Conformity, or the tendency to conform attitudes and behaviors to group norms, can affect students' learning motivation and academic achievement. This article discusses the impact of conformity on students' learning motivation and academic achievement from two sides, namely positive impact and negative impact. On the positive side, conformity within certain limits can help students adapt to the school environment and encourage them to learn to be accepted in the group. But on the other hand, excessive pressure to conform to peers can reduce students' internal motivation to learn and achieve. Students tend to only study as needed to be accepted in the group and their academic performance decreases. Therefore, a balance is needed, where students maintain their uniqueness while adapting positively to the group. Thus, conformity can benefit students' learning motivation and achievement.

Modernization isa process of changing societies and cultures with all its aspects from traditional to modern. Modernization, while having a positive effect, can also have a negative impact that one of them is having on the behavior of elementary school students. These effects can happen if we cannot strain that modernization. Therefore as teachers we should be able to minimize the emergence of harmful negative effects on the creation of student character. The results of this study suggest that modernization has hada significant impact on the behavior of elementary school students. This is demonstrated by such oft viewed negative behaviors as brawling, social strife, social promiscuity, misuse of the Internet and cell phones that cause students to become irritable and socially impaired. The research method used was the literacy study of several accredited journals according to the research discussion. This study is intended to enable readers to know the impact that modernization of students' behavior in elementary schools and teachers can minimize the negative effects that will happen in students.

In the digital era, social interactions have undergone significant changes. The influence of technology has changed the way people communicate and interact with each other. Social interactions are no longer limited by time and space. People can connect and interact from anywhere and at any time. Social interaction in the digital era has the potential to improve the quality of human life. However, it is important to use technology wisely so that it does not cause negative impacts. The aim of this research is to determine the basic needs and aspirations of humans that arise amidst technological developments. This journal is presented using a descriptive method accompanied by a literature review as a comparative study of similar publications in previous relevant scientific papers.

Abstrac.This research investigates the impact of acquisitions on company financial performance. By analyzing financial data of a number of companies that have undergone acquisition process, this research aims to assess changes in key financial indicators such as net profit, revenue and cash flow. The research method for this research is a literature review to find information on financial reports and company performance. The impact caused by post-acquisition is that the company's financial performance has increased, especially profitability and activity. However, the aspects of liquidity and solvency did not experience significant changes. There were no negative changes in the company's financial performance. The findings of this research can provide insight into the effectiveness of merger and acquisition strategies in increasing or decreasing a company's financial performance. Managerial implications and recommendations for stakeholders will be discussed in the context of the results of this research.

The purpose of this research is to find out the History and Impact of the Tabuk War: An In-depth Analysis of the Border Conflict in Historical and Humanitarian Perspective. The Battle of Tabuk marked a monumental event in Islamic history in 630 AD. The research approach in this Literature Review study is one type of qualitative research method in which research is conducted in libraries through the collection of books, documents, archives, and other types. This war had a significant impact in Islamic history, both in terms of politics and military. The impacts include strengthening the position of Islam in Arabia, increasing the autonomy of Arab tribes, and asserting Islamic rule over the surrounding territories. In humanitarian terms, the war also demonstrated the importance of diplomacy in resolving conflicts, and provided lessons on the importance of peace and justice in relations between nations.

The case of Rempang Island is an example of the many cases of violence perpetrated by repressive law enforcers against civilians in Indonesia, where violence is in direct contact with criminal values. So clear knowledge is needed regarding the impact of authority used improperly by law enforcement officials. This research uses a normative juridical research method with the problem approach used is a statutory approach, a concept analysis approach, and a case approach. The research results reveal that there are limitations for law enforcement officers in carrying out their duties assigned by the state, including preventive measures in providing supervision and security so that the human rights of civilians can still be protected.

Bullying is repeated aggressive behavior by society towards a person which results in victims. Bullying also often occurs, especially among school children. Factors that cause bullying behavior in society or at school include personality factors, interpersonal communication between children and their parents (parenting patterns), the role of peer groups and school climate. Arly marriage is a marriage carried out by someone who is relatively young. The relatively young age referred to is the age of puberty, namely between 10-19 years of age. One area in Indonesia, namely Pandan Kasturi sub-district, Sirimau District, Ambon City, Maluku Province, has a lot of early marriages. Early marriages that occur are caused by several factors and their impacts, one of which is domestic violence, domestic violence occurs because of selfish feelings between husband and wife, differences of opinion, not wanting to give in between husband and wife, wanting to win alone. and ended with domestic violence. Domestic violence occurs due to the mental and mental immaturity of each partner, so they do not really understand how to resolve the problems that occur in their household, so that the impact that occurs is physical, mental, psychological violence and so on. The aim of the community service implementation activity is to educate the importance of knowledge about domestic violence and early marriage in order to avoid or reduce domestic violence and early marriage in Pandan Kasturi Village.

In this journal, the impact of public waste on environmental pollution in the MMTC market will be discussed. In previous research, it was found that waste management that is not environmentally friendly can have a negative impact on environmental health and society. Garbage can cause contamination of air surfaces and air bodies used by humans, disrupt life in the air, and cause unpleasant odors. Apart from that, rubbish can also cause shallowing of the air, resulting in blockages that can cause flooding. Therefore, public awareness and education is needed about good and correct waste management to minimize the negative impact of waste on the environment and public health. Case studies can be conducted to analyze waste management practices in the MMTC market, the type and amount of waste produced, as well as the impact of waste on the environment and public health. This study can also provide suggestions for improving waste management practices in the MMTC market and increase public awareness about good and correct waste management.

Yogyakarta Special Region is widely known as a student, tourist, and cultural city. These conditions triggered Yogyakarta's development and growth to be very rapid. So environmental problems arise, which, if not immediately addressed, will worsen environmental conditions. The type of research carried out was descriptive-qualitative through observation and interviews. The research results showed that many developments violated legal and environmental rules. The environmental impacts that occur include a reduction in the amount of green open land, a reduction in water catchment areas, sanitation problems, groundwater availability, and river pollution. Disaster risks arising from development include landslides on river borders due to development, flooding, and land shifts. Efforts that need to be implemented to manage and prevent environmental damage include the implementation of environmental and social management systems, the implementation of institutional functions, and efforts to develop community capacity through training and community education. Meanwhile, efforts are being made to reduce disaster risk through physical mitigation, biological mitigation, and the mitigation of social, economic, and cultural impacts.

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk yang cukup pesat menyebabkan kebutuhan akan perumahan juga meningkat, hal ini terjadi di Kelurahan Paccinongan yaitu munculnya titik pertumbuhan perumahan di tengah perkampungan warga, hal tersebut bisa memicu dampak sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola perkembangan perumahan, mengidentifikasi dampak perkembangan perumahan, serta menyusun arahan pengembangan perumahan. Lokasi penelitian berada di Kelurahan Paccinongan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei lapangan, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis spasial, tetangga dekat, deskriptif kuantitatif kualitatif, komparatif, dan SWOT.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk pola perumahan yang berkembang yaitu pola linear grid dan pola gated community, pola persebaran perumahan yaitu tersebar secara merata, dan lokasi pembangunan perumahan sudah sesuai dengan rencana tata ruang. Adapun dampak perkembangan perumahan terhadap aspek lingkungan yaitu penyusutan lahan pertanian sebesar 207.86 ha, menurunnya kualitas drainase, namun di sisi lain terjadi peningkatan cakupan pelayanan jalan, dan kualitas air bersih yang masih bagus tidak terkontaminasi. Dampak terhadap aspek sosial yaitu terjadinya penurunan tingkat interaksi sosial dan tingkat kriminalitas, serta munculnya inovasi baru terkait kegiatan sosial. Dampak terhadap aspek ekonomi berupa peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, munculnya peluang kerja baru, penambahan fungsi rumah ke fungsi ekonomi, dan meningkatnya harga lahan. Adapun arahan pengembangan perumahan diprioritaskan pada pengadaan dan perbaikan drainase sepanjang 4.845 meter, peningkatan kualitas jalan sepanjang 5.828 meter, penyediaan ruang terbuka publik, mengontrol harga lahan dengan sistem land banking, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal.

Disiplin Kerja karyawan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berkaitan erat dengan budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja karyawan dihipotesiskan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Industri Logam di Tegal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu di Kota Tegal dan Kabupaten Tegal dari 100 data industry terdapat total populasi 170 karyawan, sesuai rumus Slovin di setiap perusahaan di ambil 2 sampai dengan 3 karyawan, dan diperoleh sampel 116 orang, sebagai sampel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Software Amos 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Kerja Karyawan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan dan berdampak positif pula pada Kinerja Karyawan.  Penelitian ini  untuk memberikan dukungan bagi pemilik maupun stakeholders dalam Pengambilan Keputusan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, di dasarkan Budaya Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja sangat tepat  sehingga memberi pengaruh positif pada Kinerja Karyawan.   Employee work discipline is very important to improve employee performance. Work discipline is closely related to work culture and employee work motivation. Employee work discipline is hypothesized to have a positive effect on employee performance in the Metal Industry in Tegal. This research was conducted in two places, namely in Tegal City and Tegal Regency. From 100 industry data there was a total population of 170 employees. According to the Slovin formula, 2 to 3 employees were taken in each company, and a sample of 116 people was obtained as a sample. The research was conducted using Amos 22 Software. The results of the research show that Employee Work Culture and Work Motivation have a significant positive effect on Employee Work Discipline and also have a positive impact on Employee Performance. This research is to provide support for owners and stakeholders in making decisions that work discipline, based on work culture and work motivation, is very appropriate so that it has a positive influence on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on service users at PT. Pawnshop Sharia Sarolangun short market. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, with data collection methods namely interviews, observation and documentation and using data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Informants in this study are employees and customers who are involved. The results of this study indicate that the covid-19 pandemic has had little impact on service users at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Pasar Singkut Sarolangun, this is because during the covid-19 pandemic many people were less stable in the economy which was caused by several policies set by the government in order to eradicate the spread of the covid-19 virus. PT. Pegadaian Syariah Pasar Singkut Sarolangun provides the best possible effort to provide good service and in accordance with health procedures that have been established during the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the several dimensions that have been described, namely security, service quality, guarantees provided and employee responsiveness which is always paid attention to by PT. Sharia Pegadaian Pasar Singkut Sarolangun.

Laju pertumbuhan penduduk dan pembangunan yang pesat di suatu daerah dapat mengakibatkan perubahan fungsi penggunaan lahan, seperti perubahan lahan persawahan, kebun, lahan kosong bahkan rawa talah menjadi area permukiman dan perindustrian. Dampak dari perubahan penggunaan lahan tersebut adalah menurunnya daerah resapan, kerusakan pada jalan, banjir dan meningkatkan limpasan permukaan (Run Off). Perumahan Green Nirwana Residence Desa Timbang Kecamatan Ciganda Mekar Kabupaten Kuningan Provinsi Jawa Barat yang mempunyai luas lahan 30.767 m2. Di Kabupaten Kuningan hujan rata-rata sebesar 18,561 mm/per bulan. Perumahan ini berdiri sebanyak 211 buah rumah dan 1 buah Masjid yang dulunya adalah persawahan yang kemudian beralih fungsi menjadi perumahan. Limpasan permukaan yang terjadi sebesar 54,450 m3/detik, terjadi akibat dari penambahan atap rumah yang tidak menggunakan talang air, kondisi tanah yang tidak mampu lagi menyerap air hujan mengakibatkan kerusakan jalan dan genangan air pada jalan. Dengan limpasan permukaan yang cukup besar ini maka metode yang mudah untuk mengurangi limpasan permukaan tersebut dengan cara Pemanenan Air Hujan (PAH), yaitu air hujan yang jatuh pada luasan atap bangunan yang kemudian ditampung dengan tandon air. Air hujan yang dapat dipanen dengan luasan atap bangunan keseluruhan sebesar 11083 m2 dengan air hujan yang dapat dipanen sebesar 37,131 m3/detik. Dari hasil perhitungan limpasan permukaan yang terjadi sebesar 54,450 m3/detik dengan efisiensi yang di dapat dari Pemanenan Air Hujan (PAH) sebesar 37,131 m3/detik atau sebesar 68,193% dan volume air yang masih mengalir ke permukaan tanah sebesar 17,319 m3/detik atau sebesar 31,807%. Pemanenan Air Hujan (PAH) yang dapat dipanen dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai air bersih untuk rumah tangga dengan volume pemakaian air 80 liter/hari dan air wudu untuk masjid dengan  volume pemakaian air sebesar 300 liter/hari semuanya terpenuhi dengan durasi hujan 1500 detik/hari atau 25 menit.

Palm sap can be used as an alcoholic beverage, although it does not have a high alcohol content as in general. There are two types of palm drink from the palm tree, commonly called sap, namely sweet and bitter. For the sweet ones, there is no such thing as raru so that it can be managed again into palm sugar. And there is also sweet wine added with raru so that it has a bitter taste and adds alcohol content to the drink and can also preserve the drink. Tuak shops are always everywhere, both in villages, cities and even parties that sell them. Selling wine is an easy thing to do at any time, Income always increases so they keep doing that business. Requesters for wine are numerous. Fans of wine are more men, they will often go out to drink and they think that drinking wine can relieve stress, thoughts. Tuak can be used as opium because the taste of alcohol is right and the price is also different from the price of alcohol in general. However, wine is not good if consumed excessively and continues to cloud because it is not good for health. However, the presence of wine can cause poisoning, weight gain, high blood pressure, impaired liver function, weakened immune system, heart disorders, nerve damage, impaired reproductive (sexual) function, mental health disorders and decreased intelligence

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Usia Harapan Hidup (UHH), Rata-rata Lama Sekolah (RLS), dan Pengeluaran per Kapita (PPK) terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di beberapa kota Jawa Tengah (Magelang, Surakarta, Salatiga, Pekalongan, Jepara, Kudus, dan Tegal) dari 2017 hingga 2022. Metode penelitian melibatkan uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi berganda. Data berasal dari sumber statistik demografi, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembangunan manusia, serta mendukung kebijakan yang lebih tepat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Analisis regresi diharapkan mengidentifikasi kontribusi UHH, RLS, dan PPK terhadap IPM, memberikan gambaran peran kesehatan, pendidikan, dan ekonomi dalam pembangunan manusia. Implikasi kebijakan dari penelitian ini dapat mendukung upaya pemerintah meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di kota yang menjadi ojek penelitian. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur pengembangan manusia dan kebijakan daerah dengan menggabungkan variabel-variabel penting dan menganalisis dampaknya secara terpadu. Kesimpulan ini menjadi panduan bagi pengambil keputusan dalam merancang kebijakan untuk meningkatkan IPM di kota-kota Jawa Tengah.

Fuel oil (BBM) is a commodity whose price is determined by the state. It has been approximately 3 months since fuel oil prices experienced an increase due to the increasing burden of energy subsidies. This has had a significant impact on almost all Indonesian people, which has also been exacerbated by the impact after the pandemic. Based on this case, this article was written with the aim of providing more in-depth information regarding the impact of the swelling burden of energy subsidies which influenced the increase in fuel prices after the pandemic event due to Covid-19 in Indonesia. The literature review research method was used in this research by identifying and evaluating the results of research and ideas that had previously been produced by other researchers. The results of the research found that the increase in the subsidy burden had an effect on the increase in fuel oil (BBM) prices which then had an impact on the prices of goods and services which also increased following the increase in fuel oil (BBM) prices.

The results of the research inform that the phenomenon of non-transparency in the areas of budgeting, personnel, procurement of goods and services is certainly a fact that must be revealed based on the facts that can be observed and witnessed in various implementation of the main duties and functions of government employees. The cause of non-transparency in the various fields mentioned above is because there are factors that hinder the realization of transparency in the implementation of clean, authoritative and responsible regional government. This study aims to explore the relationship between financial ratios, financial distress, and sales growth rates. The population used is made up of all consumer products industry sector companies that are registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2020. Purposive sampling was used to select and collect 39 company samples in total. The investigation hypothesis was evaluated using logistic regression analysis. This study shows how financial ratios and sales growth both have a significant impact on financial distress. Meanwhile, show to some extent that leverage and profitability have a significant influence on financial hardship, but liquidity and sales growth do not.
