This study aims to examine and analyze the Influence of Corporate Age, Company Size, Leverage, Liquidity, Profitability and Environmental Performance on Disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting on companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2012 – 2015. Object of research on companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in the first period in 2012 - 2015 and obtained 56 companies that become the sample. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis used in this research is OLS (Ordinary Least Squerst) multiple linear regression, to get a complete picture about the influence of each independent variable to the dependent variable.The results of this study found firm age, firm size, and liquidity significantly positive impact on the disclosure of Islamic social reporting, while leverage, Profitability and Environmental performance does not affect the disclosure of Islamic social reporting. The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on financial performance, operational performance and cost of equity, the influence of financial performance, operational performance, and cost of equity on firm value, and to investigate the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on firm value mediated by financial performance, operational performance, and cost of equity. Population used is the whole company public listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013- 2015. Number of samples are 86 firms each year, was selected by purposive sampling method and using secondary data, i.e. the annual report. The analytical method used is path analysis and hypothesis mediation analysed by using Sobel test. The result of analysis show that carbon emissions disclosure have positive and significant effect on financial performance, operational performance and cost of equity. While financial performancebhave positive but not significant effect on firm value, operational performance have positive and significant effect onfirm value, and cost of equityhave negative and significant effect on firm value. This research also shows that the operational performance and cost of equity plays a role in mediating carbon emissions disclosure on firm value, while financial performance do not mediate the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on firm value. The implication is the firms should pay more attention to the company's relationship with the surrounding environment so that the company's image can be improved because the firm’s sustainability are not only determined by the level of profitability, but also they have to combine economic performance, the concentration of social justice, and responsibility towards environmental sustainability. Keywords: carbon emissions disclosure, financial performance, operational   performance, cost of equity and firm value

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the company's growth, profitability, asset structure, business risk, tax and liquidity to funding decisions on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015. Sample selection is done by purposive sampling method. Data were processed as many as 242 companies. Mechanical testing data is by using multiple linear regression analysis.The results of analysis show that the variable asset structure and tax significant positive effect on funding decision, the variable  liquidity (current ratio) significant negative effect on funding decision, while the variable  business risk does not affect to the funding decision on Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: asset structure, business risk, tax, liquidity and funding decision

The study examines the effect of internal cash flow, insider ownership, profitability, investment opportunity and sales growth on capital expenditure. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Stock Exchange by using a go public manufacturing company as the unit of analysis.Population in this research is manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period form 2010 to 2014. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The research sample includes companies that have insider ownership, releasing financial statement, has the completeness of data, used the rupiah currency  Relationship and (or) influence between variables is describe by using multiple regression analysis.The result showed that the insider ownership has significant negative effect and investment opportunity has significant positive effect to the capital expenditure. Where as the internal cash flow and sales growth has no significant positive effect, and profitability has no significant negative effect to the capital expenditure.Keywords:   Internal Cash Flow, Insider Ownership, Profitability, Investment Opportunity, Sales Growth and Capital Expenditure.

The company's value can be measured from the Price Book Value (PBV). PBV is the ratio of stock price to book value companies that show how much the stock price per share as compared to book value per share.The sample of this study consisted of 10 companies included in the index LQ45 firm and the index of Sembiring listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2010 to 2013. Analytical techniques used are the Multiple Regression Analysis with a significance level α = 5%. Profitability positively effect and significantly on the value of the company. Company size negatively effect and significantly on the value of the company. Leverage positively effect and significantly on the value of the company. Corporate Social Responsibility positively effect and does not significantly on the value of the company.   Keywords : Profitabilitas, Size company, Leverage and the value of the company.

This study analyzes the factors that affect tax aggressiveness by comparing NPM companies with NPM industry. The sample used in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the BEI 2010-2015. Testing is done by logistic regression. The results showed that leverage, inventory intensity, and fixed asset intensity had no effect on tax aggressiveness. While profitability have a positive effect on tax aggressiveness.

This research aims to determine the effect of audit committees,institutional ownership, independent commissioners, size, leverage andprofitability (ROA) to tax avoidance. Dependent variables used inthis study are tax avoidance and Independent Variables used in thisstudy are audit committee, institutional ownership, proportion ofindependent commissioner, size, laverage and profitabiliatas (ROA). Thepopulation in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The sample selection usingpurposive sampling method with final sample 18 observation data duringthe period of 2011-2015. The type of data used is secondary data taken fromCompany Financial Statement and Company Annual Report. Data analysistechnique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysistechnique with SPSS 20 program application. The results showed that thevariable of institutional ownership, size and profitability (ROA) have aneffect on tax avoidance. While the audit committee, the proportion ofindependent commissioners and laverage have no effect on tax avoidance.The coefficient of determination in this research is 35.8%. Further researchis expected to add the number of samples, extend the study period and addother variables that affect Tax Avoidance such as audit quality for betterresearch results.

This study analyzes the effect of bank lending to profitability by usingcredit risk as a moderating variable. The data used in this study isconventional banking listed on the IDX period 2011-2014. The results ofthis study indicate that loan disbursement negatively affects profitability,credit risk negatively affect profitability and credit risk can not moderate theeffect of credit distribution on the profitability of banks in Indonesia.Keywords: lending ratio, credit risk, profitability

The objective of this study is to compare the level of intellectual capital disclosure in any banking company in Indonesia and Thailand listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ) and the Securities Exchange of Thailand ( SET ) in 2011 based in the characteristics of the company. The variables used in this study is the level of intellectual capital disclosure and corporate characteristics represented by profitability, leverage, and the size of the company. The sample used consists of 39 banks listed on the BEI and 11 banks listed on the SET in 2011. The findings in this study showed no difference between intellectual capital disclosure in Indonesia and Thailand. Keywords : intellectual capital disclosure, profitability, leverage, company size

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the capital structure. Factors examined as independent variables are profitability, company size, business risk, growth opportunities and managerial ownership. Variable profitability, company size, business risk is analyzed in the perspective of the pecking order theory and variable growth opportunities and managerial ownership is analyzed in the perspective of agency theory.Hypothesis testing using multiple regression. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The samples used 222 observations are pooled data from 2008 to 2010. Types of data used are secondary data. Statistical tests showed hypotheses for the variables profitability and business risk accepted. This means that the profitability and business risk significantly and negatively related to capital structure. Hypothesis testing results for firm size variable positive and significant impact on capital structure. Thus the hypothesis is rejected due to size of company direction opposite hypothesis. Variable growth opportunities and managerial ownership and significant negative effect on capital structure.Keywords: capital structure, profitability, company size, business risk, growth opportunity, managerial ownership, the pecking order theory, agency theory.

The aims of this research was to prove the influence of  size company, profitability, leverage, institutional ownership toward the income smoothing. Income smoothing is practice used by managers of a company to reduce the fluctuation of the reported income to achieve the target income either artificial or naturally. Index Eckel (1981) was used to determine the income smoothing. This research was carried out by using 12 food and beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 4 years period from 2005 until 2008. The hypotheseses were tested using binary logistic regression. The result’s shows that the size of company was significant influence to income smoothing. The aims of this study is to analyze the impact of the variables free cash flow, Profitability,Growth, Tangibility, Retained Earning and Managerial Ownership on debt. Research usingpurposive sampling method for taking samples. Data obtained on the basis of the publication ofIndonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), Samples of this research is manufacturing firmwhich listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2007-2011. This research obtained 135 samplesof manufacturing firms. Analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the teststatistic F indicates that the model is fit because has a significance value less than 5% of Alphavalue. The Result of analisys show that the four independent variables have significant influenceto DER and other independence variables have no significant influence to DER. Profitability hassignificant positive influence toward debt, growth has significant negative influence toward debt,tangibility has significant positive influence toward debt, retained earning has significant negativeinfluence toward debt, but free cash flow and managerial ownership have no significant influencetoward debt.Key Words :Determinant, Agency Theory, Pecking Order Theory, Debt Policy,
