In early childhood, a child has high energy. This energy is needed to perform various activities to improve physical skills related to fine motor skills, such as shaping or manipulating from clay/wax/dough, drawing, coloring, sticking, cutting, cutting, stringing objects with thread (meronce). These activities serve to train coordination between eyes and hands, which can be developed through play activities (Sumantri, 2005: 145).

Early childhood education is crucial in laying the foundation for children's cognitive, emotional, and physical development. A vital aspect of this education is the introduction of colors and the developing of fine motor skills, which can be enhanced through coloring activities. This community service activity aimed to provide color recognition education through coloring activities to improve fine motor skills in early childhood. The targets in this activity are early childhood children (2-5 years old) and BKB cadres at Taman Posyandu (Tapos) Ceria Desa Rejosari, Glagah District, Banyuwangi. The methods used are lecturing, drilling, and mentoring. The results of this activity are that children can recognize, distinguish, and name various colors, children's fine motor skills, such as eye-hand coordination and hand movement control, are improved through coloring activities, and they can express themselves and their ideas through the strokes of color they pour on the given picture. Recognizing colors and developing fine motor skills are crucial foundations for supporting young children in preparing important skills for the following learning stages, such as reading and writing. Coloring activities can become a positive habit, encouraging children to spend time with productive and educational activities.

Fine motor development is a movement that uses fine muscles or parts of certain limbs that are influenced by opportunities to learn and practice. This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of folding paper and puzzle games on children's fine motor development. The study's research design was a pre-experimental type one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study were all children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Ceria Panji Lor Village in September 2023, as many as 28 people with the Total Sampling technique—data collection using DDST Denver II measurement. Analytical test used with Wilcoxon Test. The results showed that children's fine motor development before therapy mainly developed as expected, namely 15 children (54%); after treatment, most developed very well, namely 19 children (68%). This study shows an influence between the value before and after being given folding paper and puzzle game therapy on the fine motor development of children aged 4-5 years.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of mosaic activities on the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at the GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten. The type of research used in the research is quantitative research with experimental research methods and the type of research design is one group pretest post-test design. The population in this study was all children aged 5-6 years at the GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten, totaling 110 people, and the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, was 25 children from class B2. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation sheets, interviews and documentation. Based on the recapitulation of data on children's fine motor skills before being given treatment (pretest) using mosaic activities, there were no BSB categories, 4% were in the BSH category, 80% were in the MB category, 16% were in the BB category. After being given treatment (post-test) using mosaic activities, there were 32% in the BSB category, 68% in the BSH category, none in the MB and BB categories. Furthermore, based on the results of the t test, the value of tcount ˃ ttable (49.729 ˃1.711) was obtained. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of mosaic activities on the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at the GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten.

Based on the results of the initial study conducted at the Mandiri ABCD Kindergarten, Sipoholon District, there were several problems with the Pat Ni Gajah game, namely the lack of gross motor skills in children when playing, and children still lacking in developing body movements, but through playing activities, children can develop agility and balance as well as eye and eye coordination. foot. Some children also lack the natural ability to maintain balance when trying to play the Pat Ni Gajah game. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of the traditional game Pat Ni Gajah on the gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at the Mandiri ABCD Kindergarten, Sipoholon District. The method used in this research is an inferential quantitative research method. The population is all children aged 5-6 years in Mandiri ABCD Kindergarten, Sipoholon District, 2022/2023 Academic Year, totaling 101 people and a sample of 40 children was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected with 19 positive closed questionnaire items. The results of the data analysis show that there is an influence of the traditional Pat Ni Gajah game on the gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in the Mandiri ABCD Kindergarten, Sipoholon District: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.552 > rtable(a= 0.05,n=40) = 0.312, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable =38)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable .63"+0.50X. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of kinetic sand playing media on the fine motoric aspects of children aged 5-6 years at Pelangi Kasih Siborongborong Kindergarten, North Tapanuli Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative research method. The population was all children aged 5-6 years at Pelangi Kasih Siborongborong Kindergarten, North Tapanuli Regency, totaling 54 people and a sample of 20 people was determined using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data was collected using a 25-item positive closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive influence between kinetic sand playing media on the fine motoric aspects of children aged 5-6 years at Pelangi Kasih Siborongborong Kindergarten, North Tapanuli Regency: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.599 > rtable(=0.05,n=20) = 0.444, thus it is known that there is a positive influence between variable dk=n-2=18)= 2.101, thus there is a significant influence between variable Y ̂="23","22"+0.78X. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Children are an invaluable national asset. Children are part of the young population who need to be cared for, so that they can grow and develop optimally according to their potential. Motor development is an element of maturity in controlling body movements and the brain as the center of movement. Children's motor development can be assessed using the KPSP (Pre-Developmental Screening Questionnaire) which is an early detection instrument in the development of children aged 0 to 6 years. Gross motor skills are physical movements that require balance and coordination between body parts using the large muscles of some or all of the body parts. Gross motor development needs to be stimulated so that children can develop optimally. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Brain Gym therapy on the gross motor development of preschool children. The design of this research is to use a Quasy experiment with a one group pre test-post test design. pre – post test. The total sample was 16 respondents with a purposive sampling model. The results of this research show that there is an effect of Brain Gym therapy on increasing gross motor development in preschool children with a p value of 0.001. The conclusion of this research is that there is an increase in gross motor development after implementing Brain Gym therapy in preschool children. Parents are advised to carry out this brain gym therapy at home to further optimize their child's development, especially gross motor development.

Fine motor development is a movement that only involves small muscles in the body, such as skills in using fingers and wrist movements. Delays in fine motor development are caused by the lack of opportunities for children to play, the stimulation that children receive is good by parents. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of playing collage and plasticine therapy on fine motor development in children 4-5 years old at Zainul Hasan Genggong Kindergarten, ProbolinggoThis type of research is pre-experimental with a two group pretest-posttest research design. The population was 46 respondents who met the inclusion requirements of the study were selected using a total sampling technique. Children's fine motor development was measured using an observation sheet, and information was gathered using editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating procedures. In both groups, the data were evaluated using the Wilcoxon test hypothesis.The results showed that the value of ρ Value α = 0.000 in the collage playing group and the value of ρ Value α = 0000 in the plasticine playing group. The significant level of ρ Value < α 0.05, it is stated that both therapies are effective in developing children's fine motor development. However, judging by the results of the observation, the post-test value of playing plasticine therapy was more with the results of the BSB category being 20 children. Due to the age characteristics in group 2, there were more 4 years of age at that age, children's fine motor development was more rapid.Collage and plasticine games are a series of therapies to develop fine motor development in children. For further researchers, it is recommended to add variety of images in collage play therapy, to approach children more when given play therapy.

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between drawing activities and the fine motor development of young children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Anak Ceria, Parbaju Julu Village, Tarutung District. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. Population is all children u sia d this 5-6 years class B at Ceria Children's Early Childhood Education Center in Parbaju Village Julu District of Tarutung, totaling 18 people. Data was collected using an observation sheet of 20 items. Based on the results of the study, namely the calculation results of a positive relationship test, the value of rxy= 0.483 was obtained > rtable( =0.05,n=18)= 0.468 Thus it is known that there is a positive variable X between variable Y. 2) A significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 2.204 > ttablel(=0,05,dk=n-2=16)= 2.120, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. So Ha says there is a relationship between activities drawing with fine motor development for early childhood 5-6 years in Ceria Children’s PAUD, Parbaju Julu Village, Tarutung District and H0¬ was rejected.

Delayed motor development in children means that motor development has not been developed as it should be, at the child's age, which results in the child not being able to carry out developmental tasks appropriate to his age group. Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat terutama pada negara yang sedang berkembang dan penghasilan rendah sampai menengah. Stunting saat ini termasuk masalah gizi kronis yang terdapat di negara Indonesia dan selalu dikaitkan dengan keadaan kurang gizi kronik atau kegagalan dalam pertumbuhan. Stunting dapat mengakibatkan gangguan perkembangan kognitif, motorik, bahasa serta dapat meningkatkan mortalitas dan morbiditas. Di samping itu juga dapat penurunan kemampuan fungsi kognitif, rendahnya prestasi belajar, dan juga imunitas lemah sehingga rentan terhadap penyakit infeksi.  Tingkat kesadaran masyarakat merupakan tantangan terbesar dalam upaya pencegahan stunting terutama ibu hamil. Ibu hamil yang mempunyai pengetahuan baik tentang pencegahan stunting akan memperhatikan asupan gizi selama masa kehamilan. Dari hasil paparan perlu dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat “IbM pemberdayaan keluarga dengan ibu hamil untuk pencegahan stunting melalui paket ESiD (Edukasi, Simulasi, Diskusi)”. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari edukasi, simulasi, diskusi, serta monitoring. Target luaran berupa tercapainya pemberdayaan masyarakat dan meningkatnya pengetahuan keluarga dengan ibu hamil, terpublikasinya hasil pengabdian masyarakat di jurnal nasional, serta media elektronik.

Anak usia dini merupakan individu yang sedang mengalami proses perkembangan dengan pesat, sehingga anak prasekolah memerlukan optimalisasi perkembangan motorik kasar salah satunya dengan menggunakan senam. Perkembangan motorik merupakan salah satu aspek pertumbuhan anak-anak yang begitu jelas dan terlihat, kadang-kadang kita menerimanya begitu saja. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peranan senam irama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian kajian pustaka pada sumber-sumber terpercaya seperti artikel jurnal, buku dan semakin banyak kegiatan yang bervariatif dan inovatif maka peluang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak sehingga dapat berkembang dengan optimal. Implikasi temuan dari tulisan ini memberikan gambaran dari  mengembangkan fisik motorik kasar pada anak usia dini melalui olahraga senam senam irama .

Transportasi merupakan salah satu agen pembangunan yang mendorong kegiatan ekonomi dan pembangunan. Karena transportasi merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi kegiatan perekonomian, maka transportasi tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia. Namun kegiatan transportasi tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif tetapi juga akan memberikan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan jika tidak diatur dan direncanakan dengan baik. Salahnya stu masalah yang ada  adalah tinggi kecelakan lalu lintas sangat mengkuatirkan pada masa ini dengan meningkatnnya pengguna jalan dan kurangnya pengawasan. Pelatihan safety riding (sepeda) dan sosialisasi peraturan lalu lintas bagi anak-anak SD dan SMP di Kecamatan Heram Kota Jayapura. Program pelatihan sepeda mungkin akan lebih efektif jika ada informasi tentang lalu lintas yang aman bagi anak-anak sekolah di SD dan SMP. Melalui latihan fisik mengendarai sepeda sebagai latihan tambahan di sekolah, dapat membantu perkembangan kognitif keterampilan motorik dan pemahaman berkendara yang aman serta mengenal peraturan lalu lintas sejak dini. Pelatihan Safety Riding (sepeda) dan sosialisasi peraturan lalu lintas bagi anak-anak SD dan SMP yang berada di Distrik Heram memberikan feedback yang baik dan antusias yang tinggi dari  anak anak dan para guru. Program ini disertai pelatihan bersepeda yang diharapkan akanlebih efektif jika penyampaian informasi untuk  keselamatan lalu lintas kepada anak-anak sekolah di SD dan SMP. Latihan fisik bersepeda sebagai latihan tambahan di sekolah dapat membantu perkembangan kognitif keterampilan motorik dan pemahaman berkendara yang aman serta mengenal peraturan lalu lintas sejak dini. Bayi memiliki tiga kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi oleh orang tua, yaitu kebutuhan fisik-biologis yang berguna untuk pertumbuhan otak, sistem sensorik, serta motorik. Kecerdasan emosi interpersonal dan intrapersonal melalui kebutuhan kasih sayang, serta kebutuhan stimulus atau rangsangan untuk meningkatkan mekanisme kerja system sensorik dan motoric. Hal terpenting dalam tumbuh kembang anak adalah adanya rangsangan atau stimulus. (Maharani, 2017). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pijat Bayi Terhadap Peningkatan Berat Badan Pada Bayi Umur 3-6 bulan Di Puskesmas Perawatan Lawe Parbunga Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan non equivalen kontrol group, jumlah Populasi  dan sampel yaitu semua bayi umur 3-6 bulan di Puskesmas Perawatan Lawe Parbunga Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara yaitu sebanyak 34 Orang menggunakan metode total sampling pada bulan Februari-Mei 2022. Analisis menggunakan Microsoft excel dan Paired Test tingkat signifikasi adalah 0,05 dengan confidence interval (CI) 95%. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic dengan menggunakan paired t test didapatkan  t = 6.610. Oleh karena t hitung (6.610)  > t tabel (2.0345) maka HO ditolak dan Ha diterima. Terdapat pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan berat badan bayi di Puskesmas Perawatan Lawe Parbunga Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara Tahun 2022. Diharapkan dapat sebagai informasi tetang simulasi pijat bayi dalam membantu meningkatkan berat badan pada bayi.

Many parents and teachers do not care about the motor development of early childhood. This is because their paradigm only focuses on certain developments. Therefore, as a professional and good teacher, it is necessary to know what methods need to be used in developing AUD motor skills. This service aims to make AUD teachers know what learning methods can be used in the process of developing children's gross motor skills. This PKM was held at YAPIS Merauke Kindergarten and was attended by 11 YAPIS Merauke Kindergarten teachers. This activity was carried out in 4 sessions where in each session using the lecture method and question and answer discussion. In the end, teachers are expected to be able to create more varied learning methods to support early childhood development.

Penggunaan gadget pada anak sudah menjadi hal yang biasa, bahkan Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang menjadi pengguna gadget terbesar di Asia, Namun kecendurangan penggunaan gadget pada anak yang tidak tepat akan menjadikan anak kurang peduli dengan kesehatan dan teman-teman yang ada dilingkungan sekitarnya. perkembagan bahasa dan kemampuan  sosial anak Salah satu fase tumbuh kembang pada anak memiliki ciri dan tugas Perkembagan  seperti keterampilan Orangtua harus mempertimbangkan seperti motorik kasar dan motorik halus, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara pola asuh orangtua otoriter dan demokratis dengan lamanya penggunaan gadget pada anak usia prasekola di Kelurahan Mahawu Lingkungan VII Kota Manado. Metode  Desain penelitiian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Total Poupulasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 50 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi. ukur yang diigunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dianalisa menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05 05Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji Chi-square didapatkan nilai p value tersebut lebih kecil dari nilai signifakan sebesar (0,00<0,05) hasil penelitian ini menunukan bahwa didapati Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.Kesimpulan yang diambil adalah terdapat hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua otoriter dan demokratis terhadap lamanya penggunaan gadget pada anak usia prasekolah. Diharapkan kepada para orang tua dapat menerapkan pola asuh yang demokratis terhadap anak mereka dalam penggunaan gadget.

Surgery still often causes various problems, one of which is pain, but the problem of pain during and after surgery can be overcome by anesthesia technique. One of them is spinal anesthesia technique. However, spinal anesthesia still has drawbacks where the duration of sensory and motor blockade is still very short. Various methods are used to prolong the duration of sensory and motor blockade of spinal anesthesia, one of which is the addition of adjuvants such as fentanyl and clonidine. This study was conducted to compare the speed of onset of action of sensory-motor blockade and the lengthening of duration of action of sensory-motor blockade between the addition of 25 g fentanyl compared to 50 g conidine in 10 mg hyperbaric 0.5% bipivacaine administered under spinal anesthesia. This study used a Randomized Control Trial (RCT) design with a double-blind randomized control trial and was conducted at Mitra Plumbon Hospital Cirebon from March-April 2021. There were 42 patients who met the inclusion criteria who underwent surgery with spinal anesthesia. Patients were divided into 2 groups, group 1 used 10mg hyperbaric 0.5% bupivacaine plus 25µg fentanyl, while group 2 used 10mg hyperbaric 0.5% bupivacaine plus 50µg clonidine. We investigated the onset of action and duration of action of sensory-motor blockade, the effect of hemodynamic shock, the effect of sedation levels and intraoperative adverse effects (side effects). Data analysis using SPSS 20.0. In the group of 10 mg bupivacaine 0.5% hyperbaric plus clonidine 50 g, the onset of action of sensory-motor blockade was faster and the duration of action was longer than in the group of 10 mg bupivacaine 0.5% hyperbaric plus 25 g fentanyl with a P value <0.05. Likewise, the effect of hemodynamic fluctuations in the 10mg hyperbaric 0.5% bupivacaine group plus 50 g clnidine was more stable than the 10mg hyperbaric 0.5% bupivacaine group plus 25 g fentanyl. While the effect of the level of sedation and intraoperative side effects are comparable

Latar belakang: Stroke yang menimbulkan lesi pada daerah broca dapat mengganggu pengantar dan pengendali kemampuan berbicara, yang terletak di lobus frontalis kiri berdekatan dengan daerah motorik korteks untuk mengontrol otot-otot artikulasi sehingga pasien akan mengalami afasia motorik.. Afasia menyebabkan kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi sehingga menimbulkan gangguan interaksi sosial, isolasi diri, frustasi, dan depresi.Terapi rehabilitasi afasia sangat dibutuhkan, salah satunya adalah Constraint Induced Aphasia Therapy (CIAT) yaitu terapi verbal dengan kartu dan pembatasan non verbal yang melatih kemampuan memahami, mengucapkan kata dan mengikuti perintah. Tujuan: analisis penerapan CIAT Terhadap Afasia Pasien Stroke Metode: Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif denganpendekatan studi kasus.pada 2 pasien stroke yang mengalami gangguan bicara dan kriteria inklusi yaitu pasien stroke yang menunjukkan gangguan dalam bicara spontan, pemahaman, menamai, repetisi (mengulang), membaca dan menulis. Sebelum terapi CIAT, pengkajian afasia dilakukan dengan token test. Hasil: afasia Subyek I dari skor 22 (kategori sedang) menjadi skor 25 (kategori ringan) dan pada subyek II skor dari 19 (kategori sedang) menjadi skor 20 (kategori sedang).artinya penerapan CIAT efektif terhadap afasia pada pasien stroke di Puskesmas Rowosari Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang. Saran :. Penerapan terapi CIAT direkomendasikan melakukan CIAT terhadap pasien stroke dengan afasia.

Around 40% there are still children of pre-school age who have not been able to do their developmental tasks according to their age. In addition, in the kindergarten, finger painting activities have never been done on the soft motor development of pre-school children in Tunas Kelapa Kindergarten Group B Tinigi Village, Galang District. This type of quantitative research with a one group pretest posttest approach, a population of 32 people and a sample of 15 people with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test, with finger painting as an independent variable and fine motor dependent. The results of the pretest study were 8 respondents (53.3%) suspect and the posttest was 13 respondents (86.7%) normal. The results of bivariate analysis obtained p value 0.014 <0.05, there is an effect of finger painting activities on the soft motor development of pre-school children in Tunas Kelapa Kindergarten Group B Tinigi Village, Galang District. It is hoped that this research can be additional knowledge for parents so they can optimize the development of their children.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan saraf motorik anak-anak difabel melalui kegiatan bercocok tanam melalui media tanam hidroponik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukakn di Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat (YPAC) Surakarta dengan mengadakan kegiatan mengedukasi, prakktek, dan ppembinaan. Pentuk edukasi yang diberikan kepada mitra terfokus pada apa itu hidroponik, bagaimana cara merawat tanaman yang menggunakan media tanam hidroponik, bagaimana menyemai benih yang ada sehingga menjadi bibit yang bisa dipindahkan ke instalasi hidroponik, dan lainnya. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini dari kegiatan mengedukasi, praktek, dan pembinaan adalah memhaminya dan dapat mempraktekan ilmu yang didapat dengan baik, dan dapat membantu mereka untuk tetatp produktif dengan adanya kegiatan ini dimasa pandemi
