The rapid development of technology demands solutions to optimise heat management for electronic components. Through this study, the researchers evaluated the effectiveness of various types of coolants in a liquid cooling system for electrical equipment, especially CPUs. Using design simulations conducted through SolidWorks software, this research aims to optimise the flow rate and selection of coolant type to achieve maximum thermal efficiency and reduce production and operational costs. The simulation results show that water is the most efficient coolant with significant temperature reduction compared to Ethylene Glycol (EG), Propylene Glycol (PG), and silicone oil. Water shows a temperature drop of 11.76°C, while EG and PG show a temperature drop of 8.82°C and 7.35°C respectively and silicone oil shows a temperature drop of 4.9°C. It can be seen from the simulation that water shows the most effective temperature reduction compared to EG, PG, and Silicone Oil.

The research issues include the performance of three-phase induction motors and the impact of load on three-phase induction motors. This study aims to develop a driving system for empty fruit bunches (EFB) processing machines using induction motors at PT. Suryabumi Agro Langgeng, South Sumatra. The research was conducted at PT. Suryabumi Agro Langgeng in South Sumatra, from May to June 2024. Primary data in this research were obtained through observation and interviews, while secondary data were gathered from document analysis. In the context of this research on three-phase induction motors, document analysis techniques can be used to analyze various documents such as scientific literature, technical specifications, maintenance reports, production records, or other documents related to induction motors. The research methods include system requirements analysis, system design and implementation of the driving system, and performance testing of the developed system. The results show that the use of induction motors can provide better operational efficiency in EFB processing. This research is expected to contribute positively to improving the efficiency and productivity of PT. Suryabumi Agro Langgeng's operations.

The digital era has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including the business world. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) offers new opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to innovate and enhance their competitiveness through various aspects such as products, processes, and business models. MSMEs play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, contributing approximately 60% to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbing over 97% of the workforce. Despite this, MSMEs often face challenges such as limitations in capital, technology, and market access. Digital transformation presents great potential to address these challenges by improving operational efficiency, expanding market reach, and developing more relevant products and services. Business model innovation, which involves the use of digital technology to create effective solutions, can enhance MSME performance, as demonstrated by previous research. However, barriers such as limited resources and digital skills often hinder technology adoption. This research aims to examine the role of innovation in the development of MSME business models in the digital era, focusing on the utilization of digital technology, success factors of innovation, and impacts on business performance. Additionally, the study will explore strategies to overcome obstacles in the innovation process. The research is expected to provide in-depth insights and practical recommendations for MSMEs in developing innovative and sustainable business models in the digital era.

Government policy changes and drug price fluctuations related to e-catalog can affect drug costs and types purchased between 2022 and 2023. This research aimed to analyze the differences in drug procurement using the e-catalog system and its interaction with hospital financial and operational variables. The study employed a mixed-methods approach to understand the dynamics of drug procurement at Pharmacy Department of X Hospital through the e-catalog system between 2022 and 2023. This research evaluated changes in purchasing volume, costs, cost efficiency, and service speed. Quantitative data were obtained from e-catalog documentation, focusing on the types, volumes, and prices of chronic medications, as well as BPJS claims. Statistical analysis was used to compare the study periods, while qualitative data from in-depth interviews with 15 respondents, observations and document analysis enriched the understanding of procurement process changes through data triangulation analysis.  The results demonstrated an increased use of e-catalog, with policy changes leading to supplier diversification and price flexibility. Quantitative findings indicated a 25% increase in the volume of drug purchases through the e-catalog from 2022 to 2023, accompanied by a 15% reduction in average drug prices due to heightened competition among suppliers. Additionally, procurement efficiency improved by 30%, as reflected in the reduction of the procurement cycle time from 45 days to 31 days. These findings indicated shifting needs and procurement strategies, affecting budget efficiency and the speed of fulfilling drug requirements. In conclusion, strategic adaptations and ongoing evaluations in managing e-catalog are essential to address financial and logistical challenges, ensuring patient satisfaction and drug availability.

Teenage non-commissioned officers face several challenges in managing their emotions, which can hinder their ability to perform their duties optimally. One of the main challenges is lack of experience. As newcomers, young non-commissioned officers may not be used to dealing with various stressful, dangerous situations or involving interactions with the public. Emotion management training is expected to provide a number of important benefits for juvenile non-commissioned officers and the police institution as a whole. One of the main benefits is increased performance. To achieve the expected goals and benefits, the implementation of emotion management training must be carried out systematically and continuously. Training can begin with an introductory session on the importance of managing emotions, followed by practical training on communication skills, problem solving, and relaxation techniques. In addition, training should include simulations of real situations that youth NCOs may encounter, so that they can apply the skills learned in relevant contexts. Training evaluations must be carried out periodically to ensure that training objectives are achieved and the expected benefits can be felt. Evaluation can be done through knowledge tests, performance observations, and participant satisfaction surveys. Overall, this emotion management training provides short-term benefits in the form of reduced stress and improved performance, while also providing youth non-commissioned officers with skills that are crucial for their long-term careers in the police force. Thus, investment in the development of these skills not only improves operational efficiency but also supports the psychological well-being and professionalism of future police officers.

Air transportation is the primary choice due to its speed, safety, and comfort. Airports are places where aircraft land and take off and conduct various activities related to passengers and cargo, categorized into domestic and international. The Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit at PT Angkasa Pura I oversees movements in the apron area and provides services to airport users. Strict supervision is required to maintain safety and discipline on the apron. However, observations at the AMC at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar show a lack of discipline among staff, such as oil spills on the apron, which pose a safety hazard. This research aims to understand the role of AMC in enforcing employee discipline and the challenges faced at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar. This research employs a qualitative approach to understand the phenomena in the Apron Movement Control unit at PT Angkasa Pura I, Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar, from June 1 to July 31, 2024. Primary data were collected through interviews and direct observations, while secondary data were obtained from company documents and literature studies. Data analysis involves reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity tested through source, technique, and time triangulation. Research steps include interviews, observations, data analysis, and conclusion drawing.The results show that the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar plays a crucial role in maintaining security, order, and discipline on the apron. They control the movements of aircraft, vehicles, and personnel and ensure operations follow safety procedures. AMC also acts as disciplinarian and educator through regular training. However, they face challenges such as a lack of employee understanding of procedures, limited communication equipment, communication challenges due to noise, and high operational pressure. To overcome these challenges, AMC needs to strengthen training, improve communication and coordination, enhance facilities, and increase employee welfare. These measures are expected to improve AMC's performance and instill a strong work discipline culture, making them the front line in maintaining airport security and operational efficiency.

Babycom, a company specializing in the sale of imported baby sandals, faces challenges in managing its inventory due to rapid sales growth, particularly through the Tiktok Shop platform. Manual inventory management is prone to data inaccuracies, monitoring difficulties, and inefficient resource utilization. To address these issues, this research proposes the development of a web-based inventory management application using the waterfall development method. This approach is chosen for its ability to provide structured guidance from needs analysis to maintenance, tailored to the complexity of Babycom's requirements. It is anticipated that this design will offer an effective solution to inventory management issues, resulting in improved operational efficiency, data accuracy, and ease of information access for the company.

Effective knowledge management is crucial for maintaining competitiveness in today's digital era. PT. Pesona Edukasi, as a developer of educational software, faces challenges in managing and disseminating knowledge among their frequently mobile IT Helpdesk team. To address this, this research aims to implement a Mobile Knowledge Management System using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach at PT. Pesona Edukasi.The RAD method was chosen to enable rapid, flexible, and responsive application development to meet changing business and technological needs. This study includes needs analysis, system design, prototype development, and application evaluation to ensure its effectiveness in enhancing access and collaboration in knowledge dissemination throughout the company. The results of the research, following the application implementation, demonstrate a positive contribution to improving operational efficiency and IT service quality at PT. Pesona Edukasi, accelerating knowledge exchange and enhancing the productivity of the IT Helpdesk team.

Lean Inventory Management is a systematic approach that focuses on reducing waste in the inventory management process to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. This study aims to analyze the impact of Lean Inventory Management implementation on reducing inventory costs in manufacturing companies. This research uses a case study method in a manufacturing company that has implemented Lean Inventory Management. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and analysis of company documents. The analysis techniques used include descriptive and comparative analysis to measure changes in inventory costs before and after implementation. The results showed that the implementation of Lean Inventory Management succeeded in significantly reducing inventory costs. Some of the strategies implemented include the implementation of Just-In-Time (JIT), reduction of buffer inventory levels, improved coordination with suppliers, and the use of information technology for real-time inventory monitoring. In addition, the company also noted improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction as a positive impact of implementing Lean Inventory Management. This study concludes that Lean Inventory Management is an effective approach to reduce inventory costs in manufacturing companies. Proper implementation of lean strategies can result in significant cost savings

The aim of this research is to examine the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in educational administration to increase transparency and accountability at the Garuda Khatulistiwa Education Foundation. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study method, data collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the application of AI at the Garuda Khatulistiwa Education Foundation in several aspects of educational administration, including student data management, financial management and teacher performance evaluation, can improve operational efficiency and more accurate reporting mechanisms. The application of AI can speed up the decision-making process and provide easier access to relevant information for all stakeholders. These findings show that the integration of AI technology not only provides a good level of transparency in the management of educational foundations but also increases accountability for the parties involved. Therefore, the application of AI can be used as a significant innovation in efforts to improve the management of education administration at the Garuda Khatulistiwa Education Foundation

PT Aaron Innovation is a company that focuses on marketing yummys mother and child products, such as breast milk, maternity food, and baby skincare. With the wider reach of consumers through the TikTok platform, the company faces the challenge of increasing product return rates. This study aims to optimize the product return process at PT Aaron Innovation by identifying and implementing strategies that can increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, speed up and improve the accuracy of return handling, and increase customer satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a survey method, collecting data through direct observation and interviews with sources. The results showed that the current returns system is not optimal, with ineffective SOPs and a lack of special areas for returns handling, causing delays and irregularities in handling returned products.

An Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid Technology And Api Communication Has Been Successfully Developed And Tested With Satisfactory Results. The Problem Faced Is The Weakness Of Traditional Attendance Methods Which Are Susceptible To Human Error And Time Consuming, Hampering The Productivity And Effectiveness Of Company Operations. The Aim Of Developing This System Is To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In Recording Employee Attendance. The Method Used In This Research Is The Waterfall Method, Which Includes The Stages Of Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing And Maintenance. At The Needs Analysis Stage, Identification And Documentation Of The Desired Attendance System Requirements Are Carried Out. The System Design Phase Involves Designing The Hardware And Software Architecture, Including The Use Of Rfid With Components Such As The Esp8266, Buzzer, And Rc522 As Well As Integration With The Server Via Api. Implementation Is Carried Out By Developing Hardware And Software According To The Design That Has Been Created. Testing Is Carried Out On Hardware Components To Ensure Function According To Specifications And Hardware-Software Integration To Ensure Smooth Communication Without Delays Or Loss Of Data. Business Logic Testing Ensures The System Detects Absences And Performs Automatic Salary Deductions According To Company Policy. The Data Export Module Was Developed To Export Attendance, Member, Division And Salary Data To An Excel File With The Appropriate Format. The Results Show That The Hardware Components Function Well, Able To Read And Send Rfid Data To The Server Accurately. Hardware And Software Integration Via Api Runs Smoothly, Enabling Real-Time Two-Way Communication. Business Logic Testing Shows That The System Can Detect Employee Absences And Perform Automatic Salary Deductions With High Accuracy. The Data Export Module Proved Effective, Allowing Users To Export Data To An Excel File In An Easily Accessible Format For Further Analysis Or Reporting. The Conclusion Of This Research Is That The Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid And Api Technology Has Been Proven To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In The Employee Attendance And Attendance Management Process. This System Offers A Modern And Effective Solution Compared To Traditional Attendance Methods, Providing Significant Flexibility And Ease Of Access. Oceanarium s are popular tourist destinations in Indonesia.  This article discusses digital transformation in designing the latest Oceanarium. The research method involves surveys and observations to 2 major Oceanarium locations in Jakarta, one Oceanarium in Singapore and one in Bangkok's Siam Paragon, to get an overview of operations, and the implementation of digital technology. In addition, this research also integrates the author's experience as a public aquarium designer and for 20 years as a manager in one of the public aquariums in the Jakarta area. The current approach needs to involve the integration of IoT technology for aquatic environment monitoring, smart energy management system. The results show that the implementation of interactive technology in several places can create an interesting and memorable learning experience for visitors. One of the technologies that is interesting and preferred by visitors is the use of hologram technology, visitors can feel the sensation of being in the sea and interact with marine animals in a realistic virtual environment. This enhances their understanding of marine flora and fauna and the importance of preserving the marine environment. This digital transformation not only improves the operational efficiency of the Oceanarium, but also enriches the visitor experience through the application of interactive technology. By implementing this strategy, Oceanarium s in Indonesia are expected to continue to grow, make a positive contribution to the preservation of the marine environment, increase public knowledge of marine biology, and provide a high-quality experience for visitors.

PT BrickBern is a distribution company specializing in LEGO (Leg Godt) toy products. An efficient inventory information system is crucial for managing the diverse range of LEGO products and enables the company to meet customer demand effectively. The V-Model method was chosen as a structured development approach due to its advantages in well-defined development and testing stages, allowing for early error detection and correction. The research began with a needs analysis that included an in-depth understanding of the company's requirements for LEGO product inventory management. The system design phase followed, covering database design, user interface design, and adequate system architecture. Subsequently, the system was implemented and tested, and training was provided to users. The research outcome is a web-based inventory information system that supports PT BrickBern in managing LEGO product inventory more efficiently and in real-time, thereby enhancing PT BrickBern's operational efficiency in distributing LEGO products and increasing customer satisfaction. Furthermore, these findings can serve as a reference for similar companies looking to develop web-based inventory information systems using the V-Model method.

Internal auditors play a strategic role in ensuring the transparency, integrity, and operational efficiency of an organization. This article explains how internal auditors function as consultants providing advice to improve a company's risk management, control and governance processes, IA also identifies and manages risks that may affect organizational objectives. By using appropriate audit methodologies and utilizing modern audit technology, internal auditors can add significant value by providing recommendations for process improvements and internal controls. Amid challenges such as limited resources and pressure to deliver accurate and relevant results in a timely manner, internal auditors must be able to maintain their independence and ensure effective collaboration with senior management and the audit committee. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economies of many countries, including Indonesia. Along with the development of information and communication technology, e-commerce has become a crucial platform for MSMEs to expand markets, increase operational efficiency and increase competitiveness. This study examines the impact of e-commerce adoption on MSME performance, with a focus on increasing market access, reducing operational costs, and increasing product and service innovation. The research methodology includes a literature review, secondary data analysis, and case studies of MSMEs that have successfully implemented e-commerce. The research results show that e-commerce provides significant benefits for MSMEs, such as increased sales and efficiency, but also reveals challenges such as the need for increased digital capacity and adequate technological infrastructure. This research concludes that government support and collaboration with the private sector are needed to optimize the potential of e-commerce in empowering MSMEs in the digital era.

The new student enrollment process at SMP MIFTAHURROHMAN faces various challenges in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. The current manual process often leads to delays and errors, and fails to meet enrollment targets. To address these issues, we developed a web-based application designed to facilitate the enrollment of new students. This application allows students to register online, upload supporting documents, and print registration receipts. The system is built using the waterfall method and technologies such as PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter framework. Both students and school administrators can monitor and manage registration data in real-time. The implementation of this application is expected to make the new student enrollment process faster, more accurate, and transparent, thereby improving operational efficiency and user satisfaction. This research shows that the developed application effectively addresses the existing problems and provides significant benefits for the school.

Digital innovation has become an important aspect in efforts to empower MSMEs and develop local economies in various regions, especially Klagen Village. This research investigates the implementation and impact of digital innovation in the village context. Through a participatory approach, students explored how MSMEs in Klagen Village adopted digital technology such as creating a Linktree and MSME website, creating Google Maps points, and registering NIB to increase their market access and operational efficiency. The research results show that the adoption of digital innovation has made a significant contribution to increasing income, expanding product ranges, and accelerating MSME business processes. However, challenges such as limited knowledge and skills, concerns about data security, and the level of public acceptance were also identified as potential barriers. By exploring these findings, this activity not only provides insight into the benefits of digital innovation for MSMEs at the local level, but also highlights the importance of cross-sector collaboration to increase digital innovation and sustainable economic growth at the village level.

This research discusses the application of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) principles in the development of hospital information systems to improve the quality of health services. The research method used involved qualitative and quantitative approaches with data collection through observation, interviews, and surveys. The results showed significant improvements in user experience, measured through access speed, satisfaction levels, and reduced user error rates. Operational efficiency was also shown to improve, especially in terms of scheduling, patient monitoring, and staff information exchange. This study concludes that implementing UI/UX can have a positive impact on user experience and operational efficiency in the context of hospital systems. Therefore, hospital system developers are advised to consider UI/UX principles as an integral strategy in the development of health information systems, in order to improve the overall quality of healthcare services
