The auditory learning style can help students rely on their hearing. This means being able to remember and understand certain information in learning. Students need the teacher's role in developing an auditory learning style that can help students improve their learning. The aim of the research is to determine the role of PPKn teachers in developing an auditory learning style to stimulate students' thinking patterns. This research uses a qualitative case study method. data from research findings shows that the implementation of learning using the auditory learning style of students has a systematic implementation of learning as usual, namely: 1). Providing or explaining the material to be discussed using an auditory learning style or lecture method, 2). Assignments and assessments. In implementing learning using the auditory learning style, a diverse learning atmosphere is created, 3). Learning uses an auditory learning style because it is considered fun and exciting. Based on research results, the auditory learning style really helps students in carrying out the learning process in the classroom. Civics teachers play an important role in the process of developing an auditory learning style in stimulating students' thinking patterns.

Education is a process of changing a person's behavior through knowledge and life experience that makes him more mature in thought and attitude. Character education is a very important component in building optimal national character. Character building will be effective if done from an early age. Character education is a process of applying moral and religious values to children through science, applying these values to oneself, family, fellow friends, educators and the surrounding environment and God Almighty. In children's character education at home on social behavior at school This research was conducted in an effort to reveal the role of parents in educating children's character whether they have a major contribution in influencing children's social behavior, especially towards children's social behavior in the form of imitation which is the beginning of children's social behavior, children's social behavior towards peers and children's social behavior towards adults around the child. The research method used is the literature study method where the researcher becomes the main instrument in analyzing the books being studied. the importance of the role of parents in instilling discipline in children from an early age so that they are able to develop children's social behavior and the role of the teacher is not only as an educator, but also as an educator of character, morals and culture for students so that a better school atmosphere is created and improves behavior and attitudes between children and each other.  

This research is based on the Teaching Campus Program which is a form of teaching assistance to empower students to help with the learning process in elementary schools. This qualitative research aims to explain the process of implementing the Teaching Campus Program Policy at SD Negei Billa an Proppo Pamekasan Madura. The methods used in this research are interviews and documentation. The focus of this research is the management of the Teaching Campus program by the university's MBKM team, the role of the District/City Education Office in the Teaching Campus program, as well as the role of schools and students in implementing the program. Documentation studies were obtained through the Teaching Campus guidebook and program policy files. Based on the research results, it shows that program management is lacking at the evaluation stage by the MBKM team, the role of the Education Department and program implementation carried out by students is quite good. The school gave a positive response to the program implemented by students. As well as teaching campuses for education and non-education students who are considered to have differences in the realization of work programs.

This study aims to explore the role of scientific articles in the development of insight and critical thinking of students at Medan State University. The research method used a survey with 20 respondents. The results show that scientific articles are effective in deepening students' understanding and critical thinking skills. Despite challenges such as language comprehension, scientific articles remain a valuable tool in higher education, supporting students' preparation for a complex future.

Archives play an important role in supporting the administrative activities of an agency. Archives include all activities related to company documents. At the expedition agency PT Tunas Antarnusa Muda Cargo Solo, the receipt document filing system is still lacking in structure. This receipt is only archived to the extent that it is entered in an order that is adjusted to the customer's name randomly and unstructured. This makes employees of PT Tunas Antarnusa Muda Cargo Solo, especially the finance division, find it difficult to find receipts so that work management becomes less effective and efficient due to the long search time when receipts are needed. This service aims to improve the filing system at PT Tunas Antarnusa Muda Cargo Solo by using a combination of alphabetical filing, subject filing, and chronological filing methods. This method is applied in alphabetical order of the customer's name, the subject of grouping the customer's names and sorted by the time the receipt was made. In practice, this method aims to manage receipts to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the filing system. In addition, structured archives can make it easier for agency employees to find the information needed quickly and simplify the work process

The community's participation in various health development efforts can be seen, among other things, from Community Resource Health Efforts (UKBM) which are growing rapidly in the form of (Posyandu), (POD) and Health Funds. This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of cadres and the completeness of basic immunizations for babies aged 9 - 12 months at the Posyandu in Wakasihu Village. This type of research is non-experimental quantitative research with an analytical survey method, a cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted in Wakasihu village. A sample of 87 mothers of babies was taken using a total sampling technique. The research instruments were questionnaires and observation sheets, and the research results were analyzed using the chi-squer test. Most of the cadres' role in providing services is not good, namely 31 people (35.6%), most of the basic immunization requirements for babies aged 9 - 12 months at posyandu have not received complete immunization, 29 people (33.3%). The chisquere test results were obtained with a p value of 0.048. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted where there is a relationship between the role of cadres and the completeness of basic immunization for babies aged 9 - 12 months at the posyandu in Wakasihu Village. From the results obtained, the majority of mothers who have babies in Wakasihu village do not want to take their children to the posyandu because according to them the role of cadres is lacking, so for future researchers, please look again at the role of cadres during the posyandu.

Promotion via Instagram social media can develop business and have an attractive influence on prospective new students. Decisions regarding prices will also determine the success of the course institution. Not only that, Word of Mouth also plays a big role in forming an effective marketing communication strategy for The Benefit English Course institution. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence that Social Media Instagram (X1), Price Perception (X2), and Word of Mouth (X3) have on students' decisions to choose The Benefit English Course (Y) course institution simultaneously. This research method used was quantitative using a sample of 139 students at The Benefit English Course during February - July 2022. The data was analyzed using a multiple regression analysis test with the equation Y = 3.683 + 0.230 X1 + 0.355 X2 + 0.301 Social Media Instagram (X1), Price Perception (X2), and Word Of Mouth (X3) have a positive relationship with purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the t test and F test also show that the significance value of the Social Media Instagram (X1), Price Perception (X2) and Word of Mouth (X3) variables is smaller than 0.050 and the R square value is 0.924 so it can be concluded that the Social Media Instagram variable ( X1), Price Perception (X2) and Word of Mouth (X3) have a significant influence on the Purchasing Decision (Y) Students of the Benefit English Course Course Institution and have an influence of 70.7%.

This transformation not only affects technological aspects but also has a profound impact on how society interacts with products, services, and its environment. This article describes how the approaches of marketing revolution and production revolution can be employed as tools to support societal development in facing Industry 5.0. The research aims to explore the roles of innovative marketing strategies and production efficiency in shaping the future of society in the era of Industry 5.0. As a follow-up to these developments, UMKM 5.0 was launched on Friday 20 Oktober 2023, as one of the efforts to uplift micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) by leveraging internet technology. One of the initiatives involves providing training to MSME entrepreneurs to enable them to expand their businesses through the internet and the utilization of artificial intelligence.  

This research aims to find out how the implementation of parking retribution in Bajawa City and the supporting and inhibiting factors of parking retribution implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with empirical legal research type. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interview, and document study. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of parking levies in bajawa city is not good enough seen from the results of research on parking lots, parking rates, the work of parking attendants, and community responses regarding parking where the four aspects have not been implemented properly where parking lots are still narrow, parking attendant services have received a lot of criticism from the community Parking rates set by the Ngada Regency Government are correct but the results of the levy itself are still very dependent on whether or not visitors are busy. The work of the parking attendants is not optimal because the parking attendants on duty have never received special training, so the work of the parking attendants has received a lot of criticism from the community. Parking attendant services to parking service users are said to be ineffective and need to be improved. Supporting factors in the implementation of parking levy collection are joint operations and the role of mass media as a source of information for the community. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of parking levy collection are the emergence of illegal parking, lack of awareness of parking attendants and the public in traffic and inadequate parking facilities.

Catechist participation in lay apostolate in St. Yakobus Mayor Kalibago Barat, such as the areas of life testimony, social participation, contribution of energy, thoughts, are experiencing setbacks caused by a lack of awareness of being involved in the parish, a lack of sense of responsibility, a lack of sensitivity and concern for one another. The purpose of this study is to reveal and describe the concept catechist participation in the lay apostolate. In this study using a type of descriptive qualitative method, regarding catechist participation in lay apostolate. The data obtained in the study were collected through interviews and observation. The data collection system uses in-depth interviews with a number of informants involved in the Catechist participation process, and searches for documents related to participation in online mass media. The results of the study concluded that catechists are inseparable from the lack of awareness of involvement in the parish. Therefore, this research is conducted to make catechists aware of their role in carrying out their duties and responsibilities properly and correctly

This article aims to explore the meaning of the writing in the letter of James about hearing and doing the word of God. This research uses a qualitative approach, by analyzing various sources such as books, novels, and updates related to the topic of this article. The results of the analysis see the importance of a servant of God interpreting the call to serve God for a positive impact on Christians today. A servant of God must be a blessing and an example in all aspects of life so that the congregation truly becomes a listener and doer of God's word and also believes that there is a God. The contents of this article are presented to make readers aware, especially God's servants, to serve God wholeheartedly and be role models for the congregation, not with other motivations but for the glory of God in enriching themselves to be true and good listeners and doers of God's word.

Utilizing digital marketing has an important role in increasing sales and income so that you can access a wider market reach. Lack of ability, skills and understanding of digital technology is an obstacle for MSME players. To overcome the problems faced by MSMEs in marketing products digitally, education will be provided on how to utilize digital marketing media in selling the products they sell. This service activity aims to provide direction and ways to use digital marketing, especially on the WA Business and Instagram applications, as well as increasing the ability of MSME players to utilize digital as a promotional medium. The method used in this service activity is direct assistance and training for MSME actors with the stages of observation, interviews, activity planning, activity process, end of activity, and documentation. Based on the results of this service activity, MSMEs have begun to know and understand how to use the WA Business and Instagram applications as online sales promotion media.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in a country's economic growth. Therefore, lending to SMEs is an important element in supporting this sector. This study aims to evaluate bank performance in lending to SMEs, with a focus on efficiency, security and economic impact. This research methodology involves analyzing historical data from a number of banks that are active in supporting SMEs. Data includes the volume of credit disbursed, the interest rate applied, the credit approval process, and the non-performing loan ratio. Apart from that, the economic impact of credit provided to SMEs is also evaluated through business growth, job creation, and contribution to local GDP. The research results show variations in bank performance in lending to SMEs. Certain banks achieve high levels of efficiency in the credit approval and monitoring process, while others may face challenges in managing credit risk. The economic impact of credit to SMEs is positive, with significant business growth and job creation having a positive impact on the local economy.  

The involvement of accounting and management lecturers in the training and business support of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) and Kripik Tempe Rohani plays a crucial role in the advancement of UMKM and the local economy. This scholarly article explores the significance of initiatives aimed at enhancing financial literacy. The lecturer specialising in accounting and management delivers comprehensive training sessions on financial management, taxation, and accounting practices to micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM). Additionally, the lecturer offers valuable advice on the practical implementation of these principles within the context of everyday business operations. Furthermore, the instructor has the capability to acquaint UMKM (micro, small, and medium enterprises) with accounting software and provide guidance on comprehending tax responsibilities. The positive effects encompass enhanced economic well-being of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKMs), less business risk, adherence to tax responsibilities, sustained growth, heightened competitiveness, and facilitation of local economic progress. The provision of training and support services additionally enhances individuals' financial literacy, thereby playing a significant part in the overall improvement of society's economy.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that cause the existence of the case of buloi boyot or women who are pregnant out of wedlock without a valid marriage engagement in the Village Community Tungoi one Lolayan District Bolaang Mongondow. This study was conducted using descriptive analysis method with empirical juridical research. The subjects in this study were 3 (three) informants, namely; Village Head, Head of customary institutions and head of the Office of Religious Affairs. In this case the researchers used interview data, documentation and field observations. The results in this study indicate that the factors that cause related cases buloi boyot, such as; adolescent promiscuity less positive, lack of attention from parents, the influence of technology and information and lack of understanding of religion that has been believed. The efforts made by the village apparatus in handling the case by providing sanctions in the form of fines for the perpetrator based on written rules in Tungoi village regulation I Number 2 of 2022 concerning marriage customs. Although the rules have been implemented for the village community, in fact it is still not enough to accommodate and does not provide a deterrent effect at all. Therefore, the role of village heads and customary institutions has a great task to narrow or even eliminate such cases by conducting legal counseling and revising village regulations with more stringent sanctions so that local communities feel the deterrent effect

Indonesian culture is diverse, especially in terms of culture and religion. This diversity is a positive value the community owns as a form of tolerance for diversity. One of the proofs is the existence of people of Chinese-Indonesian descent, who have lived in Indonesia since ancient times until now, one of which is in the city of Tegal. The entry of Chinese culture gave birth to a new culture that merged into a new adaptive culture in Indonesia. One such adaptive culture is shedjit toapekong. Research with qualitative descriptive methods, assisted by literature studies and supported by documentation, makes the resulting research present better results and reliable validation. The aim is to show the tolerance and collaboration of residents in the form of cultural relay activities carried out in the city of Tegal. The role of participation of all communities in this event illustrates the beauty of tolerance so that culture will continue to be maintained and can be passed on to the next generation with adaptive and collaborative results with local culture.

Education has an important role in human life. Because good education will produce good quality human resources so that with good human resources, the progress of the country will be better and develop. This research uses the literature review method. The results of this study show that the problems of education quality in Indonesia are very diverse. The problem of the quality of education in Indonesia can be seen in terms of the quality of a teacher related to teacher welfare and student achievement, education equity, and curriculum changes. Judging from the quality of teachers in Indonesia, most of whom are considered unprofessional in teaching due to inadequate teacher welfare, which has an impact on low student achievement. In terms of education equality where infrastructure facilities and equality of education play an important role in improving the quality of teachers and students, then in terms of curriculum changes that which are currently always changing following changes in the government cabinet which makes there is no definite provision in the basis of an education in Indonesia.

Aspects such as learning objectives, learning materials, methods, musical instruments, learning processes, and evaluation are examined in the musical arts learning activities. The participants in this qualitative descriptive study are SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Basung eighth-grade students. The researcher assumes the role of the research instrument, supplemented by auxiliary tools such as mobile phones, cameras, and stationery. Data collection was conducted through a systematic review of pertinent literature, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection, data classification, data clarification, data analysis, data description, and data conclusion are all components of data analysis techniques. The findings of the study indicate that the teaching modules in the independent curriculum do not provide comprehensive guidance for learning planning, which is influenced by various conditions. Research findings indicate that music culture instructors at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Basung have implemented music arts learning strategies consisting of five stages: learning preparation strategies, learning management strategies, strategies for utilising learning media, strategies for implementing model methods and learning approaches, strategies for motivating students, and strategies for evaluative purposes. The purpose of this study is to catalogue the art and music culture education approaches that are in use at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Basung. : This article introduces a community service conducted by the PkM ITERA team in Hanau Berak Village, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. Nutmeg, being a primary agricultural commodity in this region, reveals an underutilized surplus of nutmeg flesh, leading to organic waste accumulation. In response to the urgent need for minimizing organic waste and elevating the economic viability of nutmeg fruit flesh, this endeavor is driven by the realization that this waste represents an overlooked potential. Nutmeg flesh possesses intrinsic qualities, notably a rich concentration of antioxidants known for their role in promoting skin health, stabilizing cardiac rhythms, mitigating insomnia, alleviating angina, enhancing digestive processes, improving blood circulation, increasing appetite, and fortifying the immune system. The proposed solution involves the creation of nutmeg-flavored tea, intended to mitigate the issue of excess nutmeg fruit waste while simultaneously augmenting the economic worth of the produced merchandise. Thus, this initiative materializes as a strategy to optimize nutmeg fruit utilization, curtail waste generation, and amplify its market value. The Community Partnership Program administered by the ITERA team serves as a conduit for the enrichment of knowledge, insights, and competencies among local nutmeg farmers, empowering them to generate high-value commodities from an underexploited resource. The scope of activities encompasses the entire production process, extending to packaging design.

Broadcast program broadcast by Netizens Asking Ustadz Responding is supported by crews who serve as broadcast references by using a teamwork strategy in carrying out their duties and obligations to produce the highest broadcast quality output and minimize broadcast interruptions.
