This study aims to determine and describe the strategy model for increasing the Village Development Index (IDM) in Ciamis Regency, with a focus on environmental resilience, economic resilience, and social resilience. The method used is qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study indicate that the strategy model for increasing IDM in Ciamis Regency still needs improvement in several aspects. In terms of environmental resilience, although there is no pollution, both underdeveloped and developing villages have the potential to be prone to landslides, with developing villages having disaster response efforts, while underdeveloped villages do not. In terms of economic resilience, developing villages show better livelihood diversity compared to underdeveloped villages, although both have sufficient access to trade facilities, but access to financial institutions is limited. In terms of social resilience, although access to education and health is relatively good in both types of villages, the BPJS membership rate is still low, and access to clean water, sanitation, and electricity has reached 100% in developing villages. Access to information and communication already exists, but is not optimal in both villages. This study concludes that increasing IDM requires strengthening environmental, economic, and social resilience that is more integrated and targeted.

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Delegation of the Regent's authority to the Sub-district Head has not been running optimally. The improvement of public services is still not optimal. Limited facilities/infrastructure in the sub-district. The number of employees in the sub-district is still limited. Not all SKPDs that delegate authority have technical instructions for the implementation of the delegation of authority by the sub-district. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The sampling technique uses a purposive sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 5 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of the study obtained are as follows: The Effectiveness of the Delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in Improving Public Services (Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 Concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head) has been implemented well, especially in the implementation of aspects of licensing, recommendations, coordination, coaching, supervision, facilitation, and implementation. The implementation of Public Services according to Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head has been implemented well, such as in terms of service procedures, service time, service costs, service products, service facilities and infrastructure, and the competence of service officers. The obstacles faced by the Sub-district Head in the effectiveness of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the Sub-district in Ciamis Regency are Limited budget; Lack of facilities and infrastructure to support public services; Lack of human resources; Many human resources do not yet have competence; Lack of public awareness to make permits; not all technical instructions have been made regarding the delegated authority; There are still requirements that must be completed at the Regency level, whether permits must be made immediately at the sub-district, so that it hinders the completion process and the completion time becomes long. Meanwhile, the results of observations show that the number of service providers is still very limited, where each officer has their own main duties and functions. Efforts made by the Sub-district Head to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the sub-districts in Ciamis Regency, are to increase the budget; complete and improve facilities and infrastructure to support services to the community; propose additional human resources; improve human resource competency through coaching and training; increase public awareness to make permits through socialization; request clear technical instructions regarding the delegated authority; in the completion process and completion time are made easier by assigning district employees to carry out services in the sub-district.

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture seems too forced, without any review of the existing situation and conditions. In Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, it is known that there is a clause on sustainable food land zoning, whereas the existence of the Regional Spatial Plan (RT RW) which is the reference is in the process of technical review related to the formation of the New Autonomous Region of Pangandaran Regency. As a result of all that, it is indicated that the quality of agricultural products is not being considered, whereas the main purpose of the regulation is to improve the quality of food crops. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 10 people. The results of the study obtained are as follows: (1. The implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture in Ciamis Regency is said to be effective if it meets the criteria for effectiveness such as the existence of policy objectives or targets, the existence of activities or activities to achieve objectives, and the existence of activity results. (2. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in the protection of food agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (3. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in protecting agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (4. Efforts made by the government in implementing Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, are Sovereignty of agricultural land by the State; Financing the implementation of sovereign food agriculture, the authority is assigned to the central level; and the authority to organize food agriculture must be returned to the central level.

In terms of housing, developing villages have recorded almost equal access to clean water, sanitation, and electricity, while underdeveloped villages have not reached 100%. Access to information and communication in both villages is available, but not yet optimal.

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui partisipasi pelaku UMKM di lokasi wisata Ciung Wanara kabupaten Ciamis dalam menumbuhkembangkan ekonomi kreatif pasca pandemi Covid 19. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 21 hingga 23 Oktober 2022 kepada 25 pelaku UMKM. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data diolah menggunakan observasi lapangan, wawancara dan studi Pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM optimis dan yakin mampu bangkit Kembali dan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan usahanya. Pelaku UMKM perlu mengupgrade skill kemampuan dengan melakukan penguasaan digital marketing serta melengkapi legalitas ijin usaha berupa Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Strategi yang dilakukan antara laian membantu para Wirausahawan (pemilik warung) yang berada di dalam lingkungan tempat Wisata Ciung Wanara dengan membantu mereka dalam pembuatan Kartu NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) untuk Legalitas usaha mereka. Selain itu memberikan pengajaran dalam hal Kewirausahaan (baik bagi mereka yang sudah menjadi Pelaku Usaha Ekonomi Kreatif & UMKM atau Wirausahawan) maupun bagi mereka yang baru akan memulai menjadi Wirausahawan. Lalu dengan memberikan pelatihan bagi semua Pelaku Usaha (Wirausahawan) yang ada di tempat Wisata Ciung Wanara berupa pembuatan Catatan Pengelolaan Keuangan untuk usaha yang sedang mereka jalankan  

The problems faced in this study include (1) How does motivation affect employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency? (2) How does compensation affect employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency? (3) How does motivation and compensation affect employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency? This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The influence of motivation on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. (2) The effect of compensation on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. (3) The effect of motivation and compensation on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation is increased, the performance of employees in Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase. (2) Compensation has a positive effect on employee performance at Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if the compensation is increased, the performance of employees at Mebel Dahlia, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase. (3) Motivation and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance at Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation and compensation are increased, then employee performance at Mebel Dahlia Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase.

This community service aims to assist 25 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Ciung Wanara tourist location, Ciamis district, boost their sales turnover in 2022. The method is carried out by providing socialization, offline discussions, and training, as well as digital materials. Make-up. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the Indonesian economy. This type of business is very stable, not affected by inflation, flexible, and not overly reliant on the macro-financial system. The role of digital marketing facilitates MSME actors' ability to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, raise awareness, and increase sales turnover. MSME actors in Ciung Wanara gain insight as well as depth of understanding into digital marketing as a result of this community service. They already have business Google accounts, Instagram accounts, and other accounts on social media to reach out to a larger viewer.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan penopang perekonomian Indonesia untuk saat ini. Tetapi, kenyataan di lapangan UMKM sulit berkembang. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengelolaan keuangannya yang masih dicampuradukkan dengan keuangan pribadi para pelaku UMKM. Dalam kesempatan ini dilakukan penyuluhan tentang pengelolaan keuangan usaha dan praktik mencatat transaksi keuangan bagi UMKM di Kawasan Wisata Ciung Wanara dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para pelaku UMKM dalam menjalankan dan mengembangkan kegiatan usahanya. Harapan akhir dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para pelaku UMKM dapat mengembangkan usahanya yang pada akhirnya mampu menyerap tenaga kerja di sekitar mereka dan efek berikutnya akan mampu mengurangi angka pengangguran serta mengurangi angka kemiskinan

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana layanan pendidikan inklusi anak berkebutuhan khsuus tunarungu di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Anak tunarungu memiliki hambatan dalam pendengaran akibatnya tunarungu kesulitan dalam berbicara. Anak tunarungu memaksimalkan indera penglihatannya sebagai jalan penyempurna dari kurangnya indera pendengaran. Mereka memiliki gerakan mata yang cepat, agak beringas. Sisa pendengaran anak tuna rungu dapat dilatih dengan latihan Bina Persepsi Bunyi dan Irama, anak tuna rungu juga dapat melatih otot-otot berbicaranya sehingga dapat berkomunikasi seperti anak normal lainnya. Pengembangan komunikasi persepsi bunyi dan irama merupakan program khusus yang dilakukan sekolah SLBN Ciamis untuk melatih kemampuan anak tunarungu di sekolah. Namun pada saat pandemic covid-19 orang tua menjadi pendamping khusus sekaligus sebagai guru selama dirumah untuk melatih berbicara anaknya menggunakan bahasa sehari hari selain dibantu melalui alat bantu mendengar yang dipandu oleh guru nya.
