This study aims to explore the work preferences of undergraduate management students of Universitas Negeri Jakarta Class of 2020-2021. There are five attributes used to see the importance value of the five attributes, namely salary, career development, work life balance, work location, and work flexibility. Data collection was conducted in Jakarta and Bekasi in April-May 2024. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire and respondents were selected using purposive sampling using Slovin. The total respondents in this study were 150 consisting of 73 men and 77 women, all of whom were undergraduate management students in the 2020-2021 batch. This data was processed with exploratory factor analysis and Conjoint Analysis. The result is that one of the attributes that become work preferences for undergraduate management students in the 2020-2021 batch is career development with an importance value of 23.607 and has a utility value of 0.198. importance value of 23.607 and has a utility value of 0.198. Career development that is the highest preference for undergraduate management students in the 2020-2021 generation is a company that offers attractive career opportunities, a company that supports individual career development and actively collects career information.

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) are one of the important economic pillars in driving local economic growth in various cities in Indonesia. However, MSMEs often face significant challenges, especially related to financial and labor risk management. This study aims to analyze financial and labor risk management at Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs in Medan City. In this study, a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews was used to collect data from business owners and employees. The analysis was conducted with a focus on financial risk management strategies, such as product and service diversification, creative promotion, cash flow management, and access to capital, and labor risk management strategies, including employee cost management, employee development and retention, and effective performance management. The results show that Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs have implemented various strategies to effectively manage financial and labor risks. Product and service diversification, creative promotions, and utilization of online delivery and ordering services help reduce financial risks and maintain revenue stability. Meanwhile, efficient management of employee costs, employee development, and effective performance management help manage labor risks, improve productivity, and maintain service quality. This research shows that effective financial and labor risk management plays an important role in the operational success of Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs.

The evolution of technology has changed consumer behavior, especially in terms of online shopping in e-commerce, which has resulted in marketplace platform competition increasing significantly.  This study aims to examine the effect of customer ratings and reviews on purchasing decisions on Somethinc skincare products in Prambon sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency. This research adopts quantitative methods. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between ratings on purchasing decisions, as well as customer reviews also showed a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Somethinc products in e-commerce.

This study aims to examine the role of customer satisfaction and trust as determinants of loyalty in Grab online transportation services in Medan City. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a survey method. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of online questionnaires to 60 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed descriptively using a Likert scale. The results showed that customer satisfaction, which includes service quality, driving experience, driver professionalism, vehicle cleanliness, and complaint handling, was rated quite well by the respondents. Customer trust in Grab as a safe, transparent, and reliable transportation choice has also proven to be an important factor in building loyalty. However, customer loyalty to Grab is not very strong, given the intense competition in the online transportation industry. The implication is that Grab and similar companies need to continue improving service quality, ensuring customer safety and comfort, responding to complaints effectively, and implementing effective marketing strategies to retain customers. This research provides valuable insights for online transportation service providers in their efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty amidst dynamic market competition.

The background is based on conditions during the teaching and learning process, teachers still apply lecture, question and answer and discussion methods so that teachers appear more active. Furthermore, the impact of Covid-19 requires online learning, which causes a lack of enthusiasm for students to participate in learning. This research aims to determine the effect of the guided inquiry learning model on the learning motivation and activity of class VIII students in Jerneg Hamlet. The research method used is Quasi experiment with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all junior high school students in class VIII in Jerneng Hamlet. Sampling used an incidental technique with a total of 20 students, 10 students for the experimental class and 10 students for the control class. The data in this study was taken by giving a pretest and posttest to each class. The data collection technique for the learning motivation variable uses a 20-item questionnaire. Meanwhile, the data collection technique for student activity uses a 15-item questionnaire. Data collection techniques by providing questionnaires, observation sheets and documentation. Data analysis uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test and T Test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing on the guided inquiry learning model on student learning motivation, it shows that F = 3.825; sig<0.05. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing on student activity show that F = 1.974; sig<0.05. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the guided inquiry learning model on the learning motivation and activity of class VIII students in Jerneng Hamlet.

This research is about the role of notaries in legalizing foreign public documents after accession to the Apostille convention through Presidential Regulation Number 2 of 2021. Legalization is the authority of notaries as regulated by the Law on the Position of Notaries. However, something new has emerged, namely regulations regarding the legalization of public documents that will be used abroad, including public documents by notaries, namely the legalization of Apostille. This type of research is empirical normative research carried out using a statutory and conceptual approach and prepared using primary legal materials in the form of laws and secondary legal materials, namely conducting interviews. The data obtained was processed in a quantitative descriptive manner. The results of this research explain that the role of the notary in legalizing public documents in the Apostille is under the authority of the Notary Position Law and Presidential Regulation Number 2 of 2021, the role of the notary is to register public documents via the online website of the Ministry of Law. and Human Rights. Then the legal certainty of the Apostille document's boundaries is not yet clear, only those outlined in Presidential Regulation Number 2 of 2021.

Using literature study and online research methods, this research explores the role of social media in increasing global market access, building global brand awareness, influencing consumer behavior, supporting data-based marketing strategies, and achieving higher marketing efficiency. The results show that social media is not only a promotional tool, but also a key player in global digital business transformation, providing opportunities for companies to grow and compete in an increasingly digitally connected global market.

To carry out public services and all activities carried out by state administrators, a state institution is needed that functions and is tasked with supervising the running of public services and state administrators. All forms of complaints and aspirations complained by citizens were all accommodated so that a state ombudsman institution was formed. The Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia itself is a state institution that oversees the implementation of public services and maladministration is included in its authority. Supervision is carried out including those carried out by BUMN, BUMD, State-Owned Legal Entities, and private bodies or individuals whose task is to carry out certain public services, all or part of whose funds come from the APBN/APBD. The data that has been obtained comes from a literature review which is then analyzed using content analysis techniques. Human behavior can be studied indirectly by researchers by observing interactions through various media sourced from online news, newspapers, textbooks, journals, and various other types of communication that can be analyzed.

This research aims to comprehensively examine students' computational thinking skills through applications as existing learning media. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to draw conclusions from the results of research examining mathematical problem solving skills in terms of student self-efficacy. SLR research aims to identify, review, and make conclusions from all research results related to the research topic. Literature collection that becomes research data is done by tracing the results of research published in journals online using the Publish or Perish search engine on Google Scholar and based on inclusion criteria. The results of the literature study that has been carried out, can be concluded that the ability of students' computational thinking through applications as learning media is quite good. The researcher recommends that further research be conducted on existing applications that can help students in learning.

This research focuses on the influence of influencers and customer reviews on Avoskin skincare purchases on social media, especially in digital marketing. The goal is to understand their role in consumer behavior, and explore effective marketing strategies to increase sales and loyalty. It aims to provide insight into the importance of influencers and customer reviews in Avoskin's digital marketing success. The research focused on Avoskin Skincare users, by collecting field data through questionnaires to 107 respondents who met the criteria. A quantitative descriptive approach was used to analyze the influence of beauty influencers on purchasing decisions. An online survey was used to explore respondents' opinions about influencers, interest in products, reviews, and purchase factors. Data analysis was conducted descriptively with a table of survey results.This study tested three hypotheses about the influence of influencers and user reviews on purchasing decisions. The first and second hypotheses are supported by previous research, showing the significant influence of influencers and user reviews. The results of the third hypothesis show that both jointly influence purchasing decisions with strong statistical significance. This confirms the important role of influencers and user reviews in shaping consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the study using IBM SPSS 29 confirmed that influencers and customer reviews have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, encouraging consumers to purchase Avoskin skincare products in accordance with the hypothesis. However, this study has limitations in population and references, and only considers three variables. It is recommended that similar studies expand the population and consider additional variables for a more comprehensive analysis.

Abstract. Online shopping is a new technique in the world of trade in the lives of people in the modern era. Online shopping is also considered practical because online marketing utilizes the internet as a potential source of information to facilitate the life system. With global technological advancements of transactions that continues to develop, many opportunities for convenience are open for people in shopping activities. One of them is through online buying and selling known as e-commerce. This phenomenon shows that e-commerce platforms such as Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, and Bukalapak have become the main choice for people in making shopping transactions today. This reflects the widespread adoption of the concept of online shopping as a practical and efficient alternative to meet consumer needs. This development also marks the transformation of the traditional way of shopping towards a more modern model that is integrated with technology. In carrying out this transaction, various types of contracts are used, such as the istishna contract. This istishna contract can be used for online purchases and sales can be established in a more structured manner and in accordance with sharia principles. Through this contract, buyers and sellers can carry out transactions clearly and fairly, and ensure that the goods or services ordered are suitable with the requirements and anticipations of the buyer. This research makes use of a descriptive qualitative approach involving reading theory, which includes methods of collecting and analyzing data from a variaty of sources including books, scientific notebooks, references, & additional literature partinent to the study topic. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the isttishna contract for online purchases and sales made under the cash on delivery (COD) method with the hope of producing a through comprehension of the idea of the isttishna contract in Islamic economics and the ways in which these ideas might be used in cash on delivery (COD) transactions. Keywords: Contract istishna, cash on delivery (COD), buy and sell online   Abstrak. Penjualan online  adalah  pola perdagangan  yang telah merevolusi cara hidup masyarakat umum pada zaman sekarang. Penjualan online menjadi lebih umum karena penjualan ini menggunakan internet untuk menyediakan  pengetahuan yang  berpotensi  berguna  untuk memperlancar pola hidup. Dengan kemajuan teknologi dalam dunia transaksi yang terus berkembang, terbuka banyak peluang kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam kegiatan berbelanja. Salah satunya adalah melalui jual beli online yang dikenal sebagai e-commerce. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa platform penjulaan online contohnya Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, serta Bukalapak telah menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi belanja saat ini. Hal ini mencerminkan adopsi yang luas terhadap konsep belanja online sebagai alternatif yang praktis dan efisien dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Perkembangan ini juga menandai transformasi cara tradisional berbelanja menuju model yang lebih modern dan terintegrasi dengan teknologi. Dalam pelaksanaan transaksi ini, digunakan berbagai jenis akad seperti akad istishna. Dengan menggunakan akad istishna, transaksi jual beli online dapat terjalin dengan lebih terstruktur dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Melalui akad ini, pembeli dan penjual dapat menjalankan transaksi dengan jelas dan adil, juga memverifikasi bagian atau item tersebut yang dikirim sebanding dengan keperluan dan harapan pembeli. Penelitian ini meggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana melibatkan teori kepustakaan, yang mencakup metode pengumpulan dan analisis data melalui beragam referensi misalnya buku, jurnal akademik, referensi, serta rujukan lain yang berhubungan terkait pokok penelitian. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan agar mengetahui penerapan akad isttishna dalam sistem cash on delivery (COD) pada transaksi jual beli online dengan harapan menghasilkan pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep akad istishna dalam ekonomi syariah serta bagaimana prinsip-prinsip ini dapat diterapkan dalam transaksi cash on delivery (COD). Abstract. Digital transformation has brought about changes in shopping patterns with the advent of online shopping and food ordering. Reviews and ratings have a big impact on consumer preferences, so it is important to pay attention to reviews and ratings in online marketing strategies. This study aims to measure the impact of online consumer reviews and ratings on consumer loyalty to Bangor Burger on ShopeeFood. Through a quantitative approach, the sample was taken using the Non - probability sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. The population studied was consumers who had bought Bangor Burger at ShopeeFood. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis with IBM SPSS software. The results showed that reviews and ratings have a significant influence on Burger Bangor consumer loyalty at ShopeeFood. Transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan dalam pola belanja dengan hadirnya belanja online maupun pemesanan makanan. Review dan rating memiliki dampak yang besar pada preferensi konsumen, sehingga penting untuk memperhatikan review dan rating dalam strategi pemasaran online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dampak review dan rating konsumen secara online terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Burger Bangor di ShopeeFood. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel diambil menggunakan metode Non – probability sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden. Populasi yang diteliti adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli Burger Bangor di ShopeeFood. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan path analysis dengan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa review dan rating memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Burger Bangor di ShopeeFood.  Kata kunci: Belanja Online, ShoppeeFood, Burger Bangor, Konsumen, Review, Rating, Loyalitas Konsumen.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of working capital and financial management on the case study at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. The methodology used is action research, data sourced from secondary data, the data collection technique for this research uses online sources (available websites), printed sources (research reports) regarding financial reports for 2018 - 2024. The analysis used in this research is regression multiple linear and requires the SPSS version 26 program to process the data. Based on research data testing, the results obtained: working capital has a positive and significant effect on the financial income of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk in 2018 - 2024. Likewise, financial management has a positive and significant effect on the financial income of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk in 2018 - 2024. Working capital and financial management simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the financial income of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk in 2018 - 2024. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide input for companies, namely as reference material for making policies and decisions regarding working capital and financial management.

In intense market competition, SWOT analysis becomes important to help online shopping platforms identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and formulate strategies to maintain competitive advantages. The research aims to understand how these platforms can remain relevant and competitive in the digital era. This research uses literature studies to collect data from journals, articles and online sources, in order to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the strategic management of online shopping platforms. The results of this SWOT analysis are then used to formulate strategy recommendations that can improve the platform's operations and competitive position in the e-commerce market.

Framing is understood as the process of how someone classifies, organizes, and interprets their social experiences to understand themselves and the reality outside themselves. The current situation of radicalism raises serious concerns and needs to be watched out for. In Indonesia, radicalism is generally related to religious extremism, especially in the Islamic context. Several Islamic extremist groups in Indonesia have emerged and caused tension in society. This research aims to define the problem, estimate the source of the problem, assess morals, and emphasize solving problems that occur at the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School on the online media Kompas.com. The theory used in this research is Robert N. Entman's framing analysis theory. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques use documentation and observation. Analyze data by means of data reduction, data presentation, and summary. The results of this research show the essence of the construction formed by the online media Kompas.com by looking at Robert N. Entman's dimensions, namely the selection of issues and highlighting aspects related to the selection of complex facts and realities and how the news is written. Overall, Kompas.com reports regarding the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School which is affiliated with the NII at this early stage, based on the author's observations, it tends to refer more to the MUI which is struggling to be able to prove clearly and in detail to prove that the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School is definitely affiliated with the NII. However, there are several things and several parties who are trying to prevent this from being revealed, but the MUI team does not want to explain this. In framing the news about the NII-affiliated Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School case, it emphasizes the extent to which the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School case has been handled and which parties are involved in this case.

This research investigates the role of teachers in creating transformative education, with the aim of shaping the Golden Generation. The study utilizes a qualitative approach to explore various aspects of this process, focusing on the contributions of teachers in reshaping the educational landscape to meet the needs of future generations. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, aiming to uncover new meanings, explain conditions, determine event frequencies, and categorize information. Data is collected through a literature review from various online sources such as books, journals, and relevant references. The findings of the research indicate that teachers are responsible not only for imparting knowledge but also for developing students' critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability skills. The study highlights the importance of innovative teaching methods, teacher professionalism, and educational ecosystem support in preparing students to face future challenges. As a preemptive step towards the Golden Generation, the research emphasizes continuous collaboration among educators, policymakers, and stakeholders to create an educational environment that fosters students' holistic development. The results of this research contribute to the discourse on educational transformation and provide guidance for pedagogical practices aligned with the aspirations of future generations.

Technological developments bring about change. One of the changes occurring in the education sector is online learning. Online learning allows learning activities between teachers and students to take place without meeting face to face in class and can take place at any time as long as there are devices such as smartphones, laptops and computers that are connected to the internet. Implementing online learning will certainly have a different influence from direct classroom learning. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of exploring the impact of online learning on the learning motivation of educational technology students class of 2023. This research was conducted using quantitative methods, by distributing questionnaires to educational technology students class of 2023, then the data was processed using Microsoft Excel. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of online learning on learning motivation. In this research, it was found that the number of learning motivations in online use was decreasing and the understanding of learning material was low when implementing online learning. Online learning has a big influence on the learning motivation of educational technology students class of 2023.

In the digital era, social media has become an important platform for communication and interaction, including in terms of religion. Young Catholics play an important role in religious moderation through social media. This study explores this role, focusing on the results and discussions, observations, social media content and challenges faced. Young Catholics actively use social media to interact about religion, share information, and promote moderation, young Catholics face challenges such as hate speech, misinformation and Cyberbullying, the Catholic Church can play an important role in supporting the role of young Catholics in religious moderation through social media. This type of research uses a Qualitative method by collecting and analyzing data obtained from various sources such as articles, books and Church documents. In this study, researchers rely on various literature and do not interact directly with research subjects. And also by analyzing the content posted by young Catholics on social media to identify themes, trends, and patterns related to religious moderation, analyzing online interactions between young Catholics from different religions and cultures to understand how they navigate differences and promote interfaith dialogue, analyzing how mainstream media and social media platforms cover the role of young Catholics in religious moderation. The findings of this researcher show that the role of young Catholics has the potential to play an important role in religious moderation through social media. However, they also face challenges in using social media effectively for this purpose, namely: Hate speech and Negative Content, Misinformation and Propaganda, Cyberbullying and Online Harassment, Lack of Digital Literacy, Lack of support and guidance.

This research aims to investigate the influence of human resources in digital marketing development on consumer purchasing interest, at business source stores. The research method used is quantitative using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample for this research is consumers of business source stores who have made online transactions. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between digital marketing human resource variables and consumer buying interest. The research results show that human resources who are skilled and experienced in digital marketing have a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest. The managerial implication of this research is the importance of investing in developing quality human resources in the digital marketing field to increase consumer buying interest and strengthen the competitive advantage of business resource stores in the market.
