Education is a process needed to obtain balance and perfection in the development of individuals and society. Education itself is faced with various problems that become obstacles to the quality of education itself. This can be seen in various aspects, some of which include the lack of adequate physical facilities such as the feasibility of buildings used in the learning process. These problems can hinder the development of students to reach their best potential and cause inequality in terms of access to quality education. There are differences in the quality of education in rural and urban areas, where rural areas have more specific challenges such as lack of school facilities, difficulty of access, and technological and social changes. In the context of education, technology has changed the way we learn, access information and communicate. Social changes, such as changing demographics, can also affect the way we design education systems. These factors create pressures on education that require creative thinking and innovative solutions. This research uses qualitative research methods through a phenomenological approach. The theoretical foundation used in this research is the functional structural theory proposed by Talcott Parson. Data collection in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation.  

A teacher is an educator whose professionalism is really needed in education in order to improve the quality of education and Human Resources (HR). The professionalism of teachers has a huge impact on the results of the teaching provided in schools through technology and motivation which will later become the key to realizing students' dreams in the future. Therefore, it is better for every school to have professional teachers or teaching staff so that the world of education in Indonesia becomes more advanced and develops even better in the future. The aim of preparing this article is to discover the influence of teacher professionalism on the progress and development of technology and student motivation in the learning process at school. The aim of preparing this article is to find the influence of teacher professionalism on the progress and development of technology and student motivation in learning activities at school. This research uses a library study method. The research results show that teachers or professional teaching staff have a big influence on students' knowledge regarding technological progress and development and also the motivation provided has an impact on students' learning activities at school.

This journal discusses the challenges and ideals in implementing the Independent Curriculum in schools. This research aims to identify the main obstacles faced by teachers and educational institutions in implementing the Independent Curriculum approach. Through qualitative analysis and surveys in various schools, the findings show that while the ideals of the Merdeka Curriculum promote an inclusive approach and are oriented towards active learning, many challenges arise in terms of lack of resources, training and systemic support. The results of this research provide in-depth insight into the efforts needed to maximize the potential of the Independent Curriculum in improving the quality of education at the school level. This study makes a significant contribution in the context of improving and improving the national education system.

This service aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the Afternoon Tutoring learning method in improving student learning skills. This learning method is specifically designed to provide additional study time outside of regular class hours, with a focus on increasing understanding of material, application of concepts, and development of academic skills. Through a joint agreement between the school and Kaiwatu village, this program is run on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 4 pm to 6 pm. Of course, real work college (KKN) students are given the opportunity to apply every potential obtained in each field. studies. In rural education environments, challenges are often encountered such as lack of access to quality education, lack of motivation to learn, environmental factors that are less conducive, and less effective learning methods. The results obtained indicate that the application of the afternoon tutoring learning method is effective in increasing students' motivation and learning skills. These findings have positive implications for the development of learning strategies in rural areas with the hope of increasing achievement and reducing educational gaps.

This research is entitled Application of the Family Hope Program and Dilemmas for Poverty Alleviation in Teluk Nilau Village. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this study were: (1) the mechanism for implementing the PKH program in Teluk Nilau subdistrict was carried out in several stages, namely, regional selection and selection of PKH participants, initial meeting and validation of prospective PKH participants, verification of eligibility, data updating and initial disbursement of funds. PKH in Teluk Nilau Village is aimed at improving the health quality of children under five, pregnant women and the elderly. For the education level of elementary, middle and high school children, the distribution of PKH funds is carried out once a month in 4 stages, namely in January, April, September and December through banks (BNI, BRI and Bank Mandiri). (2) The PKH program in Teluk Nilau sub-district plays an important role in increasing community economic poverty alleviation or KPM PKH including: First, reducing the poverty rate, from the data on the number of PKH beneficiaries from the data the number of recipients is 251 down to 224 in 2021. Second, in the field of education with the PKH program assistance is able to provide an increase in the level of education. Third, in the health sector, the existence of PKH program assistance is able to play a role in increasing poverty alleviation towards improving the level of public health. Empowerment has an important role in educational institutions which makes a real contribution to improving human resources. This includes empowering Islamic boarding school graduates in improving the quality of human resources. The aim of this service is to understand the process of empowering the Al-Qur'an Al-Asy'ariyyah Alumni Association (IKMAAL) in Kalibeber Village, Wonosobo Regency. The empowerment strategy includes four strategies, namely: preparation, work meetings, follow-up, and building togetherness. The results of this activity show that the working meeting of the Al-Qur'an Al-Asy'ariyyah Alumni Association (IKMAAL) in Kalibeber, Wonosobo district produced important points that show the alumni's gratitude towards the Islamic boarding school, namely: 1) making a coupon for land purchasers for development foundation, 2) creating an al-Al-asyariyyah coin program in each branch for the benefit of members, 3) planning a joint Umrah within the IKMAAL association, and in 2025 holding a Javanese and Madurese Qur'an hamatul. This contributes to increasing human resources for society within an institutional framework. The conclusion focuses on the importance of ties in realizing a goal and its implications for expanding the alumni network.

This research uses descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques use triangulation to obtain the validity of the data, while the data analysis used in the research is reduction, display and verification.

This service aims to create Gubug Pintar as an educational initiative aimed at improving the English language skills of primary school-aged children in RW 008 Banjarsari Surakarta. English is an essential skill in the era of globalization, and introducing it early to children is a key step to provide them with wider future opportunities. However, many children in this community face barriers in access and limited resources for quality English learning. Through the creation of Gubug Pintar, it is hoped that an innovative, engaging and inspiring learning environment will be created for the children. The program will focus on teaching English vocabulary and will be organized in eight meetings with two meetings per week. Gubug Pintar will be a learning center that provides free access for children to improve their English skills through interactive learning methods. It is hoped that through this Gubug Pintar, children will develop a sense of enthusiasm for English learning, feel better prepared to continue their EFL (English as a Foreign Language) education, and acquire English skills that can help them in their educational and career journey. In addition, the program can also provide inspiration for other communities to take similar steps in improving English education at the primary level.

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the teaching style of Civics Teachers at SMP N 35 Medan and to find out what facilities the teacher uses when teaching in class.This research method is to use a descriptive qualitative method using a field study approach. The results of this research show that the PPKn teachers at the school use an interactional teaching style and the learning facilities used are quite simple, such as the use of blackboards, study tables and PPKn package books.The conclusion is that the teacher has taught according to the RPP that has been prepared and he teaches well and with quality.

Calvin's strategy in the development of Christian religious education in the Reformation era was key in forming a strong and sustainable approach to Christian religious education. John Calvin, a leading figure of the Christian Reformation in the 16th century, had a central role in advancing Christian religious education. He implemented a number of important strategies, including education for all, structured education, teaching of Scripture, training of church leaders, character education, involvement of church and state, and emphasis on local languages. These strategies help spread Calvinist theology and ensure everyone's access to quality Christian religious education. Calvin's influence on Christian education is still visible in various Christian education systems to this day. Christian religious education is education in Christian teachings that emphasizes aspects of knowledge, attitudes and values ​​and even skills that are based on the Christian faith itself. With Calvin's strategy in the midst of Christian Religious Education, Christian Religious Education can achieve the goals it should achieve, especially in the community, schools and families. In this series of strategies, Calvin played a key role in changing Christian religious education in his time. Christian religious education is no longer the exclusive right of clergy, but is a right and responsibility for the entire Christian community. Calvin's in-depth and structured educational approach, along with his emphasis on the use of print media, helped spread the teachings of the Protestant Reformation throughout the Christian world. These approaches remain influential in the development of Christian religious education to this day.

This article explains the numeracy literacy abilities of junior high school students in solving word problems in algebraic operations material. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Siantar with a total of 32 students. Data was obtained through numeracy literacy skills tests and interview results, then the data was analyzed using descriptive study quality. The research results show that the ability of students with the highest scores can fulfill two to three indicators, while students with low numeracy literacy skills test scores only fulfill one indicator test. Failure to fulfill indicators is caused by student errors, including: 1) Not writing down the data information that is known and being asked, 2) Making mistakes in solving problems, 3) Making mistakes in calculating, and 4) Not writing conclusions on the questions obtained from the answers.

Vocational high schools which produce students ready to enter the world of work require the learning system used to be oriented towards developing students' skill competencies. Through independent learning, SMKN 1 Cilegon implements a block system through teaching factory learning to improve the quality of learning. Teaching Factory is a production-oriented learning that has been adapted to relevant field expertise competencies and is focused on project creation. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of literature study, observation and documentation. The findings from this research show that the skills possessed by these students are average, no one is left behind in understanding and adapting all forms of theory and practice so that the involvement of Teaching Factory learning in this block system is very effective.

Education plays a central role in community development and the enhancement of human resources. In the rapidly evolving digital era, information and communication technology has significantly transformed the education landscape. Technology has become an integral part of the teaching and learning process in schools, bringing both challenges and significant opportunities. Particularly at the Junior High School (SMP) level, subjects like Mathematics, Natural Sciences (IPA), Physics, and Chemistry play a central role in shaping students' foundational knowledge. However, students often have varying levels of understanding and different learning styles. This poses a challenge for teachers trying to meet the diverse learning needs of their students. The use of the same linear teaching methods for all students is often ineffective in such a context. In this research, we employed a literature review methodology. This approach helps summarize and synthesize existing knowledge on the role of technology in enhancing student motivation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. By analyzing trends, findings, and patterns emerging from related literature, we can establish a strong knowledge base for this research. The adaptive learning approach, leveraging technology, has emerged as an intriguing solution. This approach allows for real-time analysis of student learning data and the adjustment of content, material, or teaching methods to suit individual needs. The research highlights the primary benefits of adaptive learning, such as personalized content adjustment, enhanced student motivation, more efficient monitoring and evaluation, and time savings in achieving better understanding. However, the research also acknowledges several challenges, including uneven technology infrastructure, the need for teacher training, and student data protection. Nevertheless, this research emphasizes the importance of adaptive learning in the context of STEM education at the SMP level in the digital era, while recognizing the need for further research to explore the potential of technology in enhancing the quality of education at this level.  

This research aims to produce a mobile learning media product using an articulate storyline application on human circulatory system material that is feasible and can be used by students at SMA Negeri 1 Amurang. Mobile learning media using the articulate storyline application is needed by school teachers to help during the learning process. This type of research is Research and Development / R&D development research using the ADDIE model. This model, as the name suggests, is Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The test instrument in this research is the product validity results from material and media experts. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of this research: 1) Development of mobile learning media using the articulate storyline application on the circulatory system material. 2) The quality of mobile learning aids on human circulatory system material is excellent. The assessment results from learning material experts obtained a feasibility percentage score of 85% for the very valid category. The assessment results from learning media experts obtained a feasibility percentage score of 89.9% for the very valid category. The response of students in class XI MIPA was in the perfect/exciting criteria with a percentage of 87.5%. It was concluded that the mobile learning media using the articulate storyline application on the circulatory system material at SMA Negeri 1 Amurang is very suitable to be used as a source of teaching material in the learning process.

The importance of character education in learning is to improve the quality of implementation and educational outcomes in schools which leads to the achievement of student character formation. In this case, the teacher is not only tasked with delivering learning material, but is also tasked with instilling character values in students (Fatmawati, 2017: 8). This type of research is qualitative research and the method used is a descriptive method. Sugiyono (2017:9) qualitative research is a research method used to examine natural objects. The main aim of qualitative research is to understand social phenomena or symptoms by providing an explanation in the form of a clear description of the social phenomenon or symptom in the form of a series of words which will ultimately produce a theory, which is explained (Sujardewi, 2014: 110). Based on the description that has been presented, this research is defined as a research process that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and behavior that is observed and carried out naturally. This research uses a qualitative research method with the hope of being able to describe the analysis of character education in mathematics learning material on absolute values for students at SMA class X Harapan Bangsa Samalantan. absolutely at SMA Harapan Bangsa Samalantan class X. In implementing learning, mathematics teachers also apply character education through methods, strategies and learning media. Analysis of character education in mathematics learning with absolute value material is based on lesson plans that have been created and adapted to learning conditions. The teacher's learning implementation uses the case study method, so that students always think critically in their efforts to solve problem formulation in mathematics learning with absolute value material. Assessment of the achievement of character education in mathematics learning absolute value material in class X using test questions and observation sheets of student behavior in learning.

The principal's leadership strategy plays a central role in shaping the success of improving the quality of education in a school. The aim of this research is to reveal the strategies used by school principals to improve the quality of Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri 7 Kepahiang. To achieve the above objectives, this research uses a qualitative methodology using descriptive techniques. The data required for the research effort was obtained through the use of observation, interview, and document analysis techniques. The focus of this research is related to school principals. The results of this research illustrate that there are six strategies that have been implemented by the principal to improve the quality of Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri 7 Kepahiang, including steps such as internal improvement, an effective supervision system, evaluation in the teaching and learning process, strengthening teacher discipline, promotion, and improvement of facilities and infrastructure. Thus, the leadership of the school principal is the main element in achieving success in advancing the quality of education.

The implementation of pancasila education learning in the independent curriculum is very important for teachers and students, because it has pancasila values and must be instilled in teachers and students. The importance of this research is that there are important things that must be considered in this research, namely in order to achieve the expected educational goals, quality and effective learning is needed. So what must be pursued by educators is to use the curriculum which is a key in the implementation of education. The purpose of this study is to find out school policies related to the implementation of pancasila education learning in the independent curriculum at SMP Kertanegara Malang, find out how the implementation of pancasila education learning in SMP Kertanegara Malang.  and teachers in the implementation of pancasila education learning at SMP Kertanegara Malang. This research method uses qualitative, descriptive. With finished data What is used is observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques use triangulation to obtain the validity of the data. Data analysis used in the study is Reduction, Display and Verification. Based on the results of this study, it shows that: (1) teachers in pancasila education subjects at SMP Kertanegara Malang have implemented an independent curriculum in the 2022/2023 school year. (2) Learning resources are not only limited to guidelines determined by the center, but learning resources can be obtained from anywhere, as long as their nature is positive and supports the cognitive realm of students. Based on the conclusion that the implementation of pancasila education learning in the independent curriculum at SMP Kertanegara Malang, is marked by the implementation of a learning process in which teachers become facilitators and mediators as well as motivators for students so that they are enthusiastic about learning in the independent curriculum.

Public relations management is a function of management that links educational institutions and the community. In developing facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions, it will impact public attention and concern regarding the quality of education. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The research results show that 1) Public relations planning involves all parties related to the activity program being implemented, 2) Organizing the division of work, facilities and infrastructure coordinator, public relations coordinator in providing the facilities and infrastructure needed by students; 3) Implementing the public relations activity program, the school collaborates with the community by procuring facilities and infrastructure; 4) Public relations evaluation is carried out by comparing the program that has been established with the implementation of the program. Public relations evaluation is carried out by the school principal and deputy head of public relations.    

To improve the quality of education in Indonesia, school reform includes zoning. Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 44 of 2019 concerning Admission of New Students to Kindergartens, Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools and Vocational High Schools is part of the government's efforts to evaluate education. This study aims to explain how the implementation of the Zoning Policy for New Student Admissions is carried out as an effort to check the quality of education in state elementary schools and elementary schools in Genteng District, Surabaya City. The author uses a qualitative consideration literature study method. According to Van Meter and Van Horn in Subarsono (2013: 99), six variables are used as the focus of research: policy size and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, tendencies or propensities of implementers, communication between organizations and activities, and the economic, social, and politics. Technical data used. The results show that those implementing the Zoning Policy for Admission of New Students as an Effort to Study the Quality of Education (Primary School and Junior High School Level Studies in Genteng District, Surabaya City) have followed the expected policy. Although zoning policies are necessary, there are still some problems. Social, political and economic resource and environmental variables are still difficult to apply.

This research was conducted with the aim of examining and evaluating supervision and supervision practices in the educational context at Istiqlal Delitua Private High School. The research method used was interviews with two respondents who were parties involved in the process of supervision and supervision of education at this school. The results of the interviews provide in-depth insight into the effectiveness of supervision, implementation of supervision, supporting programs, actions taken when school principals do not carry out supervision, and the impact of supervision on improving the quality of education.
