. Children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute myeloid leukemia (LMA) undergoing chemotherapy have one of the side effects, namely experiencing mucositis, this is also influenced by oral hygiene. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between oral hygiene and mucositis in. The design of this study used quantitative research with descriptive analytic, namely cross sectional. The number of samples is 56 respondents with purposive sampling data collection technique. Measuring tools used Oral Hygiene questionnaire and mucositis assessment questionnaire (OAG). The results of the study were the majority of respondents with male sex 60.7%, the length of the chemotherapy period for the majority of respondents was more than 2 years 67.9%, the majority of oral hygiene obtained the most results with sufficient oral hygiene 57.1% and the majority of mucositis obtained mucositis results being 51.8%. Spearman test Rank p value obtained 0.000 so that there is a relationship between Oral Hygiene and Mucositis in cancer children, with a value of r = -0.799 very strong strength with a negative. The results of this study are expected that health workers can apply good oral hygiene for patients undergoing inpatient and outpatient care regarding the importance of good oral hygiene for children with cancer so as not to cause severe mucositis.

The perperium or postpartum period begins after parturition from 6-48 hours, and from 3-28 days until it ends approximately 29-42 days after delivery. The research design is a two group pretest post test design. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers who were selected from the Halilulik Health Center in Belu Regency based on the average deliveries per month with estimated days of birth (HPL) June-July 2019 which is 75. A sample of at least 10 postpartum women is added 20% of the sample size, namely 2 to 12 to anticipate samples that drop out. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the milk production of postpartum mothers before and after oxytocin massage and breast care with a p-value of 0.000. In conclusion, oxytocin massage is more effective than breast care in increasing the milk production of postpartum mothers with a p-value of 0.000.

Hypertension is the main cause of death from cardiovascular diseases such as heart attacks, strokes and heart failure. The prevalence of hypertension is increasing rapidly in many countries, placing a large health burden on the health care system and increasing the risk of cardiovascular disorders in this population. The process of implementing community service to the community is carried out in several stages. Activities include checking blood pressure, health education and health consultations. Participants who took part in community service activities were mostly women (76%) with an age range between 45-60 years (68%), the highest education level was junior high school (42%), and people with hypertension level 1 (74%). Community knowledge about hypertension complementary therapy has increased significantly after being given counseling. Hypertension sufferers are advised to consume ginger and mint decoction and check themselves regularly at the nearest health facility.

This topic was chosen because it is a topic that is rarely discussed and rarely researched in more depth regarding spice gardens. In fact, if we look deeper, spice gardens provide many benefits for life, one of which is in the health sector. The importance of discussing this topic is so that people care more about spices than chemical medicines. The method we use is by providing education and outreach to the local community.

This study aimed to explore the “Kiss up, kick down” culture in Vietnamese educational institutions and understand its implications on teachers at different stages of their career: novice, mid-career, and near-end. Using a qualitative approach, 15 participants were interviewed. The thematic analysis of interview data resulted in the identification of fifteen themes. They highlighted a pervasive culture driven by power dynamics and hierarchy, impacting interpersonal relationships, job satisfaction, professional growth, and mental well-being. Additionally, the culture was found to align with societal norms and was seen as a reflection of the collective culture and historical influences in Vietnam. The study underscores the need for systemic change and offers insights that could inform policy and practice aimed at creating healthier and more inclusive academic environments.

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is one of the retro viruses that infects white blood cells which has an impact on a weakened immune system, damage to the function of cluster of differentiation 4 positive (CD4+) cells as well as other immune cells. CD4 count below 200, opportunistic infections and not taking treatment can exacerbate chronic conditions throughout life. The purpose of this study was to analyze nursing care for Mr. B with Stage 1 HIV at the Seroja Polyclinic, Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon City. The research design used was a descriptive case study including assessment, data analysis, nursing diagnoses, interventions, implementation and evaluation. This research was conducted in the seroja room of Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon City. Based on the results obtained, based on the assessment data, two nursing problems emerged, namely hyperthermia, related to the disease process marked by fever and secondly the risk of opportunistic infections associated with decreased immune system which was marked with a CD4 value close to 200. Actions taken were monitoring body temperature and collaborating on drug administration with doctors, providing health education about HIV, adherence to taking medication and advising regular eating patterns and adequate rest. It is recommended that health workers provide education about HIV/AIDS care and also provide medication taking assistance to prevent non-adherence in taking medication, social and spiritual.

Introduction: Adolescents who used to be strongly maintained by the family system, cultural customs and existing traditional values, have experienced erosion caused by rapid urbanization and industrialization, this was also followed by a media revolution that was open to a variety of lifestyles and career choices. These various things have resulted in an increase in the vulnerability of adolescents to various kinds of diseases, especially those related to sexual and reproductive health, including the increased threat of HIV/AIDS. Method: Empowering Adolescents about reproductive health in premarital sex. Results: Participants in this activity were 30 pregnant women in the village of Bangun Rejo. In its implementation, the objectives are explained about the dangers of reproductive health, Benefits: how to detect premarital sexual attitudes. Next, it explains how teenagers avoid premarital sex to avoid disrupting reproductive health. Conclusion: community service activities are carried out based on counseling. Service activities carried out for 3 months. The results of this Community Service regarding the danger signs of adolescent reproduction. This community service has been carried out from May-July 2023 to be precise for 3 months

Introduction: Hypertension is one of the most common diseases in the world, and its increasing every year. Age is one of many risk factors in hypertension. As we get older, our blood vessels tend to lose some of their elasticity and become stiffer. This can put us at risk for developing high blood pressure, also known as hypertension. It's important to take care of our cardiovascular health as we age to reduce the risk of developing this condition.Purpose: To study the correlation between blood pressure and age.Method: This was a descriptive study conducted in Cipondoh Makmur, Tangerang. The non-random consecutive sampling was used as the sampling technique, and it will be presented as descriptive data. Spearman correlation tests were used to correlate blood pressure and age if the data distribution is not normal.Result: There were 103 individuals who met the criteria, with an average age of 51.71 (12.80) years, mean systolic blood pressure of 126.2 (22.25) mmHg, and mean diastolic blood pressure of 74.46 (11.49) mmHg. A significant correlation between age and systolic blood pressure was observed (p-value: 0.001; r: 0.323, indicating a weak association), while no significant correlation was found between age and diastolic blood pressure.Conclusion: The physiological aging process is an unavoidable risk factor for hypertension. It is crucial to Increase awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and optimal hypertension control.

Elderly is an age group in humans who have entered the final stages of their life phase. The group that is categorized as elderly will experience a process called the aging process. Indonesia is entering a period of aging population, where there is an increase in life expectancy followed by an increase in the number of elderly people. In Indonesia, there has been an increase in the number of elderly people from 18 million people (7.56%) in 2010 to 25.9 million people (9.7%) in 2019, and can be expected to continue to increase where in 2035 it will be 48.2 million people (15.77%). On the other hand, an increase in the number of elderly people will be a problem if the elderly have health problems. The elderly are a group of people who are susceptible to disease and have different physiological functions from young people, so their treatment pattern becomes more careful. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide outreach and information to the public about the proper and correct use of drugs in Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency regarding Provision of Drug and Wise Information on the proper and correct use of drugs. The method of this activity involved the community in Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, namely lectures, distribution of leaflets, and questions and answers. Lectures are presented in the form of power point presentations, distribution of leaflets in the form of brochures followed by a discussion or question and answer session about Wisdom in taking medicine in the elderly. The result of this activity is that in Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency understand and are wise in taking drugs, especially in the elderly.

Currently, the business platform model is experiencing rapid development, one of which is in the health sector. The purpose of establishing a platform is to make it easier for consumers to be able to exchange value with one another. The idea for the Beaudy beauty business platform model is to help customers solve their skin problems. Customers who have problems in conducting skin care consultations, starting from price consultations tend to be expensive and don't have time to go to a beauty clinic. So that the results of the validation of the solutions carried out to the informants were the idea of a Beaudy web-based beauty business platform model that could help and answer the problems they were experiencing. These results indicate that Beaudy can be an intermediary teleconsultation medium between consumers and beauty clinics.

Traditional health services are expected to be implemented in health care facilities. Puskesmas had a traditional health clinic that has been running since 2019, but there is no evaluation on that program. This study aims to identify the implementation that has been carried out, in order to find out which aspects still need improvement. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Researchers collect data by interview, observation and secondary data. The results of the study show that traditional health services at the puskesmas have been implemented fairly well. In 2022 there were 20 visitors with the majority of visitors aged 31-45 years (50%), female (90%), all coming from the Javanese and Muslim religions. Meanwhile, the average number of visits was 1 time (55%) and 5% of visitors made 4 repeat visits. The most frequently treated complaints were dizziness/headaches (35%) and other pain complaints (45%). Treatment in traditional health polyclinics is provided with oral medication as much as 40% and 60% without drug administration. The traditional treatment given is acupressure (65%), cupping (15%) and a combination of both as much as 20%. Officers who provide traditional health services at the Palm Health Center are nurses with acupressure training. The implementation that has been carried out still requires various improvements in order to increase the number of patient visits. Further research is needed to find the right implementation model so that traditional health services at puskesmas are widely utilized by the community.

Menopause causes significant psychological symptoms in women due to the occurrence of physical and physiological changes as a result of decreased and ceased estrogen hormone production. The preliminary study results in the Sonder Primary Health Care Center area show that a significant portion of premenopausal mothers aged 45-50 years do not comprehend and lack understanding on how to cope with menopause. Additionally, there are concerns among these mothers regarding sexual issues after entering menopause.To determine the effectiveness of health education in preparing premenopausal mothers to face menopause in the working area of Puskesmas Sonder.This study employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population consisted of 15 premenopausal women in the working area of Puskesmas Sonder, selected using simple random sampling. Data analysis involved univariate and bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon.Before health education, the majority of premenopausal mothers were categorized as unprepared to face menopause (53.3%). After receiving health education, a significant number of respondents were categorized as prepared to face menopause (80.0%). The effectiveness of health education in preparing premenopausal mothers to face menopause in the working area of Puskesmas Sonder was statistically significant (0.025 < 0.05).

Background: Mother's milk (ASI) is rich in nutrients and is the key to baby's health. Breast milk is the best food that babies aged 0-6 months need for optimal growth and development, increasing body resistance, protecting against infection, forming a healthy digestive system and increasing intelligence. Objective: to determine the relationship between factors that influence the smooth flow of breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers in the work area of ??the Kuta Baro Aceh Besar Community Health Center. Method: This research is quantitative with an analytical design using a cross-sectional study method. Data were collected using a questionnaire conducted from March 8 to April 4 2023. The population in this study were all breastfeeding mothers who had babies aged 0-6 months, totaling 139 people, using a sampling technique, namely proportional random sampling, of 58 people. Results: Data analysis using chi square with the results of the study shows that there is a relationship between family support and smooth breastfeeding with a value of p= 0.011, there is a relationship between breast care and smooth breastfeeding with a value of p= 0.012, there is a relationship between the frequency of breastfeeding and smooth breastfeeding with a value of p= 0.025 and There is no relationship between the use of contraceptives and the smoothness of breastfeeding with a p value = 0.372. Conclusion: This research is a factor that influences the smoothness of breast milk.

Nowadays, in health care facilities, whether in hospitals, health centres, or clinics, there is often a large number of patient visits that can cause delays in operational activities. Delays are caused by a lot of waste in patient flow activities in health facilities. Therefore, the application of Lean six sigma in improving patient flow is needed to overcome this. This research uses the Literature Review method where data collection and processing by referring to previously existing research in the last 5 years, namely 2019-2023. The literature was obtained through Google Scholar and journal databases using the keywords Lean Six Sigma, patient flow, and health service facilities. The number of journals used as a reference for previous related research in compiling this research is 6 journals. The results obtained from the six articles state that the application of lean six sigma in healthcare facilities has proven effective in improving patient flow. And this way is very effective of course to do.

Stunting is a condition of growth failure in infants that occurs during a critical period of the process of growth and development in the womb and during the initial period after the baby is born. It is not only affected the physical growth of the baby but also the brain. The purpose of this research was to determine the factors associated with the stunting prevalence among the children under five years old of age in Jetis 1 Primary Health Care Center, Bantul. The research method is quantitative, case control research design with retrospective approach. The data analysis methods were chi-square and logistic regression. The results of this research were some factors could be associated with stunting prevalence. The factors were the history of exclusive breastfeeding (p: 0.037 or: 0.253) and the nutritional status of the mother during pregnancy (p: 0.001 or: 5.634). Meanwhile, gender (p: 0.153), history of birth weight (p: 0.677) and mother's education (p: 0.127) were found to have no relationship with stunting prevalence. It is expected that the mothers of children under five years old can prepare for pregnancy in the future by calculating nutritional intake before and during pregnancy and provide exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months.

Diarrhea in children is a health problem with a high mortality rate, especially in children aged 1 to 4 years. The main cause of death is dehydration due to loss of fluids and electrolytes through feces, so it is important to fulfill fluid needs to replace and meet fluid needs in children with diarrhea. The purpose of this study was to be able to analyze the fluid balance in children with diarrhea after being given fluid needs at the hospital. Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe, City of Gorontalo. This research is a descriptive quantitative research and uses a pre-experimental design with the type of one group pre-post test. with a sample of 2 children with diarrhea. with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used a nursing care case report approach then data analysts, the data collected is associated with relevant concepts, theories, principles. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in fluid balance in children who experience diarrhea after being given fluids to meet their needs.

The health services between urban and rural areas are quite interesting because they have many differences that can be seen, especially the gap between the two areas. One of the characteristics of urban and rural areas is accessibility development, urban areas tend to develop faster than rural areas. This article was created with the aim of knowing the condition of health service facilities in rural areas in Indonesia and their access, especially for the elderly. The search strategy used in this research is a systematic literature review. The disparity in the elderly's use of health facilities are impacted by their education level, socioeconomic status, ownership of insurance, distance traveled, and cost of transportation. In conclusion, access to healthcare is crucial in Indonesia, particularly for elderly people living in rural areas. The Indonesian government must evenly distribute medical facilities in rural areas and guarantee universal coverage with National Health Insurance. To improve elderly health care, the government needs to develop sufficient expertise with health and social care workers with the necessary training in integrated care services.

Aging is an inevitable and complex process. Cognitive impairment and depression are often seen as comorbid conditions and major mental health problems affecting the elderly. Both of these have become global issues and place a heavy burden on the health care system and society. This cross-sectional study aims to determine the relationship between depression and the incidence of cognitive impairment in the elderly group (³60 years) who meet the criteria by total sampling at the Sasana Tresna Werda RIA Development Center in January 2019. Depressive disorder was measured using the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS). The Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) is used to measure and identify cognitive impairments. Statistical analysis using the Fisher Exact test. Of the 56 respondents, the average age was 78.13 years with 69.6% of the respondents being women. From all respondents, it was found that 10 respondents experienced depression and 23.2% of the elderly had cognitive disorders. The results of the Fisher Exact statistical test stated that there was a significant relationship between the incidence of depression and the onset of cognitive impairment in the elderly group at Sasana Tresna Werda RIA Development (p-value: 0.041). Clinically, the elderly with depressive disorders have a 2.875 times higher risk of experiencing cognitive impairment compared to the elderly without depression. Treating depression can reduce the number of cognitive impairments in the elderly.

Community nursing or community health nursing is the practice of maintaining and improving public health using knowledge from nursing, social sciences and public health sciences. Another definition of community nursing is a form of professional service based on nursing knowledge and tips aimed primarily at high-risk groups to improve community health status by emphasizing efforts to improve health, disease prevention and not neglecting curative and rehabilitative (Kholifah & Widagdo, 2016). In RW 04 Kelurahan Periuk Jaya, which is a village with densely populated residential houses with houses attached to one another, the average building in Pabuaran village has new buildings but is not well maintained and settlements are dominated by old buildings. own property, in terms of the environment the area of ​​the house has a yard, there are several cattle pens around the settlement. The characteristics of the area and health problems that arise in RW 04 Periuk Jaya Village are information about prevention and diet for Hypertension, Gout Arthritis and ISPA. To carry out this task requires a person nurses who are competent in providing community nursing care, to get optimal results requires experience in addition to knowledge. Background: Self-efficacy is the perception of the ability to consider and implement behavior patterns as self-regulation that is obtained through motivation and determining achievement of expectations. Good self-efficacy is needed not only for healthy people but also for sick people, especially people with chronic illnesses. Decreased self-efficacy can occur in people with chronic illnesses. We know that people with chronic diseases have long treatment programs, even for a lifetime, such as taking medication and sometimes this feels boring or boring. Consuming drugs or running a continuous treatment program can lead to boredom so that it is possible to want to stop taking medication. This is the background for wanting to know what actions can be taken to increase self-efficacy in people with chronic diseases. Self-efficacy increases if there is effort in dealing with existing obstacles. Interventions can be provided by health workers in increasing self-efficacy in people with chronic diseases. Objective: This study aims to describe the effect of Beapreasi therapy on self-efficacy in patients with chronic diseases at the Bergas Health Center, Semarang Regency. Methods: The research design used was descriptive and was carried out on 6 respondents, all of whom became the experimental group or all of whom became respondents. The method used to determine respondents is a purposive sampling technique. All respondents were assessed for self-efficacy using a self-efficacy scale questionnaire which was measured 2 times, namely before and after being given Beapreasi therapy. Results: The study showed that the mean value of the self-efficacy scale in the experimental group before the intervention was 81.79 and the value of the efficacy scale in the experimental group after the intervention was 89.36. this shows that there is an increase in the value on the self-efficacy scale and there is a difference in the mean value on the self-efficacy scale in the experimental group before giving the intervention with after giving the intervention with a p value of 0.00, p value <0.05 so that there is a significant/significant effect of giving reward therapy on improvement self-efficacy. Conclusion: Beapreasi therapeutic intervention can be used to maintain self-efficacy or increase self-efficacy in patients with chronic diseases, with the hope that patients will remain enthusiastic in carrying out their care and life. Beapreasi therapy can be used as a nurse's independent intervention in accompanying the care of patients with chronic diseases who require lifelong treatment and this is in an effort to increase self-efficacy in sufferers of chronic diseases.
