This Research deals with the effect of exposure to Instagram social media advertising, Electronic world of Mouth on buying interest in TehPucuk Harum products. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence between the variables studied such as social media instagram, Electronic world of Mouth, and purchase intention. This research was conducted quantitatively and used a questionnaire as a data collection method. The population was 125 respondents and the research sample used was 125 respondents. The selected population is an Instagram social media user who is a follower of @pucukharumid, as well as a minimum age of 18 years which by law has been declared as the age of legal capacity, and respondents must have seen advertising content for the Teh Pucuk Harum product on Instagram social media. Then sampling using convenience sampling. The techniques in quantitative analysis used in this study are t test, F test, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between Instagram social media on buying interest, Electronic World of Mouth, has a positive influence with buying interest. The results of this study are expected to help advertisers to find out some of the factors that influence buying interest in Teh Pucuk Harum products on Instagram social media, so that Instagram social media users can have buying interest in Teh Pucuk Harum products.

This research aims to analyze and document the application of customary criminal law in dealing with criminal acts in the Marind Tribe of Merauke. The Marind tribe of Merauke, as a community group that maintains traditional values and local wisdom, has a unique customary criminal law system that is deeply rooted in their traditions. The research results show that the customary criminal law system in this tribe plays an important role in maintaining social order and maintaining harmony among community members. The application of customary criminal law in the Marind Tribe of Merauke involves a process of deliberation, consensus, and the formation of collective decisions by traditional stakeholders. The decision includes traditional sanctions that reflect social norms and local wisdom values. Apart from that, this research also identifies the challenges and obstacles faced in implementing customary criminal law, especially in facing rapid changes in the social and economic environment. It is hoped that this research can contribute to understanding the dynamics of the application of customary criminal law in modern society. This research offers promise for criminal justice by providing findings that can help create a more effective and balanced approach to addressing criminal behavior. Combining traditional criminal law with a formal legal system can lead to a better and more efficient system for handling criminal activity.  

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the duties and authorities of the Village Government in the provision of clean water in Lusilame Village and Nuba Atalojo Village, Atadei Sub-district, Lembata Regency as viewed from Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The research method used in this research is Empirical research. The location of this research was Lusilame Village and Nuba Atalojo Village, Atadei District, Lembata Regency. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data. The data used in the research based on the relevance of the source data, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by interview, observation, and literature/documentation studies. Data processing techniques in this study include editing, coding, and tabulation. The result of this research is that the implementation of the duties and authority of the Lusilame Village government in implementing development related to the provision of clean water is still less than optimal. As for Nuba Atalojo Village, in carrying out its duties and authorities, the government has tried its best so that the community can be helped by the existence of boreholes even though it is still difficult during the dry season. In terms of Law No. 6/2014 on Villages, the governments of Lusilame Village and Nuba Atalojo Village have also been effective in planning, implementing and monitoring because they include the village community, although only some people have the willingness to be involved. There are 3 main factors that inhibit the duties and authority of the village government in providing clean water, namely, the first is the availability of funds, human resources, and community participation.

The method used is a descriptive method using qualitative analysis which describes the inner conflict that occurs in the main character. Data collection is used by reading and taking notes. The data source for this research is the novel Teluk Alaska by Eka Aryani with 408 pages published by Coconut Books, first printed in 2019. Based on the study and discussion of research results, it can be concluded that the characters Ana and Alister are protagonists who have id, ego and superego personality aspects. The most prominent personality aspect of Ana's character is the superego aspect, so that Ana's character has a patient attitude and is more concerned with other people's feelings than her own. Meanwhile, the most prominent personality aspect of the character Alister is the id aspect, so Alister has a personality that tends to be difficult to control himself and easily influences situations. The novel Teluk Alaska by Eka Aryani is suitable to be used as literature teaching material in high school, it can clearly help and support as a means of supporting the enrichment of students' reading in addition to certain novels which are used as learning material by literature teachers. It can be seen from the perspective of language, mental maturity (psychology) of students, and cultural background.

This research aims to analyze the Arabic-Malay script learning process in class V at MIS YPI Batangkuis using descriptive qualitative methods. The research method in this study was carried out using 2 (two) data collection techniques, namely interviews and observation. The objects of this research were 30 students in class IV MIS YPI Batangkuis. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using tests and questionnaires which took place face to face with students. Data analysis methods include assessing writing test scores, calculating the percentage of reading ability, as well as evaluating overall results to understand the effectiveness of teaching Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the findings from this research will provide a more comprehensive view of the teaching strategies that best support Arabic-Malay language learning in the fifth grade environment of MIS YPI Batangkuis. The results of this research can be a reflection to improve existing teaching methods. By understanding the successes and challenges in the learning process, more effective strategies can be developed to improve students' understanding of Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the implications of this research can help develop better teaching guidelines and improve the quality of Arabic-Malay language education at a broader level.

The role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in increasing the efficiency of organizational support systems is becoming increasingly important. In the ever-changing business world, ICT has a key role in optimizing organizational operations and its ability to adapt to change. This research analyzes various aspects of the role of ICT in the context of the efficiency of organizational support systems. By referring to the latest literature and through relevant case studies, this research identifies that ICT enables business process automation, increased access to information, improved internal communication, and support in more timely decision making. Through the implementation of software, database management systems, collaboration tools, and data security strategies, ICT helps organizations reduce manual work, increase productivity, and reduce operational costs. In a digitally connected global context, ICT also enables organizations to be more responsive to changes in the market and regulatory requirements. This research states that ICT is a valuable asset in improving the efficiency of organizational support systems. With a commitment to intelligently integrating ICT, organizations can become more competitive and flexible in facing continuous changes in the business world.

The purpose of this article is to determine the forms of leadership in the elderly. The elderly group is the last stage of maturity in a person's life, which requires some kind of Christian education or church teachings, but not everyone reaches that age, so this age is often called the golden age. Most people think they don't need special education as they get older. What is meant by elderly is a person who has reached the age of 60 years and whose physical strength has weakened to such an extent that they are no longer able to earn a living. their strength or endurance and work are already limited. Spiritual formation for the elderly is very necessary to strengthen the faith of the elderly in their old age, whose physical abilities are increasingly decreasing, causing many problems for the elderly. Therefore, by using qualitative methods and a literary approach it can be concluded that the forms of spiritual education given to the elderly are: visits to nursing homes, counseling, worship/fellowship for the elderly, catechism before death, visits to nursing homes. leading prayer and meditation, involving the elderly in services and helping the elderly when they are sick. That's what coaches really need to give to seniors.    

Drug abuse is a serious problem that threatens the security and welfare of people around the world, including in Indonesia. The Bandar Lampung region, being one of the major cities in Lampung Province, is not immune to the negative impact of drug trafficking. The importance of handling drug cases has become a central issue in the context of national security and social welfare. To overcome this problem, the role and authority of the police as law enforcers is crucial. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive analysis. This research aims to find out about the duties and authority of the police in facing drug challenges. The result of this research is that police synergy efforts between various law enforcement agencies and the government, such as those in the Bandar Lampung area, can provide many benefits and help improve the effectiveness of drug handling.

World progress is felt in various aspects and is very dominant in the field of technology, the development of digitalization makes the world without borders because it reaches every group in all corners of the world. Various applications are offered to make friends through this virtual world and the one that is very popular at the moment is Facebook. Facebook accounts have become popular among people because apart from the interesting features, Facebook can easily access friends without having to meet physically. The development of technological advances is considered good because it helps facilitate the movement of the world in seeking information and obtaining knowledge that supports needs in work, education and entertainment. Because the influence of technology reaches all aspects and influences the way today's users think and act, the impact of this change cannot be separated from the Church's anxiety about the development of the faith of its people. This article will explain the integrity of journalists which has developed in line with advances in digitalization. The author focused his presentation on using a Facebook account for catechesis.

The basis of this research is that, despite advances in the world, including the development of technology and artificial intelligence at SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi, educators are unable to use these tools and often deliver content in traditional ways. To improve the quality of education for students, teachers, and SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi, the school must keep up with the development of technology and artificial intelligence. This is a challenge for SMA Negeri 3 Bukittinggi to develop, so it is very important for schools to apply technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in the teaching and learning process. The research approach used in this research is qualitative research, which includes observation, interviews, field observations, and searching for research data on previous research publications that are in accordance with the topic that the researcher raises. The findings of this research show that educational institutions have felt the impact of technological advances and artificial intelligence (AI) and have utilized it to improve the teaching and learning process. One of the many conveniences and advantages of using AI is to make it easier for teachers and improve education standards. To improve education standards successfully and efficiently, education workers are finding that technological advancements and artificial intelligence are helpful in the teaching and learning process.

The aim of this research isnto assess the implementation of Internasional Financial Reporting Standars (IFRS) at PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk, especially inte accounting aspect of business combinations. This research method is quantitative and uses analysis through a literatur study approach. The data used was obtained from the financial report of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk for 2011, 2015,  daj 2018, taken from official company sources. Research findings show that PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk has succesfully implemented the PSAK 22 business merger accounting standard (revised 2011, 2015, dan 2018) which as been adapted to IFRS with efficiency in preparing financial reports. The impact of this research is to provide a significant contribution in helping shreholders and other related partiesnij evaluating the extent to which companies comply with applicable financial reporting regulations.

Education involves a complex process consisting of interactions between teachers, students, and the learning environment. The ability to complete learning is an important indicator of the success of the education system in conveying understanding and skills to students. This research is intended to investigate the factors that influence students' ability to complete learning well. The research method applied involves secondary data analysis from several related studies, surveys, and interviews with teachers and students. The research results show that elements such as teaching methods, student motivation, parental support, and availability of learning resources have a central role in the ability to complete learning. The use of innovative and student-focused teaching methods has proven successful in increasing students' understanding and interest in learning. Student motivation, whether it originates from the student or is stimulated by the teacher, has a positive impact on student learning efforts. Parental support and the availability of adequate learning resources also contribute to creating a supportive learning environment. In addition to these factors, this research highlights the importance of a holistic approach to learning, where students' emotional, social and psychological aspects are considered in a balanced manner. Therefore, the ability to complete learning includes not only academic achievement, but also the development of relevant life skills. The results of this research contribute to our understanding of how to improve the education system to be more effective in helping students achieve optimal learning completion abilities. Practical implications of this research involve expanding innovative teaching approaches, increasing parental support, and increasing access to learning resources. Thus, learning is not only a process, but also an achievement that has a positive impact on students' lives in the long term.

Attitude is the basis of a person's judgment and behavior, the character of the nation that must be upheld, one of which is mutual respect, not only for elders but fellow human beings regardless of genes, age and position. Mutual respect must be built from an early age, before building a generation of accomplished nations, mutual respect must be applied first. the development of the times and technology is none other than the biggest influence in influencing and hindering the building of the national character as expected, this is very much felt when starting kampus mengajar program’s. therefore the purpose of writing this journal is to build an attitude of mutual respect as well as the dangers of bullying among UPT SMPN 10 Medan, Padang Bulan students, with a period of 3 months. With the help of the staged casework method by Zastrow. The stages in the groupwork method include (1) Engagement, Intake, Contract, (2) Assessment, (3) Planning, (4) Intervention, (5) Monitoring, (6) Evaluation, and (7) Termination. This method shows a positive development in the attitude of students at UPT SMPN 10 Medan.

This study analyzes the legal relationship of engagement to local wisdom in East Manggarai district. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach whose data collection is through observation and interviews. The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between the law of engagement and the local wisdom of providing interest-bearing loans (Célong Séng Bunga) in East Manggarai district. The existence of engagements and guarantees in providing loans to people in need is the basis of the existence of this zinc interest celong system, but in the past the community still did not know that there was a connection between the activities of this zinc flower celong with the engagement and guarantees contained in the Civil Code. The teaching and learning process will be more successful if educational facilities and infrastructure are sufficient. For this reason, educational institutions and infrastructure are very important. It is hoped that facilities and infrastructure can be utilized appropriately according to PBM's needs. This research uses: Qualitative methods using literature reviews. This article discusses the importance of feeding many people and its implementation today. Nowadays, challenges such as poverty, hunger and unequal access to food are still serious problems in various places. This article aims to analyze the importance of feeding many people and present several implementations that can be done to overcome this problem, and also provide teaching that can influence and encourage people to help each other and foster a sense of empathy with others. In this research, the author analyzes and interprets text from the Bible 2 Kings 4:42-44. This book tells about the history of the reign of several Kings in the Kingdom of Israel and the Kingdom of Judah, especially in this verse which focuses on the Miracle performed by the Prophet Elisha on one hundred people through God's blessing. Teaching in Christianity teaches the values of compassion, social care, and service to others. Through a qualitative approach, this paper explores how Christian values such as responsibility, love and kindness can be applied in feeding efforts involving large numbers of people. The results of this paper highlight the important role of Christian teachings in shaping food programs, both in supporting communities in need and managing food programs that are in accordance with Christian religious values and relevant to current social dynamics.

Currently tourism in Indonesia is growing very rapidly. The role of stakeholders is very necessary in planning a tourist destination because it can help to develop tourism potential in a village. This research focuses on discussing community based tourism development collaboration at Pacu jalur events in Kuantan Singingi Regency and what factors inhibit collaboration in community-based tourism development at Pacu jalur events in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how collaborative community based tourism development is at the pacu jalur event in Kuantan Singingi Regency and what are the inhibiting factors for collaboration in community based tourism development at the pacu Jalur event in Kuantan Singingi Regency using the pentahelix model of 5 stakeholders. This study used qualitative research is descriptive methods. This research found that the roles of each stakeholder are: academics focus on tourism planning based on existing theories, the government focuses on policy makers in developing tourism potential, business actors as nails in creating added value and maintaining economic growth in the surrounding area, and the role of the role of the community is to help manage tourism potential and the role of the media is to promote and help inform the wider community about the spur route. The research results found that collaborative governance has run quite optimally. The inhibiting factors in community-based tourism development collaboration were also revealed, namely, a) Lack of pentahelix coordinators in the development of Pacu jalur tourism, b) Lack of support for road infrastructure access in the development of Pacu jalur tourism, c) Low creativity and innovation at Pacu jalur tourism locations. Through this research, it can be used as an evaluation so that it can increase the efforts of the Department of Tourism and Culture in developing tourist attractions leading to national events. 

Unequal and efficient distribution of crop yields is a challenge that is often faced in the corn farming industry. This can be detrimental to farmers because it results in a buildup of unsold corn crops in several areas. To overcome this challenge, a technology-based solution is needed so that it can reach customers easily by creating a website that aims to help equalize the distribution of corn harvests, with a more efficient system for managing corn supply and demand. By using an Agile approach in website development, It is hoped that it can produce a system that suits user needs in a short time. The design stage will be carried out using the Unified Modelling Language (UML) approach. In black box testing, it was proven that the use of websites to equalize agricultural products has been proven to be able to build a more efficient system for managing corn supply and demand. In addition, the services provided through the website can reduce product distribution costs and speed up the buying and selling process with customers. 

This research analyzes the role of transformational leadership in the development of the IPNU-IPPNU organization in Plumbungan Village. Through interviews with organizational leaders, it was revealed that transformational leadership is realized through mutual learning incentives and the placement of members according to their talents. With 40 members divided into 16 men and 24 women, the organization focuses on developing individual potential. Transformational leadership not only motivates members to play an active role in organizational development at the village level, but also involves them in various programs such as cheerful camping, regular jam'iyah, and compensation for orphans. The history of the development of IPNU-IPPNU in Plumbungan Village records the concrete contribution of transformational policies in these activities, creating a positive impact on organizational spirit. Even though faced with challenges and obstacles, transformational leadership helps overcome these problems through joint deliberation. Future hopes for the development of this organization include the goal of producing young cadres with ahlussunah waljamaah character, and transformational leadership is expected to remain the main pillar in realizing development plans, continuing to encourage a spirit of collaboration and commitment to the organization's vision.

The availability of information and easy access to information related to the village can provide opportunities for outsiders to get to know Bergas village, thus opening up opportunities for creating collaboration between the village and outside parties. One effort that can be made to provide access to information about villages is by digitalizing villages. Village digitalization is a priority program for the Ministry of Villages in 2021. Village digitalization can help prepare a database that is useful for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating village development. Digitalization of villages in the era of disruption also supports the development of superior village potential through data collection and e-commerce, acceleration of village public services to the community, and financial transparency and village development activities. With village digitalization, it is hoped that it can raise the local potential of villages, especially the potential for tourism, MSMEs, and superior products, as well as the local food potential of Bergas village. This type of research is descriptive research. The approach used is a qualitative approach and a conceptual approach. The data source used is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and qualitatively. Concluding is carried out using a deductive method from general to specific, especially those related to the research topic, namely Optimizing Digital Villages in Public Services in the Era of Technological Disruption. Case Study of Bergas Village, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. This research produced findings. Creating a digital village itself has several conditions that must be met. Digital villages require the availability of adequate information and communication networks, whereas digital villages must have good communication networks because this is a factor that is used to use online-based systems. Second, to create a digital village, quite large funding is needed. Currently, digital villages are the result of collaboration between regional governments and the central government through the Communications and Information Telecommunication and Information Accessibility Agency (BAKTI) and other parties. Third, the availability of human resources (HR) who manage various online information technology-based services. The implementation of a digital village has a broad nature and concerns the interests of society, so it must be implemented in an integrated and directed manner by the government, business entities, and the community. The community has a very large role in implementing the undertaking of digital villages to realize equal distribution of welfare with the support of providing telecommunications and information infrastructure in the form of public services.
