Women entrepreneurship in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) plays a vital role in the local economy. However, women entrepreneurs often face complex emotional and psychological challenges due to their dual roles as housewives and entrepreneurs. Market uncertainty, social pressure, and lack of support from their environment further burden their workload. This study aims to explore the subjective experiences of women micro MSMEs, particularly in dealing with the psychological pressures of carrying out these roles. The research method used is a qualitative phenomenological approach with seven informants from the culinary, handicraft, and online trading sectors. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and non-participant observation, then analyzed using a thematic approach based on the Miles & Huberman model. The results of the study revealed four main themes: (1) the pressure of dual roles that often trigger stress and emotional exhaustion (burnout), (2) chronic anxiety related to fear of business failure and income instability, (3) spirituality and religious activities as meaning-based coping mechanisms, and (4) the importance of social support from partners, family, and community as a balance of emotional conditions. These findings confirm that the success and sustainability of women's businesses depend not only on economic capital or technical skills, but are also significantly influenced by mental health and the strength of social networks. Therefore, empowerment programs for women's MSMEs need to be designed holistically, encompassing psychosocial aspects, coping strategy training, and strengthening supportive and inclusive social networks.

This paper explores the application of quantum-inspired optimization algorithms in the training of large-scale Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) within distributed cloud-edge environments. GNNs have gained significant attention due to their ability to model complex relationships in graph-structured data, yet their training presents challenges such as high computational demand, inefficient resource allocation, and slow convergence, especially for large datasets. Traditional meta-heuristic algorithms, while useful, often face scalability and performance issues when applied to such large-scale tasks. To address these challenges, we propose a quantum-inspired meta-heuristic algorithm that leverages quantum principles, such as superposition and entanglement, to enhance optimization processes. The algorithm was integrated into a hybrid cloud-edge system, where computational tasks are dynamically distributed between edge nodes and the cloud, optimizing resource utilization and reducing latency. Our experimental results demonstrate significant improvements in training speed, resource efficiency, and convergence rate when compared to traditional optimization methods such as Genetic Algorithms and Simulated Annealing. The quantum-inspired algorithm not only accelerates the training process but also reduces memory usage, making it well-suited for large-scale GNN applications. Furthermore, the system's scalability was enhanced by the hybrid cloud-edge architecture, which balances computational load and enables real-time data processing. The findings suggest that quantum-inspired optimization algorithms can significantly improve the training of GNNs in distributed systems, opening new avenues for real-time applications in areas such as social network analysis, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems. Future work will focus on refining these algorithms to handle even larger datasets and more complex GNN architectures, with potential integration into edge devices for enhanced real-time decision-making.

This research aims to explore the forms, meanings, and processes of innovation undertaken by traditional Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in facing the challenges of the digital era, with a particular emphasis on the role of local wisdom as a foundation for innovation. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, this research explores the subjective experiences of MSMEs integrating cultural values with technological transformation. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, which were then analyzed using thematic methods. The results show that innovation in traditional MSMEs is not solely focused on technological aspects, but rather is the result of negotiations between cultural values, social adaptation, and modern market demands. Local wisdom has proven to be a source of values and ethics in product development, marketing strategies, and the digital transformation process. The innovation process occurs contextually and gradually, and is heavily influenced by community support and strong local social networks. This study confirms that culture-based innovation strategies provide a more sustainable and inclusive direction for MSMEs navigating the digital era. Therefore, digital transformation should not be separated from the social and cultural context in which MSMEs are rooted. This approach opens up space for a new understanding of more holistic innovation, which is not only technology-oriented, but also strengthens local identity and social cohesion within the MSME ecosystem.

The phenomenon of buzzers in digital advertising has become a critical concern in contemporary communication dynamics, due to their role in spreading covert messages for commercial and political purposes. This study aims to analyze the persuasive strategies and communication tactics of buzzers, algorithmic amplification patterns, and audience perceptions toward the disseminated content. Using a qualitative method through a systematic literature review, the study identifies three dominant buzzer strategies: native advertising, pseudo-influencer testimonials, and clickbait-based disinformation. These are often amplified through algorithmic tactics such as bot networks, trending hashtags, and endorsements by constructed influencer personas. Findings show that buzzer content is effective when perceived as authentic and emotionally engaging, but tends to generate resistance once users detect manipulation. The study’s implications highlight the need for greater transparency in digital communication, regulation of sponsored content, and improved media literacy to mitigate disinformation and public distrust. The research also emphasizes the importance of ethical approaches in digital communication practices to safeguard democratic integrity and sustainable brand–public relationships.

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effects of inflation on household consumption in Indonesia. Thus, the focus on the dynamics of people's spending is based on basic needs and non-smoking. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach enhanced by secondary data from macroeconomic literature and primary data in the form of national statistical reports published by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). This analysis is carried out based on the concept of Keynes' consumption theory, Friedman's permanent income hypothesis, and Modigliani's life cycle theory. The results show that increasing inflation has a significant impact on lower household consumption. In particular, the low group with moderate sorting shows a large allocation of income for basic needs. Groups with higher incomes through alternative strategies or delayed consumption tend to be more adaptable. These results suggest that price control policies and social security networks are strengthened as an effort to maintain consumption stability in the budget. This summary includes the background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions related to explaining the actual conditions and political impacts of the relationship between Indonesian inflation and household consumption.

Disinformation in digital elections has emerged as a serious challenge to democracy in Indonesia, particularly when its dissemination involves cross-border actors and platforms. This phenomenon not only diminishes the quality of political participation and public trust in election outcomes, but also poses a threat to the state's information sovereignty. This study aims to identify the dominant forms of disinformation during the 2019 Presidential Election and leading up to the 2024 election, while analyzing their impact on democratic stability and Indonesia’s position in the global context. The findings indicate that political disinformation is systematically spread through social media by networks of domestic buzzers and anonymous accounts suspected to be connected with transnational actors. The consequences include heightened societal polarization, the delegitimization of electoral institutions, and increasing non-military foreign interference in domestic politics. These findings underscore the urgent need for more adaptive national strategies and international cooperation in establishing fair, transparent, and sovereignty-respecting information governance frameworks in democratic states.
