Literary works are depictions of the reality of life which are used as tools to express imagination and thoughts around them. In this research, the author aims to reveal the character values contained in the short story entitled "Sacred Tree" by Yus R. Ismail and then relate them to real life. In his research, the author used a qualitative descriptive method, which in the process displays the data as it is without manipulation or other treatments. The aim of this research is to present a complete picture of an event or is intended to expose and clarify a phenomenon that occurs. The steps for collecting data in the short story "Sacred Tree" are by (1) reading the short story intensively, then (2) analyzing the character values and (3) presenting the data. Apart from using qualitative descriptive methods, the author also uses a mimetic approach, namely research that connects the content of literary works and real life. In this short story the author finds character and moral values depicted in each character, as well as a real storyline that occurs in life. A difference of opinion which then becomes the cause of a dispute, but can be resolved by a figure who has a wise nature. Then the policy leads to changes that cause regret in the future. And the moral value presented in this short story is not to force change on a group or person if we cannot be responsible for the change. This short story by Yus R. Ismail is a simple short story that describes real life clearly without engineering and contains several useful lessons for the reader.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the biggest supporter of the creative economy for the Indonesian economy. MSME players must be able to develop their business to be able to carry out this. The digital era has the potential to create opportunities and risks for business people and organizations. In every business, risks will always be faced by business actors because of uncertainty which results in losses. Internal and external events that have an impact on achieving the goals of MSMEs must be identified, and risks and opportunities must be differentiated. In the business world, knowledge about risk management is an important element in business management. With good management, a business organization will be able to avoid losses and even bankruptcy. Likewise, small, micro and medium enterprises that do not have sufficient capital and whose operations are not optimal are very vulnerable to changes in risk. Events that cause losses, which are usually called peril, can occur unexpectedly and can arise from various sources. The problem is how to overcome these risks so that business operations are not disrupted. Risks are analyzed by considering likelihood and impact as a basis for determining how they can be managed. Therefore, by providing an understanding of risk management, it is hoped that MSMEs will be able to know how to implement risk management in business to avoid losses. PM activities are held offline or face to face on holidays so as not to disturb the work time of the Teluk Pucung MSMEs, while the output of PM activities is in the form of press releases in online print media and also publications in community service journals

One of the proofs is the existence of people of Chinese-Indonesian descent, who have lived in Indonesia since ancient times until now, one of which is in the city of Tegal. The entry of Chinese culture gave birth to a new culture that merged into a new adaptive culture in Indonesia. One such adaptive culture is shedjit toapekong. Research with qualitative descriptive methods, assisted by literature studies and supported by documentation, makes the resulting research present better results and reliable validation. The Qur'an is the holy book of Muslims which functions as a way of life and guidance for humans in living their lives in the world. The Qur'an contains many aspects and parts of life, including worship, muamalah, warnings and knowledge. -The Al-Qur'an is a revelation whose truth is absolute, so from a scientific point of view, both science and society must be in harmony with the information contained in the Al-Qur'an. Science, especially science, is related to events in the universe. Nature and humans are sources of knowledge which are often referred to as the macro world and the micro world. However, there are other sources of knowledge, especially those that come from revelation or the Koran. Not all verses of the Koran touch on natural issues, of the 6,236 verses there are only 800 verses. These verses became known as kauniyah verses. There are several patterns of explanation of the Qur'an in these kauniyah verses. One example of the Islamization of science is the Islamic insight into nerve cells in the brain. The interaction of cells, tissues, organs and organ systems in the human body cannot be separated from the existence of nerve cells. The human nervous system consists of the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system. The central nervous system is divided into two parts, namely the brain and spinal cord. The brain as the central nervous system has a central role in regulating body functions. The Qur'an mentions brain neurons.
