Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs are businesses formed by a group of people or individuals independently. Digital marketing is a strategy or marketing activity such as product promotion carried out through digital media. Marketing strategies through digital marketing are needed so that MSMEs can compete and reach more consumers. Pondok Etam is an MSME engaged in the culinary field that sells various kinds of food products that are focused on the target market for teenagers to adults. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of digital marketing for MSME Pondok Etam.  The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews. The result of this study is that digital marketing has a positive impact on the MSME of Pondok Etam, because there is an increase in brand awareness and a significant increase in sales

This study aims to determine how the influence of Good Corporate Governance with indicators of institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees on the financial performance of LQ45 companies for the 2017-2021 period. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data sources. Statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on financial performance (ROA), while the independent board of commissioners and audit committees have a significant negative effect on financial performance (ROA). Companies must balance share ownership between management and institutions so that there is no majority or minority party, all are responsible for making policies so that both can increase the value of the company.

Waqf has become the world's attention because this instrument can be utilized as a solution to world crisis problems. One of the countries with the most significant potential for waqf is Indonesia, which is based on a large number of followers of Islam. The number of adherents of Islam in Indonesia alone reaches 209.1 million adherents of Islam and makes the potential for Indonesian waqf very large. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using the case research method and collecting data in this study through observation and in-depth interviews with research objects. The technique used in this research is critical and interpretative analysis. Cash waqf can be distributed to beneficiaries for business capital in the agricultural sector as a family food security distribution scheme with several models: first, a profit-sharing method (Mudharabah). Second, a 0% loan (Qard Hasan)"; third, business strengthening (Musyarakah); fourth, alms and grants (khairiyah). The agricultural system is developed into a culture for every family to become food security by implementing an integrated farming system. Agricultural system, "low external input and sustainable agriculture," at home and group/production scale. With this system and a touch of technology, the future is projected as a comprehensive agricultural center. Production and marketing are carried out simultaneously by building an "agricultural industry" and an "agricultural market." The purpose of making this journal is to analyze the figure of speech and the meaning contained in the lyrics of Nadin Amizah's song entitled "Like Bones". Researchers are interested in analyzing the lyrics of the song "Like Bones" because it contains words that are both unique and beautiful and have meanings that can be interpreted. In addition, researchers are interested in identifying what figure of speech is contained in the lyrics of the song, because the lyrics of this song have meanings and expectations that want to be informed directly and indirectly. After that, the procedure used in this research is a qualitative descriptive procedure, which is a procedure with the method of analyzing information and the results of the information after it is processed into the form of descriptive text. The subjects analyzed were in the form of song lyrics titled "Like Bones". The results of the analysis of the lyrics of this song show that there are personifications, rhetorical figures of speech, and paradoxical figures of speech. The meaning and meaning contained in lyrics of the song "Like Bones" is the story of someone good at hiding wounds even though he is often seen laughing.

Drug abuse has become a complex problem faced by Indonesia and of course requires a special strategy and the active role of all parties in its prevention and handling. This is evidenced by the rampant cases of drug trafficking and abuse that occur in villages in Kuantan Singingi, one of which is Seberang Taluk Village, Central Kuantan District. This study aims to see the performance of the Village Government in the Clean Drugs (Bersinar) Village program in Seberang Taluk Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. In this study, the authors used descriptive qualitative research methods. The researcher uses Dwiyanto's theory where the indicators used in measuring organizational performance use 4 (four) indicators, namely, productivity, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The results of this study indicate that the distribution and abuse of drugs in Seberang Taluk Village has decreased during the program of the Clean Drugs Village (Bersinar) with a percentage of approximately 80%. However, the implementation of the Shining Village Program still faces several obstacles. Researchers found factors that influence the implementation of this program, which include the problem of limited budget, incompetent human resources, and lack of public self-awareness. Overall, the Seberang Taluk Village Government, Central Kuantan District can be said to have been quite good at implementing the Shining Village program in preventing drug trafficking.

Background: Corona virus disease 2019 is a disease caused by infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which generally attacks the respiratory system in humans, Corona Virus disease can cause different symptoms, be it mild, moderate to severe symptoms. The level of symptoms in Corona Virus disease patients is influenced by various factors, both internal and external, and one of the influencing factors is the presence of comorbidities or comorbidities. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of symptoms in Corona Virus disease patients with comorbidities at Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar City Method The research design used is descriptive analytic through a cross-sectional approach. The total population in this study was 129 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling.. Results: In this study, the results showed that of 129 Corona virus disease patients, most of them had comorbid cardiovascular disorders (hypertensive heart disease) and of all patients who had comorbidities, most of the respondents (48.1%) experienced severe symptoms. Conclusion: From this study it can be concluded that patients who have comorbid cardiovascular disease are more likely to experience severe symptoms when exposed to the corona virus.

Mothers who undergo normal delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic can experience severe anxiety because the Corona Virus Disease-19 virus can also cause severe respiratory infections, such as lung infections (pneumonia). This virus can attack anyone, including pregnant women and babies is a potential or actual threat to a person's integrity that can evoke physiological and psychological stress reactions. The purpose of this study was to determine connetion between family support and anxiety levels during normal delivery on the COVID-19 pandemic at the Mother and Child Hospital Mother and Child Makassar.. Methods: The research design used wasresearch descriptive correlational through aapproach the cross-sectional. number of respondents in this study was 35 respondents with a sample of 35 respondents and the sampling technique used in this study was total sampling by taking all samples in the population. This research was conducted on 16 oktober - 2 November 2021. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet distributed to respondents Results: The results of this study were processed using SPPSS 22. The results of the analysis with somers'd test obtained p value = 0.000 < value a=0.05. From this analysis, it can be interpreted that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a connetion between family support and anxiety levels in normal delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusion: For this reason, it is important to provide counseling and motivation to patients with normal delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic in increasing family support and decreasing anxiety in dealing with childbirth

Background: Stroke is a disease of the brain consisting of disruption of local or global nerve function, inhibiting sudden, progressive, and fast, which develops (in seconds or minutes) which lasts more than 24 hours to attack modern society and cause physical, mental and also good disability when productive also old age. The main problems faced by stroke patients are family problems, the environment and medical staff to meet the needs of care and assistance because they require continuous care in order to improve the quality of life that can have an increasing effect on the physical good medically and help cure the disease repeatedly. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-management of post-stroke patients. Methods: This type of research is a descriptive analytic with cross sectional. Results: The results of the study obtained from the Chisquare statistical test obtained the value of ? = 0.002 (? <? = 0.05), which means there is a significant relationship with self-management statistics with post-stroke patients. Conclusion:  that research on self-management related to patients can be improved post stroke.

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of Village Fund management in Maregam Village during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique used in this research is to copy the village budget realization report file. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method using a secondary data analysis approach with nonparametric test equipment using the Wilcoxon Test. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of village financial management based on an average effectiveness ratio of 98.33% was included in the "Effective". Meanwhile, the efficiency level based on the average efficiency ratio is 88.19%, which is included in the "Enough Efficient" category.  

PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is a company engaged in the food sector, located in Jakarta. The company was founded on August 14, 1990 under the name PT Panganjaya Intikusuma, and changed its name to Indofood Sukses Makmur on February 5, 1994. The company exports its food ingredients to Asia, Australia and Europe. This research will review the strategic management of a company, namely PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. In this study the authors used qualitative method techniques with a descriptive qualitative method approach. This study shows that PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk carries out strategic management by promoting it on various platforms such as Instagram and TV shows. Then another management strategy is to continue to innovate to produce new products that can attract the attention of consumers and have added value.  

This research is entitled “Students' Perception On the Use of YouTube to Develop Their Vocabulary”. The objective of the research is to identify, classify and describe the ways English Students use YouTube to develop their Vocabulary. It is also to analyze and describe students' perception on using YouTube to develop their vocabulary. This research used descriptive quantitative method. The research collected the data using questionnaires and interviews. The sample was 30 students' from the 2022 batch of English Department Faculty of Humanities. Thirty students' responses were collected by online questionnaire with google-form and answers collected by online interview with Whatsapp. The collected data were quantitatively analyzed by percentage formula. Using theory Freeman and Anderson (2011: 250) and to analyze the university students' perception about the use of YouTube to develop their vocabulary base on the theory of Nelson-Smith (2008:32). The results showed that most of the respondents had positive responses about the use of YouTube to develop their vocabulary. Since YouTube can be used both as providing teaching resources and enhancing learning experience. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that University students have positive perceptions on the use of YouTube in the use of media YouTube is considered useful to students, English Department, Sam Ratulangi University Since YouTube can be used both as providing teaching resources and enhancing learning experience. Nursing mothers usually fail to breastfeed or stop breastfeeding early because they do not know breastfeeding techniques. This can cause interference in the breastfeeding process. To achieve successful breastfeeding requires knowledge of correct breastfeeding techniques by providing information in the form of breastfeeding techniques through health education. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between health education on how to breastfeed and the breastfeeding practices of postpartum mothers in Tanggeran Village, Tonjong District, Brebes Regency in 2022. This type of research uses descriptive methods with a cross-sectional approach with a total of 25 postpartum mothers in Tanggeran Village, Tonjong District, Brebes Regency in 2022. Results: research using the chi Square statistical test, obtained a p-value = 0.003, which means it is smaller than the value α = 0.05. (OR 16.5; 95%; CI 2.246-121.228). there is a relationship between health education on how to breastfeed and the breastfeeding practices of postpartum mothers in Tanggeran Village, Tonjong District, Brebes Regency in 2022.

The purpose of this study is to discuss knowing and understanding the meaning of the figure of speech contained in the song "Shackles" by Amygdala. The research used is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study is in the form of the lyrics of the song Belenggu. The analysis technique uses stylistic analysis which is a science that examines the analysis of the meaning and style of language in literature. The results of each verse of song lyrics store different meanings and figures of speech such as parallelism, metaphor, personification, and hyperbole

This study aims to determine the ritual process and the meaning and values ​​contained in the traditional mappadendang party. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research that describes situations directly in the research place. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the process of the traditional mappadendang party ritual in Soppeng Regency is very structured and neatly arranged. Starting from determining the day of implementation and the duration or length of time for implementation. After the process of determining the time is complete, the family who will carry out the traditional party begins to arrange the arrangement of the mappadendang traditional party. For example, entertainment events and players who will pound the pestle on the mortar and the attributes used by players at the traditional party. The traditional party ended with a marked meal together by all the people who attended the traditional party. In the traditional mappadendang party there are meanings and values ​​contained in it, these meanings are applied in the form of actions such as gratitude to God and respecting and preserving the heritage of ancestors or ancestors. Likewise with the values ​​contained in the traditional mappadendang party, the values ​​of togetherness, kinship, entertainment, and religion are merged into one in a traditional party that continues to be preserved and becomes a way of life for the community.

Background: Family Planning (KB) is a program to balance the needs and population. Contraceptives are tools used to regulate pregnancy distance and control birth. Total Fertality Rate (TFR) in 2018 has not reached the national target of 2.31 children per woman. Knowledge and attitude of the female age couple influences in the use of contraceptives. Goals: To find out the level of knowledge and attitude towards the use of Contraceptives. Methods: This research uses analytic descriptive method with cross-sectional design, Data was collected through interview using questionnaire on 100 respondents. The analysis was conducted in univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with chi-square test with a significance level of 90% to see the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. Result: the level of knowledge and attitude of respondents in a good category, chi-square test results show a significant relation (p = 0.001) between the level of knowledge to the use of contraceptives. The relationship of attitudes towards the use of contraceptives has a significant relation (p=0.000). Conclusion: there is a significant relation between the level of knowledge and attitude of female age couple towards the use of contraceptives.

Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease with a systolic blood pressure value of 140 mmHg and a diastolic blood pressure value of 90 mmHg. The prevalence of hypertension globally according to WHO is 22% of the total world population. Hypertension cases if not handled properly can cause death, so it is important for hypertensive patients to have good knowledge about hypertension management, especially pharmacological management. The method in this research is descriptive correlation, using a cross sectional approach. The number of respondents in the study were 45 respondents, the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research data were analyzed using SPSS with the Kendall's-tau correlation test, the results obtained p-value 0.236 > 0.05, meaning that there was no relationship between knowledge of pharmacological management and blood pressure values in patients with hypertension. The implication of this study is that it is hoped that people with hypertension will not only have knowledge, but also have good behavior in taking drugs, and following a low-salt diet.

The aim of the study was to find out the description of the knowledge of mothers about premature rupture of membranes at RSIA Artha Mahinrus Medan in 2022.Background: One of the causes of high maternal morbidity and mortality is caused by premature rupture of membranes. Premature rupture of membranes is the rupture of the membranes before there are signs of labor and wait one hour before the start of labor. The incidence of premature rupture of membranes is close to 10% of all deliveries (Manuaba, 2013). Purpose: This study aims to describe or describe the knowledge of mothers about premature rupture of membranes. Methods: The type of research used was descriptive with a cross-sectional approach, the population in the study There were 87 mothers giving birth with a sample of 53 respondents. The sample technique used was accidental sampling, the analysis used was univariate analysis. Results: The study concluded that the high knowledge of birth mothers is strongly influenced by education and experience. Where from 68 respondents with higher education who have good knowledge as many as 18 respondents (72.0%). Experienced birth mothers who had good knowledge were 23 respondents (60.5%). Conclusion: Knowledge of mothers about premature rupture of membranes during pregnancy is greatly supported by education and experience. Therefore it is suggested that all parties improve services, especially in providing information about the importance of preventing premature rupture of membranes.

The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research and the form of research used is a case study with the subject being students of class X IIS 4 consisting of 30 students. The data collection tool used was a learning style questionnaire, a test of mathematical problem solving abilities in the form of 2 essays, and interviews with 6 students, namely 2 students with a visual learning style, 2 students with an auditory learning style, and 2 students with a kinesthetic learning style. Before being used in this study, the questions were tried out to determine validity, discriminatory power, index of difficulty, and test reliability. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the students' mathematical problem-solving abilities in terms of learning styles in SPLTV material as a whole have a percentage of 65% with moderate criteria. The sub-problems in this study are as follows: (1) The mathematical problem solving ability of students with a visual learning style has a percentage of 64.82% with moderate criteria; (2) Mathematical problem solving ability of students with auditory learning style ability has a percentage of 72.92% with moderate criteria; (3) The ability of students' mathematical problem solving with learning styles has a percentage of 61.72% with low criteria.    

This study investigated the role of financial literacy and social influence in the actual usage of digital payment as a fintech service systems in an effort to gather information and the degree of risk that users will experience, taking into account the advantages received. This study utilized a descriptive qualitative strategy coupled with a literature review method for data collection, namely the acquisition of data from publications and journals pertaining to the usage of digital payment systems. The data analysis technique employs the approach of deriving conclusions by objectively, systematically, and generally recognizing the many specific qualities of a message. The findings indicated that financial literacy and social influence have a substantial impact on the utilization of digital payment systems. The usage of digital payment services as a type of risky financial behavior raises knowledge and comprehension of financial goods, which will affect judgments on whether or not to utilize these products. This study is limited to a literature review and paves the way for future empirical studies to analyze the elements and dimensions of financial literacy and social influence in the usage of digital payment services in more depth.

The purpose of this study was to determine the input analysis of Team Composition (HOCH MODEL) Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau. Primary data wa s collected through a questionnaire as a tool to prove the results of the study, the dat analysis technique in this study used SPSS, the sampling technique that has been selected is the Descriptive Analysis method (82 Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University). The results show that: 1) Surface Level Diversity at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University is very good with E-learning 2) Deep Level Diversity at the Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University agrees that Deep Level Diversity can lead to good things in the Team Composition 3) Knowledge, Skills,  Ability at the Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau agrees that Knowledge, Skills, Ability are very important when carrying out Elearning learning 4) Other Individual Diferences at the Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau agrees that Other Individual Diferences are very important important to do in a team in carrying out E-learning learning
