The public service process in Karanganyar sub distric has used the SIPAKU (Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kewilayahan Terpadu) application from the Bandung City office which is website-based. However, there are still many types of services that are not covered by SIPAKU, especially in submitting several types of letters. So the development of a new public service website was proposed to facilitate these services and complement the existing SIPAKU called APERKAR (Aplikasi Pelayanan Masyarakat Kelurahan Karanganyar). The website that was developed aims to make it easier for the public to submit various types of letters that were previously not covered by SIPAKU, such as SKTM, SKU, Marriage Introduction Letter, SKSG, and Institutional Domicile Letter without the public having to come directly to the Karanganyar sub distric office. The method used was to develop the website that was created and socialize it to the sub distric staff to later be socialized again to the public. The results of the website development that was created showed that the website can increase efficiency in administrative services, both in terms of ease of submitting letters for the public and data management by administrative officers.

Nowadays, the utilization of a Web-based Hospital Management Information System has been implemented in Raja Ahmad Tabib Hospital of Pulau Riau Province, which not only has an impact on patient services but can also have an impact on the effectiveness of employee work in serving patients in the hospital, in order of study aims to determine the effectiveness of work through Web-based HMIS (SIMRS) by determining the Quality of Information, Organizational Culture and Digital Competence. This study will conduct data analysis through SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) software, which the test conducted by the researcher uses path analysis to test the pattern of relationships that can reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables on other variables, both direct and indirect influences. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, the researcher found that there is a positive influence between Organizational Culture both on HMIS and on work effectiveness and organizational culture has a significant determination of work effectiveness through the utilization of Web-based HMIS. On the other hand, the quality of information and digital competence are not significant to Web-Based HMIS, although both are significant to work effectiveness. However, the determination of information quality and digital competence does not have an indirect relationship to work effectiveness through Web-based HMIS.

PT Rizma Tour & Travel is a company operating in the travel agency sector. The problem in this research is that recording cash receipt and disbursement transactions still uses a manual and semi-computerized system using Microsoft Excel to create cash receipt and disbursement reports. This problem can result in incorrect recording or incorrect input of transactions, resulting in inaccurate cash receipt and disbursement reports.The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. This research aims to build a cash receipt and disbursement application for PT Rizma Tour & Travel which is used to assist in recording cash receipt and disbursement transactions.The results of this research are in the form of a web-based application for cash receipts and disbursements that can help PT Rizma Tour & Travel in recording cash receipt and disbursement transactions so that they run effectively and efficiently, including creating cash receipt and disbursement reports.

One of the agencies formed by the government in handling social security is PT Jamsostek which has now changed to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan consists of Old Age Security (JHT), Death Security (JK), Work Accident Security (JKK), and Pension Security (JP). In submitting a BPJS Ketenagakerjaan claim itself, you can go through the official SSO website (E-claim), the BPJSTKU Mobile application, the Antrian.bpjsketenagakerjaan.go.id site, and you can come in person. In principle, the method for claiming BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security via E-claim or via the BPJSTKU Mobile application is not much different. After completing the requirements and documents, applicants only need to wait for the data verification schedule to the nearest BPJSTK office. And the method for disbursing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security can also be done offline or online. The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism for submitting claims to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security with the ease of accessing claims, namely by using the E-claim feature and the requirements that must be submitted by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants in submitting claims and how to disburse BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security funds in a structured manner. The results of this study are that there is convenience provided by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Old Age Security in serving the claim system for participants by providing an E-claim system and the mechanism is quite easy to understand and access.

In this digital age, social media has become an important platform in connecting organizations with the community and encouraging active participation and helping to increase the organization’s social impact. One such organization’s is Sajiwa Foundation, a-non profit organization that focuses on educating and supporting the utilization needs of people in need. The purpose of this study is to provide insight into how non-profit organization can use social media communication strategies effectively to encourage community participation on the Sajiwa Foundation website platform Sajiwa Foundation this research aims to identify the various strategies used by Sajiwa Foundation to motivate people to actively participate in campaigns and programs offered through their website. This research used a qualitative approach by conducting a content analysis of Sajiwa Foundation’s social media accounts and involved interviews with Sajiwa Foundation team members. From analysis, the importance of an appropriate social media communication strategy in encouraging community participation in the context of non-profit organization was found to have several key elements. First, content should be veried and relevant, covering information and inspiring stories and the development of the organization. Second, attractive visuals can increase user interaction. Third, active interaction with the online community through comment, direct messages and calls to action helps build deeper relationships with the audience. This provides valuable insights for similar organizations looking to maximize their impact through leveraging social media as a powerful communication tool towards the wider community.

This research discusses the application of cash receipts and cash payments from cash sales and cash purchases at CV Banua Prima Teknik. This research aims to determine the accounting system for cash receipts and cash disbursements at CV Banua Prima Teknik, as well as to create a web-based cash receipt and disbursement application at CV Banua Prima Teknik. The theoretical framework of this research involves information system analysis, by examining the information needed by management, related functions, documents used, and document flowcharts. MySql is used as a database, with the PHP programming language. The research results show that the recording at CV Banua Prima Teknik has been computerized but still uses Microsoft Excel. The weakness of this method is that it is difficult to find out the recapitulation report of cash receipts and disbursements based on a certain period. Therefore, the application developed in this research is expected to help produce cash receipt and disbursement reports more effectively and efficiently, thereby improving performance in company financial management.

This study investigates the effect of the Team Word-Webbing technique on reading comprehension among tenth-grade students at MAN Koto Baru, Dharmasraya. Reading comprehension is critical for language acquisition and academic success, as it encompasses the ability to extract and interpret meaning from text. Despite its importance, many students struggle with reading comprehension due to various factors including limited vocabulary and insufficient engagement. To address these issues, the study employed a quantitative experimental design, using a quasi-experimental approach with an experimental group and a control group. The research involved a pre-test and post-test assessment to measure reading comprehension levels before and after the implementation of the Team Word-Webbing technique. The experimental group was taught using this technique, which involves organizing ideas visually to enhance understanding, while the control group received traditional instruction. The sample consisted of two classes selected through purposive sampling, with data analyzed using t-tests to compare outcomes. Results indicated that the Team Word-Webbing technique significantly improved reading comprehension compared to conventional methods. The experimental group demonstrated higher post-test scores, with statistical analysis revealing a significant difference (p < 0.05). This suggests that Team Word-Webbing enhances students' ability to understand and retain reading material by facilitating better organization of ideas and active engagement. In conclusion, the study supports the effectiveness of Team Word-Webbing as an instructional strategy to improve reading comprehension. This technique not only aids in comprehension but also promotes active learning and student interaction, making it a valuable tool for educators aiming to enhance reading skills in the classroom.

The Influence of Independent Commissioners, Liquidity, and Leverage on Tax Aggressiveness in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Industry Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2024 Period. This study aims to find out and provide empirical evidence regarding the Influence of Independent Commissioners, Liquidity, and Leverage on Company Tax Aggressiveness in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Industry Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2024 period. The number of samples in the study were 21 companies with a total of 63 research data obtained using purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data in the form of audited annual financial reports for the 2020-2024 period taken from the website www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results that have been obtained, it is found that the Independent Commissioner and Liquidity have no effect on Tax Aggressiveness and the Leverage variable has an effect on Tax Aggressiveness.

Crohn's disease is a chronic inflammatory condition of the gastrointestinal tract that is often accompanied by psychological disorders such as depression. This study aims to analyze the impact of depression on the effectiveness of Crohn's disease treatment through a systematic review and meta-analysis. A literature search was conducted across electronic databases, including PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science, for studies published in the last five years. Of the 1,247 articles identified, 28 studies met the inclusion criteria. The meta-analysis results indicate that Crohn's disease patients with depression have a lower remission rate (OR = 0.65, 95% CI: 0.54-0.78) and a higher relapse rate (HR = 1.58, 95% CI: 1.32-1.89) compared to patients without depression. Additionally, subgroup analysis reveals that the negative effects of depression are more pronounced in patients receiving biological therapy. These findings underscore the importance of a holistic approach in the management of Crohn's disease, considering the psychological aspects of patients to optimize treatment outcomes.

Public complaints are an important element in public services to determine public satisfaction with the implementation of public services. The Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia is an institution that represents regional voices and the interests of a region at the central level, as an institution representing regions the DPD RI is required to listen to aspirations and complaints submitted by regional communities. The aim of this research is to determine the management of complaints from regional community aspirations by the DPD RI. This research uses theory from Gorton (2005). The indicators used in this research are Quality Improvement, Openness to receive complaints, commitment, accessibility, responsiveness, transparency and responsibility, personal in nature. This research method uses qualitative descriptive techniques by collecting data from interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the principle of improving quality in the implementation of handling complaints from the public has been equipped with adequate facilities/infrastructure. On the principle Openness in accepting complaints means that DPD RI accepts all types of complaints from the public. On the principle commitment is that DPD RI is committed to every aspiration & complaint from the community. On the principle accessibility DPD RI provides access to the public to submit complaints through websites, applications, social media and by coming directly to the office. Responsiveness means that DPD RI does not discriminate in responding to every aspiration & complaint and DPD RI members use a pick-up and drop-off system to listen to aspirations or complaints submitted by the public. On the principle Transparency & Responsibility DPD RI will act transparently & responsibly towards every aspiration & complaint. On the principle Personal Characteristics DPD RI properly safeguards the identity/data of the complainant community.

The creation of the website of MaQis Alhamidy 4 Islamic Boarding School aims to provide an effective means of information and promotion to support the Qismart self-service store managed by the pesantren. In today's digital era, the existence of a website is very important for organizations, including Islamic educational institutions such as Pondok Pesantren MaQis Alhamidy 4. This website is designed not only to convey information about pesantren activities and services, but also to promote the pesantren self-service which serves as one of the main sources of income. Website development is carried out through several stages, namely observation, identification, implementation, and evaluation. The KKN Inovasi Pesantren Group 02 team, consisting of 16 members, was directly involved in this process. In the observation stage, the team observed and recorded the phenomena that occurred in the pesantren. Problem identification was conducted through interviews with pesantren administrators to understand the needs and challenges faced, especially related to the self-service information and promotion system. The implementation stage involved information collection and assistance in using the website as an information medium. Evaluation was conducted to reflect on the process and results achieved. The results of this project show that the developed website successfully created an effective platform to introduce and promote Qismart Supermarket to the community. The website facilitates access to important information and strengthens the brandi.

The village website has an important role in providing transparent and accurate information to the public. Websites as a means of public information have proven effective in increasing citizen involvement in local government. Websites are also an effective means of conveying educational and informative information to the public. The creation of the Pager Agung Village profile website aims to increase the accessibility of public information, such as administrative services, current news, and community activities. Through this community service program, we design and implement a user-friendly and responsive website. The design of this system applies the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model. The results of this activity show an increase in citizen satisfaction with access to information and participation in village activities. In addition, this website has also increased the transparency of the village in managing public activities and funds.

This community service article focuses on developing a website to increase the visibility of UMKM in Karanganyar Village, Pasuruan City. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, this activity involves observations and interviews with UMKM actors to understand their needs and challenges. The development process began by redesigning the appearance and features of the website to be more user-friendly and informative, which was then integrated with the profiles of UMKM, that had not yet been registered. As a result, several UMKM, such as Permata Bread, Fish Crackers, Pecel Rice, Lele Dimsum, Motor Parts, Dumpling Noodles, Tamarind Turmeric and Bonagung Herbal Medicine, Chicken Nuggets, Macrame Glaze, Petis Tambar, and Es Agogo, were successfully added to the website. This increased visibility allows UMKM to reach a wider market, both local and international. The social impact of this development includes an increase in the number of customers and greater business opportunities for UMKM. This article concludes that website development carried out in a participatory manner can be an effective tool in empowering local UMKM, as well as encouraging economic growth and community welfare in the digital era

This study examines the impact of traditional financial performance measures and Value-Based Management on Market Value Added (MVA) in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, resulting in the selection of 19 companies based on predetermined criteria. Secondary data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, and panel data regression analysis was used for data analysis. The results indicate that ROA and EVA positively and significantly influence MVA. In contrast, ROE, DPS, EBITDA, and CFROI do not significantly affect MVA. Notably, EPS demonstrates a negative impact on MVA, suggesting that higher earnings per share may not correlate with increased market value.

This research aims to describe the improvement in learning outcomes in spatial volume material using the TARL approach for class IV students at SDN 01 Kanigoro. This research was carried out using a type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in 2 cycles which aimed to determine the increase in the completeness of student learning outcomes through the TARL learning approach. The research subjects were 12 class IV students at SDN 01 Kanigoro. The research results show an increase in student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects using the TARL approach at SDN 01 Kanigoro. Based on the results of pre-cycle action activities, there were 3 students who completed and 9 students who did not complete. In the first cycle, there were 7 students who completed and 5 students who did not complete. while in the second cycle there were 11 students who completed it and 1 student who did not complete it. In conclusion, by using the TARL approach, student learning outcomes in class can improve.

Abstract Bhumi Karya Cooperative is an organization focused on the savings and loan activities of its members. Loans with low interest rates and various types of savings are offered to enhance the welfare of the members. However, challenges in the effectiveness of transaction data management, the conventional handling of savings and loan applications, and financial reports managed using Microsoft Excel are faced by the cooperative. The development of a web-based information system is deemed essential, as this system not only allows members to conduct transactions remotely, such as the previously manual savings and loan applications, but also accelerates the processes of member data entry, transaction recording, report generation, and service provision to members anywhere. This research is motivated by the decline in gold savings in the last four years due to: the value of gold which is currently getting higher, and Covid which occurred in mid-2020. Furthermore, people's needs are increasing and increasing so the ability to buy gold is low. To find out the analysis of the implementation of promotions as a strategy in increasing the number of pawnshop gold savings customers. This research uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. The types of data used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews, observation and documentation with customers and employees of PT.Pegadaian Syariah Gobah Pekanbaru Riau. Data processing techniques with data reduction, data editing, data description and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of promotions is a strategy to increase the number of gold savings customers at PT.Pegadaian Syariah Gobah Pekanbaru Riau, is by using advertising promotions in introducing pawnshop gold savings products using social media and print media, promotions using online publications using websites is an effort to attract attention or news from the media or the general public for a product. can be widely known, Direct Promotion is carried out to attract potential customers by implementing socialization. Promotion Sales are carried out by providing special discounts or promo codes to prospective customers so that they are interested in pawnshop gold savings products at PT. PawnshopGobah Pekanbaru Riau Sharia Service Unit. By implementing promotional forms well, the goal can be achieved to increase the number of pawnshop gold savings customers and increase public understanding of pawnshop gold savings products and can help the community with economic problems.

The research conducted in this proposal aims to determine and analyze the use of gamification technology media in increasing the learning interest of students in class 9 D SMPN 13 Surabaya. This research is designed with qualitative methods and uses data collection techniques in the form of filling out student interest observation sheets in the learning process. The results of filling out student observations are expected to be used as evaluation material in the classroom learning process. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this study can be useful as a reference for educators to develop teaching media that will be used in the learning process in the classroom. Various rapidly developing technologies must of course be utilized properly, so that later the educational process in the classroom is not left behind by existing technological developments. Nowadays, there are many websites or applications that can help the learning process in the classroom. The idea of student-centered education should make educators no longer use the lecture method when explaining in the learning process. This is what makes educators clever in utilizing various learning resources and media including technology. In the meaning of KBBI technology is a scientific method that can be used as a means to provide various things needed for the continuity and comfort of human life to make it more practical.

Organisasi Pengembang Indonesia berfokus pada penyediaan perumahan bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR). Namun, pengelolaan data menggunakan Ms. Excel menyebabkan berbagai kendala, termasuk dalam mengelola data anggota, perumahan, produk tagihan, dan laporan periodik. Proses pembayaran manual yang sering terlambat juga mempengaruhi operasional dan reputasi organisasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diusulkan sistem informasi berbasis Web dengan Framework Laravel. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sistem tersebut dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, keamanan transaksi, dan komunikasi dalam organisasi. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode Agile dengan pendekatan Scrum. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena memungkinkan iterasi cepat dan umpan balik berkelanjutan dari pengguna. Sistem yang dikembangkan terintegrasi dengan Midtrans sebagai Payment Gateway untuk memfasilitasi pembayaran yang aman dan efisien, serta Wablas sebagai Whatsapp Gateway untuk notifikasi otomatis. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box, di mana setiap fitur diuji berdasarkan fungsionalitasnya tanpa melihat ke dalam struktur kode. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi berbasis Web ini memungkinkan admin mengelola data anggota, perumahan, produk, dan tagihan dengan lebih efektif. Fitur-fitur yang disediakan meliputi login, master data, transaksi, pendaftaran anggota, perpanjangan keanggotaan, perumahan, produk, dan laporan. Semua fitur telah diuji menggunakan pengujian Black Box dan berfungsi dengan baik. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, keamanan transaksi, dan komunikasi, serta mengatasi kendala yang ada dalam proses pengelolaan data dan pembayaran di Organisasi Pengembang Indonesia.
