A disaster becomes an extraordinary event that disrupts and threatens life and livelihoods caused by nature and humans, or both. The existence of natural disasters can have both small and large impacts on the environment. The thing that can be done to reduce the consequences of disasters is that synergy from various parties is needed, one of which is the involvement of nurses. Nurses have a huge role to play in preparing and handling communities in the face of disasters.  As health workers, nurses are at the forefront of disaster management so that they can anticipate the prevention of disasters and their impacts (Doondori, A. K., & Paschalia, Y. P. 2021). Cianjur Regency is one of the areas that experienced the impact of natural disasters, namely earthquakes.  The earthquake occurred on November 21, 2022 at 13:21:10 WIB with a magnitude of 5.6 in the Cianjur area, West Java. The earthquake caused a lot of infrastructure damage and casualties. This has a great influence on the condition of the community, one of which is in terms of health biopsychosocially and spiritually. Based on the phenomenon that occurs along with the existence of the role of the nurse as a healthcare provider. Universitas Esa Unggul sent a team of health volunteers to carry out several activities for the community such as, providing comprehensive nursing services, becoming collaborators, conducting education and trauma healing. This action is considered sufficient to help patients who have health problems both who come to the post and who are in refugee tents. They feel happy because of the existence of health service facilities so that the public can consult, get education and also trauma healing.

Nearly 90% of foreign trade is done by sea. Freight carried by sea to be very efficient due to large carring capacity and this the role of the port as a place where ships can carry out loading and unloading of goods becomes an important means of supporting adequate facilities and infrastructure. If the performance of the port is not optimal, it will have a direct impact on the service so that it will cause new problems, namely the ship’s waiting time gets higher, so that it  willlead to high costs, which have a direct impact on the price of goods on the market. This research was conducted at the Port of Sei Kolak Kijang as a sample. The data collection done was through a method of observation, the literature study, interview, documentatuion and the questionnaires. Techique the analysis used is linear regression multiple with program assitance SPSS V.20. Based on the results of research and analysis produced equation: Y = 15.326 - 0,220 X1 - 0,178 X2 – 0,308 X3 + µ. Where the decision variable of waiting time (Y), ship scheduling (X1), pilotage (X2), loading and unloading productivity (X3) tested using t test show that the three independent variables significantly influence passenger decision as dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square number of 0,665 indicates that 66,5 percent of waiting time variables can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 33,5 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study.

Problems in public services are often encountered in their implementation even though standards and laws have been established. In the evaluation of the PATEN policy in Ciledug District, Tangerang City, there are problems including the timeliness of service, service costs, and supporting resources for service implementation. The government has attempted to bring about an innovation in the field of public services through the District Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) policy regulated in Permendagri Number 4 of 2010, which contains the delegation of authority from regents to sub-district heads. Following up on the Permendagri, the government of Tangerang City has implemented integrated sub-district administration services, especially in Ciledug District. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive research type. The writing method used is the literature study research method, a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials. The results showed that the implementation seen from the aspect of service costs was sufficient and according to fairness standards and from the aspect of service time and supporting resources for the implementation of services was inadequate. The purpose of the District Integrated Administrative Services has not been optimally achieved because the type of delegation of authority given is considered not to be effective and efficient in creating quality services and getting closer to the community. The problems that exist at Khairul Imam IT Junior High School can be seen from the behaviour or attitude of its personnel, including teachers who are unable to do work based on the tasks and responsibilities that have been assigned. This tendency can be seen from the teachers' preference to accumulate or collect work. This research is conducted with inferential principles where the relationship between various variables tests hypotheses and makes generalisations.  The population in this study were all teachers of SMPIT Khairul Imam, totalling 45 people. To determine the performance of SMPIT Khairul Imam teachers, the sampling procedure in this study used the saturated sampling method, namely the entire population (all teachers) who were used as respondents. This research data has 2 variables, namely the dependent variable is the performance of teachers (Y) and as an independent variable is the leadership style of superiors (X). In this study, it was found that the leaders at this research location have been able to carry out their functions well in directing, guiding, motivating, and supervising teachers to carry out their duties.  All of that takes place because there has been interaction, communication and cooperation in the school environment. If the teacher has a good impression of the leader then the teacher will carry out the tasks that have been set with full seriousness and responsibility. So in this study it was concluded that the leadership style has an influence on the performance of Khairul Imam IT Junior High School teachers..

Geriatrics is a branch of gerontology that studies the level of health in the elderly from various aspects, including: promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative which includes physical, mental and social health. In principle, geriatrics strives for a happy and useful old age. Throughout the world today, the number of elderly people is estimated to be more than 629 million people, and in 2025 it is projected that the number of elderly people will reach 1.2 billion. Indonesia is a country that has a fairly high number of elderly people. In 2010 the number of elderly aged 65 years and over was 11 million, and it is projected that in 2020 the number of elderly will increase by 7.2%. Even the United States Census Bureau estimates that Indonesia will experience the largest increase in elderly citizens in the world in 2025, namely 414%. The increasing number of elderly will affect the welfare of the elderly (Ministry of Welfare of the Republic of Indonesia. 2012). The increase in the elderly population is of course accompanied by the risk of various degenerative diseases such as diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, osteoarthritis, neuromuscular disease and lung disease. Around 50-80% of elderly people aged more than 65 years will experience more than one chronic disease. This is related to the fact that the older you get, the more health problems you experience. One way to improve the quality of life for the elderly is to do physical exercise. Physical exercise can maintain or improve flexibility, cardiopulmonary endurance, agility, strength and balance. Several studies show that physical exercise has a consistent effect in reducing the risk of falls in healthy older adults. Kuptniratsaikul's research in 2009-2010 showed that simple balance exercises carried out by elderly people with a history of falls could reduce the incidence of falls in the elderly and significantly improve body balance. A 2017 Cuevas meta-analysis study showed that balance training programs showed the greatest effect in reducing the risk of falls in the elderly. For elderly people who are not yet able to do balance exercises independently, they need professional assistance
