Human resource (HR) development is a key element in realizing competency-based schools that are able to face the challenges of the globalization era. This study aims to analyze HR development strategies in educational environments with a systematic approach involving teachers, staff, and students. The research methods used are literature review and direct observation at several competency-based schools in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that effective HR development includes three main aspects: strengthening teacher pedagogical competence, increasing staff managerial capacity, and forming a learning culture in students. The proposed strategies include ongoing training, empowering digital technology, and collaborating with external parties such as the business world and industry. The implementation of this strategy shows an increase in individual and institutional performance, especially in terms of adaptability to curriculum changes, the use of technology in learning, and student learning outcomes. In addition, it was found that visionary leadership support and adequate facilities are the main supporting factors for the success of HR development in competency-based schools. In conclusion, integrated and competency-oriented HR development not only strengthens school competitiveness but also supports the creation of a globally superior generation.

The application of digital marketing in the business world requires diverse skills, one of which is the ability to process visual content, such as photography, to make published products more appealing. This need arises because, in the current era of digital technological advancement, people tend to engage in buying and selling activities through online platforms. Consumers are more likely to be attracted to a product if its visual content is presented in a creative and engaging manner. This mentoring program aims to enhance participant’s skills in transforming products into visual content with creative and unique value. The program employs direct mentoring and hands-on practice, following the delivery of foundational photography theory to the trainees. Participants are divided into six groups, each assigned different tasks and photo concepts. This approach encourages teamwork among students in the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting program. In photography, producing a compelling work requires thorough preparation and a well-thought-out concept to ensure a smooth process and satisfactory results. The outcome of this program demonstrates that students have comprehended the materials provided by the mentors. This is evidenced by active interactions among participants discussing concepts, composition, proper photography techniques, lighting application, shooting angles, and other related aspects.

Bhinneka: Jurnal Bintang Pendidikan dan Bahasa 2024 Universitas Palan

Pendidikan bertujuan mengembangkan kompetensi dan kesadaran moral siswa, sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003. Namun, di SMKN 1 Ciruas, banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak seperti Microsoft Office dan Canva, serta belum memiliki kesadaran yang cukup terhadap isu perundungan dan pelecehan seksual. Untuk menjawab tantangan ini, penelitian ini melaksanakan pelatihan desain grafis, Microsoft Office, dan training motivasi guna meningkatkan kompetensi dan kesadaran siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan dan pustaka. Program pelatihan melibatkan siswa OSIS dan MPK, berlangsung selama dua bulan dengan dua pertemuan mingguan. Pelatihan Microsoft Office mencakup pengenalan fitur dasar hingga pembuatan dokumen dan pembukuan sederhana. Pelatihan desain grafis menggunakan Canva dan CapCut untuk mendukung kreativitas siswa. Training motivasi memberikan pemahaman mengenai dampak perundungan dan pelecehan seksual. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan teknologi dan kesadaran moral siswa. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi teknis, tetapi juga membangun karakter yang lebih baik. Disarankan agar program ini dijadikan kegiatan rutin untuk mendukung pembelajaran di luar kelas dan mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tuntutan era digital.

This study explores the implementation of Task-Based Language Learning (TBLL) in developing an Android-based application to enhance English language proficiency. TBLL was chosen for its focus on real-world language usage, enabling users to practice English skills through practical tasks. The application is developed using the Flutter framework, which supports cross-platform functionality, providing ease of access for users. The study measures the improvement in English language proficiency without relying on surveys for data collection; instead, it uses performance data from users' in-app activities. The findings are expected to demonstrate that integrating TBLL into a digital platform can effectively enhance English proficiency, especially in practical communication skills. This Android-based application implementation is envisioned as an innovative solution for flexible and efficient language learning.

Transformasi digital telah mengubah lanskap profesi akuntansi secara mendasar dan berdampak langsung pada dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pemaknaan mahasiswa akuntansi terhadap transformasi digital serta menganalisis pembentukan kompetensi dan kesiapan kerja mereka dalam perspektif pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, dilaksanakan di Program Studi S1 Akuntansi Universitas Teknologi Surabaya. Informan adalah mahasiswa aktif semester 7 dan 8 yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa telah menyadari urgensi transformasi digital, namun kompetensi digital mereka masih terbentuk lebih banyak dari eksplorasi mandiri dan pengalaman magang dibandingkan pembelajaran formal. Kesiapan kerja mahasiswa belum merata akibat keterbatasan kurikulum berbasis teknologi dan ketimpangan kualitas pengalaman magang.

Perkembangan teknologi industri 4.0, khususnya Robotic Process Automation (RPA), telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap profesi akuntan. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak ganda RPA terhadap akuntan di Indonesia, yakni apakah kehadirannya merupakan ancaman atau peluang transformasi profesional. Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA, literatur yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019 hingga 2024 diidentifikasi, disaring, dan disintesis secara sistematis melalui analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun RPA mengotomasi tugas akuntansi yang berulang sehingga mengancam peran rutin, di sisi lain teknologi ini membuka peluang bagi akuntan untuk bergeser ke fungsi yang lebih strategis, analitis, dan konsultatif. Namun demikian, kesenjangan kompetensi digital masih menjadi hambatan utama adaptasi akuntan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa respons terkoordinasi dari institusi pendidikan, organisasi profesi, dan perusahaan sangat diperlukan untuk membekali akuntan dengan kompetensi yang relevan di era otomasi.

This study aims to examine the strengthening of teacher competencies among student teachers participating in the Field Experience Practice (PPL) at SMKN 1 Sangatta Utara, which is a partner school of STAI Sangatta. The background of this research is based on the importance of teacher competencies in the era of Education 4.0 and the strategic role of the PPL program in equipping prospective teachers with adequate pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. The research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the study indicate that the PPL program at SMKN 1 Sangatta Utara is effective in developing the four key competencies of prospective teachers: pedagogical, professional, social, and personal. This competency strengthening includes the ability of students to design student-centered learning, develop communication skills, and integrate technology into teaching. This research is expected to contribute to the improvement and development of the PPL program in the future and serve as a reference for other higher education institutions in preparing competent and adaptive prospective teachers in the digital era.

The rapid era of technology plays an important role in driving new entrepreneurship. The aim of the community service activity to be conducted is to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and increase knowledge about the business model canvas, design thinking, business plan proposal, digital marketing, and marketplace. The community service activity will be held at SMKN 4 Denpasar. The participants are students of SMKN 4 Denpasar. The problem faced by the school is the lack of training activities related to entrepreneurship. The solution offered to the partners is to provide training to build an entrepreneurial spirit. The method used in this community service activity includes socialization or counseling, discussion, simulation, and application. The results of the community service activities that have been carried out are that the students of SMKN 4 Denpasar have knowledge and are able to create business concepts through the business model canvas, design thinking, business plan proposal, digital marketing, and marketplace.

This study aims to explore the concept of teacher professionalism in the 21st century, especially in the context of English language learning. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological design, with data collection techniques through interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The results show that teacher professionalism covers various aspects, including subject matter mastery and professional attitude. Professional teachers are expected to be able to design and implement effective learning, motivate students, guide and provide counseling, assess students’ learning progress, and manage the classroom well. The research findings show that English teachers in Indonesia need to improve some aspects of their professionalism, such as English teaching skills in the classroom and the development of more innovative materials. Teachers also need further training to improve their ability to teach English in the digital era. Support from the school and collaboration with peers are also very important to improve the quality of English learning in schools. This study concludes that teacher professionalism is an important factor in achieving better education standards. Teachers must continue to learn and develop to improve their competencies and meet the needs of students in the 21st century.

Preparations must be made from now on, where every teacher learns how to use digital systems which must be adapted to learning needs in the digital era. The research method used is the library study method which is research carried out using library literature using a library study approach which is a supporting material for completing and obtaining research results about professional teachers for the future needed in the digital era. Teachers prepare themselves to create skills and competencies in the digital era.

Currently, education is a serious problem, where many factors influence the development of education. One of them is in the current era of digitalization of education, where some teachers still experience limitations in the use of technology, requiring them to rely on conventional pedagogical and professional skills. This study aims to analyze the professional competence of mathematics teachers in implementing meaningful learning without the support of digital technology in junior high schools. This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations. The results of the study show that teachers who have strong professional competence, especially in mastering the material, contextual learning strategies, and building good interactions with students, are able to create meaningful learning even without using technology. Real project-based learning, the use of simple teaching aids, and interactive communication are the keys to the success of a teacher. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening teacher core competencies in presenting relevant mathematics learning that is free from technological limitations.

Abstract. This case study explores the influence of transformational leadership style in facilitating innovation and synergy in an institution. Through the analysis of conceptual relationship diagrams among various operational elements within the organization, this study demonstrates how transformational leadership impacts decision-making processes, innovation, and competency enhancement. In this context, leadership acts not only as a decision maker but also as a motivator inspiring active participation and commitment from team members. The emphasis on consultation and coordination in decision-making illustrates the implementation of democratic practices supporting a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Furthermore, the study identifies innovation as a central pillar driving the institution to adapt to changes and meet the dynamic market needs. Initiatives such as the implementation of modern technology and new approaches in human resource management are illustrated as key components in the organization’s innovative strategy. The findings of this case study underscore that transformational leadership is effective in triggering organizational growth and sustainability by integrating innovation and collaboration. The implications of these findings provide important insights for other institutional leaders in designing leadership strategies that not only direct the organization to achieve its targets but also ensure ongoing adaptation and growth in a continually changing environment. This study offers valuable contributions to the literature on organizational leadership, particularly in the context of institutions operating in the era of globalization and digital transformation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mensintesis literatur mengenai peran kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam proses audit keuangan secara sistematis menggunakan protokol PRISMA. Sebanyak 47 artikel dari basis data Scopus, Web of Science, dan Google Scholar periode 2020–2025 dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik dan bibliometrik. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi enam tema utama yaitu efisiensi audit, kualitas audit, deteksi kecurangan, kompetensi auditor, etika dan independensi, serta keamanan data. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa AI memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi audit, namun adopsinya menghadirkan tantangan berupa keterbatasan kompetensi SDM, kekosongan regulasi, dan risiko bias algoritma. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa peta komprehensif perkembangan literatur AI dalam audit keuangan sebagai landasan bagi regulator, praktisi, dan akademisi dalam merespons transformasi digital profesi audit di Indonesia.

This study aims to determine HR competencies, the role of industry 5.0, and digital literacy on organizational performance through (mediated) learning motivation of PT XYZ employees. This research method is descriptive quantitative type by distributing questionnaires (Likert scale 1-5) to a sample size of 83 out of 500 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula and processed with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the path coefficient and p-value of the HR Competency variable (0.191 and 0.002), the Role of Industry 5.0 (0.077 and 0.062), and Digital Literacy (0.150 and 0.025). This means that HR Competencies and Digital Literacy partially have a significant positive effect on the Organizational Performance of PT XYZ through (mediated) Employee Learning Motivation. While the Role of Industry 5.0 partially has no effect on the Organizational Performance of PT XYZ through (mediated) Employee Learning Motivation. Furthermore, the path coefficient and p-value of the Employee Learning Motivation variable are 0.410 and 0.002. This means that Employee Learning Motivation has a significant positive effect on the Organizational Performance of PT XYZ.

This research is a remarkable initiative that aims to empower villagers, especially kartars and local communities, to understand and harness the power of digital content for education, promotion, and social empowerment. The training consists of various factors in the world of digital content, including photography, writing, online marketing, and social media management. The method of implementing community service program activities begins with an approach to students of Sunan Giri University Surabaya, using methods known as Participatory Action Research (PAR), Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), and a mixed approach. Activities were carried out in the Hall of Panjunan Village Hall, Sukodono District. The methods applied involved implementation methods in community service programs as well as training and counseling methods. The active involvement of the participants, creating strong cooperation between students and the community, thus creating a sustainable positive impact in the utilization of digital content to improve the quality of life and community empowerment.

Human Resources (HR) competency is one of the main factors that must be possessed by MSME business actors. Managing human resources is a skill that must be possessed by business actors. Apart from that, in facing business challenges in the digital era, MSMEs need to adapt to technological developments so as not to be left behind. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide knowledge about HR competencies in the era of digitalization to business actors in Bekasi Regency, especially North Cikarang. The method used in this community service activity is in the form of counseling and assistance to strengthen employee competency in this era of digitalization, especially the development of digital marketing so that in the future micro businesses have the potential to increase the profitability of their businesses. Human resource management in micro businesses has a specific goal, namely that participants in community service activities are expected to be able to adapt to current developments so that they can maintain the existence of their business and increase their business productivity. Implementation is carried out by providing materials, lectures, discussions/questions and answers and practice with business actors.
