Stunting is a major health problem in Indonesia which affects physical, cognitive growth and future disease risk. This study aims to analyze the effect of drinking water source quality on the prevalence of stunting in Gorontalo Province. The research is a quantitative research. The source of data in this study is secondary data with a target number of 208,303 households who are couples of childbearing age, pregnant women, and families with children 0-59 months in Gorontalo Province. Analysis result showed that there is a significant influence between drinking inadequate water and the risk of stunting with a sig value. 0.003, and the value of R = 0.956 and R² = 0.913, which means that 91.3% of the drinking water variable affects the level of stunting risk.  Inadequate water increases the risk of infections such as diarrhea, which inhibits the absorption of nutrients. Providing clean water should be a priority to reduce stunting. However, this intervention needs to be complemented by improved sanitation, community education, and improved child nutrition. This study is expected to be the basis of strategic policies to reduce the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia.

The results of the univariate analysis showed that the percentage of hypertension was 18.72% and the percentage of obesity was 40.2%. The results of the bivariate analysis using the Chi square test produced a significance level of p-value of 0.000 (significant) between age and obesity with a PR value of 3.47 (CI 1.22-9.87) for the age group above 54 years, and a PR value of 2.66 (CI 1.21-5.81) for the age group 46-54 years (with the age group 18-45 years as a reference). The results of the bivariate analysis using the Chi square test between gender and obesity produced a p-value of 0.0040 with a PR of 0.45. The results of the chi square test between obesity and hypertension were proven to be statistically significant with a PR of 1.90, meaning that respondents with obesity had a 1.9 times greater risk of suffering from hypertension than people without hypertension.

This study aims to analyze the risks and benefits of joint liability financing schemes for groups of companies through a qualitative literature review approach. This financing scheme offers solutions for companies facing capital constraints by enhancing access to credit through collective responsibility. The results of the review indicate that this scheme provides benefits such as increased financing opportunities, mitigation of default risks, and peer monitoring among group members. However, it also presents risks such as overinvestment and moral hazard, where company members may tend to make larger investments or neglect their obligations due to the protection of joint liability. Additionally, the effectiveness of the scheme heavily relies on the group structure, with smaller and more homogeneous groups having lower risks compared to larger and more heterogeneous ones. This study concludes that joint liability financing schemes can be an effective solution if these risks are well-managed through stringent oversight and fair financing policies.

According to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), fire caused by an oxidation process that involved fire triangle elements. The fire triangle elements consist of fuel, oxygen, and heat. Informal industry, such as UMKM, facing a high risk because of fund limitation which hinder risk analysis and post-disaster recovery, moreover lack of regulation and adequate protection measures such as fire protection systems. To decrease that risk, a fire disaster mitigation program is needed, including outreach, training about how to use a fire extinguisher, and fire simulation. This program aims to increase the knowledge and preparedness of workers in facing potential fire hazards so that the risk can be minimized and the losses can be reduced. This research using a pre-experimental design method approached by one group pretest-posttest design. According to pre-test and post-test results by the workers, there was a 9.4% increase in knowledge. It evidenced by the result of the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test which showed a P-value of 0.003 (p ≤ 0,05), which means there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test result.

Dehydration occurs when the body loses too much water and essential fluids in the body. Diarrhea is the main cause of dehydration in toddlers. Toddlers often get diarrhea because their immune system is still vulnerable. If the problem of dehydration is not addressed immediately, it can lead to other health problems such as shock risk. This study aims to determine the effect of video education and demonstration on the ability of first aid dehydration due to diarrhea in mothers with children 0-5 years in Siding Tuban Village. The research design used was Pre Experimental with a one group pretest-postest approach, a sample of 16 respondents taken from 66 populations through Purposive Sampling. Research instrument Ability was measured by observation sheet and analyzed using Wilcoxon Signed Rank test (α=0.05). Before the intervention, 93.8% of respondents had poor skills and after the intervention, 100% of respondents had good skills, which showed an increase in the value of dehydration first aid skills. The results of the analysis obtained p-value=0.000 (<α), meaning that there is an effect of education on the ability of first aid for dehydration due to diarrhea in children. The combination of video and demonstration methods improves the mother's ability to dehydrate children due to diarrhea through visualization and hands-on practice, facilitating understanding and effective application. It is expected that mothers can carry out first aid for dehydration due to diarrhea in children without guidance, reducing the risk of child mortality.

Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary field that combines biology, computer science and statistics to analyze biological data and translate it into effective therapies. With technological advances, such as next-generation genetic sequencing, bioinformatics enables the development of personalized therapies based on an individual's genetic profile. This approach provides more effective treatment and reduces the risk of side effects. In addition, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) accelerates big data analysis, predicts therapy response and identifies disease biomarkers. Despite challenges such as the need for big data infrastructure and ethical privacy issues, the outlook for bioinformatics is bright. Through global collaboration and a multi-omics approach, bioinformatics is expected to become a key foundation in future medical therapy innovation.
