Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. Meanwhile, research techniques use data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the processing of earnings management at BTN Syariah KCS Banjarmasin is quite efficient due to good working capital turnover as a means of generating profits. Judging from the net profit margin, it is quite efficient with an average percentage of 78.02%. The rate of return on assets is also efficient, although it continues to decline with a percentage of 1.41% and the rate of return on capital is considered effective with an average percentage of 13.15%. The author provides input to the bank so that the management of the financial reporting system at BTN KCS Banjarmasin is managed by the bank at each branch office or unit so that each financial report and profit management at the bank is more specific. Islamic banking academics should always participate in the development of sharia banking by providing input to financial institutions and also providing understanding to the public so they can differentiate between the bank interest system and the profit sharing system in banking. And also provide knowledge so that people do not get involved in the practice of interest which can actually lead to usury.

Bookkeeping administration is an important aspect in waste bank activities because it has the benefit of recording and carrying out complete and detailed reporting within a certain time period, so that there are no differences in calculations between customers and the Waste Bank management. The importance of bookkeeping administration in managing the Waste Bank (recording the entry and exit of each type of waste managed by the Waste Bank), can help optimize waste management and increase the effectiveness of waste management. Simple bookkeeping (in the form of Socialization) was introduced in the transaction cycle at the Bank Sampah "Sami Berkah", Kelurahan Meteseh, Kecamatan Tembalang, Semarang (making a Chart of Account, Journal from proof of transactions, posting to the ledger and subsidiary books, up to making Financial Reports). The administrative management of the Bank Sampah Sami Berkah has met the minimum requirements of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, starting from books, officers, waste reception schedules, until the waste deposited has been sorted by customers/members. Likewise, the duties and responsibilities of waste bank management officers are in accordance with the job and description of the organizational structure. The proposed use of the information system at the "Sami Berkah" Waste Bank is the use of an Android-based application or web system (mobile web access) in order to accommodate the need for faster and easier information access for customers/Members and Waste Bank managers, as well as being able to overcome the Bank's operational problems. The digital transformation within the public sector has shifted from an optional advancement to a primary parameter for local government success in managing dynamic metropolitan areas. This research examines the acceleration of Smart Governance in Surabaya through the implementation of the mandatory non-cash parking policy on public roads. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design, the study explores how this transition redefine the relationship between the government, parking attendants, and citizens. Findings indicate that the policy effectively minimizes budget leakage and enhances fiscal transparency. The integration of digital payment systems has transformed traditional parking management into a data-driven service, fostering public trust through accountable financial tracking. Furthermore, the shift from cash to digital transactions has successfully professionalized the role of parking attendants within the urban ecosystem. However, success relies heavily on consistent infrastructure readiness and public literacy. The study concludes that Surabaya's non-cash parking model serves as a vital instrument for strengthening Regional Original Revenue (PAD) while modernizing urban governance. These implications suggest that digital integration is not merely a technical change but a fundamental shift in bureaucratic culture. This model provides a strategic framework for other Indonesian metropolitan cities aiming to implement similar digital-based public service innovations and sustainable smart city governance.

The Islamic Financial Sector (IFS) is a rapidly growing sector in the Islamic economy. IFS operates on Islamic law, so it must always adhere to Islam. IFS plays a crucial role in implementing Islamic principles aimed at helping society achieve prosperity, honesty, and fairness through a profit-sharing system. One of the key players in the Islamic financial sector is Islamic banking, which has a low credit risk, resulting in a sufficient margin for MSMEs. MSMEs, also known as Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), are a type of productive business owned by individuals or corporations and regulated by Law No. 28 of 2008. UMKM has a significant role in Indonesia's economy. This potential is what motivates Islamic banks to facilitate the provision of loans to MSMEs. As time passes, Islamic banks have become capable of supporting MSMEs, which in turn attract MSMEs to conduct transactions at Islamic banks.

The background to this thesis is that the implementation of diversion for children in the investigation process and legal processes related to juvenile criminal matters still faces significant gaps. Children's rights are often ignored in the implementation of diversion by the existing legal system. Disproportionate treatment of children in the implementation of diversion causes injustice in the handling of child criminal cases. There needs to be attention and effort to ensure that children's rights are fully recognized and respected in the implementation of diversion. Reforming the legal system to be more inclusive and attentive to children's needs is a necessary step to overcome this gap. The problem formulation for this thesis is: What is the process of investigating child criminal cases through restorative justice at the Semarang Police? and What are the obstacles and solutions in the process of investigating child criminal cases through restorative justice at the Semarang Police? The results of this thesis research are that the child diversion process at the Semarang Police is a method that involves transferring cases from the criminal court to a deliberative process, with the aim of achieving balance and restoring the situation. This approach has significant benefits, including reducing the number of children arrested, detained and sentenced to prison, as well as removing the stigma attached to them and returning them to normal behavior. In its implementation, deliberation involves a mediator who can be a trusted community figure or a school principal or teacher. The importance of a restorative judicial process is also seen in this case, involving law enforcement officials who have good intentions and understanding of children's problems. However, there are several obstacles in the child diversion process at the Semarang Police, such as excessive compensation requests, financial constraints, and the complexity of cases involving children. Apart from that, public trust in diversion regulations is also a concern that needs to be addressed.

A house is a basic human need, many people are rarely able to save in cash due to rising house prices. By providing pawn products (Home Ownership Credit), the Bank acts as a mediator between the interests of home buyers and sellers in this situation. However, Muslims are not allowed to use the usury transaction interest system used by mainstream banks. For Muslims who want interest-free financial services, the rise of Islamic banking is a good thing. However, the fact that sharia banking has not been able to match conventional banks in Indonesia is proof that the majority of Muslim communities there do not have full confidence in using sharia banks. Based on this, the author looks at and discusses how murabahah contracts are used in sharia finance at the Bank Sumut Syariah Lubuk Pakam Branch Office. The aim of this qualitative descriptive research which combines case study theory is to describe the implementation of the murabahah contract and determine its impact on sharia financing at Bank Sumut Syariah Lubuk Pakam Branch Office. To gather information regarding the use of murabahah contracts in Islam, the data collection approach uses interview procedures, namely questions and answers to officers, employees and authorized parties (in authority), as well as documentation. Descriptive techniques are used in data analysis procedures. The research findings, the application of the DSN-MUI fatwa regarding murabahah, turns out that the DSN-MUINo.04/DSNMUI/IV/2000 fatwa was followed in the case of murabahah financing for subsidized housing mortgage financing carried out by the North Sumatra Syariah Bank, Lubuk Pakam Branch Office.
