As an innovation for food security in Indonesia, the Agriverse website has been developed, which is a platform for information media and education on hydroponic techniques. The website contains e-commerce services, agricultural extension services, data on nearby agricultural shops, articles and discussion forums. Because people still rarely know about hydroponic techniques, designing the website interface relies on the needs of target users using the User Centered Design method. Testing the Agriverse website using Black Box Testing and 5 Second Testing resulted in an average time of 9.6 seconds to try each feature, and the entire feature system for the website's functional requirements was successfully used.      

Writing Skills is one of the four maharah studied in Arabic. Writing Skills  is a way of expressing language and feelings through writing. In Writing Skills there are three elements that are trained intensively, namely, imla', khat (calligraphy) and insha'. The success of an Arabic written work can be seen from the effectiveness of the Writing Skills studied. The aim of this research is to determine the extent of the effectiveness of Writing Skills on the writing results of Arabic language education students at the North Sumatra State Islamic University Medan. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection methods using interviews and library literature. The results of this research found that the Writing Skills studied by Semester V Arabic Language Education students at the North Sumatra State Islamic University, Medan, was quite effective. Where students already understand the rules of writing Arabic properly and correctly and are able to write an essay in Arabic writing.

The teacher's ability to summarize learning material for students is important because it will provide confirmation of the material that has been studied at the meeting. In concluding the material the teacher can provide a summary of important points regarding the material studied at the meeting. Students will also find it easier to understand the meeting material. Students come to know the essence of learning. The aim of summarizing the learning material is to determine the teacher's level of success in providing explanations of the subject matter. This study covers various methods and strategies used in summarizing learning material, including training, collaboration between teachers, and the application of educational technology. Through the use of these approaches, this journal explores the results of improving the quality of teaching and learning processes in education. The results of this research underline the importance of developing teachers' abilities in summarizing learning material as one of the main factors in creating an effective learning environment. This journal provides valuable insights for educators, educational policy makers, and researchers to continue to develop approaches that can improve teachers' abilities to summarize learning material effectively, which in turn will contribute to increasing student achievement and the overall quality of education

Education involves a complex process consisting of interactions between teachers, students, and the learning environment. The ability to complete learning is an important indicator of the success of the education system in conveying understanding and skills to students. This research is intended to investigate the factors that influence students' ability to complete learning well. The research method applied involves secondary data analysis from several related studies, surveys, and interviews with teachers and students. The research results show that elements such as teaching methods, student motivation, parental support, and availability of learning resources have a central role in the ability to complete learning. The use of innovative and student-focused teaching methods has proven successful in increasing students' understanding and interest in learning. Student motivation, whether it originates from the student or is stimulated by the teacher, has a positive impact on student learning efforts. Parental support and the availability of adequate learning resources also contribute to creating a supportive learning environment. In addition to these factors, this research highlights the importance of a holistic approach to learning, where students' emotional, social and psychological aspects are considered in a balanced manner. Therefore, the ability to complete learning includes not only academic achievement, but also the development of relevant life skills. The results of this research contribute to our understanding of how to improve the education system to be more effective in helping students achieve optimal learning completion abilities. Practical implications of this research involve expanding innovative teaching approaches, increasing parental support, and increasing access to learning resources. Knowledge is necessary during the postpartum period, especially knowledge about the benefits of colostrum in order to achieve success in breastfeeding and avoid misunderstandings about nutrition for babies. At the beginning of feeding, that is, in the first days when breast milk is released, a liquid that is yellow or clear will come out, which is The best quality baby food is to find out the relationship between the level of knowledge of breastfeeding mothers about colostrum and their provision. Colostrum is breast milk that comes out from the first day to the 4th day. Colostrum is a golden liquid, a protective fluid that is rich in anti-infective substances and high in protein. This liquid is yellow in color or can also be clear and is more like blood than milk, because it contains living cells that resemble white blood cells which can kill disease germs. This research uses a descriptive research design with a cross sectional approach to study the relationship between the level of knowledge of breastfeeding mothers about colostrum at the Pargarutan Community Health Center. South Tapanuli The number of samples used in this research was 30 people, of the 30 respondents it can be seen that there were 24 respondents (80%) who had insufficient knowledge about giving colostrum with 17 respondents (56.7%) not giving colostrum and 7 respondents ( 23.3%) gave colostrum, and those who had good knowledge about giving colostrum with 6 respondents (20%) where all respondents gave colostrum. Fisher's exact p value was 0.035 < 0.05. The need for education to pregnant women about breast milk and Colostrum and breastfeeding mothers are expected to provide breast milk at the beginning of life    

The authors were inspired to conduct this study after noticing a variety of issues among SMPN 1 Tigo Nagari pupils, particularly in PAI classes. These issues persist despite the school's best efforts to enforce discipline. The problem is that some students continue to arrive late to class, others consistently disobey rules, and others still resort to slurs in their everyday interactions with one another. Still, there are those well-behaved students whose academic performance falls short of standards. The goal of this research was to find out if there was a connection between parental discipline and academic success at SMPN 1 Tigo Nagari.Pearson Product Moment was used for the quantitative correlation analysis in this study. SMP N 1 Tigo Nagari is the site of this investigation. All 160 pupils from grades VII.A through VII.E were included in the analysis. Forty students were selected using proportional random selection for this investigation. The writer employed all of seventh grade as a research sample, selecting eight students at random from each of two classes. Most pupils have already completed some level of general education. A questionnaire was the method of data collection in this study.Based on the data analysis, the study found no statistically significant correlation between students' home study habits and their academic performance.

This research aims to explore users' perspectives and opinions regarding service quality, focusing on aspects like driver behavior, responsiveness, and reliability within the Gojek platform. The Naive Bayes method is employed to analyze user sentiments toward the driver services, supported by the Orange software to comprehend the complex patterns in user reviews. Evaluation is conducted on reviews from the Play Store, resulting in an accuracy of 87.4%, F1 score of 87.6%, precision of 87.9%, and recall of 87.4%. These findings indicate the success of the model in identifying and predicting predefined variables. Through the combination of methods and software, the study concludes that sentiment analysis of Gojek's driver services can be performed efficiently and reliably, providing valuable insights for online motorcycle taxi service providers.

Basically, learning is a process carried out by teachers and students to create changes in the behavior of individual students. Changes that occur as a result of learning can take place in various forms, such as skills, habits, attitudes, acceptance, or appreciation, which include aspects of self-state, knowledge, or individual actions. In line with professional responsibility as a teacher, it is important for them to always prepare everything related to the learning program in carrying out learning activities. This assessment aims to find out the ability to choose and determine learning materials. This is a challenge for both teachers and learners. The research method applied in this paper is a qualitative method, suitable for investigating conditions or situations in an educational context. The literature study approach is used to collect information from various sources such as books and journals, which aim to support and complement the discussion. This objective must be in line with the competency standards and basic competencies that learners want to achieve. Therefore, the selected learning materials must really support the achievement of the basic competency standards and indicators that have been set. In the selection of learning materials, it is necessary to consider the type, scope, sequence, and way of presenting the material. Success is influenced by factors such as learning structure, student motivation, teacher expectations, classroom questions, and time optimization Finally, the discussion of character education includes the selection of a character education model that suits the school situation and delivery methods that are in line with the model. Methods such as modeling, active student participation, democracy, co-discovery, and hands-on learning are described as ways to deliver character education to students.

This research discusses the implementation of agrarian law policies regarding the distribution of rights to cultivated land in Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the impact of policies, the level of community participation, and the factors that influence the implementation of these policies. The research method is descriptive qualitative which involves literature study, field study and interviews. The research results show that the implementation of agrarian law policies has had positive impacts such as changes in land ownership status, but also has negative impacts such as conflict and legal uncertainty. The level of community participation is proven to have a crucial role in the success of policy implementation. Factors such as unequal distribution of land, legal uncertainty, and lack of community involvement are obstacles to policy implementation in Sampali Village. It is recommended to revise agrarian law policies by considering input from the community and increasing their participation in the decision-making process. Strengthening institutions at the local level, participatory conflict resolution, and developing educational programs were also identified as important steps to improve sustainability and fairness in policy implementation. It is hoped that this research can contribute to a better understanding of the dynamics of agrarian law policy implementation at the local level and become a basis for improving policies that are more effective and inclusive.

English speaking skills are an important aspect in developing high school students' communication skills. This workshop aims to improve high school students' speaking skills, especially in understanding and expressing ideas clearly. The workshop will cover a variety of communication strategies and techniques involving active interaction, group discussions, and hands-on exercises. Through a practical approach, workshop participants will be empowered to overcome common obstacles in speaking, including unclear expression of ideas, appropriate use of body language, and effective word choice. The expected result of this workshop is an increase in students' ability to compose and convey ideas in a structured and convincing manner. Apart from that, it is also hoped that there will be an increase in students' self-confidence in speaking in public. Thus, this workshop focuses not only on academic aspects, but also on developing interpersonal skills that are important for future success.  

Achievement ability is a pinnacle of the learning process, at this stage students prove the success of learning at school SD Negeri 17 Gunung Megang. However, as the learning process progresses, several things occur that can affect this success. One of them is the problem of declining achievement scores, both academic and non-academic scores. The value of achievement that decreases or increases can be influenced by various factors. All problems need to be resolved so that the school can find a solution to increase or maintain the value of student achievement for the next period. Based on these problems, a Decision Support System is needed that can help the school in seeing the effect of student achievement. The method used in making decisions on the effect of student achievement is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP can be compiled based on a hierarchical model that is made together with decision makers in order to provide solutions through the highest weight value in each criterion and alternative that is served. The decision support system with the AHP method can determine the priority weight of the criteria.

The focus of the research is aimed at the efforts of Ahmad Syafi'udin, The chairman of Karang Taruna, in approaching village youth, forms a clear organizational structure and establishes effective communication. The success of this organization in 2019 reflects the positive impact of establishing a good structure, increasing village youth participation, and implementing various programs, including regular flights every Friday, building sports facilities, commemorating the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day, and utilizing YouTube social media. The importance of the role of communication in maintaining solidarity is the main highlight, with this research trying to provide an understanding to Karang Taruna members about the significance of communication in developing a better organization. Analysis of communication patterns implemented by the Karang Taruna organization in Kedung Kampil Village is the focus for answering the research problem formulation. In responding to challenges, this organization adopted a revitalization strategy through efforts to increase internal and external communication, improve organizational structure, and design more measurable work programs. In addition, this research discusses the impact of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 on the global business ecosystem, with an emphasis on data technology. The structural transformation of organizations, the application of artificial intelligence, and changes in the paradigm of global business interactions are the central points. The research conclusions show that a deep understanding of these changes is the key to ensuring business sustainability and competitiveness in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. In recommendations, the study advises companies to invest in human resources skilled in data technology and artificial intelligence and strengthen cross-border partnerships to face challenges and exploit emerging opportunities

The activities carried out are anticipating bullying behavior. Because bullying can have a negative impact on the development of children in elementary schools, this is a current concern. One of the many things that may cause someone to bully another is the perpetrator's belief that his or her actions do not fall into a certain category. The problem at Hatalai State Elementary School is children's ignorance and lack of focus on bullying. To overcome this, an anti-bullying outreach program was created which aims to educate Hatalai State Elementary School students about bullying. This socialization process consists of three parts: (1) preparation, namely creating activity schedules, resources and activity plans. (2) Carrying out socialization at the implementation stage (3) assessment stage by explaining shortcomings and successes after socialization. Socialization was also provided. The implementation results show that students can understand the information included in the anti-bullying socialization program at Hatalai State Elementary School. The program covers topics such as verbal, physical, social, cyber bullying and how to deal with it.

The purpose of this research is to describe the value of the struggle of two friends, namely Ben and Jody, in a literary work by Dee Lestari entitled the philosophy of coffee. This short story tells the story of Ben and Jody's successful struggle to make their dreams come true. The struggle makes two friends, Ben and Jody, ambitious in brewing coffee to gain profit and turnover. From this novel it can be seen that struggle and consistency can make someone achieve success. The method used is descriptive method. The source of this research uses data from the literary work used entitled Dee Lestari's Coffee Philosophy. The theory in this research is based on Joyomartono's theory, there are five types of struggle values, namely the values ​​of willingness to sacrifice, unity, respect, patience, and the spirit of never giving up, cooperation.

This study employs a quantitative approach to descriptive research. With PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk as the study's subject. The quantitative data used in this study was gathered from secondary sources, including the IDX website and the yearly financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the years 2018–2022. Based on the data, it seems that PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. had respectable, although variable, financial success from 2018 to 2022 as measured using the Econoimic Value Added (EVA) technique. An EVA result that is positive indicates this. A good EVA shows that PTIndofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. is able to provide economical added value, the firm operates effectively, and the prosperity of shareholders grows; nonetheless, the company did achieve a negative EVA in 2022.

Regulations prohibiting corporate criminal acts are clearly regulated, and business entities that commit corporate criminal acts can be held criminally responsible. Companies can implement anti-corruption programs in various ways. To increase the effectiveness of efforts to prevent corporate corruption, corporate anti-corruption programs need to be risk-based, communicative, dynamic, and continuously evaluated through measuring the success of appropriate internal steps and collaborative activities.
