A campaign is a method for promoting products, but it does not do so directly. This study aims to create a campaign designed to enhance awareness through engaging video content. Prospective customers will be directed to more detailed product information on the Grand Taman Anggrek Suci website. Therefore, the campaign is designed to be both attractive and brief, to capture attention quickly. The goal is to help boost sales for Grand Taman Anggrek Suci. Additionally, this research focuses on problem-solving with a human-centered approach and requires innovative thinking. The research methodology used is Design Thinking, first introduced by John E. Arnold. The reference book for this research is Design Thinking for Strategic Innovation by Idris Moote (2013). The study utilizes several software tools, including 3D Blender and Adobe Premiere, to ensure the video achieves optimal and desired results. The final deliverables of this research include the Video Campaign and an Instagram account for its publication.

Information systems now play a crucial role in various fields, including education. Yayasan Aldiana Nusantara (YAN), which supports students from low-income backgrounds, faces challenges in selecting scholarship recipients. To streamline this process, this research designs a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The system considers criteria such as class, KPS/KIP/KKS recipients, parents' income, report card grades, and extracurricular activities. The DSS is developed using the Waterfall model, PHP, and MySQL, with four types of access rights: Administrator, Judge, Student, and Foundation Leader. Sensitivity testing shows that the SAW method is more responsive to changes in criteria compared to TOPSIS, with a sensitivity value of 2.98 for SAW and 0.022 for TOPSIS. These results indicate that SAW is more optimal in assisting YAN in effectively and efficiently selecting scholarship recipients.

The problem raised is how to build a web-based decision support system for village apparatus performance assessment using the profile matching method, Kashus study at the Wee Limbu village office, southwest Sumba district. help carry out assessments using the profile matching method which is carried out to determine the apparatus' recommendations in the assessment system based on behavioral aspects, this decision making process is assisted by a decision support system. One of the methods used is Profile Matching, which is a method that compares the criteria for which alternative candidate places are selected. The road is suitable to be built according to the criteria determined by the Verification Body so that a difference value is obtained which is usually called the gap value. The decision support system designed is a web-based decision support system for assessing apparatus performance using the profile matching method  

This research aims to develop an interactive web learning media called Mathventure based on Google Sites, with a focus on improving the math problem solving skills of third grade elementary school students in multiplication material. The background of this research is driven by students' low understanding of the concept of multiplication and the lack of interesting and contextual learning media. The approach used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model involving five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The resulting product has been validated by material and media experts with excellent results. The pilot test was conducted in two elementary schools involving pretest, posttest, and student response questionnaire. The test results showed a significant increase in problem solving ability, with an N-Gain value of 0.6612, and a practicality level of 82%. This media is considered effective in creating learning that is fun, interactive, and able to motivate students in understanding the concept of multiplication. The implication of this research shows that web-based digital media can be an innovative solution to overcome math learning difficulties in elementary schools and has the potential to be further developed for other materials and levels.

One of the main challenges encountered is the suboptimal project progress tracking system, and the frequent delays in progress reporting that hinder management in monitoring project development. Therefore, the author will write a thesis discussing the creation of a web-based project management application using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. The development process of this software will use the waterfall method. This application is expected to facilitate PT. Aurora Arta Indonesia in conducting its business processes. With features for progress tracking, billing recording, and progress reporting to clients, it will help achieve project goals quickly and effectively.

The Village Office is the village administration center in rural areas. The function of the village government is to carry out village administration which is carried out by the village head, village officials and the village residents themselves. In Rada Mata Village, Tambolaka City District, Southwest Sumba Regency, it is one of the villages that already has internet access. The village makes it easy to access sites on the internet. Therefore, the aim of this research is to create a system capable of managing population information data. The results obtained from this research are a population information system that can solve the problems faced by Rada Mata Village. From the results of the discussion it can be concluded that the population information system can answer the problems faced, including making data searches easier and faster, archiving data does not take up a lot of space because it has been replaced by digital storage, and data reporting can be presented quickly, completely, attractively and appropriately. village needs.    

This research was carried out with the aim of explaining the implementation of a mobile-based legal metrology service system for employees and improving the quality of services for legal metrology at the Jombang Regency Office of Trade and Industry. With this mobile-based legal metrology service application, it can make it easy for employees to see the calibration and re-calibration schedule sent by the central metrology website and employees can send the results of the test and re-calibration directly in real-time without having to come to the metrology office. This research applies the waterfall method in its development, which is a systematic and structured approach involving a series of sequential stages. The results of this research created a mobile-based application for employees of the Jombang Regency Trade and Industry Office.    

The world is experiencing a period of recovery due to the aftermath of the pandemic, several companies have carried out various strategies to ensure performance is going well. Based on financial data listed on the IDX, the growth of the cement industry in Indonesia has the opportunity to grow accompanied by soaring market demand for both private and government infrastructure development. With this research, it is useful to know the calculation of financial performance through financial statement analysis. This research uses non-statistical quantitative methods. The secondary data source is the financial statements of cement subsector BUMN companies using the EVA and MVA methods which can be accessed through the official IDX and company websites. Sampling using purposive sampling method that uses several criteria. The results of the calculation of EVA three companies in 2020 - 2023 in a row are positive, which means that adding value to the company's capital costs results in an income figure above zero in other words there is no minus. While the results of the calculation of two companies in 2022 are negative, which means that they do not add value to the company's capital costs, resulting in income below zero, in other words, minus. The results of the calculation of MVA in all cement sub-sector companies in 2020 - 2023 are positive, which means that adding value to the company's shares results in an income figure above zero, in other words, there is no minus

The goal of this study is to ascertain if tax avoidance is impacted by capital intensity, leverage, and profitability which is moderated by firm size. Purposive sampling is used for the sample in this study, which focuses on mining companies that are listed on the IDX. The websites of the respective companies and IDX were used to get the data. The data were analyzed using MRA and multiple linear regression. The results demonstrate that while profitability and capital intensity have a significantly positive impact on tax avoidance, leverage has a negative impact. This study also demonstrates that firm size can moderate the impact of capital intensity and leverage, but it cannot moderate the impact of profitability.

This research aims to design and build a web-based broadcast equipment inventory information system at TVRI North Sumatra. This information system was developed to overcome existing inventory management problems, such as tracking, managing and maintaining broadcast equipment. The development method used includes requirements stages, system design analysis, implementation, and testing using the black box method. This system was built using PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and CSS and JavaScript for the user interface. Test results show that this system can manage equipment inventory effectively, including the functions of borrowing, returning and maintaining equipment. This system also allows integration with other existing systems at TVRI and provides long-term benefits such as increasing data accuracy and operational efficiency. The implementation of this information system is expected to support smooth operations and improve the quality of inventory management at TVRI North Sumatra.  

The increasing number of internet users makes Indonesia a very potential market for e-commerce. The growth of the middle class and the literacy rate of online buyers and sellers is also growing. E-commerce itself is not new, but its rise marks a new milestone for this industry in the country. Although it is growing quite rapidly, there is still one major problem that is preventing e-commerce in Indonesia from taking off, namely the problem of consumer trust in e-commerce sites. Consumers still do not trust the sales system with a non-physical buying and selling process, do not trust to provide credit card numbers to e-commerce services and are still afraid of fraud. However, this crisis of trust can actually be solved. One of the many ways is to use a payment service that has guaranteed security. Not all e-commerce can provide their own payment system, now there are many services that provide a secure payment system and are especially easy to apply to online stores. E-commerce players can use this payment system easily, quickly and which can improve the performance process in their online stores. However, the selection of services that provide a payment system must also be considered carefully. A secure payment system provider will provide a sense of security to prospective buyers, meaning that consumer trust must be built by e-commerce service providers so that consumers can be comfortable and do not encounter problems in making purchases and paying for products in the online stores provided.Security is important, the use of credit cards is widely highlighted because there are still many unpleasant incidents or fraud that occur due to the use of credit cards. Education on this security needs to be carried out continuously, because it will be related to consumer behavior.

One of the government initiatives of the Sobawawi sub-district is Direct Cash Assistance, or BLT, which aims to lessen the financial strain on the population. Not everyone is eligible for direct cash assistance because it is meant to help low-income families fulfill their basic necessities. The government offers cash support to those who are considered impoverished through the Direct Cash support (BLT) program. This program is intended to help those who struggle to manage their financial situation. In order to help resolve and minimize errors when assessing who was eligible to receive BLT (Direct Cash Assistance) in the Sobawawi district, a decision support system was developed in response to the issues that arose throughout the selection process. The goal of this system is to support decision-making processes that employ the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique. The results of both system and manual computations demonstrate how the decision-making system uses the AHP method's notion to determine. Based on the method employed, the system delivers findings that are legitimate and accurate. Ultimately, alternate priority weights based on ranking are determined.

The purpose of the study was to find out how much effective the land certificate service was at the Land Office of Banyuasin Regency. The results showed that the land certificate service at the Land Office of Banyuasin Regency had been running quite effectively, but not yet optimally. This can be seen from the following indicators: 1. Efficiency in Service, in terms of cost and time. Service fees are in accordance with applicable regulations and there are no additional fees (extortion) charged to the community. However, in terms of time, namely the speed and timeliness of the service, it is felt by the community that it is not fast and precise, even though the employee has clearly and transparently informed about the standard time for completion of land certificate management.2. The Spirit of Cooperation and Loyalty of the Working Group, the Spirit of Cooperation in the Land Office of Banyuasin Regency both between the leadership and staff have a good cooperative relationship, the open nature of the leadership and subordinates increases the loyalty of the working group. At the school there is a library but it still uses a bookkeeping management system or is still written manually, while the number of active borrowers is almost all students carrying out the borrowing process at the school. The process of borrowing books in the library begins when students come to the library and tell the library staff that they want to borrow books. Then students select the books they want to borrow on the shelves provided. Next, the library staff records the borrower's data, such as full name, student identification number, and class, as well as data on books borrowed, such as book title, author, and inventory number in the ledger used as a borrowing register.). The school library has a strategic role and function in developing the potential of students from the entire academic community in the school environment. The library is part of the learning resources that every school has, a library that is still manual is something that needs to be created a system that can help with administrative activities. With the e-library, users can access it together with other users without having to wait in line. The search process is easier and faster because it is assisted by an information search engine that uses a database. This system presents a variant of the digital library, including a user page section that presents books available at the Central Wewewa State library

Village development includes village funding, and the community takes the lead in developing and initiatives that advance village welfare are developed through cooperation with the community. Village development is an important instrument that must be used because it directly improves the welfare of the village community. Village communities are the focus of development, and each village is given the authority by the government to carry out its own development according to its capacity. Thus, the government supports the improvement of village development and empowerment. Village funds are used to provide or improve village public services, reduce poverty, advance the village economy, and reduce tandem between villages. This study uses a weighted summation approach of alternative rankings on all attributes, which is often known as the Simple Additive Weighting method. To determine which residents receive social assistance, the system can calculate the value of the multi-criterion preference index, preference value, outflow, inflow, and net flow for each alternative and sub-criterion.

This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach, the data collection technique is through observation, interviews and documentation. while the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that one of the roles of public relations at the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Office is to make publications about the activities of the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Office which have an impact on how to create a good image for OPD (Regional Apparatus Organizations). these publication activities are published through social media, print media or electronic media. The social media used include Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, but it is still in personal content, not on the official website of the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service. Later, after being thrown to the public, it will be entered into the official website of the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service. The function of public relations in the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service is how to provide information to the public or community, in other words, how to invite other Regional Apparatus Organizations to popularize news about the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service, especially the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service.

This community service project aimed to address the lack of information systems and transparency in the management of Masjid At Taqwa Krandon Kudus by developing a website using the Wordpress Content Management System (CMS). The primary issues were inefficient information management and limited financial transparency. The methods used included field observations, data collection on the mosque's profile, website development, and evaluation through feedback from the mosque management and congregation. The results of this project include the creation of a mosque website that facilitates more structured and transparent information management, particularly in financial matters. The evaluation showed that the website successfully improved information accessibility for the congregation and increased trust in the mosque's management. It also provided a strong foundation for sustainable, digitally-based management in the future.

Abstract. Bureaucratic reform in Indonesia is an important agenda in improving government performance, especially in public services. Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province, faces various challenges in carrying out bureaucratic reforms, such as low capacity of civil servants, limited infrastructure, and resistance to change. Weber's bureaucratic theory, New Public Management (NPM), and the concepts of efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency are the theoretical framework for understanding the importance of bureaucratic reform. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with in-depth interview methods and direct observation. The results of the study show that Kerinci Regency has implemented bureaucratic reform policies, such as simplifying service procedures and using information technology. However, various obstacles such as the lack of ASN capacity and limited infrastructure hinder the implementation of reforms as a whole. The positive impacts identified are increased community satisfaction, transparency, and accountability of local governments. This research recommends increasing the capacity of civil servants, expanding the implementation of e-government, and strengthening service infrastructure to support more effective and sustainable bureaucratic reform. Thus, bureaucratic reform in Kerinci Regency can encourage public services that are more efficient, transparent, and responsive to the needs of the community.
