This study aims to find out from a review of the effective implementation of TOS NUSANTARA in the Tanjung Priuk 2 area. The research method used is a qualitative and descriptive research method where research is on observation and observation in the Pier Area 009 Tanjung Priok 1 which has implemented the TOS NUSANTARA system and solved a problem because the TOS NUSANTARA system has not been used in the Tanjung Priok 2 Domestic Area. TOS is an application system that operates Container Terminals. The system regulated in the TOS (Terminal Operating System) can view data online and in real time. The purpose of the TOS system is to manage the planning of goods, tools and all facilities used in all activities at the port efficiently and effectively. Terminal Operating Systems often use other technologies.

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview for SMEs about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that companies have in determining strategies and their implementation related to the Work-Life Balance Strategy at CV Jati Kemirahan Malang which is used as a policy basis in making decisions to increase employee welfare according to the strategy The selected. With a case study research design, researchers conducted research on CV Jati Kemirahan Malang. This research uses primary and secondary data, namely questionnaires and performance reports. Using SWOT analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to determine the right strategy. From the results of the SWOT analysis, namely expansion, CV Jati Kemirahan Malang must innovate and develop to be able to maintain and improve employee welfare. To support the strategy that has been set, CV Jati Kemirahan Malang needs help from the government and employees' families.

Karakter yang Dimiliki mahasiswa nya pun beragam. faktor terbentuknya karakter mahasiswa adalah keluarga, masyarakat, teman sebaya dan lingkungan disekitarnya. UKM-KI UINFAS adalah sebuah Lembaga organisasi didalam lingkup lingkungan kampus yang bergerak dalam bidang kerohanian islam. Dengan adanya organisasi ini diharapkan dapat menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter Qur’ani dalam kehidupannya maupun lingkungan masyarakat. dengan adanya kegiatan yang ada di kampus dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap mahasiswa dengan lingkungan sosialnya. tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi kegiatan UKM-KI yang dapat membentuk karakter mahasiswa di UINFAS BENGKULU. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dan untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti melakukan jenis penelitian library research yaitu mengumpulkan karya tulis ilmiah yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang dibahas. Adapun hasil penelitian mengenai implementasi karakter mahasiswa pada kegiatan UKM-KI. Dengan adanya implementasi yang dilakukan UKM-KI UINFAS Bengkulu yang melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang positif dan bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa dapat membentuk karakter mahasiswa menjadi lebih baik.

Character education gets a lot of attention nowadays. Today, when there are many occurrences of deviant behavior, character education is needed to minimize the implementation of deviant acts. Character education is applied to instill character points in everyone, which leads to changes in behavior from bad to good. To optimally instill character values ​​in each person, character education is applied. must start earlier. Elementary school education plays an important role in character education in this regard. The success of character education is influenced by several factors, one of which is a conducive atmosphere in the classroom. Through a class atmosphere with character, students can create ways to always behave well. Creating a personalized learning space requires the role of the teacher. Because people spend a lot of time at school interacting with students, teachers certainly have many opportunities to instill student character points, this time by creating character learning spaces. Some things that teachers can do to build character are: 1) imitate character, 2) teach manners, teach character academics, train character-based discipline, 5) teach manners, prevention. violations of peers and the priority of goodness, 6) directing children to be responsible for forming their own character.

This research was conducted at PT XYZ, which aims to determine the application of incoming mail SOPs to PT XYZ's Dynamic Archives Subsection and to find out whether the implementation of these SOPs has been carried out optimally. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observational studies, interviews and documentation with informant taking techniques using purposive sampling with a total of 4 participants. The results obtained in this study stated that the management of incoming mail at the PT XYZ Dynamic Archives Subdivision was still not in accordance with the applicable SOP. There is a messy Agenda Book Recording, file cabinets that are not given indexes and follow-up units, as well as inadequate distribution equipment. Thus, adequate facilities or equipment are needed in the process of distribution, education and training of employees in managing incoming mail, as well as supervising incoming mail management activities.

Practical lectures in their implementation require an understanding of how to carry out these activities. Not just knowledge, but understanding is needed. Lack of understanding can lead to inappropriate practicum results. The problem of this research is "How is the Effect of Understanding Material on Student Learning Outcomes in the typing basics practice course of the Semarang State Polytechnic Business Administration Department". The purpose of this study is the development of a conceptual integration model in understanding the material, to achieve maximum learning outcomes. The number of samples of this study were 89 respondents. The data collection method is done by giving a list of questions using Google Form. The t test results show that the Material Understanding variable has a t value of 11.522> t table 1.666 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.810 or 81%. The conclusion in this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between Understanding Material on Learning Outcomes with an influence of 81%.

Mukhabarah is a form of cooperation in agriculture, which is a form of cooperation between sharecroppers and landowners, where the land owner gives his land to the manager or sharecropper to be managed or planted and maintained based on an agreement (contract) in exchange for a certain part (percentage) of the land. yields. Mukhabarah also occurred in Bulisu Village, Pinrang Regency, where the community was more familiar with the term profit sharing. The profit-sharing collaboration that takes place in Bulisu Village, Pinrang Regency is generally a contract only orally based on trust without presenting witnesses, and the contract period is not clearly defined. The purpose of this research is to find out what the profit sharing system in Bulisu Village looks like and whether it is in accordance with the profit sharing system (mukhabarah). This study uses qualitative research with a perspective approach to data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the cooperation system that occurs is a profit-sharing system. The implementation of the profit-sharing system in Bulisu Village is a mukhabarah contract in Islamic economics, but there are some things that are not quite right, namely the contract period that is not clearly defined, so that the practice is not fully in accordance with the Islamic concept. determined

This research was conducted to find out whether the new Sengki village government was economical, and to develop community economic empowerment infrastructure. This research method uses a qualitative method which originates from the Sengkatan Baru village office, sub-district. Mersam District. Batanghari. The results of the research conducted by the researchers concluded: 1. The planning stage of Village Fund Allocation in the village of Rambahan is in accordance with what was planned by the village government and in accordance with the needs of the community to improve the standard of living of the community. However, the lack of participation of the Sengkuti Baru village community in the deliberations on the Determination of the Use of the Village Fund Budget resulted in several parties having different opinions. 2. The implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) for the empowerment of rural communities is appropriate from an Islamic economic viewpoint, because it has applied the ta'awun principle and the shura principle quite well according to the Islamic perspective. 3. The use of the village fund budget in Seangkati Baru Village, Mersam District, can be seen from the success of the financial performance of village funds in Rambahan Village for 2019-2021 in the like category, based on the category and proportion of each statistical statement, the average is in the good category and the percentage above 60% until it reaches below 80% success.

This study aims to implement a marketing mix that is directly related to UMKM Karawana Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency. The implementation method used in this community service activity is carried out in several stages, namely observation, interviews, and evaluation. Based on the results of the interviews, there is an exposure to the 4P Marketing Mix variables that have been implemented in Micro Business actors in Karawana Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency, product (Price), distribution or place (Place), and promotion (Promotion). This community service activity aims to assist partners in increasing the understanding of educators and education personnel of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum and the Mover School Program. The method of implementing the service is in the form of educational activities in the form of counseling which was carried out on February 5-17, 2023 with an activity workflow of four stages, namely: planning stage, implementation stage, evaluation stage, and reporting stage. This activity has been completed by meeting the predetermined achievement targets. These achievements can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in counseling activities and being active in question and answer activities and discussions. In reviewing the evaluation of activities, the implementation team considered that the implementation of this service activity could not be separated from the maximum support from partners through the preparation of facilities during the event and the enthusiasm of participants in participating in counseling activities. The inhibiting factors of the activity include: time constraints, participant attendance that is not optimal, and the remote location of partners, far from the city and in an internet blind spot.

Legal protection for victims of domestic violence is very much needed because all forms of violence, especially domestic violence are violations of human rights and crimes against human dignity and forms of discrimination. Victims of physical-psychological violence, sexual and neglect experience suffering and losses, so it is necessary to protect the rights of victims to obtain justice. The World Health Organization (WHO) as an agency of the United Nations, noted that in Indonesia, traffic accidents are the third leading cause of death after coronary heart disease and tuberculosis (TB). It is recorded that around 1.2 million people die each year in traffic accidents. Traffic accidents are the leading cause of death for adolescents, aged 15 to 29 years. Of this number, 73% are dominated by teenage boys. The number of traffic accidents among adolescents can occur due to several factors, one of which is the lack of understanding of adolescents about the laws and regulations governing traffic problems. In Indonesia, there is a law that regulates traffic, namely Law no. 22 of 2009. An understanding of the substance of the Traffic Law is deemed necessary for teenagers, especially for those who are still in high school. Therefore, this activity is one of the means to minimize the death rate among teenagers caused by traffic accidents, by increasing the knowledge and understanding of teenagers about Traffic laws. It is hoped that a better understanding of the Traffic Law, can reduce the number of traffic accidents among teenagers. Broadly speaking, the implementation method in this activity can be divided into three stages, first, namely pre-activity which includes licensing activities, surveys, and program preparation. Second, implementation starts with giving questionnaires before and after lectures and lectures. Third, evaluation, which includes the preparation of reports. The results of this activity showed an increase in the understanding of service participants regarding the Traffic Law and the forms of violations regulated in it. Nutmeg is one of the most popular export commodities in the world. Starting from seeds, mace, and nutmeg oil, they are targeted in the pharmaceutical, perfume and cosmetic industries as well as the food and beverage industry. However, it is still rare for nutmeg skin to be used and processed into a product of economic value. In society, a lot of nutmeg meat is thrown away and becomes waste. The IKM empowerment program at the Nutmeg IKM center aims to develop the knowledge and skills of nutmeg business actors in the South Aceh IKM Center to process nutmeg waste into value-added food products. This program promotes the manufacture of dodol made from nutmeg or called Dodol Pala. The program implementation method is divided into three stages: (1) Preparation, designing activities and coordinating with the South Aceh Nutmeg IKM Sentra UPTD; (2) Implementation of guidance, namely developing the knowledge of business actors about processed products made from nutmeg and (3) Training and mentoring, training activities with direct practice of making nutmeg dodol. Assistance is focused on making product packaging and marketing. This training involved various parties, including members of the Teuku Umar University Higher Education, South Aceh Nutmeg IKM Sentra UPTD, nutmeg business actors (IKM), and students. The achievement of this activity, the participants succeeded in developing knowledge about the benefits of nutmeg assessed from their participation during the three days following the activity. In addition, the participants also succeeded in making good quality nutmeg dodol. This activity is expected to be a motivation for nutmeg business actors in South Aceh district to implement their knowledge after this activity.

Traditional medicine / herbal medicine is a product consumed by many people, so the security aspect must be maintained. In order for herbal products to be safely consumed, herbal medicine producers must understand and apply sanitation and hygiene in their production processes and packaging methods. The community service activities aim to improve the knowledge and skills of herbal medicine craftsmen about sanitation and herbal hygiene production and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. This activity was held at PJ SUTI SEHATI, having its address at Pengkol RT 02 RW 1 Nguter Sukoharjo and PJ Bintang Mas having the address at Tenongan RT 2 RW 1 Gupit Nguter Sukoharjo. The form of the activity is providing counseling (lectures and question and answer), training and mentoring. The target of the activity is the leader / owner and employees of herbal medicine craftsmen. The steps of the activity include, preparation, implementation and evaluation. The participants received an explanation of sanitation and hygiene and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. Evaluation has been carried out after service activities which result in packaging using a continuous sealer machine 3-4 times faster and more hygienic.

Increasing public awareness of increasing local wisdom products is in line with activities to preserve nature, this has made the trend of an environmentally friendly lifestyle very popular and increasingly spreading to various business sectors. One of the products of local wisdom, namely batik, in the development of a relatively new manufacturing technique, ecoprint batik is contemporary batik. One of the batik ecoprint SMEs in Boyolali is Srikandi SMEs precisely in Dohohudan Ngemplak Boyolali. This  SMEs can be categorized as a start-up business managed by housewives in Donohudan Village. The local village government strongly supports SMEs activities in the hope of improving the standard of living of the community during the Covid 19 Pandemic like this. Community roles and contributions are needed in economic empowerment. The result of the activity is the implementation of community activities in developing skills in managing Srikandi's SMEs management activities in growing their performance productivity through SMEs management training (entrepreneurship, simple financial management, marketing strategy and e-commerce). This activity is expected to increase the competitiveness of SMEs Srikandi (batik ecoprint) with similar SMEs. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) mengetahui  kelayakan media dan materi pada kompetensi fusion pastry bakery, 2) mengetahui respon siswa setelah menggunakan video interaktif berbasis edpuzzle. Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari analysys (analisis), design (perancangan), development (pengembangan), implementation (implementasi), evaluation (evaluasi). Namun, karena keterbatasan, maka penelitian ini hanya sampai pada development (pengembangan) karena hanya menargetkan hasil produk video interaktif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan subjek 3 validator media yang merupakan dosen, 3 validator materi dari dosen dan guru pastry bakery SMK dan siswa kelas XII Tata Boga. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis data ini dilakukan secara prosentase. Penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) kelayakan media menunjukkan hasil sangat layak (87,73%) dan kelayakan materi menunjukkan hasil sangat layak (90,30%), 2) respon siswa menunjukkan hasil sangat layak (86%). Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa media pembelajaran video interaktif berbasis edpuzzle pada kompetensi fusion pastry bakery di SMKN 2 Mojokerto sangat layak digunakan. Berdasarkan hal ini maka media edpuzzle bisa diimplementasikan pada pembelajaran fusion pastry bakery di sekolah yang berbeda.

Youth entrepreneurship plays a strategic role in strengthening local economic development; however, limited knowledge, skills, and business mentoring remain major challenges for rural youth. This community service program focuses on developing youth entrepreneurship through a village business incubator based on the 8P principles: Place, People, Process, Partnership, Profit, Promotion, Product, and Price. The program aims to improve access to entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and resources for youth in RT 013, Lubuk Gaung Subdistrict, Sungai Sembilan District. The approach employed socialization, entrepreneurship training, participatory discussions, and business mentoring tailored to local potential. The results show increased understanding of business planning, market identification, partnership development, and the use of information technology in business activities. The implementation of the 8P-based incubator model successfully strengthened entrepreneurial mindset, motivation, and youth readiness to develop sustainable local businesses. Furthermore, this program also opens up opportunities for more structured, collaborative business development, which is crucial for long-term sustainability at the village level. Overall, this program contributes to increasing the capacity of youth as agents of change in the local economy.

Problems in public services are often encountered in their implementation even though standards and laws have been established. In the evaluation of the PATEN policy in Ciledug District, Tangerang City, there are problems including the timeliness of service, service costs, and supporting resources for service implementation. The government has attempted to bring about an innovation in the field of public services through the District Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) policy regulated in Permendagri Number 4 of 2010, which contains the delegation of authority from regents to sub-district heads. Following up on the Permendagri, the government of Tangerang City has implemented integrated sub-district administration services, especially in Ciledug District. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive research type. The writing method used is the literature study research method, a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials. The results showed that the implementation seen from the aspect of service costs was sufficient and according to fairness standards and from the aspect of service time and supporting resources for the implementation of services was inadequate. The purpose of the District Integrated Administrative Services has not been optimally achieved because the type of delegation of authority given is considered not to be effective and efficient in creating quality services and getting closer to the community. The advice given is to add service support facilities and improve service methods so that service times are better, as well as to review the types of delegation of authority given to sub-district heads so that the policy objectives are achieved more optimally.

The existence of technology has become insignificant and affects all activities and human life in the world. As in today's era, almost everything is dependent on technology. Information technology in the e-government era can make it easy for people to obtain information and communicate interactively. Because with this technology, we can get information quickly. Information obtained through communication technology makes it easier for an organization to cooperate with each other in achieving the goals of the organization. Therefore the use of technology needs to be optimized and developed so as not to experience backwardness in obtaining information. This study aims to analyze the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Jakarta Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration using qualitative research methods by collecting data through recording and observation. The theory used is Grindle's policy implementation theory. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration in Jakarta in general has a positive impact and eases the work of its employees.
