,67 tons and DB-2 of 668,67 tons, Reese and Wright obtained single pile permit bearing capacity (Q_a) at point DB-1 of 1.070,08 tons and a DB-2 of 1.070,08 tons, while the shamanic strength of the largest pile group foundation was obtained using the Converse-Labarre method with ultimate bearing capacity using the Reese anad Wright method, bearing configuration from the pile group capacity (Q_g) (2 x 2) obtained at point DB -1 of 9.733,45 tons and DB-2 of 9.733,45 tons, configuration (2 x 3) at point DB-1 of 13.810,45 tons and DB-2 of 13.810,45 tons, configuration (3 x 2 ) at point DB-1 of 13.810,45 tons and DB-2 of 13.810,45 tons. The results of controlling the bearing capacity of the foundation by looking at the value of the allowable bearing capacity is greater than the value of the axial load (P ≤ Q_g). This journal reviews the problems that occurred in Pulau Rakyat District regarding the marital law contained in surah An-Nisa' verses 7.8 and 11.12. 'Ulumul Qur'an as one of the sciences in the study of the Qur'an has been well established since the 7th-9th century Hijriyah. Munasabah science (knowledge of the relationship between one sura/verse and another sura/verse) is part of the 'ulumul qur-an. This knowledge is quite urgent in order to make all the verses of the Qur'an as a unified whole. Starting from Az-Zarqashi's opinion that the Koran is not a word that was revealed by accident, by accident, and without a specific goal and purpose. Thus, every use and arrangement of words, construction of verses and surahs (munasabah) and the transition of themes contained therein have the power of the concept as a complete sentence. By using a qualitative research method that focuses on search libraries, the problem that is being discussed in this research becomes a complex matter. Where also presenting resource persons who know in this field. The population in this study are residents who lack knowledge of inheritance law. The results of the research data are presented in a descriptive form. The result is that 10 out of 12 samples have many problems related to inheritance law.
