Memorizing the Koran is one form of our efforts to get closer to Allah SWT through His words. The tilawati method is a book of teaching and learning methods to read the Koran with a balanced classical-read-listen approach. The implementation of the Tilawati Method in learning the tahfidz of the Koran to improve the quality of reading the Koran is a process of reading verses that must be memorized perfectly and becomes a good quality reading. This study aims to find out how the tilawati method becomes a method that focuses on how to read the Koran easily and pleasantly, by using this tilawati method students can find out how to recite the Koran so that reading the Koran becomes quality reading at TPA Hidayatul Science Unit 332 Village Paliat. The methodology used in this study was carried out by field observation which is a descriptive qualitative research. Based on the results of this study, the Implementation of the Tilawati Method in Tahfidz Koran at TPA Hidayatul Ilmi Unit 332 in Paliat Village can support learning tahfidz Koran because it makes it easier for teachers and students to teach and learn, and improves the quality of reading and memorizing the Koran, can make it easier for children to read the Koran well and correctly in accordance with applicable rules, making students fluent in reading the Koran and avoiding mistakes in the meaning of the Koran

Arabic is a foreign language which is quite difficult to understand for children who are just learning another language, besides their mother tongue. There are many obstacles encountered by educators in the introduction of Arabic to children. It is very important for the teacher to choose the right method to make learning more fun and easy to understand. Therefore in this study the researcher has the goal of increasing children's understanding of learning Arabic using the Total Physical Response method. This research was conducted at MIN 14 Hulu Sungai Tengah. This study uses a qualitative descriptive field research method. The results of this study indicate that the TPR method: easy to understand and apply, does not require more power, does not require additional fees, contains elements of game movement so that it can relieve stress on children, learning time becomes more efficient, communication between teachers and children becomes more effective the child becomes more expressive

Education is learning and knowledge that is passed down from generation to generation through learning and training. One educational institution that is no less important to build is religion-based education, such as the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Education institution. At this time the tahfidz program was very popular and respected by various institutions. This study aims to describe how the tahfidz program is implemented in early childhood at the Tahfidz Nazra Cendikia Barabai House. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. The results of the research show that the implementation of the tahfidz program at the Nazra Cendikia Hulu Sungai Tengah House consists of three main activities, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The planning of the tahfidz program starts with discussions with the leaders and all tahfidz teachers. The implementation of the tahfidz program includes initial activities, namely greetings, prayers and reading blessings, followed by reading hypnotherapy, then murajaah together. The main activity is that the students give it to the teachers, before reading the memorized surah the child reads the Iqra or Al-Qur'an first. And finally the closing activity is the delivery of the surah that will be memorized next, murajaah memorization and reading prayers after learning. The assessments used are daily and semester assessments. The methods used are the makhraji, Jibril, ummi, and hypnotherapy methods. Deviant behavior among adolescents has always been a concern in itself. Therefore parents must rise to carry out their obligations to children, in the form of supervision, attention, and good education, so that later they become generations that can benefit other Muslims. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah banjang uses a contact book as a means to shape the morals of its students. The contact book has programs that must be filled out by the homeroom teacher for activities at school and programs that must be filled out by parents for activities at home. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the contact book program affects student morals at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah, Amuntai Regency, South Kalimantan Province. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The techniques used to collect data are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the contact book is made within a framework of intention to build effective communication between parents and schools to shape student morals, there is an influence from the application of the contact book on student morals, including discipline in worship, social, and self-reliance.

The character of a child formed since he was small, whether consciously or not, will influence the way the individual perceives himself and his environment which will be reflected in his daily behavior. What is prioritized in character education is the strengthening of religious values, as a means to form a generation that has character, has noble character and loves the sunnah of the Prophet. One of them is in this study, which aims to shape children's character through living hadith learning in the form of a module which contains several components, namely: definitions, to clarify children's understanding of the title being studied, motivational sentences as children's learning motivation,  adab-adab, namely a series of daily sunnah practices that students can carry out and get used to, prayer, namely prayers taken from hadiths related to the material being studied, and memorized hadiths, namely short hadiths that students can memorize. This research was conducted at SDN Muara Baruh, North Amuntai District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive field research method. The results of this study indicate that learning living hadith is very helpful in forming children's attitudes and behavior in everyday life, such as the etiquette of wearing shoes and sandals.

Religious education aims to increase religious potential and shape children to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty and have noble character which includes ethics, character and morals. Religious value in children is a child's ability to understand religion that is obtained from parents, society and the surrounding environment. One of the efforts that can be made to achieve children with religious character is to instill religious values ​​themselves in children through religious activities such as the habit of praying dhuha in congregation and tahfiz Al-Qur`an activities both starting from the school environment. This study aims to instill religious values ​​in children which must be instilled since childhood, so that children get used to behaving well towards other people in their surroundings and have a love for the Al-Qur`an which increases their faith and piety to God Almighty. This research was conducted at the Subsidized Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Galagah Hulu. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method in which data collection uses observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the habituation of Duha prayer carried out by children in congregation, they find several religious values, namely the value of worship, the value of spirit of jihad, moral values ​​and exemplary values. Strategies in instilling religious values ​​by motivating and setting an example. One way to instill religious values ​​is to always keep the Duha prayer time. tells the virtues of dhuha prayer, tells the virtues of memorizing the Qur'an in life so as to foster a sense of love in children. In the activities of tahfidz Al-Qur`an the religious values ​​found are children who are used to being disciplined in carrying out activities to memorize surahs while at school, children are disciplined in obeying school rules. The conclusion of this study is that through the habit of praying Dhuha in congregation and tahfidz Al-Qur`an religious values ​​can be fostered which are reflected in good attitudes, behavior and personality in everyday life. This research is included in the quantitative research using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The population in this study were employees of the plastic romen sport factory. The sample in this study used slovin using 55 people. The analysis technique in this research is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study show that compensation affects employee performance, does compensation affect job satisfaction, and does job satisfaction affect employee performance?

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the inquiry learning model during teaching and learning activities in Civics Education (PKn)  SD . This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in elementary schools because there are still many teachers who do not apply innovative learning models, teacher-centered conventional learning models that make students less active in the learning process. The Inquiry Learning learning model emphasizes the process of critical and analytical thinking to seek and find answers to the problems in question. This research method is the study of literature (Library Research) or library research. The research is motivated by the low student scores, presumably because the learning model is less attractive. This research aims to analyze the meaning of qualisigns in the novel Bumi by Tere Liye and its implications for literature learning in vocational schools (SMK). The research method used is qualitative descriptive with semiotic analysis technique. The data used are quotations from the novel Bumi that contain qualisigns. The results show that qualisigns in the novel Bumi have various meanings, such as attentive, polite, angry, and others. These signs are presented by the author as a representation of the characters or situations presented in the novel. The quotations that become the focus of the study, namely "Dasar guru sok galak. Tidak tahu apa, tambah keriting saja rambutnya setiap kali dia marah-marah" and "Di dalam kardus berwarna pink, beralaskan talam lembut, ditutup kain sutra, hadiah ulang tahunku menunggu," contain qualisigns that have clear meanings. The implications of this research for literature learning in SMK are the importance of understanding literary semiotics as a theoretical foundation for understanding the meaning of signs in literary works. Literature learning in SMK should include an understanding of literary signs, both qualisigns and other signs, so that students can appreciate and understand literary works better

This research is entitled "Budget Analysis and Realization of Regional Expenditures for the Health Office of North Sumatra Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic". This study aims to analyze budget control and regional expenditure realization at the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office and prove whether regional budget funds have been realized efficiently. This research was conducted using descriptive research methods. The data collection technique in this study is in the form of documentation, and the data used is secondary data. The results of the research that has been done show that controlling or refocusing regional budget funds at the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office for the 2020 and 2021 Fiscal Years is less effective in increasing the efficiency of budget realization by looking at the ≥ 90% efficiency level of budget realization. This is because the government focuses on controlling and handling Covid-19 through programs to fulfill individual health efforts and public health efforts, programs to increase the capacity of human resources for health, and programs to support provincial government affairs with activities such as conducting outreach to the public about the dangers of Covid-19, by implementing health and vaccination protocols and increasing medical personnel for the prevention and treatment of Covid-19.

Innovation is an idea, practice, item, event, or method that is felt or observed as something new for someone to create innovation in improving the quality of education in madrasas and developing a wide reach. This innovation can be developed through the creativity of female students to instill a spirit in every child. The aim of this research is to find out how innovative the Madrasah Head is in telling about student creativity at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hudy Denpasar for the 2019/2020 academic year, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in reading student creativity at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hudy Denpasar for the 2019/2020 academic year. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this research are that the madrasa head's innovation in developing student creativity at MI Al Hudy has gone quite well, as evidenced by the increase in students who are interested and interested in the field of crafts and the proof of their works, as well as supporting factors in developing student creativity in MI Al Hudy provides support from the madrasa head, professional teachers, support from student parents, regular training, a supportive environment and adequate madrasa facilities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are families who do not fully have the same vision and mission in developing student creativity, the negative influence of social media or technology, limited time.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Managerial Ownership, Debt Convenant and Litigation Risk on Accounting Conservatism. The population in this study consisted of manufacturing companies, the consumer goods industry sub-sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. A sample of 12 companies used in this study was found by purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistics using panel data regression analysis techniques. The empirical results of this study indicate that independent Debt Convenant does not have a statistically significant effect on Accounting Conservatism while Managerial Ownership and Litigation Risk have a significant negative effect on Accounting Conservatism. The results show that managerial ownership has a significant positive effect on Accounting Conservatism, and Litigation Risk has a significant positive effect on Accounting Conservatism, debt agreements do not have a significant effect on Accounting Conservatism, and managerial ownership, litigation risk together have an effect on Accounting Conservatism.  

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is an important aspect for employees in the health sector. This study aims to determine how much work motivation and job satisfaction have an impact on employee OCB. Multiple regression analysis was used as a method of data analysis and descriptive analysis to find out the general description of the respondents. The findings in this study conclude that work motivation and job satisfaction both simultaneously and partially have a positive impact on OCB. The company is expected to pay attention to the motivation and job satisfaction of its employees so that they work more at work and work beyond the applicable formal rewards.

The research subject is Cafe Uncle Jack, has been operating for 5 years (2017) as a culinary business and consists of Mrs. Lina as Leader, Mrs. Lini as Manager, Barista, Cashier, Waitress, and Cooker. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the management of human resources at Cafe Uncle Jack including several series of activities provided by the new employment. In a series of activities that occur in Uncle Jack’s Cafe, a qualitative descriptive method will be formulated in the form of interviews related to performance management. Based on the results of the interview, Cafe Uncle Jack gives full attention ti it’s employees so that the quality of performance and customer satisfaction can be guaranteed.

Digital marketing is a strategy or marketing activity such as product promotion carried out through digital media. Marketing strategies through digital marketing are needed so that MSMEs can compete and reach more consumers. Pondok Etam is an MSME engaged in the culinary field that sells various kinds of food products that are focused on the target market for teenagers to adults. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of digital marketing for MSME Pondok Etam.  The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews. The result of this study is that digital marketing has a positive impact on the MSME of Pondok Etam, because there is an increase in brand awareness and a significant increase in sales

This study aims to determine how the influence of Good Corporate Governance with indicators of institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees on the financial performance of LQ45 companies for the 2017-2021 period. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data sources. Statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on financial performance (ROA), while the independent board of commissioners and audit committees have a significant negative effect on financial performance (ROA). Companies must balance share ownership between management and institutions so that there is no majority or minority party, all are responsible for making policies so that both can increase the value of the company.

Waqf has become the world's attention because this instrument can be utilized as a solution to world crisis problems. Cash waqf can be distributed to beneficiaries for business capital in the agricultural sector as a family food security distribution scheme with several models: first, a profit-sharing method (Mudharabah). The purpose of making this journal is to analyze the figure of speech and the meaning contained in the lyrics of Nadin Amizah's song entitled "Like Bones". Researchers are interested in analyzing the lyrics of the song "Like Bones" because it contains words that are both unique and beautiful and have meanings that can be interpreted. In addition, researchers are interested in identifying what figure of speech is contained in the lyrics of the song, because the lyrics of this song have meanings and expectations that want to be informed directly and indirectly. After that, the procedure used in this research is a qualitative descriptive procedure, which is a procedure with the method of analyzing information and the results of the information after it is processed into the form of descriptive text. The subjects analyzed were in the form of song lyrics titled "Like Bones". The results of the analysis of the lyrics of this song show that there are personifications, rhetorical figures of speech, and paradoxical figures of speech. The meaning and meaning contained in lyrics of the song "Like Bones" is the story of someone good at hiding wounds even though he is often seen laughing.

Drug abuse has become a complex problem faced by Indonesia and of course requires a special strategy and the active role of all parties in its prevention and handling. This is evidenced by the rampant cases of drug trafficking and abuse that occur in villages in Kuantan Singingi, one of which is Seberang Taluk Village, Central Kuantan District. This study aims to see the performance of the Village Government in the Clean Drugs (Bersinar) Village program in Seberang Taluk Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. In this study, the authors used descriptive qualitative research methods. The researcher uses Dwiyanto's theory where the indicators used in measuring organizational performance use 4 (four) indicators, namely, productivity, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The results of this study indicate that the distribution and abuse of drugs in Seberang Taluk Village has decreased during the program of the Clean Drugs Village (Bersinar) with a percentage of approximately 80%. However, the implementation of the Shining Village Program still faces several obstacles. Researchers found factors that influence the implementation of this program, which include the problem of limited budget, incompetent human resources, and lack of public self-awareness. Overall, the Seberang Taluk Village Government, Central Kuantan District can be said to have been quite good at implementing the Shining Village program in preventing drug trafficking.

Background: Corona virus disease 2019 is a disease caused by infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which generally attacks the respiratory system in humans, Corona Virus disease can cause different symptoms, be it mild, moderate to severe symptoms. The level of symptoms in Corona Virus disease patients is influenced by various factors, both internal and external, and one of the influencing factors is the presence of comorbidities or comorbidities. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of symptoms in Corona Virus disease patients with comorbidities at Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar City Method The research design used is descriptive analytic through a cross-sectional approach. The total population in this study was 129 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling.. Results: In this study, the results showed that of 129 Corona virus disease patients, most of them had comorbid cardiovascular disorders (hypertensive heart disease) and of all patients who had comorbidities, most of the respondents (48.1%) experienced severe symptoms. Conclusion: From this study it can be concluded that patients who have comorbid cardiovascular disease are more likely to experience severe symptoms when exposed to the corona virus.
