The growing development of shopping centers in the city of Medan creates business opportunities, starting from creating innovations in business opportunities. Currently, there are many kinds of markets emerging to accommodate business people, both new and old. So that many design problems have arisen in the display booth, the selection of appropriate materials and construction systems so as to answer the need for displays that have many functions (multifunctional), namely as accommodation for clothing display needs that are easy to disassemble (knockdown). In addition, to market their products, this market activity is an alternative to promote their brand, so that it can be known by the wider community. The method used in this design starts from the empathize and define stages starting from data collection, direct observation and interviews, both to tenants and pop-up market organizers. After the data collection stage is complete, the existing data is then analyzed. Then proceed to the ideate stage, through the process of brainstorming ideas, solving a problem, and determining the values ​​of the design. After the ideate stage, proceed to the prototype stage, where the process of visualizing ideas to get the desired results to the manufacturing stage is realized in the form of a prototype with a scale of 1:1. After the prototype is finished, a test is carried out to get feedback from users and refined through the implementation stage to perfect the product. The result of this design is that products that have been designed are oriented to be transformed into various models from the same material, with functions that can accommodate the needs of clothing displays that are still fulfilled in each module. The application of the modular concept is applied with a knockdown system, using a stalbuis pipe consisting of 3 sizes, namely, 40 cm, 21.2 cm, and 20 cm. To connect the stalbuis pipe using uno joker connections, nuts and bolts connections, and inner connections. As a flat cross section using canvas tarpaulin which consists of 2 sizes, namely, 13 cm x 51 cm and 4 cm x 51 cm.

The abstract contains a brief description of the problem and research objectives, the method used. This community service activity (PkM) was carried out in Kotanopan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The aim of this PkM is to build community motivation in developing the creative economy in the area where they live. The implementation of this activity was carried out using the lecture and question and answer method. The purpose of the lecture method is to provide understanding and explain why a creative economy is needed. Furthermore, in this dedication, it is explained about other methods by observing, imitating and modifying. Furthermore, it is also explained in this service in the form of examples of villages that have developed a creative economy based on their potential.

Pop-up book is one of the learning media that can be used by teachers in carrying out learning in class. This media is an innovative medium in the world of education so that training is needed for teachers to be able to create and apply it in school subject matter. This service aims to improve the skills and creativity of elementary school teachers in teaching through training in making pop-up books. This media is effective in attracting interest and facilitating students' understanding of subject matter, this service program is expected to facilitate more interactive and interesting learning. This training consists of delivering material related to learning media, pop-up book material, training on making pop-up books and questions and answers. This activity was held on June 6 2023 at Upunyor Christian Elementary School. The result of this activity is that pop-up book training activities can improve the quality of teaching in elementary schools and enrich the learning methods used by teachers.

The Toraja Church Youth Fellowship (PPGT) is an inseparable part of the church's organizational structure. PPGT has various work programs designed to foster enthusiasm and direct the young generation to become an independent generation in various aspects. Entrepreneurship seminar activities in the Sub Theme: Identifying Wants or Needs aim to provide financial education for the younger generation so they are able to manage personal finances through self-identification of whether they buy goods because they really need them or just because they want them. This activity is attended by more than ± 25 people. The method used is lecture, discussion and question and answer. The result of this community service activity is that the young generation is able to define what wants and needs are and is able to identify needs or desires in making decisions to purchase a product.

This community service activity was carried out by a Team of Lecturers and Students at the Faculty of Business at Mitra Indonesia University (UMITRA) Lampung for Students of Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School. This activity discusses increasing the understanding of financial literacy in Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School Students. This is done because financial literacy is very important to understand and apply in life, being one of the six basics of literacy. The goal is that every Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School student has an understanding of financial literacy that can be used not only at this time, but after they work and even have a household. The method used is socialization by providing motivation with lectures and discussions in the form of question and answer sessions. The results show that financial literacy is still a new knowledge for some students. Even though financial literacy greatly influences positive financial behavior and financial management itself. By participating in this activity, they hope to be able to increase financial literacy, and have an impact on good financial management and avoid various financial crimes.

In adolescence vulnerable to the influence of drugs. In these adolescents drugs can be introduced through association. Teenagers are also in a phase of searching for identity where they are curious. At this time they also began to be less supervised by their parents. This is because drugs have an unfavorable impact on mental and physical health as well as adolescents where teenagers are still of school age. so it is very important to conduct legal counseling regarding drug abuse to adolescents. So it is necessary to know the meaning of drugs, types of drugs, routes of drug use, the basic laws of drug abuse, and what are examples of drug abuse. The teaching method uses the focuser method, brainstorming, ranking exercises, group discussion forums, critical thinking, question and answer. The purpose of this writing is to find out how the law regarding drug counseling to teenagers in Cimindi. Apart from that, it is also to add insight to teenagers and so that teenagers can convey it back to the people around them. So that legal counseling can be useful for many people. So that legal counseling regarding narcotics can be a preventive measure to deal with drug cases in adolescents. This legal counseling activity was carried out for Cimindi youth, especially for hangout youth, youth organizations, and futsal children.

This research aims to know the "influence of the Liveliness of the students Organize Against the achievements of the Islamic guidance counseling Student Learning Force 2014". The approach used is a quantitative approach with insrumen data collection in the form of the now closed terdidri of 15 items, tested the validity of the statement and realibilitasnya. Data that has been collected and then analyzed using analytical statistics using statistical analysis with data processing statistical instruments product and service solution (SPSS). The location of the research conducted on campus one IAIN Mataram total population of 479. The large amount of samples taken from the population is 60 Students 10% calculated using the formula sample Probability Sampling. The result of the processing of research data shows that the student has freedom of activity variables influence the learning achievements of students Islamic Forces 2014 guidance counseling. To answer the problem formulation and hypothesis testing studies have been done of t and F test results obtained by using the SPSS program was Active Student Association Student Learning Achievements to guidance counseling. Where the value of the t-female 6.1782 > t-2.048. This shows (Ha) in the receive and (Ho) in decline. keduan variable to see whether it has the influence of learning achievements against simultaneously Students Islamic guidance counseling, then do the test F. The development of an android-based ship repair information system that can be used to quickly and accurately report data required by the central supervisor allows for full monitoring of the new ship building process, which is standard practice in many shipyards that have a research methodology to solve the problem.    

The main focus of this research is to know and analyze the level of student satisfaction in services at the library at the Muhammadiyah University of Jambi. The data in this study were obtained based on primary data using surveys in collecting data through questionnaires. The number of samples is 100 respondents who are students of Jambi Muhammadiyah University. The variables in the study used 5 dimensions of service quality consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles as measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that the importance and quality of service indicated that student respondents in using library services were satisfied with the services provided by the Jambi Muhammadiyah University library. In addition, the results of the analysis in this study showed that the average respondent's answers related to student satisfaction with library services at Jambi Muhammadiyah University were at a value of 4.5, which means that respondents were very satisfied in using library services at Jambi Muhammadiyah University.

The formulation of the problem in this study is how much influence leadership style and Work Culture have on the performance of PT employees. Nijes Bayu Lestari.  The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence  work culture and work career have on the performance of  PT employees. Nijes Bayu Lestari. Based on the results of the study, it was found that for the effect of variables X1 (Style of Leadership) and X2 (Work Culture) on Y (Employee Performance) need to be analyzed by the author because Employee Performance is work achieved by a person or group of work or activities that have been done. Performance can only be obtained if a person or group is doing work or activities. Therefore, without doing something, neither individuals nor groups will be possible. By identifying Work Motivation and Employee Ability, it will have an impact on employee performance. Based on the above thoughts according to the researcher hypothesis which states that Leadership Style  and Work Culture  have a strong influence on Employee Performance di PT Nijes Bayu Lestari. The magnitude of the influence of both independent variables with dependent variables also shows the reality of how to implement and improve optimal Employee Performance, this fact has been answered with Leadership Style  and  Good Work Culture. Practically, the two variables run together, meaning that in the process of Leadership Style  and Work Culture can be variables or factors that determine whether employee performance is good or bad. If the Leadership Style is good / and Buya Work is good, then by itself Employee Performance will increase.

Nutrition greatly influences the growth and development of children who are still in the learning process at school. The habit of snacking on children has become a common habit and is found at various socio-economic levels of society. Snacks whose cleanliness cannot be controlled by the school and which are contaminated with dust and dirt are in great demand by school children. The purpose of this service activity is to provide socialization or learning about the importance of nutritious food for children at TPQ Raudhotul Huda Wangandowo. The method used in this service is using learning methods in the form of; the lecture method is in the form of delivering theory, the second is the discussion and question and answer method, used to test participants' understanding of the material that has been delivered. The results of this activity showed that the students at TPQ Raudhotul Huda Wangandowo were very enthusiastic in listening to the material presented by us. Some students also understand about nutritious food, it is proven that they can answer questions from us

This thesis aims to: 1) find out the implementation of strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo; 2) to find out about programs of Islamic religious and moral education activities at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo; 3) to find out strategies for strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo; 4) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo.This thesis uses a qualitative research approach where the type of research is descriptive. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. As for data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results showed that: 1) The implementation of strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo is carried out almost every day and routinely, as a habituation activity to shape the character of students with noble character. 2) Programs to strengthen the learning of Islamic religious education and morals consist of routine daily programs, namely: congregational prayers, weekly routine programs, namely: Friday prayers, women's affairs, religious literacy every Friday morning, and KKI activities (Islamic study groups), and programs annual routine, namely: Maulid Nabi, isro' Mi'raj, and Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School. 3) Strategies carried out by the school in increasing student motivation using various models of methods, including lectures, discussions and questions and answers, and through pamphlets and social media. 4) The supporting and inhibiting factors of strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals make the benchmark for the success of activities carried out in schools.

Data collection techniques by collecting several previous studies as a reference for answering the importance of using Shopee among students, the latest features of Shopee that make it easier for consumers to use it and the reasons students choose to buy and sell online at Shopee, as well as supporting data. as supports such as newspapers, magazines, articles, e-books from the internet, image data and graphics according to the topic. The purpose and focus of this research is to find out the nature of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy and forms of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy in Indonesia. The result of this research is that the essence of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy is a citizen's constitutional right. This research is to discuss the leadership strategy of the head of the community learning activity center in developing life skills for the inner children in Bajubang District, Batang Hari Regency, as for the problems that can be encountered in this study are: how the leadership of the head of the community learning activity center in developing life skills for the inner tribe, how the strategy of the head of the community learning activity center in developing life skills These and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in developing life skills for the Orang Rimba tribe? This research uses a qualitative approach by taking data derived from primary and secondary data through observation, interviews and documentation. Which is then analyzed using the usual stages so as to get the correct results efficiently. The results of this study are to answer the formulation of the problem that has been raised, with the hope that the results of this study can provide an explanation of the stages and strategies of a leader in developing life skills even in formal and non-formal education.

This article aims to analyze the perceptions of PGSD UNP students regarding the benefits of microteaching in increasing teacher competence in pedagogic and personality aspects. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were active students who took part in Micro Teaching at the S1-PGSD Study Program, Padang State University as well as students who had completed the Micro Teaching course, with a total of approximately 50 students. Data about perceptions were taken using a questionnaire which was distributed through the media google form. The instrument used to obtain research data by filling out a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative analysis. The type of scale used to measure data is the Likert scale. The results showed that the benefits of Micro Teaching for PGSD UNP students in increasing competence in the pedagogic and personality aspects have great benefits with the highest percentage of answers to the statements given, namely most students agree with the statements given, with the highest percentage being 70% agree, while for the percentage of perceptions that disagree with all statements is 0%.

The method is very important in facilitating a job because the method is a systemic way of working to facilitate the implementation of an activity in order to achieve the specified goals. The Islamic Religion Learning Method itself certainly cannot be separated from the main objectives of religious education in Indonesia which are listed in article 39 paragraph 2 of Law no. 20 of 2003, "education is an effort to strengthen faith and devotion to God Almighty in accordance with the religion professed by the students concerned by taking into account the demands to respect other religions in the relationship of inter-religious harmony in society to realize national unity. This PAI learning methodology will be meaningless if it is not implemented in educational practice. The implementation of the PAI learning methodology in learning includes the selection of effective and efficient teaching methods. In the Qur'an there are many methods that can be applied to convey God's words to humans, such as the story method, discussion, question and answer (dialogue), parable method (metaphor), method of punishment and reward.

This study describes various problems of the Qur'an in the development of Islamic education and technology in the 4.0 era as well as some answers to overcome existing problems. The type of research in this paper is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used was the Library Research method with various reading sources such as pre-existing books or journals. The results of this study indicate that the Al-Qur'an in the development of Islamic education and technology in the 4.0 era consists of: (1) steps to overcome technological backwardness in the world of Islamic education which are always related to the Al-Qur'an, (2 ) Steps that need to be considered by an educator to understand digital skills in the learning process, (3) Some preparations that must be prepared before becoming an educator (teacher) so that learning goes well, (4) Methods that need to be studied and prepared by educators (teachers) before providing teaching materials in the classroom.  

This socialization is a form of community service, especially MSME actors and residents of the Sukorejo Village, Blitar City. With the socialization of MSME development, it is hoped that it can increase the knowledge, insight, and understanding of business people in the Sukorejo Village so that they can adapt to the times and in running a business by utilizing the existing potential. Business actors and residents of the Sukorejo Village are given an understanding of the importance of online marketing or what is commonly called digital marketing, the importance of making a logo as an identity and marketing strategy as well as managing financial business. The implementation of this service program was carried out using the lecture method by UPN Veteran Jatim students and also one of the lecturers followed by a question and answer session. This research was conducted to answer the problems that arise in learning Indonesian in the independent curriculum in phase E or class X at SMA Negeri 1 Pamanukan. This research focuses on teacher readiness, school support, supporting factors, and obstacles related to the implementation of the independent curriculum. In addition, this study also tries to identify steps that can be taken to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the independent curriculum. The method used in this research is descriptive method, which aims to provide a systematic description of some of the existing relationships. The data used in this study were written data obtained from recorded interviews with Indonesian language teachers who taught in phase E or class X. The data was then transcribed into written form. The interview samples were taken from Indonesian teacher respondents who taught in phase E or class X. Based on the results of data collection, it was found that the learning process in general had been carried out well. However, there are several facts that show there are deficiencies in the implementation of this curriculum. One of the deficiencies found is that not all teachers have received the necessary training, and many of them admit that they have not been able to apply learning in accordance with the achievements of the Independent Curriculum. In addition, cognitive assessment to measure student learning outcomes has also not been implemented thoroughly.
