The aims of this research are: 1. to describe how individual counseling services are implemented in overcoming nomophobia in students, 2. the characteristics, factors and impacts of nomophobia experienced by students at SMP Negeri 1 Badar. The type of research in this thesis uses descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects and objects in this research are the school principal, guidance and counseling teachers, and students. The research instruments are interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis consists of 3 flows, interacting data analysis techniques that reduce data, present data and draw conclusions. The research results show that: 1. Implementation of individual counseling services at SMP Negeri 1 Badar. 2. Characteristics, factors and impact of Nomophobia on students at SMP Negeri 1 Badar. The individual counseling services provided to students are tailored to the student's own needs and problems. The implementation of individual counseling services at SMP Negeri 1 Badar is carried out when students have problems that require the use of individual counseling service techniques, so that students know the impact and are able to solve the problem together with the Guidance and Counseling teacher.

This research is motivated by the large number of children today, especially in rural areas, where there are still children who cannot read the Qur'an according to the knowledge of tajwid and tahsin. If from an early age you are still unable to read the Al-Qur'an using the knowledge of tajwid and tahsin, then it will also be difficult when you grow up to understand the laws of reading in the Al-Qur'an. Therefore, many parents entrust their children to the Al-Quran Education Park (TPA) to learn religion, especially how to read the Al-Quran. However, this is still not optimal because some of the teachers there do not apply the science of tajwid and tahsin, so KKN students teach tajwid and tahsin lessons. Namely using a method to make it easier for children to read the Koran, namely the Al Bayan and Qira'ati methods. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the Al Bayan and Qira'ati methods, as well as the factors that support and inhibit learning to read the Koran. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive interpretive. The research results show that the Qira'ati method can be applied in this village, because using this method is able to attract children to diligently read the Al-Qur'an and also so that children do not feel bored when learning to read the Al-Qur'an. Factors that support learning the Koran are (a) Place; and (b) Learning Media. Then the factors that inhibit it are facilities and infrastructure

This study aims to determine and evaluate the government's internal control system and cash expenditure procedures in the Government and People's Welfare Section of Surabaya City are in accordance with applicable regulations or not. This research was carried out at the Surabaya City Government and People's Welfare Office located in the Genteng Village government building, Genteng District, Surabaya City. The analytical method used in this study is the Descriptive Analysis Method. The data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Cash Expenditure System and Procedure implemented in the Government and People's Welfare Section of Surabaya City has been running well in accordance with Permendagri Number 13 of 2006 concerning Regional Financial Management Guidelines. The internal control system of cash expenditure in the Government and People's Welfare Section of Surabaya City has also been implemented well but has not been maximally marked by the lack of maximum implementation of policies on human resource development so that employees are still found who lack mastery related to cash expenditures and the constraints of the duties of the finance and accounting department.

Erosion is a serious problem in riverbank areas. This is because erosion is the starting point for subsequent natural disasters such as landslides. Based on this understanding, empowerment is needed by installing an Early Warning System, mapping of vulnerable areas and evacuation routes, as well as outreach aimed at increasing the understanding and awareness of residents for mitigation. The early warning system socialization program is carried out with Focus Group Discussions so that it can run interactively. Thus, it is hoped that there will be an increase in public understanding and awareness of natural disasters, as well as an increase in the quality of community empowerment by students in the implementation of applied science.

The assessment of information technology governance is a crucial aspect of managing IT resources to align the implementation of information technology with business operations and corporate objectives. At PT Petrokimia Gresik, IT governance assessment is still carried out using conventional methods. Therefore, this research aims to design and develop a Self-Assessment Information Technology Governance System at PT Petrokimia Gresik. This research begins with user interviews and a literature review from various sources such as journals, reference documents, and COBIT 2019 books. The system development is conducted using the SCRUM method to produce a system that meets user requirements. In the SCRUM method, there are four main activities: sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. This information system was successfully developed using the Laravel framework, which proved to streamline web application development. The implication of this research is the creation of a Self-Assessment Information Technology Governance System. Based on the results of user acceptance testing, the system produced has been well-received and meets user needs.

Based on the research results, it was found that the school principal's academic supervision innovation in improving teacher professionalism at SDN Parsanga IV Sumenep, namely by following up in the form of monitoring using CCTV and follow-up carried out with CCTV accompanied by feedback and reflection can increase teacher professionalism well. This academic supervision innovation was carried out because of obstacles and with the implementation of these innovations the obstacles could be overcome properly. Among the successes of the innovations in academic supervision carried out by the principal of SDN Parsanga IV is that these innovations can become the main driver of changes in teaching styles by teachers. Has a good impact on the relationship between the teacher and the principal, so that the increase in teacher professionalism can run as expected. Acceptance of innovation by teachers because in implementing this academic supervision innovation, teachers feel heard, valued, and involved in the development of academic supervision innovations, they tend to be more open to change and are happy to receive feedback and joint reflection to improve their professionalism in teaching.

Al Asror Islamic boarding school has several business units which are expected to be a means of developing student entrepreneurship in addition to supporting the boarding school independently. The santri craft business unit, grocery store unit, laundry and canteen are managed by the santri in the Islamic boarding school environment. The problems faced in developing student entrepreneurship are from the perspective of students as the main object of entrepreneurship education.The solution to problems in this service activity is by carrying out FGD activities, coaching and mentoring, and business motivational lectures. The target participants are students, caregivers, administrators, parents/guardians of students, and business and entrepreneurship practitioners/experts. The FGD resource persons were the service team and cottage caretakers. The targets of motivational training are students who have been involved in managing the Islamic boarding school business unit. Motivational lecture speakers are members of the service team. The stages of implementing service activities are the pre-implementation stages of service activities, the stages of implementing service activities, and the post-service activity stages. Service activities can run well and smoothly and consist of three sub-activities, namely delivering entrepreneurship material in the general stage, FGD for stakeholders, and mentoring for students who run Islamic boarding school business units. The first and second activities were carried out successfully. Islamic boarding school stakeholders can convey ideas and concepts in developing student entrepreneurship and Islamic boarding school business units. The third activity has also been carried out by providing reinforcement for students who receive the mandate to run Islamic boarding school business units such as laundry, drinking water, canteen, and others. New business ideas for Islamic boarding schools must be analyzed carefully considering the potential and development of the Patemon area and its surroundings.

This Community Service Partner (PKM) is a small micro business of Brick. Knowledge about inventory management in the Brick business is still a fundamental weakness in meeting market demand, so that the price of Brick is relatively determined by the market. The purpose of this service is to motivate Brick business owners to have the knowledge and skills to be able to carry out proper inventory management as a support in developing their business. The method of implementation uses a combination of lecture and practice. Participants consist of Brick business owners in Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The technique of implementing the activity consists of three stages starting from the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the activity evaluation stage. The results of the training show that Brick business owners have difficulty managing the inventory of their business due to limited business capital. The finances used in business are still combined with finance for household needs. After the simulation is carried out, the participants can understand inventory management in the business. Furthermore, Brick business owners can know inventory management properly. Knowledge about inventory management is emphasized on Brick business owners because the productive life of Brick is only 5 months in one year, so inventory can be a strategy to increase operating profits. The limitation in this training is that the implementation method has not used mentoring techniques, so that knowledge about inventory management can be implemented in business activities.

In general, this occurs as a result of a lack of knowledge regarding how to maintain electricity and the public's knowledge regarding appropriate electrical materials for use in the household. The purpose of community service. Periodic Inspection and Maintenance. Teach the public to carry out regular inspections and maintenance on electrical installations, such as checking worn cables, loose sockets and protection devices. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Provide information regarding the appropriate use of PPE, such as gloves or special footwear when carrying out maintenance or handling electrical equipment. Use electrical equipment that complies with safety standards and is of high quality, and ensure that the installation is carried out by experts. Education and preventing the dangers of the electrical system in the home is a long-term investment to maintain the safety and security of the community. Background : The coastal community of Bengkulu is still lacking in knowledge about tsunami disaster risk management. Their knowledge is only limited to how to avoid disasters that have come. A real action is needed in an effort to increase community resilience in disaster areas in coastal areas. Community service activities carried out by gathering residents for counseling could not be carried out because it was still in the Covid 19 pandemic, so the STIKES Tri Mandiri Sakti Bengkulu community service group carried out disaster risk reduction efforts by distributing leaflets to the community directly to people's homes. Purpose : The purpose of this community service is to ensure that the community knows how to save themselves, reduce the impact of disasters, and increase knowledge about the tsunami disaster. Methods : The implementation of this community service uses community education methods which are carried out in the form of socialization and distribution of leaflets to 50 residents around the coast. Result : The socialization and distribution of lefalate activities were successful and right on target in the implementation because of the support, cooperation from the Malabero village and the academic community of STIKES Tri Mandiri Sakti Bengkulu. Coclusion : Increasing public knowledge and reducing disaster risk can be effectively carried out by providing direct house-to-house education to coastal communities. Because the community can interact and get information about the tsunami directly by the community service team. coastal communities to be able to participate in disaster management training so that the ability to save themselves when a disaster occurs can be carried out optimally.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is a real implementation of the responsibilities of lecturers and students in carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially in the aspect of community service. This activity focuses on the involvement of universities with the Gaum village community, with the main objective of increasing community understanding of financial literacy and digitalization of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era. Community service activities are carried out through various programs, including surveys of MSMEs, counseling on digitalization and financial literacy, socialization of financial protection, and guidance to MSMEs. The results of these activities indicate an increase in community spirit and understanding, especially MSME players in Gaum village, in managing financial aspects and utilizing digital platforms for marketing. Thus, this KKN creates a positive synergy between universities and local communities, supporting the development of micro-economies in the current digital era.

The government has an important role so that the implementation of the fulfillment of community food is carried out the same as the fulfillment of other rights. Therefore, efforts to fulfill community food are a serious problem in development programs, both those that have been launched by the Regional Government and the Central Government. Efforts to fulfill food by the Regional Government by realizing food availability are also carried out by the government in Java. Java Island itself is the center of rice production in Indonesia because it is able to produce the largest rice production, especially East Java Province with a total production of 12,198,707 tons. The aim of this community service is to increase socialization of the GHIPPA program to meet the water irrigation needs of the village. In order to achieve this target, the Nganjuk Regency Government has started implementing various programs to increase agricultural production. However, there is a major obstacle to increasing production,  namely  the  availability  of  deep  water.  Therefore,  the  Nganjuk Regency  Government  is  trying  to  overcome  the  availability  of  water.  These include providing irrigation network infrastructure, Farmer Business Level Irrigation Network/Village Irrigation Network (JITUT/JIDES), Farming Business Roads, Pumping and Empowerment of the Water User Farmers Association (GHIPPA).

The village fund is the origin of the APBN funds that are given to the village, transferred to the APBD district/city, and used to pay for the upkeep of government, the implementation of development, the development of civil society, and community empowerment. According to the regulations of the Finance Minister, the Minister of Village, Desert Village Development, and Transmigration sets priorities for the use of village money. The 2020 PDTT Permendes No. 13 on priority use of the village fund in 2021 specifies the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) as the top priority for the use of village finances. There are issues with the preparation and prioritisation of the village fund of the government of Kadongdong Village, which results from the lack of participation by all members of the community and the village government's lack of transparency towards the public. As a result, the public lacks understanding of how and what the priority programme of the nation's funds is. Based on the occurrence, researchers are eager to learn more about Kadongdong village in Garut's Banjarwangi district's Analysis Success Implementation Policy Priority Fund Village. According to Edward III's thesis, the success of policy execution depends on four factors: communication, resource availability, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research's findings indicate that Kadongdong Village's implementation of the village fund policy, which has been noted by researchers in the context of Kadong Dong Village, is not optimal. It is evident from this communication that the government of Kadongdong Village does not include the entire figure of the community in establishing the priority of the village fund.

Based on the analysis of needs in the learning process, it is necessary to develop interactive learning medium. This study aims to produce a product in the form of an interactive learning media based on Articulate Storyline which is valid, practical, and effective in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts. This research and development is designed based on the stages of the ADDIE development model (Analyse, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate). The subjects in this study were students of class X IPA 5 SMA Negeri 2 Kabanjahe, which consisted of 36 students. Based on the research which has been done, the validity of the interactive learning media developed obtained an average percentage of 87.26% by media experts and 87.82% by material experts with qualifications classified as very valid. Through the results of teacher responses and student responses in limited trials and field trials, an average percentage of assessment was obtained 94.5% by teachers, 85.67% by students in limited group trials and 86.07% by students in field trials with qualifications classified as very practical to be used in the learning process. The implementation of the application of interactive learning media that has been carried out to see the effectiveness with a set benchmark obtains results, namely for classical learning completeness, it reaches 80.56%, and the average percentage of effectiveness questionnaires is 94.72% with qualifications classified as effective. The increase in ability to understand mathematical concepts that occurs is a moderate increase. Based on the research acquisition data, it was concluded that the Articulate Storyline-based learning media developed in this study is valid, practical, and effective qualifications.

The process of recording cash receipts and disbursements is an important part of financial management of an entity, be it a business, organization or individual. This process helps ensure that money received and disbursed is recorded correctly, so that it can be used to control finances, prepare financial reports, and fulfill tax obligations. The aim of this research is to create an accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at UD. Berkat Berkawan by creating a web-based cash receipt and disbursement application program. This research method uses a study method with an approach used to understand and analyze how an accounting information system operates in a business or organizational context. The results of this research can be used to facilitate UD. An Accounting Information System (AIS) for inventory of consumable goods is important in inventory management, transaction recording and financial reporting. A consumables inventory AIS helps in monitoring stock, calculating inventory costs, and ensuring proper accountability within the company. The problems that occur in the inventory recording system for consumable goods, namely that the recording that is still being carried out is not in accordance with applicable accounting so that the physical entry and exit of goods cannot be known periodically and there is no SIA for the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research aims to create a Web-based SIA for inventory of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research method uses the case study method. The results of the research found that web-based AIS for managing supplies of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit runs more effectively and efficiently. Civil Servants (PNS) are elements of the state apparatus whose duty is to provide services to the public in a professional, honest, fair and equitable manner in the implementation of state, government and development tasks. Meanwhile, Honorary Personnel has lively developed into a new paradigm in the agency environment in addition to other honorary personnel after Civil Servants even though basically the work done is almost the same as Civil Servants in general, the only difference is that Non-Civil Servants (honorary) employees rarely occupy important structural positions in the agency. Because they only help those who are assigned directly by the superiors and heads of sections of an agency. So that both civil servants and non-civil servants in the XXX City Education Office must have quality performance that is able to carry out their duties as government officials in accordance with the duties assigned.  The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, whether there are differences in performance between civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, and what factors affect the performance of civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office. The research method used is quantitative method and the data collection method in this study is by distributing questionnaires. the sample in this study were civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, namely 42 civil servants and 42 non-civil servants. The data analysis technique in this study uses Satistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) with T-Test analysis.

This research aims to produce a product in the form of problem-based learning worksheets (LKPD) that is valid, practical, and effective to improve students' mathematical problem solving skills. This research is designed based on the stages of the 4-D development model by Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel which are adapted into 3-D including the stages of define, design, and develop. The subjects in this study were 31 students of grade VII-4 SMP Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan. Based on the research that has been conducted, the validity of the developed LKPD obtained an average percentage of assessment of 84.1% by experts with qualifications classified as very valid. Through the LKPD practicality questionnaire by teachers and students, an average percentage of assessment was obtained of 90% by teachers and 93.6% by students with qualifications classified as very practical to be used in the learning process. The implementation of learning with the application of problem-based learning LKPD has been carried out to see the effectiveness of  LKPD with assessment references that are determined to obtain results, namely for the completeness of classical learning reaching 83.9%, the achievement of learning objectives is achieved in question points 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, and the achievement of efficient learning time or does not exceed ordinary learning. From the three references for assessing effectiveness, the LKPD developed is classified as effective.  The increasing in mathematical problem solving was in the medium category with an average gain score of 0.60. Based on the research acquisition data, it is concluded that the problem-based learning LKPD developed in this study has met valid, practical, and effective qualifications.

In 2019-2020 employee productivity decreased and there were fluctuations in the performance assessment of Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) employees, because there were obstacles in implementing training programs which had an impact on employee performance. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of training programs in improving performance at the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD), as well as analyzing supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of training programs in improving the performance of Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) employees. ) Gresik Regency. This research is qualitative research using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were through interviews and observations. The selection of informants in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. In this research, as stated by the three informants, it can be said that the implementation of the training program at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency of Gresik Regency can be said to be quite effective in improving agency performance, especially in the scope of the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency. which can be seen from several responses and results of employee performance which can be considered quite productive and good enough. There are several shortcomings in the implementation of this training program. There are obstacles in its implementation, namely in the form of budget funds spent on this training program which are considered to be insufficient due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, which basically requires the implementation of this program to be minimized. One effort can be made to ensure that the implementation of the training program continues, managing the existing budget as well as possible by providing training programs to employees in accordance with the AKD (Training Needs Analysis) that has been determined, so that the budget spent is not wasted or wasted. . Apart from the Regency/City APBD, training programs can also be obtained through the bidder APBN from the ministry, Bappenas. This research contributes to employees being able to maintain a sense of responsibility in their duties where training programs are provided to obtain the skill requirements needed to carry out employee duties and have employee motivation or goals to take part in the training program. This research was only conducted on employees of the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD).

The Inaportnet system is an internet-based single service information system with the aim of integrating standard port information systems in ship services from all relevant agencies or stakeholders in the port environment. The purpose of this portal development is to accelerate port clearance. The research was conducted at PT. The Indonesian National Shipping (PELNI) Makassar Branch for 1 month from November 2021 to December 2021. The source of the data obtained is qualitative data, namely the data presented in the form of related information and the quality of the object under study. Results Based on the research, the use of the Inaportnet system at PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) Makassar Branch Inaportnet system The process of submitting a ship service application using the Inaportnet system is very easy to use, and the Inaportnet system also encourages the submission of ship service applications. Constraints and alternative solutions in using the Inaportnet Maintenance system, to overcome this problem the submission of ship services is changed to a manual system so that the service submission process continues. HR, to overcome this problem, you must carefully check the ship's documents before the ship arrives at the port.
