This research was conducted on fruit traders at Ms. Puan’s Morning Market, Pekanbaru citywith the aim of knowing how the social capital of fruit traders at Ms. Puan’s Morning Market, Pekanbaru city.This research was conducted on fruit traders at the Ms. Puan morning market in Pekanbaru City with the aim of knowing how the social capital of fruit traders is.this study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Research subjects in this study amounted to 5 (five) informants. The technique of determining informants, namely by using purposive sampling technique is to take subjects by specifying special characteristics with the aim of research that is expected to be able to answer research problems. In collecting data researchers used observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The theory is the theory of social capital put forward by Jhon Field which consists of social networks, beliefs, and norms. The results of this study are that social capital is very important in running a business and the smooth running of fruit business at Ms. Puan morning market pekanbaru city, such as a network that can help or facilitate the smooth running of their business. Trust that makkes it easier for them to sell fruit, with social capital such as a network of trust and norms, fruit sellers can maintain fruit and make their business easier because managing a business is carried out jointly and sense of trust is established. This study concerns profitability, aiming to analyze the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL) and capital structure on profitability mediated by credit growth. The population of this study were all Rural Banks (BPR) in Central Java province, totaling 257 BPRs. This study used purposive sampling, with the criteria being a private BPR with its head office in Central Java province and reporting complete financial data for the 2019-2021 period. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant negative effect on credit growth. Capital structure have a significant positive effect on credit growth. Credit growth have a positive but not significant effect on profitability. Non Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant negative effect on profitability. Capital structure have a significant positive effect on profitability. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test, found that credit growth cannot mediate the effect Non Performing Loans (NPL) against profitability.Credit growth cannot mediate the effectcapital structure on profitability.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Economic Growth and General Allocation Fund on the Capital Expenditure Budget in part and simultaneously from districts/cities in West Sumatra Province for the 2018 – 2021 period. The data used are secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Sumatra, quantitative collection data methods and analysis techniques used are panel data regression. Before that, a classical assumption test was carried out to find out a good model in statistics, then a hypothesis test was carried out using the t test and the f test. The research showed some of the influence of Economic Growth (X1) and the General Allocation Fund (x2) on the Capital Expenditure Budget (Y). The result found is that Economic Growth (X1) has not had a positive effect on the Capital Expenditure Budget (Y) while the General Allocation Fund (X2) has a positive effect on the Capital Expenditure Budget (Y).

This paper discusses the potential and opportunities for investment in Indonesia's new capital city, Nusantara, in relation to Government Regulation Number 12 of 2023 concerning the Granting of Business Licenses, Ease of Doing Business, and Investment Facilities for Business Actors in the Capital City of Nusantara (PP 12 of 2023). It will also discuss the property investment sector which is an investment opportunity for investors to invest in the Capital City of the Nusantara in phase I of 2022-2024. In addition, matters regulated in PP 12 of 2023 will also be presented in relation to investment arrangements in Indonesia as stipulated in Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of capital and production costs on the income of micro, small and medium enterprises at the city of Palangkaraya drinking water filling depot. This research will provide a clearer picture of the factors that affect the income of a drinking water-filling depot business. The quantitative approach to multiple regression analysis is a method of conducting research by focusing on the relationship between variables using quantitative data. From this study, capital and production costs significantly influence the income of micro and SME enterprises at drinking water filling depots in Palangkaraya City. Revenue increases when capital and production costs increase; income decreases when it decreases. Together, these two effects explain 60.3% of income inequality. Suggestions for future researchers are to expand the scope of their research by considering other factors that can affect the income of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) drinking water stations, such as Business location, product quality, and marketing strategy.

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Capital Structure, Company Size, Company Growth on company value in companies listed on the IDX30 Index. The research period is 2019 – 2021. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sampling technique using a purposive sampling method, so that 21 companies are obtained as research samples. The data analysis technique used in analyzing data uses Eviews 9.0. The results of this study indicate that partially Profitability has a significant effect on firm value. Capital structure has no significant effect on firm value. Firm size has a significant effect on firm value. Company growth has no significant effect on firm value. The results of this research simultaneously show that profitability, capital structure, company size, and company growth have a significant effect on firm value.

This study aims to re-examine previous research between independent variables, namely local revenue and capital expenditure on financial independence. The object in this study is Financial Independence and the subject of this research is the Regional Government of West Sumatra Province for 2019-2021. The population in this study is the report on the realization of the budget revenues, capital expenditures and regional revenues of the Regional Government of West Sumatra Province. The type of data in this study uses a quantitative approach. The data source used is secondary data, namely data collected from existing records. This study took research samples using sensu techniques or saturated samples. The sample used in this study is the report on the realization of the APBD (Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget) of the Regency/City Regional Government of West Sumatra Province which has been audited by the BPK with a total of 19 samples. The results of this study indicate that Regional Original Income has a positive effect on regional financial independence. Meanwhile, capital expenditure has a negative effect on regional financial independence.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, profit growth, and company size on earnings quality in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. Earnings Quality Variables using Quality of Income. The sample method used was purposive sampling. From the population in the Mining Sector Companies during the 2019- 2021 period, 13 companies that met the sample criteria were taken. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) software program 25.00 for Windows. The results showed that capital structure, profit growth, and company size had no negative and insignificant effects on earnings quality. Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on earnings quality. The influence of Capital Structure, Liquidity, Profit Growth, and Company Size together has a positive and significant effect on earnings quality in mining sector companies listed on the IDX.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of financial literacy, investment motivation, and minimum investment capital on Gen Z's investment interest in the Bibit application. The analysis method in this research uses quantitative primary data, the test stages carried out are: validity test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The data used in this research used a questionnaire instrument, and valid data was collected from 100 respondents. The sampling method in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The testing tool used was SPSS version 23. The results showed that investment motivation and minimum investment capital had a partially significant positive effect on Gen Z's interest in investing in the Bibit application, while financial literacy had a partially significant negative effect on Gen Z's investment interest in the Bibit application. Financial literacy, investment motivation, and minimum investment capital simultaneously have a positive effect on Gen Z's interest in investing in the Bibit application and the most dominant variable in investment interest is investment motivation.

Perkembangan teknologi telah mencapai masa yang supercepat dan modern dalam setiap aspek dalam kehidupan manusia, salah satunya dalam bidang bisnis. Perkembangan teknologi pada saat ini telah mengambil banyak peran terhadap berubahnya perilaku manusia di era modern pada saat ini, salah satunya karena kehadiran sosial media sebagai tempat berbagi informasi dan tempat komunikasi yang menghubungkan seorang dengan orang lainnya. Media sosial pada saat ini menjadi sebuah tempat yang menjadi dunia kedua bagi masyarakat. Penggunaan media sosial yang masif dalam masyarakat menjadikan sebuah pasar tersendiri bagi seorang pelaku usaha untuk dapat melakukan pemasaran secara digital. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan analisis dari penelitian-penelitian yang memiliki pembahasan atau pokok permasalahan yang sama yaitu tentang pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana melakukan pemasaran digital. Implikasi penelitian ini masyarakat dapat memahami mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai salah satu sarana terbaik untuk melakukan pemasaran atas suatu usaha karena dapat menimbulkan dampak yang luas dan modal yang relatif lebih terjangkau bagi pelaku usaha.

To achieve regional independence, local governments must be able to manage their resources efficiently and effectively. This can be realized by government financial performance.  This study aims to examine the effect of economic growth, local revenue, and capital expenditure on government financial performance. The samples of this study were 19 regencies / cities of West Sumatra Province in 2018-2021 using the total sampling technique. The analysis method used is the panel data regression method. Based on the results of this study, it shows that economic growth has no effect on government financial performance, local revenue has a positive and significant effect on government financial performance, and capital expenditure has a negative and significant effect on government financial performance.

Akad Mudharabah adalah salah satu akad yang termasuk ke dalam akad yang berlandaskan atas dasar kepercayaan, harus ada sikap saling percaya antar dua belah pihak yakni pemilik modal (shahibul maal) serta pengelola modal (mudharib). Akad mudharabah ini kini juga telah banyak digunakan pada Lembaga - Lembaga Keuangan terkecil seperti Koperasi. Koperasi ini nantinya akan menyalurkan dana kepada nasabah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka dalam keseharian, maupun dalam bercocok tanam. Tentunya dengan perjanjian bagi hasil yang harus dipenuhi sebagai akad dari kegiatan yang akan dilakukan. Pelaksanaan akad mudharabah yang kini mulai banyak dilaksanakan di tengah masyarakat tentunya harus di perhatikan agar tidak terjadi ketimpangan dalam pembagian hasil yang telah di sepakati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendekripsikan efektifitas pengendalian risiko dalam pembiayaan mudharabah pada Koperasi Kelompok Tani “Gapoktan” di Jorong Pasanehan. Untuk melengkapi kajian tersebut, maka digunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) Datanya bersumber dari data primer dan skunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang di perlukan  dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, serta studi perpustakaan terkait dengan objek penelitian yang diteliti.

UMKM Mangrove merupakan kelompok usaha yang berlokasi di Desa Enu yang berdiri sejak tahun 2020 dengan anggota 10 ibu rumah tangga yang dibantu oleh Yayasan Domba dengan memberikan modal usaha kepada mereka. Ada beberapa produk yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok UMKM mangrove yaitu roti pacolo, saus teri, jahe instan, dan rono tapa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kelompok UMKM mangrove dalam memasarkan produknya secara online maupun melalui media sosial serta cara membuat kemasan yang baik dan menarik.   Berdasarkan hasil membangun desa mandiri yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa permasalahan yang terjadi sebelum pelaksanaan seminar pemasaran di era digital adalah kelompok usaha yang belum mengenal dan cara bertransaksi melalui pemasaran digital, khususnya pada platform Facebook, kurangnya pengetahuan kelompok UMKM mangrove terhadap teknologi yang mengakibatkan sulitnya melakukan digitalisasi pemasaran produknya, sehingga hal ini mempengaruhi cara mereka memasarkan produknya. Oleh karena itu dirasa perlunya penambahan wawasan bagi kelompok UMKM mangrove di desa Enu terkait konsep digital marketing, pelatihan dan membantu pelaku UMKM memasarkan produknya melalui platform media facebook guna meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan dari UMKM tersebut bisnis.

Perdarahan intrakranial sebagai akumulasi darah patologis yang terjadi di otak dan diklasifikasi berdasarkan lokasi perdarahan yaitu perdarahan epidural, subdural, subaraknoid, intraventrikular dan intraserebral (intraparenkim). Penyebab perdarahan intrakranial ini bisa karena cedera kepala merupakan penyebab yang paling sering ditemukan pada penderita perdarahan intrakranial yang berusia dibawah 50 tahun.CT-Scan merupakan modalitas alat pencitraan utama yang digunakan dalam keadaan akut dan sangat bermanfaat dalam menegakkan serta menentukan tipe trauma kapitis karena kemampuannya memberikan gambaran fraktur, hematoma dan edema yang jelas baik bentuk maupun ukurannya.

This study aims to determine the social capital of the association of street vendors in the scope of economics and development. The research method used is a qualitative method to obtain the data that researchers need and to understand the subject in depth. Researchers used an ethnographic approach that focused on a group that had the same goal, the group studied in this study was the Mekar Sore street vendor association. The research location is on Jalan Hos Cokroaminoto, Ponorogo Regency. Data collection techniques in this study were to gather information through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate the social capital of the role of the Mekar Sore street vendor association with its influence on the economy and development on Jalan Hos Cokroaminoto. Jalan Hos Cokroaminoto which has undergone a face off is similar to Malioboro Yogyakarta with the aim as a city tourism sector there is a role from various stakeholders in its development, one of which is the Mekar Sore street vendor association. The association is a well-structured group, as evidenced by the existence of a management structure and routine activities for the sustainability of their economy and efforts to protect the environment on Jalan Hos Cokroaminoto. In addition, with social capital, the association is trying to change the image of street vendors who care about environmental issues.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar Pengaruh Perputaran Persedian Barang Terhadap Kebutuhan Modal Kerja Pada Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga. Adapun hipotesis yang diajukan adalah : Ada Pengaruh Perputaran Persedian Barang Terhadap Kebutuhan Modal Kerja Pada Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan keuangan Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga. Sedangkan sampelnya adalah data laporan keuangan 3 tahun terakhir yakni tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Hasil perhitungan rasio persediaan barang diketahui tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2021 ditemukan sebesar 0,29 dan 0,30 artinya aset Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga hanya dapat menutupi 29% dan 30 % dari kewajiban jangka pendek Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rasio modal kerja diketahui tahun 2019 sebesar 1,78 dan tahun 2020 sebesar 1,90 serta rasio modal kerja tahun 2021 sebesar 1,98 artinya Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga memiliki ketersediaan likuiditas tahun 2019 sebesar 178%, tahun 2020 sebesar 190% dan tahun 2021 sebesar 198% dari pembayaran kewajiban yang harus dilakukan. Koefisien korelasi persediaan barang terhadap modal kerja sebasar 0,998, hubungan tersebut sangat kuat  Model persamaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut Y = 1,273 + 0,824X menunjukkan kearah positif. Hasil uji thitung sebesar 15,973 > ttabel 12,706 maka hipotesis yaitu Ada pengaruh perputaran persedian barang terhadap kebutuhan modal kerja pada Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga dapat diterima                                                                                                           

ABSTRACT   This study aims to describe the turnover of working capital of the Bina Lestari Pinangsori Mandiri Savings and Loans Cooperative in Central Tapanuli Regency and to explain the level of profitability of the Bina Lestari Pinangsori Mandiri Savings and Loans Cooperative in Central Tapanuli Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with analysis of working capital turnover ratios (cash turnover ratios, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover), and profitability ratios (total asset turnover). The results of the analysis show that the working capital turnover of the Mandiri Bina Lestari Pinangsori Savings and Loans Cooperative, Central Tapanuli Regency for 2019-2021 based on the cash turnover ratio and inventory turnover ratio is considered good or effective, and based on the accounts receivable turnover ratio it is very slow so it is considered ineffective. Meanwhile, based on the ratio of asset profitability achieved, it shows that the Bina Lestari Pinangsori Mandiri Savings and Loans Cooperative in Central Tapanuli Regency is not yet profitable.   Keywords: Working capital, Profitability

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pasar Uka kelurahan Air Putih Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Bagaimana profil pedagang pakaian bekas, serta 2) Bagaimana strategi pedagang pakaian bekas untuk mengatasi persoalan yang dihadapi oleh usahanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pendekatan metode kualitatif secara  deskriptif dengan mengambil 5 subjek utama 2 informan triangulasi dan 2 subjek kunci (Key informan). Serta penentuan informasi ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling  dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Strategi Bertahan Hidup Edi Suharto. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini  yang Pertama,  aspek yang menjadi pedagang pakaian bekas adalah masih mudahnya untuk mendapatkan pakaian bekas dari kota-kota lain yang banyak pemasoknya dan Mendapatkan keuntungan  dengan  modal tidak terlalu banyak. Para peminat  pakaian bekas ini selalu ada, Pedagang selalu menjual dengan melihat merk dan  model.  Kedua, Kendala yang sering dihadapi oleh pedagang adalah izin pemerintah tentang adanya larang impor pakaian bekas dan para pedagang juga sering mendapatkan pakaian bekas yang tidak bagus. Ketiga, Strategi yang dilakukan pedagang adalah Strategi aktif dengan cara mempertahankan potensi yang seperti memanfaatkan anggota keluarga, selektif dalam berjualan dan menambah barang dagangan. Serta, strategi pasif menghemat pengeluaran ekonomi dengan cara mampu memilih harga pakaian yang tinggi untuk menciptakan pendapatan tinggi dan menabung hasil dagangan, dan strategi jaringan dengan cara harus menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan pihak agen dan pembeli untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari.

This study aims to analyze and calculate the ratio of liquidity, calculate the ratio of activities using working capital to earn profit (profitability ratio) and see the effectiveness of using working capital compared to a predetermined standard of measurement. The type of research used is case study research with a quantitative approach. The processed data includes the financial reports of the Satahi Sorkam Producers Cooperative. In analyzing research data using descriptive analysis method with analysis of liquidity ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. Based on the results of the analysis of the liquidity ratio, the results of calculating the current ratio for 2019-2021 are obtained. In 2019 it was good, while in 2020 and 2021 it was quite good. The results of calculating the quick ratio for 2019-2021 when compared to standard measurements, the quick ratio for the 2019-2021 period is not good. Based on the activity ratio analysis, it shows that receivables turnover in 2019-2021 when compared to measurement standards, receivables turnover in 2019-2021 is less efficient. As for inventory turnover in 2019-2021 when compared to the standard, inventory turnover in 2019-2021 is less efficient. Based on the analysis of working capital turnover calculations, the results of working capital turnover in 2019-2021 are quite efficient. As for the results of the analysis and calculation of the profitability of own capital in 2019-2021 compared to measurement standards, the profitability of own capital in 2019-2021 is very efficient.
