This shop sells various kinds of electronic components and accessories and several other spare parts, in its operations Jabbar Global Synergy still uses the manual method, which is recorded in a book to record goods so that errors often occur in the stock data, and the lack of time efficiency in searching for goods makes it difficult to obtain data online.realtime.This study aims to design information systemsinventory website-based electronic goods on cv jabbar global synergy to facilitate data collection while increasing time efficiency making it easier to obtain data or information onlinerealtime. This research aims to analyze the role of e-performance in improving employee performance through motivation at the Inspectorate of Central Java Province. This research is a type of quantitative research method with field observation and questionnaire. The population in this study is 141 employees. In determining the sample using the census sampling method. Out of a total of 141 employees, only 113 employees were used as respondents in this research. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability, questionnaires distributed online through Google form and physical questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The data analysis method used consisted of descriptive analysis, evaluation of the outer model, evaluation of the inner model, and evaluation of indirect effects (mediation). The data analysis tool in this study uses SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that e-performance has a positive effect on employee performance, competence does not have a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, e-performance has a positive effect on motivation, competence has a positive effect on motivation, e-performance has a positive effect on employee performance through motivation, and competence has a positive effect on employee performance through motivation.

This research analyzes the influence of supervision, compensation, and the application of fingerprint attendance on work discipline at PT. Chocomory Cokelat Persada, Semarang Regency, a part of the Cimory Group. Although previous studies have highlighted the importance of these factors, there remains a gap in understanding their complex interactions. This study aims to fill this gap by examining the simultaneous effects of supervision, compensation, and fingerprint attendance on work discipline. Utilizing a quantitative approach, in determining the sample using the purposive sampling method. Data were collected from 125 employees from production operator and warehouse operator through online google form questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that supervision significantly improves work discipline. The implementation of fingerprint attendance systems positively impacts work discipline. Conversely, compensation does not significantly effect on work discipline. These results suggest that effective supervision and advanced attendance systems are crucial for fostering a disciplined workforce, whereas compensation alone may not be as impactful. The study provides valuable insights for resource management practitioners and researchers, offering strategies to enhance work discipline and improve organizational success.

Notaries play an important role in the tax system by being required to report Taxpayer (WP) transactions to the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP). This obligation is regulated in Law Number 28 of 2007 concerning Income Tax (UU PPh) and Minister of Finance Regulation Number 31/PMK.03/2016. The main objective of this reporting is to improve taxpayer compliance, the accuracy of tax data, and the effectiveness of DGT supervision. Notaries are required to report various types of transactions, such as buying and selling land, grants, inheritances, and the granting of power of attorney regarding land and buildings. Reporting is carried out through a Research Certificate (SKP) Format of Proof of Fulfillment of the Obligation to Deposit Income Tax (PPh) Specifically for Notaries/Land Deed Making Officials (PPAT), either online via e-SPT PPh or manually at the Tax Service Office (KPP). Notaries who do not comply may be subject to sanctions, such as written warnings, fines, and even revocation of permits. Implementing this reporting obligation has benefits for notaries, such as increasing credibility and professionalism, streamlining the process of obtaining business permits, and making it easier to make deeds. Factors that influence notary compliance in reporting taxpayer transactions include knowledge and understanding of regulations, awareness and commitment, ease of reporting system, effectiveness of law enforcement, socialization and education, as well as a culture of tax compliance. Efforts to increase notary compliance require synergy from various parties, including the DJP, notary professional organizations, and the government in creating a culture of high tax compliance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi web manajemen data produk berbasis Flask dan MongoDB untuk studi kasus usaha yang bergerak dalam bisnis perhiasan. Tujuan pengembangan aplikasi adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pemasaran, pemesanan, dan manajemen stok produk. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa masalah utama dalam konteks manajemen data produk perhiasan yang sering mengalami perubahan. Batasan penelitian mencakup pada tiga fungsi utama aplikasi yaitu manajemen data produk, efisiensi pemasaran, dan pemesanan, dengan teknologi utama berupa Flask dan MongoDB. Metode penelitian mencakup analisis kebutuhan, pembangunan prototipe, evaluasi prototipe, pengkodean sistem, pengujian sistem, dan evaluasi sistem. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan efisiensi operasional perusahaan, pengembangan keterampilan pengembang, serta potensi pengembangan dan referensi untuk industri perhiasan terkait manajemen data produk dan pemasaran online.

Abstrak –  Penggunaan website sebagai identitas dari suatu perusahaan saat ini sudah umum dilakukan suatu organisasi atau lembaga. Klinik Pratama Dr Jo adalah salah satu perusahaan yang menggunakan website untuk memperjelas identitas perusahaan, disamping fungsi lainnya seperti fungsi pendaftaran online. Namun dari hasil analisa awal, tampilan website tidak memenuhi standard beberapa aturan desain yang ada, mulai dari pengambilan warna yang kurang menegaskan identitas, serta tidak terdapatnya kontras pada warna sehingga beberapa aktivitas juga menjadi sulit untuk dimengerti pengguna. Pengambilan data dari pengguna dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) diperoleh skor website 41,83 dengan grade F, rating poor, dan memiliki tingkat penerimaan not acceptable. Untuk itulah penelitian ini melakukan perancangan ulang desain aplikasi menggunakan metode User Centered Design, yaitu perancangan dengan mengutamakan pengguna sebagai pusat dari penelitian. Setelah dilakukan perancangan ulang, pengambilan data dengan metode SUS menghasilkan skor 88,16 dengan grade A dan rating excellent yang berarti bahwa aplikasi memiliki tingkat penerimaan yang baik atau acceptable.

This research aims to determine the direct and indirect influence between product quality, social media marketing, brand trust on purchasing decisions among J.Co Donut's & Coffee consumers in Indonesia. The method used is Path analysis using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with data collection using a questionnaire distributed online to 190 respondents who are active social media users and customers of J.Co Donut's & Coffee. The results of the analysis show that product quality and social media marketing have a direct positive influence on brand trust and purchasing decisions, while brand trust does not have a direct influence on purchasing decisions. Brand trust is not proven to be a mediating variable between product quality and social media marketing on purchasing decisions. These findings provide important insights for companies in developing marketing strategies and understanding the factors that influence consumer purchasing behavior, emphasizing the importance of product quality and marketing strategies via social media in building brand trust and influencing purchasing decisions.

Today's technology is increasingly sophisticated and can even be used as a means for marketing media. Many business owners utilize this technology as a medium for product promotion. One of them is Nadiraa who participated directly to do online marketing at TikTok Shop. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the SOSTAC model in the online marketing strategy at TikTok Shop Nadiraa's account. The method used in the research is qualitative research method with descriptive method. The subject of this research is Nadiraa's TikTok Shop account, and the object of this research is the Analysis of the Use of the SOSTAC Model on the Online Marketing Strategy at TikTok Shop Nadiraa's account. The data collection technique in this research is using content analysis on Nadiraa's account at TikTok Shop. The results in this study show that there are results of an analysis of online marketing strategies using the SOSTAC method on Nadiraa's account as a whole starting from Situation Analysis using SWOT analysis, then Objectives with 5S analysis, Strategy with STP analysis, Tactics using 4P, Action analysis of actions taken by Nadiraa, and finally controlling as material for evaluation to be able to increase profits.   Keywords: , ,

. In the city of Surabaya, a large number of female online ojek drivers face problems such as prejudice, non-disclosure, and dangerous working conditions. While there are laws against violence, the quantity of sexual incidents suggests a lack of consistency in their application. By providing skills development, legal support, and psychological counseling, the Gerakan Sayang Perempuan Ojek Online (GASPOL) initiative seeks to strengthen safety and self-determination for female online ojek drivers. This research uses descriptive qualitative methodology and collects data through observation, documentation, and interviews. William N. Dunn developed evaluation criteria for the GASPOL program, which include effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness, and accuracy. The GASPOL program met the needs of the participants, was efficient in using resources, and effective in improving the safety and competence of women drivers. In addition, the program was sensitive to feedback from participants and successfully distributed benefits equitably. Despite the success of the program, there are still challenges that influence public opinion, such as gender bias. Implementation of Klampid New Generation (KNG) as an innovation in population administration services in the city of Surabaya. KNG is an online website that facilitates the management of population documents online, such as ID cards, family cards, birth certificates, and others. Through the Internship and Independent Study Certificate (MSIB) program, researchers were directly involved as Population Administration Service Assistants at the Surabaya City Village Office. Observations and active participation were carried out to collect primary data from village officials and the community. The research results show that although KNG is intended to facilitate independent document management, many residents still prefer to use village office services. This is due to a lack of socialization and public understanding about the use of KNG. In addition, there are also obstacles such as limited facilities and infrastructure in the village office that can hinder service performance. This research recommends the need for more intensive socialization and assistance to the community, as well as improving facilities at the village office to optimize the implementation of KNG in creating better population administration order in the city of Surabaya.

Technological developments have given rise to various new innovations to make it easier to fulfill human needs, one of which is online lending and borrowing services. Shopee Pinjam or SPinjam is an example of an online loan service that includes standard clauses in the contract agreed by the debtor. The problem that often occurs due to easy access to borrowing and lending through SPinjam is misuse of data for other people's needs or what is known as name lending. The purpose of writing this research is to find out how legal accountability is given to the parties. The research method used is a normative research method, with deduction analysis techniques. The results of this research indicate that the name borrowing agreement made between the name borrower and the name giver is an oral agreement that has weak legal force. This agreement is only binding on the party making it without any intervention from SPinjam. Legal responsibility regarding the repayment of SPinjam is an absolute responsibility that must be fulfilled by the debtor who agrees. The name borrower cannot be burdened with legal responsibility because the name borrowing agreement has not been specifically regulated in positive law in Indonesia so that the solution to the problem that can be done is by deliberation between the name borrower and the name giver.

The aim of this research is to analyze the marketing strategies used at the Asofa Batik Shop to increase batik sales. Researchers use a descriptive qualitative approach, which describes phenomena or situations in depth and detail using qualitative data such as text, images, audio and video. The results of this research are that, the marketing strategy he used after being allocated to branches or sorum (Asofa Written Batik Shop), apparently the Asofa batik shop owner had collaborated with DT Peduli Cirebon (digital marketing training), after which the Asofa batik owner finally developed business through digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Shoppe, Lazada, Tokopedia, which can be purchased offline or online. One of the challenges in implementing a marketing strategy is facing intense competition from other batik producers at local and national levels. Mr. H. Bachroni is committed to prioritizing Indonesian cultural heritage, one of which is batik by providing friendly service and offering affordable batik product prices. So that buyers can make Asofa Cirebon batik an attractive place to shop.

This rapid expansion has fueled fierce competition, prompting many manufacturers to adopt digital marketing campaign strategies to attract consumers and boost sales. Amidst this dynamic landscape, Somethinc, a leading beauty tech brand, has achieved remarkable success, multiplying its sales by 14 times compared to the previous year and securing the top spot as the best-selling brand on e-commerce platforms with total sales of Rp 53.2 billion. In light of this competitive environment, media monitoring plays a crucial role in understanding the positive sentiment surrounding Somethinc across social media and online news platforms. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing a netnographic approach and leveraging media monitoring analytical tools to gather data through the Brand24 application. The primary objective of this research is to identify the dominant sources of positive sentiment for Somethinc across social media and news platforms. Comparative analysis of positive sentiment, mentions, reach, and product discussions on social media and news platforms regarding Somethinc reveals a notable advantage in social media mentions.

This research use the Naive Bayes algorithm to classification of user reviews of the Sky Childern Of The Light application from the Google Play Store. The Sky Childern Of The Light application is a popular online game, because it offers a unique and immersive playing experience. This method was chosen because of its simplicity, speed, ease of interpretation, and suitability for high-dimensional data. The advantages of Naive Bayes are the accuracy and efficiency of calculations, fast results and presentation. The data collected was 1500 data with a classification ratio of 8:2 with an accuracy value of 87% using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. This method is very good at analyzing the sentiment of the Sky Children Of The Light application.

This study examines the influence of social media on business communication development in Shopee. Through online surveys and interviews, data were collected from 100 respondents and 30 randomly selected consumers. The analysis results indicate that Shopee's communication strategy through social media is effective in enhancing customer interaction and influencing purchasing decisions. Positive responses to content, content influence on purchases, and Shopee's responsiveness to consumer interactions serve as evidence of the success of these strategies. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of investing in innovative content development and training for social media response teams.

This journal aims to analyze effective strategies for using social media (Tok Tok) in religious learning in the digital era. In today's digital era, social media has become an important platform for individuals to get information and interact online. This can also be used as a means of learning about religion through content about religion on the platform (Tik Tok). This qualitative research analyzes data using a library observation methodology to understand effective strategies for using TikTok as a means of religious learning in the digital era. This research includes collecting journal references, analyzing them, and discussing important points. This research is descriptive in nature and focuses on the influence of religious content on students' understanding of religion on TikTok. This research involved 50 students from various academic levels and departments. Data analysis is carried out throughout the research, in contrast to quantitative research where data analysis is carried out at the end of the research.

. The Indonesian beauty industry continues to grow, marked by the emergence of many local skincare brands. Avoskin is a local skincare brand that is committed to "green beauty" with environmentally friendly products. This research aims to determine general positive sentiment, mentions, and specific positive sentiment towards Avoskin as an eco friendly brand on social media Data was collected from online communities using social media monitoring tools, namely Brand24. This research shows that there are 858 general positive sentiments, 2,564 mentions, and 28 specific positive sentiments towards Avoskin as an eco-friendly brand with related keywords. The final results of the research show that X and TikTok users still do not give full attention to Avoskin as a eco friendly brand.   Keywords: , , ,
