Cardiovascular dysfunction is a disorder of the blood vessels, such as hypertension, heart failure, and stroke. In 2016, cardiovascular disease was the leading cause of death worldwide, based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO). Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is the leading cause of death, along with stroke, as shown by the Sample Registration System survey in 2014.This case involves a 64-year-old male, Mr. N, who presented to the emergency department of RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen with complaints of chest pain that developed gradually and worsened over the past month. The pain was located across the entire chest and radiated to the back and neck. The pain was described as severe, like being crushed by a heavy load, worsened during strenuous activities such as cutting grass and chopping wood, and relieved when the patient bent forward. The pain could occur at any time, with a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score of 10 (severe pain). The patient also reported easy fatigue during heavy physical activity over the past month. Laboratory examination revealed elevated leukocytes, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), segmented neutrophils, troponin I, cholesterol, and triglycerides. The patient was diagnosed with extensive anterior ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) post successful fibrinolytic therapy.

The rapid growth of TikTok Shop as a social commerce platform has led to the emergence of 'toxic content' produced by influencers as a marketing tactic that effectively influences Generation Z's shopping behavior. This study investigates the role of TikTok Shop influencers and their 'toxic content' in stimulating impulse buying behavior among Generation Z consumers in the fast fashion sector, focusing on the psychological mechanisms involved, the most frequently purchased product categories, and the broader impacts of these consumption patterns. A qualitative research approach with a phenomenological design was used, and data were gathered through in-depth interviews with eight informants: six Generation Z consumers aged 19–24 years and two active TikTok Shop fashion influencers, selected via purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña (2014). Findings show that 'toxic content' acts as a stimulus within the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theoretical framework, triggering impulse buying within minutes by evoking positive emotions and urgency. The Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) mechanism, driven by emotional triggers like time scarcity, social proof, and exclusivity, was the most dominant psychological factor. The most commonly purchased items were tops, coordinated sets, aesthetic bottoms, locally-made footwear, and accessories. The effects of 'toxic content' are financial, psychological, social, and environmental. This study advances influencer marketing literature and provides insights into Generation Z’s consumer behavior in the social commerce age.

Immature permanent teeth with open apices and pulpal necrosis present a significant challenge in endodontic treatment. Apexification procedures have been developed to stimulate the formation of a hard tissue barrier at the apex, thereby allowing adequate obturation. Objective: This case report aims to describe the evaluation of apexification treatment based on radiographic findings. Case Report: An 8-year-old boy accompanied by his mother presented to PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital with a history of a fall one week earlier. The affected tooth had previously received a temporary restoration from another dentist. According to the patient’s mother, medication had been placed in tooth to devitalize the pulp prior to temporary filling. Clinical examination revealed that tooth 11 exhibited a fracture involving approximately half of the crown and extending into the pulp chamber. Discussion: Initial radiographic examination in 2018 indicated that immature teeth have lower structural resistance compared with mature teeth; therefore, endodontic intervention such as apexification is required to establish apical barrier and adequate obturation. The material used for apexification in this case was a combining calcium hydroxide and iodoform. In contrast to the initial stage, radiographic evaluation in 2024 demonstrated that root development had progressed to stage V. According to Cvek’s classification of root development, stage V (Cvek stage V) represents a condition in which root development is fully completed. Conclusion: Based on long-term clinical and radiographic evaluation in this case, apexification treatment proved effective in stimulating the formation of an apical barrier and supporting root maturation in immature permanent teeth.

Abstract: Padukuhan Karangrejek, Karangtengah, Imogiri, Bantul, is a sloping area prone to landslides due to high rainfall, soil erosion, and vegetation degradation. Landslides often threaten the safety of residents, damage infrastructure, and disrupt the sustainability of the local environment and economy. This study aims to apply bioengineering through the planting of slope-stabilizing plants to improve slope resistance to landslides using an environmentally friendly and sustainable nature-based approach. The methods included surveying planting locations, preparing planting holes, making tree marker boards, and participatory phased planting with the community. The types of plants used were Munggur, Soursop, Jackfruit, and Teak, which have strong root systems to strengthen soil structure and reduce erosion. The results showed an increase in soil cohesion through root penetration, a reduction in rainwater runoff, suppression of erosion, and a decrease in the risk of subsequent landslides. The positive impacts included increased soil water retention, improved soil fertility, community empowerment in disaster management, and economic added value from fruit and timber crops. Conclusion The application of bioengineering with Munggur, Soursop, Jackfruit, and Teak trees is an effective, inexpensive, and sustainable solution for landslide mitigation in Karangrejek Hamlet. Recommendations include monitoring growth periodically, expanding planting to other slopes, and integrating the program into the village's disaster resilience plan for long-term sustainability.

The rapid development of technology in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has driven the education sector to continuously adapt to the evolving demands of digital-based industries. One of the key technological innovations supporting this transformation is the Internet of Things (IoT), which enables data acquisition, real-time monitoring, and remote control of systems through internet networks. In response to these developments, a community service program was conducted to enhance the understanding and technical skills of students at SMK Negeri 1 Sindang through the provision and utilization of an IoT Trainer Kit Simulator as a practical learning medium. This activity aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and industry-relevant technological applications by introducing students to hands-on IoT system implementation. The program included demonstrations and guided practice on the use of sensors, microcontrollers, and web-based monitoring platforms to simulate real-world industrial scenarios. The results indicate that students showed high enthusiasm and active participation throughout the activity. Moreover, participants were able to grasp the fundamental concepts of IoT systems, understand component integration, and recognize the relevance of IoT applications in supporting automation and digital transformation. Overall, this community service activity contributed positively to strengthening students’ digital competencies and preparedness for the demands of the contemporary industrial and technological landscape.

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the lives of indigenous Papuan communities and transmigrants, particularly in the social and economic context of Sota Village, Merauke Regency, South Papua. The study uses a qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews, documentation, and focus group discussions (FGDs). This study involved various parties to obtain a comprehensive view of the social interaction between indigenous peoples and transmigrants. Data were obtained through interviews with leaders and indigenous peoples of Sota Village. The results of the study show that the social relationship between indigenous peoples and transmigrants is harmonious, characterized by cooperation in social activities, mutual assistance, and joint economic development. The presence of transmigrants has had a positive impact on improving welfare, equalizing infrastructure, and introducing modern agricultural techniques to indigenous peoples. On the other hand, local wisdom such as Adat Sasi also plays a role in maintaining social harmony and ecological balance, while the traditional deliberation mechanism serves as a means of peaceful conflict resolution. Indigenous communities show openness to change but remain critical of the sustainability of the transmigration program due to land limitations. Overall, this study concludes that multicultural life in Sota reflects the success of social integration based on the values of tolerance, mutual respect, and cooperation in building a peaceful and sustainable society.

The phenomenon of recidivism in narcotics crimes indicates that the rehabilitation and punishment approaches applied have not been fully able to prevent recurrence of crimes. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of law enforcement against recidivists in narcotics crimes in two court decisions, namely Decision Number 154/Pid.Sus/2018/PN Yyk and Decision Number 51/Pid.Sus/2020/PN Tte. Case studies are used to assess the effectiveness of law enforcement, especially against perpetrators who have previously undergone rehabilitation but have re-committed crimes with more complex roles. This study uses a normative legal method with a statutory approach and a case approach, which are analyzed qualitatively based on law enforcement theory and the objectives of punishment. The results show that normatively there are regulations on rehabilitation and increased sentences for recidivists, but their effectiveness is not optimal, partly due to the lack of post-rehabilitation regulations that are expressly regulated in the law and the lack of integrated data systems between rehabilitation institutions and the courts. This condition causes rehabilitation to not fully function as a preventive instrument against recurrence of crimes. This study recommends strengthening post-rehabilitation regulations and integrating information systems between agencies as part of a more preventive and sustainable criminal law policy reform.

One of the risk impacts of blasting activities is flyrock. The impact of flyrock can be minimized by evaluate the factors that influence flyrock such as blasting geometry. Flyrock cannot be completely eliminated but flyrock distance can be reduced to prevent damage. This study aims to determine the actual maximum flyrock distance in the field and the factors that influence the flyrock distance. This study was conducted at PT. Sims Jaya Kaltim, Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province. This research was conducted 31 times and the average throwing distance was 79.8 meters, the actual maximum flyrock throwing distance was 134.3 meters and the minimum throw was 40.5 meters. In the flyrock throw prediction, the Richard & Moore calculation method was used with a face burst mechanism of 121.3 meters and cratering of 232.2 meters and the Ebrahim Ghasemi dimensional analysis method of 104.5 meters. From both methods, the Ebrahim Ghasemi method was found to be closest to the actual flyrock with a standard deviation of 29.49 meters and an error percentage of 2.90%. From the results of the correlation between the blasting parameters and the actual flyrock, it was found that the factors that influence the occurrence of flyrock are powder factors, so an analysis was carried out to obtain a maximum flyrock throwing distance of 90 meters so that the safe radius of the tool is 180 meters, then the maximum powder factor used is 0.14 kg/m3.

The use of styrofoam as food packaging is still widely found because it is considered practical, lightweight, and cheap. However, styrofoam has a negative impact on health and the environment due to the content of harmful chemicals such as styrene and benzene that can be transferred to food, especially at hot temperatures. Students are a group that often uses Styrofoam because of their  practical lifestyle and tendency to eat fast food. This study aims to find out the factors related to student behavior in the use  of styrofoam as food packaging at the University of Muhammadiyah Aceh. The study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The research population is 3,180 active S1 students for the 2024/2025 academic year from six faculties. The sample of 97 respondents was determined by the Slovin formula through accidental sampling techniques. Data were collected on July 15–22, 2025 using a Google Form questionnaire  and analyzed by Chi-square test. The results showed that most of the respondents had good behavior (60.8%), positive attitudes (70.1%), good knowledge (45.4%), exposure to the media (57.7%), and were not influenced by friends (54.6%). There was a significant relationship between knowledge (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.010), media exposure (p = 0.012), and peer influence (p = 0.005) with student behavior. This study recommends improving campus education related to the impact of styrofoam and encouraging the use of environmentally friendly packaging.

The progressive consolidation of navigational instruments into Integrated Bridge Systems (IBS) has fundamentally transformed the sensory and cognitive architecture of modern maritime watch-keeping, creating a paradox of technological sophistication: while IBS enhances navigational efficiency under nominal operating conditions, it simultaneously generates profound human factors vulnerabilities when sensor inputs degrade, fail, or are intentionally disrupted. Despite the safety-critical nature of this vulnerability, empirical human factors research specifically addressing deck officer situational awareness under degraded IBS sensor conditions — particularly in the context of GPS spoofing, radar shadowing, and AIS anomalies — remains insufficiently developed in the maritime research literature. This study investigates the human factors dimensions of IBS situational awareness degradation among deck officers at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pelayaran (STIP) Jakarta, Indonesia, examining how officers perceive, respond to, and recover from degraded sensor scenarios in simulator-based environments. Employing a qualitative research design, data were generated through semi-structured interviews with senior deck officers, navigation simulation instructors, and maritime human factors experts, supplemented by structured observation of IBS simulator degradation scenario sessions. Analysis proceeded through thematic analysis, cross-group comparison, and narrative synthesis. Findings reveal four critical human factors failure patterns under degraded IBS conditions: automation complacency, cross-verification skill atrophy, alert saturation mismanagement, and manual navigation competency erosion — all of which are systematically underprepared for within current STCW-aligned deck officer training curricula. The study proposes a competency-based degraded operations training framework as a principled response to these findings, with direct implications for maritime simulator curriculum design and STCW competency standard revision.

This article aims to analyze Sie Hian Ling's Hikajat Njonja Kam Giok Nio (1925) through Judith Butler's theory of gender performivity in order to uncover the mechanism of gender regulation in the colonial context of the Dutch East Indies. The narrative tells the social destruction of Njonja Kam Giok Nio, the wife of a Chinese Luitenant in Tjibingin, who loses her status, family, and dignity due to her involvement with Stamboel comedy actor Siek Ting San. The analysis shows that text functions as a discursive regulatory apparatus that constructs gender as a performance that must be repeated through signs of modesty, chastity, and marital status, rather than innate identity. With the concepts of iteration, desire-performattity, radical transgression, abjection, and normative re-iteration, this article reveals how colonial moralistic narratives maintain heteronormativity through the threat of systematic social destruction. Njonja Kam Jade Nio, who originally succeeded in the performance of honorable femininity, experienced gender un-doing when entering public spaces without supervision, became an active desire agent, and was in contact with lower-class subjects. The consequence is total abjection in the form of physical expulsion, renaming, economic exclusion, and intervention by the colonial apparatus. The results of the study confirm that gender analysis cannot be separated from colonialism and class as a system of power that produces each other in the historical context of the Dutch East Indies in the 1920s.

In the era of globalization, children are exposed to a social environment influenced by external factors such as social media, advertising, and a consumer culture, all of which can promote a materialistic lifestyle. Consequently, financial literacy education has become essential to equip children with the necessary skills to manage their finances effectively. Beginning with a simple understanding of accounting, children can learn fundamental concepts of money management, financial decision-making, and planning. However, many young children still lack access to this vital education. Various learning methods and media, including loose parts, storytelling, and interactive educational tools, can be utilized to foster financial understanding. Additionally, this education promotes important social concepts like sharing, charity, and the responsibility of managing finances to help others. It integrates Islamic principles, emphasizing values such as honesty, justice, transparency, and the avoidance of usury. Through these principles, children are not only taught how to manage their personal finances but also how to contribute to society. By implementing financial literacy education at an early age, we can help children grow into informed, ethical, and responsible leaders in the future. This education is crucial for ensuring they make sound financial choices and contribute positively to their communities.

DIAGNOSA: Jurnal Ilmu Kesehatan dan Keperawatan 2026 International Forum of Researchers and Lecturers

Childhood tuberculosis remains a significant public health challenge, particularly in developing countries where malnutrition and limited diagnostic resources increase disease severity and mortality. Children are at high risk of rapid progression from latent infection to active disease due to immature immune systems. We report a case of a 1-year-old girl presenting with cough, fever, shortness of breath, and poor growth. Chest radiograph showed consolidation and infiltrates in the right paracardial area consistent with pulmonary tuberculosis. The patient was treated with first-line anti-tuberculosis drugs, including rifampicin and pyrazinamide, along with nutritional support, resulting in significant clinical improvement and discharge on day eight. This case emphasizes the importance of early recognition and management of tuberculosis in young children with risk factors such as malnutrition and incomplete immunization. Preventive strategies such as BCG vaccination, contact screening, family education, and access to tuberculosis preventive therapy are essential to reduce morbidity and mortality in childhood TB.

Mine slopes play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and sustainability of mining activities. Continuous mining operations can alter slope conditions, thereby increasing the potential for instability and slope failures. Slope stability is influenced by the balance between resisting forces and driving forces acting on the rock mass. When the resisting forces are smaller than the driving forces, the slope becomes unstable and failure may occur. Therefore, slope stability analysis is essential to prevent landslide hazards, as it directly affects occupational safety, equipment security, other assets, and overall production continuity. These conditions have encouraged PT Insani Bara Perkasa to develop a more accurate and real-time slope monitoring system. The application of radar-based monitoring was initiated using the CHCNAV PS-2000 system. This study aims to analyze the deformation behavior of mine slopes using radar technology. Data acquisition was conducted at Pit K1 Mahakam, PT Insani Bara Perkasa, covering Area 1 South, AR 2 South, AR 3 South, AR 5 South, AR 6 South, AR 7 West, AR 8 West, AR 9 South, AR 13 South, as well as TA-2, TA-3, and TA-6 areas. The study was carried out from November 2025 to December 2026. The analysis results indicate that most monitoring points are in stable conditions, with indications of a progressive phase observed in the AR 6 South area.

The Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office (DP3A) of Nabire Regency, Central Papua Province, faces various obstacles in recording employee attendance that was previously done manually, such as recording errors, delays in reporting, and difficulties in data recap. To overcome these problems, a web-based attendance application was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method includes the stages of needs planning, prototyping, iterative system development, and continuous implementation and evaluation. The RAD approach enables fast, flexible, and responsive application development to user needs, by actively involving staff in the process of testing and refining the system. The test results show that the app is able to record attendance in person, generate accurate reports, and support staff data management in a more regular and transparent manner. Thus, this web-based attendance application is expected to improve operational efficiency, strengthen accountability, and support better administrative governance in the DP3A environment of Nabire Regency.

Wounds can be defined as the loss and damage of anatomical cells or skin function. Wound healing consists of coagulation, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling stages. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the leaf fraction of the thick (Glochidion superbum) on wound healing in male white mice (Mus musculus). This study is experimental. This study used 24 male mice that were given a 10 mm long cut wound. Fractionation was carried out using the liquid-liquid extraction method. Fractionation used 3 different types of solvents, namely methanol, ethyl acetate, and n-hexane. The results showed that the ethyl acetate fraction had a faster wound healing effectiveness than the other groups. The ethyl acetate fraction contains a phenolic compound, namely methyl gallate. Methyl gallate has an important role in wound healing. Methyl gallate has the potential to be an antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory. The results of the Bonferroni post-hoc statistical analysis confirmed the effectiveness of the ethyl acetate fraction in faster wound healing. The thick leaf fraction was effective in healing incisions in male white mice. The ethyl acetate fraction was more effective in accelerating incision healing.

Ketidakakuratan instrumen proses pada titik-titik kritisseperti laju aliran, level, tekanan, suhu, dan densitas berpotensi menempatkan operasi di luar bataskeselamatan yang ditetapkan oleh BAPETEN. Untuk memastikan keandalan sistem pengukuran,dilakukan kegiatan kalibrasi internal terhadap 22 instrumen proses yang digunakan dalam operasievaporasi. Kegiatan ini mencakup pengujian instrumen berbasis arus 4–20 mA dan sensor suhuberbasis resistansi menggunakan peralatan standar seperti current source, multimeter digital, danresistance decade box. Setiap titik uji divalidasi melalui empat kali pengulangan untuk menilai presisidan konsistensi pembacaan. Hasil kalibrasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh instrumen masih beradadalam kondisi kerja yang baik, dengan penyimpangan terhadap nilai acuan komisioning berada padarentang yang sangat kecil. Estimasi ketidakpastian pengukuran berulang didominasi oleh nilaimendekati nol, menandakan bahwa variasi acak hampir tidak terjadi dan instrumen memiliki presisiyang tinggi serta tidak mengalami drift signifikan. Selain itu, seluruh sistem alarm proses meliputiparameter level, tekanan, suhu, dan densitas berfungsi pada nilai set dan reset yang sesuai bataskeselamatan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa instrumen proses pada unit evaporasi masih memenuhipersyaratan teknis dan keselamatan operasional, serta menggarisbawahi pentingnya pelaksanaankalibrasi internal secara berkala sebagai bagian dari pemeliharaan preventif untuk menjagakeandalan fasilitas dalam jangka panjang.

Instalasi Pengelolaan Limbah Radioaktif (IPLR), yang mencakup Instalasi Pengolahan LimbahRadioaktif (IPLR) dan Kanal Hubung Instalasi Penyimpanan Sementara Bahan Bakar Nuklir Bekas(KHIPSB3), memiliki potensi paparan partikulat udara akibat aktivitas mekanis, termal,transportasi, dan penyimpanan limbah radioaktif, yang dapat menjadi media transport kontaminanbila tidak dikendalikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi konsentrasi partikulat udaradan tingkat kontaminasi udara sebagai indikator keselamatan inhalasi pekerja di kedua fasilitas.Pemantauan partikulat dilakukan pada fraksi 0,3–10 μm menggunakan Fluke 985 Airborne ParticleCounter pada tanggal 13 Agustus 2025 (IPLR) dan 9 April 2025 (KHIPSB3). Data jumlah partikulatdihitung rata- ratanya, dikonversi menjadi konsentrasi massa (mg/m³), dan dibandingkan denganNilai Ambang Batas (NAB) partikulat respirabel 2 mg/m³ sesuai Permenaker No. 5 Tahun 2018.Hasil menunjukkan seluruh ruangan di IPLR dan KHIPSB3 memiliki konsentrasi partikulat jauh dibawah NAB, dengan nilai tertinggi berada pada area proses seperti kompaksi, insinerasi, dan panelsementasi, sedangkan nilai di KHIPSB3 cenderung lebih rendah akibat kelembaban area kolamyang menurunkan suspensi partikulat. Pengukuran tingkat kontaminasi udara juga menunjukkanseluruh nilai α dan β berada jauh di bawah batas keselamatan yang ditetapkan fasilitas. Secarakeseluruhan, kondisi udara di kedua instalasi berada dalam kategori aman, namun hasil penelitianmenegaskan perlunya pemantauan partikulat dan kontaminasi udara secara berkala sebagai bagiandari upaya mempertahankan keselamatan radiasi dan higiene industri di fasilitas nuklir

The increasing complexity and scale of modern network traffic driven by IoT and cloud-based infrastructures have made accurate intrusion detection a critical challenge. Conventional network intrusion detection systems (NIDS) and many deep learning–based approaches struggle to reliably detect minority and stealthy attacks due to severe class imbalance and limited discrimination of subtle traffic patterns. To address these limitations, this study proposes a hybrid CNN–RBF–Attention framework for network intrusion detection. The proposed model integrates three complementary components: (i) a convolutional neural network for hierarchical feature extraction from network flow data, (ii) a radial basis function (RBF) network for localized nonlinear classification using prototype-based decision regions, and (iii) an attention mechanism that adaptively weights RBF activations to emphasize discriminative traffic patterns. SMOTE is applied exclusively to the training data to mitigate class imbalance. The framework is evaluated on the widely used CICIDS2017 and CICIDS2018 benchmark datasets in both binary and multiclass settings, using recall, precision, F1-score, confusion matrices, and ROC analysis. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed hybrid model consistently outperforms standalone CNN and RBF baselines, particularly in terms of recall and F1-score. On the CICIDS2018 dataset, the model achieves 99.81% accuracy and 99.81% F1-score in binary classification, and 99.54% accuracy and 99.54% F1-score in multiclass classification. On CICIDS2017, it achieves 98.12% accuracy and 98.12% F1-score in binary classification, and 98.92% accuracy and 98.92% F1-score in multiclass classification. Confusion matrix and ROC analyses further show strong class separability and reliable performance in low–false-positive-rate regions, which is critical for real-world IDS deployment. These results confirm that combining deep hierarchical feature learning, localized prototype-based classification, and attention-guided refinement yields a robust, operationally reliable intrusion detection framework for highly imbalanced network environments.
