Understanding the concept of Justification by Faith is crucial for Christians, as it enables them to gauge their comprehension and application of this doctrine in their lives. Many Christians have yet to fully grasp this foundational aspect of their faith. This study aims to elucidate the true significance of Justification by Faith by comparing the perspectives of Paul and James, which at first glance, seem contradictory. This research employs a literature review approach, involving the identification, classification, and analysis of relevant literature on the topic of Justification by Faith according to Paul, James, and Calvin. The study involves a hermeneutical analysis of biblical texts, a comparison of theological perspectives, and a systematic organization of findings. Paul asserts that justification occurs through faith, independent of works, as an act of God's grace (Romans 3:28, 4:5). The law reveals human sinfulness and the need for divine justification through faith in Christ. James emphasizes that genuine faith is demonstrated through works (James 2:24). He argues that faith without works is dead and insists on the necessity of works as evidence of true faith. Calvin integrates both perspectives, emphasizing that justification by faith is inseparable from the process of regeneration by the Holy Spirit. He views faith as a gift from God that leads to good works, the fruit of genuine faith. Justification by Faith is an act of God that can only be achieved through His grace and the sacrifice of Jesus Christ (Romans 4:5; 5:6). Faith is rooted in the truth of God's revelation in Christ, culminating in belief in His crucifixion and resurrection. Both Paul and James agree that faith and works are essential in a genuine response to God, with good works being the inevitable result of true faith. This study underscores the interconnectedness of faith and works, aligning with Martin Luther's assertion that good works are the fruit of righteousness. The comprehensive understanding of Justification by Faith involves recognizing it as a divine act that provides hope for salvation through faith, a gift from God facilitated by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 2:8; Galatians 5:22).  

Even though there has been a lot of research on the relationship between working capital and company performance on profitability in Indonesia, the majority of research findings still show the phenomenon of recognizing working capital as an important variable in managing company profitability. This research aims to review, analyze, summarize and present the results of empirical research in Indonesia to help future researchers in making decisions regarding working capital management and capital structure related to company profitability. This literature review examines research that focuses on company performance in terms of profitability, working capital management, and capital structure. The results show that there are varying relationships between working capital and capital structure on profitability so that no agreement can be reached. This study also provides a more in-depth picture to explain this phenomenon and assists research that uses working capital and capital structure in determining its impact on company profitability.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the misuse of official cars in review of Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption in the Kupang City Government. This research uses Empirical Legal Research method with primary data legal sources collected through interviews with respondents and observation of the research location as well as secondary legal data sources collected through literature study or document study. The results of the research indicate that the misuse of official cars related to the crime of corruption, namely abuse of authority in this case the misuse of official cars in the crime of corruption refers to the formulation of Article 3 of the Law on Criminal Acts of Corruption (UUTPK), namely with the aim of benefiting oneself or another person or a corporation abusing the authority, opportunity or means available to him because of his position or position that can harm state finances. Law enforcement against the misuse of official cars outside the office, namely: preventive law enforcement and repressive law enforcement. From the results of the study, the researcher concluded that the regulation of the minister of home affairs number 7 of 2006 concerning the standardization of local government work facilities and infrastructure article 1 letter g, what is meant by official vehicles is government property that is used only for official purposes, consisting of individual service vehicles, operational service vehicles / official service vehicles, and special service vehicles / fields.Conclusion related to law enforcement efforts against the misuse of official cars outside the office, namely carried out by preventive and repressive actions.

Speaking skills are very important in everyday life because humans are social creatures who talk to other people every day. This type of research is library research, namely research carried out by analyzing and using written literature in the form of books, scientific journals and newspapers as the main source. This library research research approach is qualitative, namely research that emphasizes the analysis of previously existing data. The results of the research in the form of reading skills are really needed by elementary school students, especially high class students, to encourage their self-confidence. As we know, elementary school students, especially high class students, tend to have more social interactions both at school and outside school and are usually asked by teachers to do more work. group assignments, therefore speaking skills are the most important thing.

Party attire is clothing that is worn to attend the occasion of a party event. In party clothes, the addition of paintings on the cloth is given. Painting is the result of painting in the form of a display that has aesthetic value. This party dress design with the application of painting techniques with Dutch building ideas (windmills) gives the impression of symbolizing energy, strength, courage, love, struggle, and speed. Painting on cloth has quite a complexity in the process so it requires high precision and patience. This study uses the method of observation, interviews, documentation, literature. In this descriptive research, the data collected is in the form of words and pictures The results of making this report to find out the manufacture of party dresses with cloth painting. The process of making party dresses with cloth painting has 3 parts, namely on the right, left and back of this skirt through several stages, namely: 1) determining the design model, 2) Taking measurements, 3) preparing tools and materials, 4) making patterns, 5 ) cutting materials, 6) merging, 7) sewing, 8) finishing. The cloth painting process itself includes: 1) determining the painting design, 2) sketching the painting on the cloth, 3) preparing the painting material, 4) applying paint to the material, 5) painting on the cloth. In making cloth painting, you need a sketch to make it easier to work on. Suggestions in making clothes with cloth painting need to pay attention to paint so that the color of the paint and fabric on the dress looks good, so first select the color that matches the dress. To reduce the risk of paint drying easily and wasting paint, it's best when you go through the process of painting the fabric to paint the same color first, so that the results are maximized.

. Ecoprint is a type of stamping coloring technique that produces color characteristics in the form of motifs, ecoprint can be applied to fantasy party clothing. The application of ecoprint to fantasy party clothing produces works that are simple but seem luxurious. This fantasy party fashion is a realization of the author's imagination about party clothes that utilize ecoprint techniques. This fabric dyeing technique, has quite a strong appeal among its fans. Fantasy party clothing carries ecoprint techniques in the hope of creating fashion products that are certainly environmentally friendly and reflect the natural wealth of the Blora area, namely teak leaves. This study was designed with the aim of knowing the process of applying ecoprint to fantasy party clothing. The methods used are qualitative methods such as observation, literature, documentation and descriptive data analysis. The steps in the application of ecoprint in fantasy party fashion are making designs, analyzing designs, preparing tools and materials, sizes, archetypes, breaking patterns, cutting materials, merader, sewing, applying ecoprint and finished results. Fantasy party fashion making withecoprint uses bridal satin and organza fabrics. Ecoprint making uses a mordanting technique in which the fabric is steamed for 2 hours. In the process of making ecoprints, you should use shooting glue on the tips of the leaves. This is so that the appearance looks sturdy when used to make variations. Teak leaves used are also prioritized young, so that the color released is maximum and produces the perfect shape in making ecoprints.    

This research aims to identify and analyze how social media as a tool for selling graphic design services is then linked to the legal consequences for copyright objects as well as the legal protection given to copyright owners reviewed using Law Number 28 of 2014. This research is a research normative law with a statutory approach. The legal sources used consist of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The legal language analysis technique uses literature study, namely books, journals, articles related to the problem topic. The results of this research show that Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright has basically provided direct legal protection for graphic design creators for the graphic design work they upload to social media. In protecting their creations, graphic design creators can take legal action, both preventive and repressive.

This study aims to analyse the workload of doctors at Ubhara Jaya Primary Clinic in order to improve the efficiency and quality of medical services. Effective human resource management, particularly in managing doctors' workload, is essential to provide fast, precise, and quality health services. This study uses the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method to measure and analyse doctor workload. Interviews and direct observation were used to get primary data, while secondary data was collected from relevant documents such as doctors' work schedules, monthly reports, and medical records. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach, as well as literature review as a theoretical basis. The overall results of the various activities carried out by doctors at the Ubhara Jaya Primary Clinic show that the FTE index value is below the normal limit, these results indicate the need for additional workload and do not require additional labour for each activity performed.

The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia shall arrange all matters relating to the duties and institutions of the police in accordance with the provisions of the law. Recruitment must be done effectively and efficiently to its vision, mission and goal. Social media plays a strategic role in determining public confidence in governmental organizations/agencies. The recruitment process must be carried out in a creative and innovative way to meet the needs of qualified workforce. The research method used is literature study. The more the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia is involved in the use of social media, the stronger the image of the organization built on the social network, the greater the interest of the candidate members to participate in the organization.

This study aims to explore whether motivation can enhance the performance of the police force in the West Java Province. The research methodology employed is a literature review, which summarizes and analyzes various previous studies to examine the role of motivation in improving police performance. It is hoped that this research will provide deeper insights into motivation as a factor in enhancing police performance. Previous research findings indicate a positive and significant correlation between motivation and police work discipline, which accounts for 58.3% of their performance. This reaffirms the significant role of motivation in shaping work discipline, which in turn affects the performance of police officers. However, there remain 41.7% of other factors that have not been examined in this study but also influence police performance. The study also demonstrates that high levels of motivation can enhance the performance of police officers, while low motivation can lead to decreased performance. Organizational support has also been proven to play a crucial role in enhancing the work motivation of police officers, ultimately resulting in a positive impact on their performance. It is hoped that the findings of this research will make a significant contribution to the development of human resource management in the Indonesian National Police to improve the performance of its members.

This article aims to analyze the representation of Jember culture in the Jember Fashion Carnival (JFC) using Stuart Hall's representation theory approach.  The main concepts applied in this analysis are change and resistance, which are used to understand how cultural symbols are represented and interpreted in JFC.  The data collection process was carried out through literature study.  Where the data obtained comes from the results of research and scientific work of other people which is studied and then developed.  Data analysis was carried out by combining the concepts of Stuart Hall's representation theory with the findings found in the JFC event.  The results of the literature study analysis show that JFC is an important forum for representing Jember's cultural identity through costume modifications, dance, music and other performances.  In addition, the media plays an important role in the spread and influence of these cultural representations.  In the context of Stuart Hall's representation theory, change refers to the transformation of cultural symbols in the JFC, while resistance describes the process of building cultural representations through interactions and agreements between JFC actors, the government and society.  Through this process, Jember's cultural identity is represented and interpreted in JFC events.  The implication of the results of this research is the need for continuous support in developing and promoting Jember culture through collaborative efforts between the government, cultural actors and the community.  In this case, JFC can be an effective means of strengthening and expanding understanding and appreciation of Jember's cultural identity.

Starting from the impact of ecological decarbonation such as decreasing soil fertility, decreasing water quality, landscape changes, pollution and decreasing air quality. Meanwhile, the social effects of mining are small, namely conflicts between owners and communities, shifts in patterns. thought, and the decline in public health. The health impacts of mining include exposure to ISPA and poor skin conditions. This research was made with the aim of determining the factors causing the risk of occupational hazards in mining. he construction sector is a dynamic industry that produces projects in terms of infrastructure and buildings. This sector faces challenges, particularly in worker safety and health (K3) in every project. Statistics show that the increase in fatalities and permanent disability cases due to accidents at construction sites in Indonesia is among the highest compared to other industrial sectors. This study examines the key factors and challenges in meeting occupational safety and health (K3) standards to achieve quality infrastructure. The method used in this study is a literature review conducted through databases such as PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar. After selection, 42 articles were used as sources for analysis in this study. The results indicate that technical aspects, both Internal Risks and Project Risks, are the most influential causes of health and safety risks in a building construction project. Meanwhile, External Non-Technical Risks are the least influential causes of health and safety risks in a building construction project. Risk control can be carried out through good working methods, the use of tools according to warning signs, the appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and clear explanations of accident risks and risk control methods by the contractor.

This study aims to gather information about what workload factors have an impact on the work stress of police officers. The research method used is a literature study, where several previous studies are collected and reviewed in more depth to find out about what workload factors affect work stress in police officers. The results of this study indicate that workload has an impact on work stress. Workload itself can be divided into two categories, namely quantitative and qualitative workload. Quantitative workload includes aspects such as working hours, volume of work, and the quality of the difficulty of the work carried out. Meanwhile, qualitative workload is related to the individual's ability to complete tasks well and the individual's perception of the workload faced. This is reinforced by research results from previous studies which indicate that there is a relationship between workload and job stress. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide a more comprehensive perception of how workload affects work stress in police officers, and become the basis for developing better stress management strategies in the police work environment.

Getting a job is every person's right to live their life. In terms of getting a job, both normal people and those with disabilities should be able to get the same and decent work without any discrimination. This is in accordance with the body of the 1945 Constitution. This research is related to legal protection for workers with disabilities. The aim of this research is to find out the forms of legal protection for workers with disabilities, as well as to find out the challenges faced in legal protection for workers with disabilities. This research uses a qualitative analysis research method with a literature study approach. The results of this research are regarding legal protection for workers with disabilities regulated in several laws and regulations in Indonesia and international conventions ratified by the Indonesian government. Then the challenges in protecting workers with disabilities include stigma and discrimination, lack of public awareness, lack of access to infrastructure for people with disabilities, lack of regulations and limited types of work. This is a challenge in providing protection to workers with disabilities.

This study aims to describe and analyze the Choreography of Maikek Kain Dance at Langkisau Studio in Kenagarian Painan Timur, District IV Jurai, South Pesisir Regency. This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive method. The research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as tulsi tools and mobile phones. The data of this study uses primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are collecting data, describing the data and inferring the data. The results of the study show that the Maikek Kain Dance has 3 parts, including the beginning as the opening of the dance, the middle part, and the final part as the climax. In this Maikek Kain dance, there are elements of dance composition consisting of; movement, floor design, group composition, top design, dancers, music design, costumes and makeup and props. The movements that the choreographer worked on were taken from the recreated cloth dance. This dance work also looks very interesting with various floor patterns and group compositions so that the audience does not get bored in watching the performance and the dancers who master strong movements and movements. The costume used in the Maikek Kain dance is a simple costume. This Maikek Kain dance raises the theme of Minangkabau women and is taken from the cloth dance and created by music that accompanies the dancers' movements using a fast tempo to the end of the dance with singing drums. The property used in the Maikek Kain dance is the clay cloth.

Violations that have a major impact on the music business, especially on songwriters as owners of original works . The law that regulates copyright infringement is Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. Copyright is an exclusive right for the creator or recipient of the right to publish or reproduce his creation or work by giving permission to do so without prejudice to restrictions according to applicable laws and regulations. The method used in this research is a normative legal research method which examines laws and regulations in a society's legal system relating to corporate responsibility as a legal subject for violations of song copyright . The data collection method is qualitative descriptive analysis with emphasis on literature study. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that cause corporations as legal subjects to violate song copyright and the responsibility of corporations as legal subjects to violate song copyright.  

Companies need human resources who are educated, skilled and competent in their fields. Company management must pay attention to managing the company's human resources. The problem with employee performance in several Indonesian companies is that there is still a high level of absenteeism, this creates problems for leaders to increase employee motivation and organizational commitment to carry out work optimally. The method in this research is literature study or library search. Examine journals that are in accordance with the theory discussed, especially in the area of ​​employee motivation and commitment. The research results show that the positive influence of organizational commitment on employee performance states that motivation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on increasing employee performance.

The purpose of this health insurance is to provide health insurance to health insurance recipients, namely entrepreneurs and workers. Such research This can evaluate the economic benefits of health insurance, protection against medical costs, as well as the potential for reducing financial stress when facing health conditions that require expensive treatment. This research was carried out by reading and doing various things, especially studying various literature - existing literature, obtained through qualitative descriptive methods, sourced from books, journals, the internet and articles. The results of this research show that in the Islamic economic view, health insurance is permitted because there is no text that prohibits it and it fulfills the contract or agreement and in it there are elements that are mutually beneficial to both.

Indonesia is currently in a demographic bonus until 2035. Where the productive age shows that the number of young people in the age range of 15-29 in 2022 reaches 24.3 percent and this is the basic capital in development. There are several countries that have successfully managed the demographic bonus and become developed countries such as Japan, South Korea, China and Singapore. Based on modernization theory that economic development will affect the value system of society that leads to gender equality. The Demographic Bonus is a golden opportunity for a nation if utilized properly. But the question is whether Indonesia is ready to seize the opportunity. The purpose of this paper is how to reveal facts, phenomena, variables. The research method uses a literature study with a descriptive-qualitative analysis method based on literature review. The results of the study are that there are several reasons that encourage someone to migrate with economic, family, education and work motives. Currently, Indonesia faces challenges in human development. The arrival of young migrants will lead to population growth and human resource development. The decision to migrate between men and women has different driving and pulling factors, women's participation to migrate where women's labor force participation is only 53.41 percent compared to men's 83.87 percent.
