The profitability of a company is used to evaluate or measure whether profits have increased in relation to the seller's total assets and equity capital, whether the company makes a profit, and the profits earned. Company profits are used for the welfare of the company itself. Apart from that, profit also plays an important role in determining the success of a business and as a tool for managerial decision-making. The three objectives of this research are: the effect of asset growth on company profitability; the effect of capital structure on company profitability; and the effect of liquidity on company profitability; In this study, 87 companies registered in oil, gas and geothermal mining were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. Samples taken according to the criteria were collected using a purposive sampling technique. The samples collected included 42 companies, and a total of 210 data were processed. This research analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis, along with descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The analytical tool used is SPSS version 25. The research results show that only one factor influences the company's profitability, namely asset growth. Capital structure and liquidity, on the other hand, do not affect a company's profitability. Asset growth has a positive impact, while capital structure and liquidity have a negative impact.

Calvin's strategy in the development of Christian religious education in the Reformation era was key in forming a strong and sustainable approach to Christian religious education. John Calvin, a leading figure of the Christian Reformation in the 16th century, had a central role in advancing Christian religious education. He implemented a number of important strategies, including education for all, structured education, teaching of Scripture, training of church leaders, character education, involvement of church and state, and emphasis on local languages. These strategies help spread Calvinist theology and ensure everyone's access to quality Christian religious education. Calvin's influence on Christian education is still visible in various Christian education systems to this day. Christian religious education is education in Christian teachings that emphasizes aspects of knowledge, attitudes and values and even skills that are based on the Christian faith itself. With Calvin's strategy in the midst of Christian Religious Education, Christian Religious Education can achieve the goals it should achieve, especially in the community, schools and families. In this series of strategies, Calvin played a key role in changing Christian religious education in his time. Christian religious education is no longer the exclusive right of clergy, but is a right and responsibility for the entire Christian community. Calvin's in-depth and structured educational approach, along with his emphasis on the use of print media, helped spread the teachings of the Protestant Reformation throughout the Christian world. These approaches remain influential in the development of Christian religious education to this day.

Education plays a central role in community development and the enhancement of human resources. In the rapidly evolving digital era, information and communication technology has significantly transformed the education landscape. Technology has become an integral part of the teaching and learning process in schools, bringing both challenges and significant opportunities. Particularly at the Junior High School (SMP) level, subjects like Mathematics, Natural Sciences (IPA), Physics, and Chemistry play a central role in shaping students' foundational knowledge. However, students often have varying levels of understanding and different learning styles. This poses a challenge for teachers trying to meet the diverse learning needs of their students. The use of the same linear teaching methods for all students is often ineffective in such a context. In this research, we employed a literature review methodology. This approach helps summarize and synthesize existing knowledge on the role of technology in enhancing student motivation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. By analyzing trends, findings, and patterns emerging from related literature, we can establish a strong knowledge base for this research. The adaptive learning approach, leveraging technology, has emerged as an intriguing solution. This approach allows for real-time analysis of student learning data and the adjustment of content, material, or teaching methods to suit individual needs. The research highlights the primary benefits of adaptive learning, such as personalized content adjustment, enhanced student motivation, more efficient monitoring and evaluation, and time savings in achieving better understanding. However, the research also acknowledges several challenges, including uneven technology infrastructure, the need for teacher training, and student data protection. Nevertheless, this research emphasizes the importance of adaptive learning in the context of STEM education at the SMP level in the digital era, while recognizing the need for further research to explore the potential of technology in enhancing the quality of education at this level.

Efforts to achieve and maintain an achievement are closely related to the quality of sports coaching provided, one of which is through a training center. The Ponorogo Regency athletics training center is still relatively new, for this reason this study aims to determine (SWOT) the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Ponorogo Regency athletics training center. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews with the chairman of the board, two trainers, and six athletes from the Ponorogo District athletics training center. The results showed that strength is obtained from training program factors that have been arranged according to the needs of athletes because of the selection of competent trainers and the recruitment of athletes who are carried out thoroughly so that it has the potential to become an opportunity for increased achievement in subsequent activities. Weaknesses are dominated by the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure. This is in line with the threat that government support for facilities and infrastructure is still lacking, which has the potential to reduce athletes' interest in participating in training.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), company size, and Current Ratio (CR) on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) of public companies in Indonesia. DPR is one of the main indicators in dividend policy, reflecting how much net profit a company distributes to shareholders. This policy not only reflects a company's financial condition but also influences investor perceptions and investment decisions in the capital market. Factors such as profitability, capital structure, company size, and liquidity are considered important in determining the amount of dividends paid. More specifically, ROA is used to measure a company's ability to generate profits from its total assets. The higher the ROA, the greater the company's ability to pay dividends. DER indicates the proportion of a company's funding derived from debt to equity; the higher the DER, the greater the financial risk, which in turn can reduce the ability to pay dividends. Company size reflects the scale of operations and financial strength. Larger companies generally have better access to funding and therefore tend to be more stable in distributing dividends. Meanwhile, CR is used to assess a company's ability to meet its short-term obligations. Excessive liquidity can reduce flexibility in distributing profits as dividends. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. The research data was obtained from the annual financial reports of public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 60 observations. The results show that ROA, DER, company size, and CR simultaneously have a significant effect on DPR, with an R² value of 49%. Partially, ROA has a dominant positive effect, while DER and CR show negative effects.

However, the fight against corruption is faced with structural, cultural, instrumental and management barriers. Measures to improve governance and increase transparency are key to preventing corruption. Challenges include organized corruption, corrupt practices in the private sector, and non-compliance with regulations. Lack of resources is a constraint, and corruption in complex bureaucratic systems complicates case handling. Improving coordination, transparency, and public participation is needed to overcome these challenges. The government needs to continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corruption-fighting measures. Regular evaluation, public participation, and human resource capacity building are key to creating a strong and resilient system against corrupt practices. Collective awareness and cooperation between the government, anti-corruption organizations, and society are essential to build an Indonesia that is clean from corruption and just for all its people.
