The issue of criminalizing victims of sexual violence through the use of defamation charges is gaining public attention because it is often used to silence victims who try to share their experiences. This article describes how defamation provisions in the Criminal Code and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law are often used as instruments of Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPP) directed at victims, making victims even more vulnerable. The study uses a normative approach to assess the effectiveness of legal protection in the Sexual Violence Criminal Law (TPKS Law). The results of the analysis show that the TPKS Law does not explicitly include an anti-SLAPP mechanism, leaving open the possibility for the reported party to file a counter-report against the victim. Studies of the SPI, KPI, and Baiq Nuril cases show a recurring pattern, namely the use of defamation articles as a means of silencing victims and slowing down the process of exposing sexual violence. This article proposes an anti-SLAPP clause based on a progressive interpretation of the anti-revictimization principle in the TPKS Law. This proposal is reinforced by the push for the application of an early dismissal mechanism for reports that show strong indications of intimidation, so that victims receive maximum protection in the legal process.

This study compares the recovery systems for victims of psychosocial violence and traffic accidents from the perspective of Unlawful Acts (PMH) in Indonesia and Malaysia. Using library research, this study analyzes the legal framework, institutions, and social and psychological approaches used by both countries to support the victim recovery process. In Indonesia, the victim recovery system is still oriented towards material compensation and administrative settlements, with limited recognition of immaterial losses such as trauma and psychological disorders. In contrast, Malaysia has developed a victim-centered justice approach that positions victims as the subject of recovery, through regulations such as the Domestic Violence Act 1994 (Amendment 2017), the Road Transport Act 1987, and compensation mechanisms through the Motor Insurers’ Bureau of Malaysia (MIB) and the Victim Compensation Fund. This approach comprehensively integrates legal, social, and psychological recovery, including free counseling services through the One Stop Crisis Center (OSCC) and Talian Kasih 15999. The study's findings indicate that Malaysia has moved toward a holistic human recovery paradigm, while Indonesia still needs to strengthen its victim recovery system by addressing the psychological and social dimensions to align with the principles of restorative justice.

The ease of access and availability of online game s on the internet opens up new opportunities as well as challenges. This challenge arises because not all online games are suitable for people to play. Many online games contain negative elements, such as violence, hate speech, and pornography. The provisions in Law No. 1 of 2024 on the Second Amendment to Law No. 19 of 2016 on the Amendment to Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions are the main basis for countermeasures in cyberspace. The type of research the author uses is Normative Legal Research (library research). This research is also called a document study conducted by examining library and secondary materials, especially written regulations or other legal products. The results show that the rapid growth of online gaming has led to serious problems such as the spread of hate speech, bullying, and pornographic content. The lack of clarity in regulations makes it difficult to enforce the law against criminals in the online gaming realm. To overcome this problem, collaboration between various parties is needed, with an emphasis on increasing the capacity of law enforcement, developing digital forensic technology, improving regulations, and increasing legal awareness among the public.

In today's era of globalization, cases of sexual violence against children are becoming more and more concerning, making parents have to be more vigilant in protecting their children. Children who often watch various pornographic or immoral shows will be easily motivated to practice what they see on their cellphone screens through the internet media, allowing violations of the norms that live in society and religious teachings, including sexual violence, the majority of whose victims are still children. This can be seen from the lack of filtering of the types of media that can be watched by children. Communication is one solution in preventing sexual violence against children. In addition to communication being established so that a family can be open and harmonious, in this case communication is very important for the role of parents to be able to provide protection to children through communication between the two so that parents can equip and protect children from crimes that lurk children. So parents need to communicate and monitor the actions taken by children in their daily lives, especially things that are attached to the child, especially cellphones, which are currently very close to children in the process of playing. So in this study, an in-depth analysis was carried out on the factors that caused acts of sexual violence committed by children in learning about one of the cases in Kapanewon Tanjungsari, Gunungkidul Regency.

Marriage is a sacred goal in establishing a happy home that is eternal and based on the Almighty Godhead. The sacred bond of marriage is part of God's command, in order to fulfill basic, private needs. In fact, marriage is lived with full happiness, mutual love and meaning of life between husband and wife who were previously not the same, both in educational, family and cultural backgrounds. An ideal marriage is where a husband and wife unite their differences in unity of strength to form a happy household. In reality, not all married couples are able to realize happiness together in arranging their family's future life. Disagreements between husband and wife are triggered by differences in understanding in creating domestic happiness. Differences that were originally normal often lead to domestic violence. Married couples who are unable to control their emotions sometimes commit violence, whether by the wife or the husband, but in general domestic violence is carried out by the husband against his wife. This research tries to provide an overview of the triggers for domestic violence and solutions to overcome it.

A pressure vessel is a closed container that stores pressurized liquids or gases. Low-carbon steel is used as a material for pressure vessels that operate at low to moderate temperatures. One of the important aspects of manufacturing pressure vessels is the welding process. The welded area tends to be the weakest point due to exposure to high heat, which can lead to greater residual stress and potentially cause cracking. This study aims to evaluate the effect of variation in ample angle and current strength on mechanical properties, especially tensile strength, and hardness, to determine the optimal amplitude angle and current strength. The research method applied is an experiment by conducting SMAW welding on SS400 steel using E7016 electrodes, with a single V ample angle variation of 55°, 60°, 65°, and strong welding current of 110 A, 120 A, and 130 A, then a tensile test and hardness test are carried out. The results show that the tensile strength of the raw material is 481.2  with a hardness of 191.95 HVN. For the variation of the amputation angle, the highest tensile strength value was recorded at an angle of 55°, which was 567.471 N/mm2 , while the lowest was at an angle of 65°, which was 559.997 N/mm2 . The highest hardness value at a 65° angle reached 328.422 HVN, while the lowest at a 55° angle was 312.878 HVN. In terms of current strength variation, the highest tensile strength is obtained at 130 A which is 568.421 N/mm2 and the lowest at 110 A is 552.339 N/mm2 . The highest hardness value is found at a current strength of 110 A, which is 343.411 HVN, and the lowest at a current strength of 130 A, which is 295.122 HVN. The optimal parameters were found at a yield angle of 55° with a tensile strength of 567.471 N/mm2 and a hardness of 312.8 HVN and a current strength of 130 A with a tensile strength of 568.421 N/mm2 and a hardness of 295.1 HVN.

Acts of sexual violence have now become a crucial issue regarding the moral decline in society. Sexual violence is a situation where a person experiences harassment in the form of inappropriate words and physical contact without mutual consent, resulting in discomfort for the victim. In fact, Article 28B Paragraph 2 of the 1945 Constitution states, 'Every child has the right to survive, grow, and develop, and has the right to protection from violence and discrimination.' However, in reality, many communities that still uphold patriarchal values often offer socially manipulative solutions, such as asking the victim to marry the perpetrator. Reflecting on this article, every human being has the right to be protected from acts of violence. However, the widespread sexual crimes against teenagers and the failure and injustice in handling such cases have become serious issues. Motivated by the spirit to prevent and address the problem of sexual violence, the service team implements sexual violence prevention education for the younger generation. This program is a child-friendly initiative that not only addresses sexual crimes but also serves as an educational platform. It is not limited to handling victims but also aims to break the vicious cycle involving teenagers as perpetrators of sexual violence. Therefore, this program is expected to answer, assist, and raise public awareness about the critical issue of sexual crimes in Indonesia.

This study examines the enforcement of criminal law against child violence in the jurisdiction of the Jambi City Police Sector through a preventive and repressive approach. Children are the next generation of the nation who have the right to be protected from all forms of violence. Unfortunately, cases of violence against children still occur frequently, so effective law enforcement is needed to protect them. This study uses the theory of legal sociology to understand the relationship between law and social reality in the context of child protection. The research method used is qualitative, with data obtained through interviews and document analysis. Informants were selected using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of the study show that preventive efforts, such as socialization and education involving the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office (DP3A), have succeeded in increasing public awareness of child violence. On the other hand, repressive efforts are carried out strictly, where perpetrators of child violence who are proven guilty are subject to criminal sanctions in accordance with Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. However, challenges remain, especially related to the low reporting of cases of violence due to the culture of silence in the community. Stronger synergy between the government, the community, and law enforcement is needed to create a safer environment for children.
