Nowadays, in health care facilities, whether in hospitals, health centres, or clinics, there is often a large number of patient visits that can cause delays in operational activities. Delays are caused by a lot of waste in patient flow activities in health facilities. Therefore, the application of Lean six sigma in improving patient flow is needed to overcome this. This research uses the Literature Review method where data collection and processing by referring to previously existing research in the last 5 years, namely 2019-2023. The literature was obtained through Google Scholar and journal databases using the keywords Lean Six Sigma, patient flow, and health service facilities. The number of journals used as a reference for previous related research in compiling this research is 6 journals. The results obtained from the six articles state that the application of lean six sigma in healthcare facilities has proven effective in improving patient flow. And this way is very effective of course to do.

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of sharia operations in the hotel industry by using sharia operational management approach in the check-in and check-out process. Operational efficiency is a key factor in the success of a hospitality business, and with the Islamic operational management approach, aspects of sharia are also integrated into operational processes.The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis by collecting data from various sources, including literature studies, field observations, and interviews with hotel managers who apply Islamic operational principles. The collected data was analyzed using a qualitative approach to gain deep insight into the operational efficiency of Sharia. The results of the analysis show that the application of sharia operational management in the check-in and check-out process can improve operational efficiency in the hotel industry. Some of the measures taken include the use of technology to speed up the check-in process, staff training in terms of friendly and efficient service in accordance with sharia principles, and the implementation of policies that promote integrity and transparency.In conclusion, the Islamic operational management approach can provide great benefits for the hotel industry in achieving operational efficiency. By paying attention to sharia aspects in the check-in and check-out process, the hotel can meet the needs of guests who want services that are in accordance with sharia values. In addition, the use of technology and proper staff training also play an important role in improving overall operational efficiency.

Effective data governance is critical for companies to ensure that the use of data in their operations has a positive impact on overall performance and enables the fulfillment of legal obligations regarding the use and management of data and regulatory requirements. Data services are a core business function of the agency, therefore it is very important for companies to give high priority to providing reliable data quality. By avoiding duplication, ensuring correctness, validity and ongoing accessibility, data governance is critical to obtaining high-quality data. Currently, financial institutions have not formally adopted an effective data governance policy. Therefore, a study was conducted to examine the relationship between data governance and data management and how this affects Bank Mandiri's performance. The research method used is qualitative and is based on an in-depth examination of the relevant literature, including books and journals. In addition to determining the influence of data governance on management practices and the overall performance of a bank, this study aims to gain insights into the relationships and dependencies between data governance and data management. The findings of this study indicate that despite having similar objectives, data management and data governance show interdependence and reciprocity in various aspects.

This research aims to examine the relationship between production costs and net profit, sales volume, operational costs and net profit, sales volume, as well as the relationship between net profit and sales volume. This research utilizes a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The population in this research is the sales data at UD. Gajah Tempur, and the sample in this research adopts a non-probability sampling design with a saturated sample of 39 respondents. The analysis techniques employed in this research are descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the research indicate that production costs have a positive but insignificant influence on net profit. Production costs also have a positive influence on sales volume. Meanwhile, operational costs have a positive but insignificant influence on net profit, but they have a positive influence on sales volume. Furthermore, net profit has a positive but insignificant influence on sales volume.

Outpatient services are an important part of health services provided by hospitals. However, some BPJS hospitals experience obstacles in providing efficient and quality outpatient services, such as long queues, long waiting times, and lack of a good management system. the application of Lean Management to the outpatient services of BPJS patients in hospitals can help hospitals improve operational performance, so as to increase public trust in BPJS Health. This study aims to analyze the application of Lean Management to the outpatient services of BPJS patients in hospitals. This research uses a literature study method or Systematic Literature Review using the Google Scholar search engine and journal databases, such as Researchgate. The results showed that most outpatient service activities for BPJS patients still have patient waiting times below the established service standards. In analyzing the flow that patients go through, each activity is identified into two groups, namely Value Added (VA) as an activity that is considered necessary and profitable and Non Value Added (NVA) as an activity that is considered unnecessary. Based on the percentage of waste in the form of the largest waiting time can be described, namely, 35.1% in the registration process, 30.2% in the poly examination process, and 20.7% in the process of receiving drugs in the pharmaceutical installation

This study aims to find about: (1) fintech service in the mobile banking-based non-cash payment system (Muamalat-DIN) at Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan: (2) implementation of fintech in the mobile banking-based non-cash payment system (Muamalat-DIN) at Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this study are: (1) fintech services in the non-cash payment system in Muamalat-DIN are transfers, QRIS, credit top-ups, internet credit top-ups, electronic money top-ups, google play voucher codes, spotify premium, postpaid credit payments, PLN electricity, Telkom, cable TV, PDAM, IPB campus education payments, airplane tickets, ZISWAF, family takaful, BPJS employment, BPJS health, SAMSAT/SIGNAL, BPJPH, virtual accounts, multi payments, and hijrah pensions (DPLK); (2) the implementation of fintech at Bank Muamalat varies, there are Muamalat-DIN, phone banking, internet banking, MADINA, online share-e debit, and ATMs. The most popular Fintech at Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan is Muamalat-DIN. In Muamalat-DIN, customers of Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan often use services in the form of transfer, QRIS, credit top-ups and internet credit top-ups, electronic money top-ups, payment services such as PLN electricity, Telkom, PDAM, ZISWAF, BPJS for employment, BPJS for health, virtual accounts, and hijrah pension (DPLK). This fintech implementation has benefits for banks and customers, the benefit for Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan is that it will have a wider reach, operational and marketing costs are more economical. And the benefits felt by customers are that transactions are easier, faster, accessible 24 hours because access is via a smartphone, and customers don't need to carry a lot of cash everywhere.

Web-based information systems are in high demand in various circles of society, including in the world of non-computer education, where the written examination system commonly used in education often has many obstacles. Factors must also be considered when evaluating written tests, as many participants may avoid writing notes on cards and waste paper and ink to ask and repeat questions, including negative factors in written tests, so this study aims to do so. a database-based online exam system that educational institutions can use to convert existing written exams into an online exam system. Therefore, with the rapid development of information technology, it is necessary to design and build an online examination system based on Data Warehouse to replace the manual written examination system and facilitate the work of the teacher in SMP Negeri 5 Medan. Primary schools enter question data into the system and can minimize the operational costs of passing exams, and the system can also store data more securely in its data warehouse, i.e. teacher information, basic information, student information. subject information, value information and question information. The method is Data Warehouse, software procedures and Waterfall model. The survey respondents were 150 students from SMP Negeri 5 Medan, a total of 150 students. This online exam system was created using PHP programming language, MySQL database and XAMPP web server

The role of banking is currently very important in the financial system. A good financial system will have a good effect on banking performance which is projected by the Return On Assets (ROA) ratio. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operational Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) on banking profitability. The data used in this study were obtained from financial reports from the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) website www.ojk.id for 2019 – 2021. Sampling used the Purposive Sampling method, with a total sample of 26 BPDs and only 24 BPDs that met the following criteria: research sample. Sample data were obtained using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the study show that in 2019 – 2021, the NPL ratio has no effect on ROA, LDR has a positive effect on ROA, and BOPO has a negative effect on ROA.

This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection using documentation techniques and the data used is in the form of Realization Reports of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget of the North Kalimantan Provincial Government. Furthermore, this data is analyzed using financial ratios, namely the growth ratio and compatibility ratio. The results of the study show that there has been an increase in regional spending by the North Kalimantan Provincial Government and the calculation of the compatibility ratio shows that the Regional Government of North Kalimantan Province for the 2020 and 2021 Fiscal Years in allocating their funds for activities prioritizes operational spending, namely 72.19% and 80.35% the comparison is much greater with capital expenditure which is only 27.80% and 19.06%.

This study aims to determine the Analysis of Operational Factors, Tariffs, Facilities and Safety Against Guidance Services at PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 pelabuhan Bitung This research was conducted on employees of the Shipping Agency working area of ​​Tanjung Redeb as a population. Data was collected through the methods of Observation, Literature Study, Interview, Documentation and Questionnaire. The analytical technique used is based on the results of research and multiple analysis with the help of the SPSS V.26. Here’s the result from research of regression : Y = -0,219 + 0,308X1 + 0,200X2 + 0,192X3 + 0,349X4 + µ. The multiple linear regression equation can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the guidance is the safety variable with a regression coefficient of 0.349. With the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) the results obtained are 0.837 or 83.7%, which means that the guidance at PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Pelabuhan Bitung is influenced by operational variables, tariffs, facilities and safety which is 83.7% and other factors that affect the guidance of PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Pelabuhan Bitung is 16.7%. Thus the results of the study indicate that Operations, Tariffs, Facilities and Safety have a positive and significant effect on the PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Pelabuhan Bitung.

This community service activity aims to increase understanding and ability in preparing accountable and transparent financial reports at SDN 1 Aji Jaya KNPI. Through this outreach, it is hoped that the school can manage school operational assistance funds more effectively and efficiently and can properly account for them to interested parties. In this activity, lecturers from the Mitra Indonesia University Faculty of Business Study Program provided practical guidance and training to teachers and school staff, including direct practice in preparing financial reports based on real cases in schools. Evaluation is carried out through an assessment of financial reports prepared by participants as well as feedback from participants regarding counseling materials and methods. The results include increased understanding of teachers and school staff regarding financial accountability and transparency, the realization of accountable and transparent financial reports at SDN Aji Jaya KNPI, as well as increased trust from parents and other parties in the management of school operational assistance funds. Through this effort, it is hoped that it can increase accountability and transparency in financial management at the school, as well as optimize the use of school operational assistance funds to improve the quality of education.

Meanwhile, religious belief will only be obtained with a deep understanding of the basics of religion itself. Judging from its function, language is a means of communication and liaison in everyday human interactions, both between individuals and individuals, individuals and society and society and certain nations. Likewise in Arabic, which has a special function compared to other languages. Not only does Arabic have high quality literature for those who know and understand it, but Arabic is also destined to be the language of the Koran, namely communicating the words of Allah (Yusuf, 1997: 187). Arabic language teaching has been implemented in formal and non-formal institutions, where the teaching is almost the same as the language as a whole. In fact, Arabic has become a special identity and characteristic of Islamic educational institutions, especially Islamic boarding schools, which differentiates them from other institutions. This is an important reason to research. Likewise with the existence of the Miftahul Ulum Suren Jember Islamic Boarding School whose vision and mission refer to the vision and mission of the Islamic boarding school. The Vision and Mission, among other things, seeks to develop students to become Muslims so that they become Muslims who are ready for life. For operationalization to achieve the output expected by the vision and mission, there needs to be a program realization at the girls' Islamic boarding school that must support it. One of the programs of the women's Islamic boarding school is the development of improving muhadatsah skills. From this program it is hoped that students will be able to speak Arabic actively. Because basically female students are able to perform muhadatsah optimally. The aim to be achieved in this research is to find out and describe the problems of improving muhadatsah skills at the Miftahul Ulum Suren Jember Islamic boarding school both in terms of implementation and evaluation. Many of the MSMEs are only focused on their sales and marketing strategies and then ignore their company's financial reports. Business financial reports are important for every business because they can provide an overview of the company's performance and the current state of the business. The problem of managing funds is a key factor that can lead to the success or even failure of MSMEs. ). Errors in cash management can make MSMEs suddenly no longer have cash for operational needs every day. In this assistance, the author introduces an application that can be applied via a smartphone called Financial Records. The purpose of this mentoring activity is to equip MSMEs with the knowledge and skills to make digital financial reports. In addition, it is hoped that in the long term it will change the behavior and culture of oral in business to become written. The method used is action research in which the author makes observations about which MSMEs need assistance regarding their financial management. The Textile sector is intimately associated with business continuity difficulties because of the impact of its operational activities. since a result, sustainability reports are crucial for textile companies since they provide a means of satisfying stakeholders' requirements and expectations. PT Sentra Textil, a gas company, hasn't released a stand-alone sustainability report or registered with Proper yet. Thus, the purpose of this research, as a single case study, is to examine PT Sentra Textil's stakeholder engagement design and identify relevant subjects that will serve as the foundation for the company's sustainability report. Data collection methods included documentary studies and interviews. More information about stakeholder involvement and its connection to important subjects is provided by this study. The study's findings are anticipated to help PT Sentra Textil management successfully manage stakeholder interaction, pinpoint the most crucial concerns, and create an independent sustainability report that satisfies the requirements and expectations of all PT Sentra Textil stakeholders. Because it hasn't been applied at every stage, the monitoring stage—one of the four stages of stakeholder engagement design—is still not carried out successfully. Aside from that, PT Sentra Textil has 14 material topics. Four of those themes are the most crucial since they affect PT Sentra Textil stakeholders the most.

This study focuses on the management of gear pump maintenance on KM Kelimutu ship. Data collection methods are used to identify and investigate the causes of damage that occur in the gear pump. The required maintenance and repair actions are determined based on the analysis results. The process of managing maintenance involves several important steps. First, planning is carried out to determine the planned maintenance actions. Subsequently, organization is conducted by appointing responsible personnel and coordinating with relevant parties to minimize disruptions to the maintenance of equipment and other machinery on the ship. Furthermore, actuating involves efforts to ensure that all human resources work according to their tasks, functions, and competencies in order to achieve company goals. Finally, control is implemented through supervision of each job performed to identify and rectify any potential errors. The results of this study provide insights into the importance of gear pump maintenance and effective strategies in managing the maintenance process. By implementing the appropriate steps, it is expected to enhance the performance of the gear pump, extend its service life, and optimize operational efficiency in the industry.

Indonesia is one of the world's largest coal exporters. One of the means of sea transportation to transport coal is tugboats and barges. PT. Patria Maritime Lines is a shipping company that focuses its services on the transportation of coal and other energy from mining concessions and various commodities. PT. Barito Samudra Sejahtera is a company that provides ship agency services which currently supports the ship operations of PT. Patria Maritime Lines. The duty of the shipping company, PT. Barito Samudera Sejahtera, namely taking care of Clearance In and Clearance Out documents for tugboats and barges that will dock at the Unloading Port and unload or load goods. This study aims to determine the procedures and supporting documents required for Clearance In and Clearance Out. This study uses observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study as qualitative methods. It was found in this research that As an agent, PT. Barito Samudra Sejahtera must know the Clearance In and Clearance Out procedures and what documents can be returned, especially those on the ship or tugboats and accompanying barges.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) have a strategic role in improving the national economy. South Tangerang City is one of the cities in Indonesia which has a fairly large number of MSME. However, MSME in Tangerang Selatan City also experience various difficulties in business such as difficulties in capital, obtaining raw materials, marketing products, and other operational matters. Optimizing franchise partnerships is a solution that can be done. Franchise Partnership Business is a special right owned by an individual or business entity to a business system with business characteristics in the context of marketing goods or services that have been proven successful and can be utilized by other parties based on a Franchise Agreement. The method used is descriptive qualitative which is useful for describing phenomena that occur in the field by collecting data from various sources, such as books, journals and other related documents. Based on the data obtained, the number of MSME in Tangerang Selatan City is very large. Therefore, with the existence of a franchise business partnership system, the development of MSME in Tangerang Selatan can be far more developed and can also improve the local economy.

On Time Performance is very important for the image of an airline company. The performance of boarding gate officers is one of main factors in creating On Time Performance during the brading process it is also necessary to have quality human resource support god service to passangers. Gate officers must be careful and coordinae with other staff in carrying out boarding. Analysis of the performance of gate officers in achieving an On Time Performance flight based on performance indicators. To analyze the data in this study using descriptive qualitative methods. Reserch data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, documentation and literature studies in the boarding gate work unit area of PT Kokapura Jenderal Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang. The result of this study are the performance of boarding gate officers who are quite good at providing boarding services to passanger. Boarding gate officers carry out boarding activities in accordance with the Standart Operational Procedure (SOP) that applies to each airline handled by PT Kokapura Ahmad Yani. The obstacle experienced by gate officers was the lack of information regarding flight delays, however, gate officers were able to overcome these obstacles bycoordinating and updating every 10 minutes with operational staff regarding the condition of the aircraft to be boarded.

The Terminal Service Officer, or better known as the Terminal Inspection Service, is a work unit tasked with supervising all facilities in the Land Side area of the airport, curb/sidewalk, parking area and terminal building. Before the airport operates, the Terminal Service Officer ensures or checks in advance whether all facilities are ready to operate or not, if one of these facilities is not ready, it will affect the operational processes of El Tari Kupang International Airport and can also pose a risk to the performance of TSO officers. . The purpose of this research is to find out the performance and efforts of Terminal Service Officers in resolving obstacles to facility monitoring at El Tari Kupang International Airport. This study used a qualitative descriptive method using data from interviews with 3 Terminal Service Officers, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, Terminal Service Officers (TSO) have duties and responsibilities that are in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures including facilities that are the responsibility of Terminal Service Officers, especially the land side area, passenger terminal and departure/arrival area, carry out routine checks supporting facilities to keep them operating properly. If in carrying out the supervision there is a damaged facility, it will be immediately coordinated with the unit concerned and repaired immediately.
