Background: Stroke is one of the main health problems for the community because stroke can cause damage to the brain that appears suddenly, progressively, and quickly due to non-traumatic brain blood circulation disorders. Purpose: To conduct an analysis of managed cases with a medical diagnosis of hemorrhagic stroke with innovative mobilization therapy (Passive ROM) and tactile stimulation for upper limb recovery in the HCU Room of Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe City of Gorontalo Methods: This research is a quasi-experimental design with pre and post test. To determine the effect of providing innovative mobilization therapy (Passive ROM) and tactile stimulation to hemorrhagic stroke patients in the HCU Room of Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe City of Gorontalo. The sample used in this study were 5 patients with the sample criteria being patients who had hemorrhagic strokes who were treated in the HCU Room at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Gorontalo City, patients who experience hemiparesa, patients have awareness of compos mentis. Results: Implementation of innovation in Mrs.FK On the first day the Ara test score was 0 until the third day there was no increase in the Ara test value which was still 0. Mr. RA on the first day the Ara test value was 1, on the third day the Ara test value increased enough to be 2. On Mr. UT on the first day the Ara test value was 0, on the third day the Ara Test value was 1. Mr. AH on the first day the Ara test value was 0, on the third day the Ara Test value was still 0. Mr. MH on the first day the Ara test value was 1, on the third day the Ara Test value increased to 2. Conclusion: Based on the research conducted, it was found that 5 respondents from the results of the study had the same complaint, namely experiencing weakness/hemiparesis of the upper extremities. Using the pfSense analysis method, this study aims to address the above bandwidth management and network security issues. The results of the analysis concluded that pfSense can work as a firewall that functions as a bandwidth limiter and network security. This study aims to find out whether MSME actors have implemented the right financial resilience so they are ready to face unexpected increases in production costs. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method, namely a method that aims to find out the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject and describe it in the form of words. The results of this study are that MSME actors have not implemented financial security properly.

Di Indonesia kesehatan mental adalah hal yang baru untuk dibicarakan, sebanyak 19 juta penduduk berusia lebih dari 15 tahun mengalami gangguan emosional dan lebih dari 12 juta penduduk berusia lebih dari 15 tahun mengalami depresi, data ini ditunjukan oleh Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) pada tahun 2018, pemerintah, NGO dan LSM banyak membuat inovasi dan program terbaru untuk mengurangi masalh kesehatan mental, salah satunya dengan cara mmebuat program konsultasi online atau e-counselling. Ruang bercerita Hereyugo menajdi salahsatu program yang diciptakan oleh Ousean Global, program yang sudah berjalan selama enam bulan ini belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui seberapa efektifnya program ini berjalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas dari layanan e-counselling Hereyugo pada program Ruang Bercerita. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah klien yang pernah mengikuti program dan manajer produt development dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara online yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teori dari Arron T. Beck. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas e-counselling sama dengan atau bahkan melebihi efektivitas konseling tatap muka dalam menangani masalah-masalah kesehatan mental. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah memperhatikan perubahan jangka panjang dalam kesejahteraan psikologis klien dan mengukur dampak jangka panjang dari intervensi e-counselling, dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih lengkap tentang manfaat jangka panjang dari layanan e-counselling.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan strategi financial resilience pada UMKM dalam mengatasi masalah ancaman resesi ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah UMKM di Kec. Menganti, sampel dari penelitian berjumlah 4 informan dari 93 UMKM dengan jenis usaha yang berbeda. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa strategi financial resilience memiliki peran penting dalam perkembangan perekonomian UMKM di Kec. Menganti, karena dengan strategi financial resilience yang baik dan benar dapat menjaga agar keuangan usaha tetap berjalan stabil.  UMKM juga diyakini mempunyai ketahanan ekonomi yang kuat sehingga dapat menjadi penopang bagi stabilitas sistem keuangan dan perekonomian.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intelligence and financial literacy on the financial resilience of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Jambangan Culinary Tourism Center, Surabaya. This research was conducted on the type of business, namely in the culinary or trading business sector with a sample size of 30 micro, small and medium enterprises. In this study using a quantitative approach method. This study uses multiple linear regression techniques for hypothesis analysis. The results of the study show that intelligence and financial literacy have a high impact of 57,1% on the financial resilience of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Jambangan Culinary Tourism Center, Surabaya.

A crisis experienced by a country will affect a country's fundamentals or foundation because the impact is so great and can be felt by all levels of society in the country, both the government and society in general. This study will analyze the factors and impact of the crisis on the fragility of fundamentals. This research uses a descriptive analysis method, namely to investigate the situation, condition, the results of which are presented in the form of a research report with what it is about the crises that have occurred in Indonesia from 1960 to 2021. thus triggering inflation, deflation, and even recession which makes the crisis of society and government and affects its fundamental resilience.

Berhenti menggunakan narkoba merupakan kesulitan terberat bagi seorang pecandu karena sering sekali pecandu mengalami sugesti serta rasa sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan perilaku pengggunaan narkoba pada klien rehabilitasi, proses pemulihan kecanduan narkoba, dan proses pengambilan keputusan untuk berhenti menggunakan narkoba. Metode kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dimana empat orang informan dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. pengecekan data dilakukan dengan cara studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya dua informan yang melewati semua tahapan proses berhenti yang dimulai dari tahapan menilai informasi baru, melihat alternatif-alternatif yang ada, mempertimbangkan alternatif, membuat komitmen, dan bertahan meskipun ada feedback negatif. Faktor terbesar yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan untuk berhenti menggunakan narkoba adalah niat kuat dalam diri dan adanya dukungan keluarga yang positif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan berhenti menggunakan narkoba dipengaruhi oleh niat dan adanya dukungan positif dari keluarga.

Based on the research in the table obtained cholesterol in the elderly after the application of physical eexercise is that on client 1 there is decrease in cholesterol pain from 5 to4. Client 2 there is a decrease in cholesterol pain from 5 to 4 and client 3 there is decreasee in cholesterol pain and 6 to 5. So in these three cases the client experienced reduction of cholesterol levels the conclusion of the application of physical exercise and dzikir to reduce pain in the elderly with hiypercholesterolemia at the Griya Lansia Jannati Hame in 2022 cholesterol pain in the elderly before the application of physical exercise and dzikir men 2 has a decline from 5 men to 4, and lan 3 has decline from 6 men to 5    

Hospital service quality can be seen from the professional appearance of hospital personnel, efficiency and effectiveness of services and patient satisfaction. Communication was very important for nurses in interacting with clines. Clines satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of health services performance obtained after patient compares it with expectation. clines satisfaction was determined by the overall service provided in patient or family complaints. The study was to determine the relationship between nurse communication and postoperative clines satisfaction at Medan Hospital.The research design used analytical survey method with a Cross-Sectional approach. The population in this study were postoperative patients totaling 477 respondents. The sampling used is purposive sampling, namely taking for a purpose by determining certain characteristics that are considered representative of the population, sampling is the slovin technique, totaling 83 respondents.The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square test showed that the significant probability value (Asymp.Sign) of nurse communication was 0.002 < sig value .05, this proves that there was a relationship between nurse communication and clines satisfaction at Medan Hospital.The conclusion was that statistically a relationship between nurse communication with postoperative clines at Medan Hospital. It is recommended for nurses to maintain communication therapeutic nurse to obtain quality health services for postoperative patients.

The data collection method used by the author in this article, the author uses the library method (path search). The library method is a method used to collect information from books and magazines. Supportive Group Therapy is a therapy consisting of several people who plan, organize and respond directly to issues and pressures as well as adverse circumstances and is also a significant method of dealing with hallucination problems. Hallucinations experienced by individuals can be caused by precipitation and predisposing factors. The objective of research was to determine supportive group therapy on the ability to overcome hallucinations in schizophrenic clients at RSUD Tombulilato. Quasi-experimental research design with a group pretest – posttest one group design. Sampling used total sampling with 15 respondents. Data collection used an observation sheet with the results, there were 15 (100%) respondents controlling low hallucinations before being given supportive group therapy by 12 (80.0%) respondents and controlling high hallucinations by 3 (20.0%) respondents. After being given supportive group therapy, it controlled low hallucinations by 2 (13.3%) respondents and controlled high hallucinations by 13 (86.7%) respondents. Statistical test results used the paired t-test showed a p-value = 0.000 with ? <0.05, there was a significant influence between the effect of supportive group therapy on the ability to overcome hallucinations in clients with schizophrenia. It is expected the influence of supportive group therapy can improve the ability to deal with patient hallucinations.

The purpose of this study was to determine the evolution of income, inflation rates and gold prices in Rahn's credit distribution at PT. Pawn shops in Indonesia. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach used as a data analysis method. The data source comes from secondary data Literature research and documentation are used as data collection techniques. The subject to be studied is PT. Pegadaiic Indonesia 2013- 2022. The results show that gold income and prices are directly proportional to rahn credit distributed to the community. Meanwhile, inflation is not directly proportional to the rahn credit distributed to the public.

Pregnancy is a physiological process that occurs due to the process of growth and development of a fetus. During the development of pregnancy there will be physical and mental changes. One of the physical changes that occur during pregnancy is pregnant women experience complaints of back pain, especially in III trimester. Efforts to reduce back pain in third trimester pregnant women are using prenatal yoga. This case study purpose to determine the effect of applying prenatal yoga on back pain in III trimester pregnant women. The method in this study is a case study on clients of III trimester pregnant women. Patients were measured with OPQRSUV and used NRS instrument to determine pain scale before and after prenatal yoga intervention. The intervention was carried out for 3 days with 15-30 minutes every session. The results of this case study showed that prenatal yoga intervention in pregnant women can reduce the level of back pain from scale 4 to scale 2 within 3 days intervention. The implication of this case study is prenatal yoga which consists of 6 effective movements to help reduce the scale of pain in III trimester pregnant women because it can relax the body of pregnant women.

In the body is needed a balanced amount of stomach acid, excessive stomach acid causes erosion of the gastric mucosa causing pain in the epigastric area and causing gastritis. The elderly with gastritis are a vulnerable population and changes in the lifestyle of the elderly discomfort due to gastritis which often recurs due to peptic ulcers. The purpose of this study was to be able to provide and apply nursing care in the elderly with gastritis. Descriptive quantitative research method, a sample of 3 people who met the sample criteria, the instrument used is a nursing care sheet, the data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis. The findings of the study were obtained from the assessment of complaints felt between client 1, client 2 and client 3 at the time of the assessment had similarities where there were complaints of pain in the heartburn, pain felt like being stabbed, pain was lost, pain caused by poor diet. Nursing diagnoses include acute pain, knowledge deficit, nausea and anxiety. Nursing action planning and nursing implementation are carried out based on observation, therapeutic, education and co-widening. Nursing evaluation found that the nursing problems experienced by 12 patients were resolved.    

Data from the Gorontalo Provincial Health Office, show that the target data for the Gorontalo province in 2019 total elderly people reached 125,762, consisting of 22,384 total elderly people in the city of Gorontalo and 40,340 in the district of Gorontalo. And in 2020 the target for the Gorontalo province total elderly to reach 134,958 consisting of 23,678 total elderly living in the city of Gorontalo and 45,312 total elderly in Gorontalo district. Method: The type of research used in this research is an experimental design (one group pre-test post-test design). The object of this research is the elderly who have low self-esteem at Griya Lansia Jannati, Gorontalo City. Subjects in this case study were clients with low self-esteem as many as 3 respondents. Results: Low self-esteem before social group activity therapy was carried out on client 1, namely unable to control emotions and on clients 2 and 3, namely the lack of social interaction after social group activity therapy was carried out on client 1, they were able to control the emotions of clients 2 and 3, they were able to interact social. In the elderly there is a deterioration of cells due to the aging process which can result in organ weakness, physical deterioration, the onset of various diseases such as increased uric acid levels. Another treatment that can be used to overcome increased uric acid levels is with herbal remedies, one of which uses bay leaves, but there are still many elderly who have not used bay leaf decoction to lower uric acid. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of bay leaf decoction on reducing uric acid in the elderly in the Griya Lansia Janati area, Gorontalo Province. Pre-experimental research method with one group pre post test design, samples of 5 people who meet the sample criteria, the instrument used is easy touch GCU to measure uric acid levels and the data analysis used is univariate analysis by describing differences in uric acid levels for three days. The research findings obtained before being given bay leaf decoction in the results of uric acid in the five clients were, in client 1 uric acid 7.3 mg / dl, in client 2 uric acid 7.1 mg / dl and client 3 uric acid 7.4 mg / dl, client 4 uric acid 8 mg / dl, client 5 uric acid 7.9 mg / dl. The average patient has gout. After the intervention of giving bay leaf water decoction for 4 consecutive days, the results were obtained in client 1 there was a decrease with uric acid 5.3 mg / dl, in client 2 there was a decrease with uric acid mg / dl, client 3 also had a decrease in uric acid 5.2 mg / dl, client 4 decreased uric acid 6 mg / dl, and client 5 decreased uric acid to 5.8 mg / dl. The implication of this research is that the institution can facilitate the use of bay leaf herbal medicine in the elderly in lowering uric acid levels so that this therapy can be continued.    

Introduction : Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which is a serious health problem because its prevalence continues to increase. Hypertension often does not show signs and symptoms, so it is often called the silent killer of death and is one of the main triggers for diseases such as heart disease, stroke and kidney disease. Method: Research design is a strategy used in research to achieve the goals of the researcher. The research design of the Nursing Final Scientific Work is pre-experimental with the pretest-posttests one group design approach. Results: showed that before giving Progressive Muscle, the blood pressure of Client 1 was 160/100 mmHg, Client 2 was 150/100 mmHg, and Client 3 was 180/100 mmHg. And after being given juice for 3 consecutive days, the blood pressure of client 1 was 130/100 mmHg, Client 2 was 130/90 mmHg, and Client 3 was 140/100 mmHg. Conclusion: The overall evaluation results after nursing actions are carried out, namely observing that the patient's blood pressure decreases, the patient can feel pain independently, as well as health education for patients and their families.
