The implementation of CSR can reflect the good or bad image of a company itself, if CSR can be implemented well and in accordance with procedures then this can provide benefits for the company, not only the company, but also for the government, and can improve the welfare of the surrounding community. Company. The concept of CSR itself means that an organization is not only concerned with itself but also pays attention to the rights of the people in its environment. In its implementation, it is necessary to know how a company carries out its responsibilities in implementing CSR in order to improve the welfare of the community, as well as what obstacles the company experiences in implementing CSR. This research uses normative or doctrinal research methods, the data used is primary data obtained from statutory regulations, and secondary data obtained from books, articles related to the research object, as well as tertiary data obtained from the Law Dictionary, Indonesian Dictionary, Encyclopedia, and so on. Yogyakarta Special Region is widely known as a student, tourist, and cultural city. These conditions triggered Yogyakarta's development and growth to be very rapid. So environmental problems arise, which, if not immediately addressed, will worsen environmental conditions. The type of research carried out was descriptive-qualitative through observation and interviews. The research results showed that many developments violated legal and environmental rules. The environmental impacts that occur include a reduction in the amount of green open land, a reduction in water catchment areas, sanitation problems, groundwater availability, and river pollution. Disaster risks arising from development include landslides on river borders due to development, flooding, and land shifts. Efforts that need to be implemented to manage and prevent environmental damage include the implementation of environmental and social management systems, the implementation of institutional functions, and efforts to develop community capacity through training and community education. Meanwhile, efforts are being made to reduce disaster risk through physical mitigation, biological mitigation, and the mitigation of social, economic, and cultural impacts.

This article discusses the importance of feeding many people and its implementation today. Nowadays, challenges such as poverty, hunger and unequal access to food are still serious problems in various places. This article aims to analyze the importance of feeding many people and present several implementations that can be done to overcome this problem, and also provide teaching that can influence and encourage people to help each other and foster a sense of empathy with others. In this research, the author analyzes and interprets text from the Bible 2 Kings 4:42-44. This book tells about the history of the reign of several Kings in the Kingdom of Israel and the Kingdom of Judah, especially in this verse which focuses on the Miracle performed by the Prophet Elisha on one hundred people through God's blessing. Teaching in Christianity teaches the values of compassion, social care, and service to others. Through a qualitative approach, this paper explores how Christian values such as responsibility, love and kindness can be applied in feeding efforts involving large numbers of people. The results of this paper highlight the important role of Christian teachings in shaping food programs, both in supporting communities in need and managing food programs that are in accordance with Christian religious values and relevant to current social dynamics.

This research discusses the role of character education management in shaping the morals of students at MIS Cendikia Insani Al-Washliyah Sukamandi Hulu. The research background highlights the urgent need for character formation amidst the complexity of global challenges. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of character education management on the moral development of students. The research method uses a qualitative approach and library research involving researchers as key instruments. Data was collected through interviews and content analysis, with research carried out at MIS Cendikia Insani Al-Washliyah Sukamandi Hulu. It is hoped that the research findings will provide in-depth insight into the implementation of character education management in the school. The implications of this research include recommendations for expanding data collection methods, involving the perspectives of parents and students, and detailing the steps of the character education management model. It is hoped that the research results can provide a concrete basis for developing a more effective character education program at MIS Cendikia Insani Al-Washliyah Sukamandi Hulu.

HIV/AIDS is an infectious disease which is a sensitive health issue to be discussed. HIV/AIDS can also cause loss of the immune system in humans. Pekanbaru City is the area with the most cases of HIV/AIDS in Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to find out collaborative governance in preventing HIV/AIDS in Pekanbaru City and to identify the inhibiting factors in preventing HIV/AIDS in Pekanbaru City. This study uses Purwanti's theory in Aziz Arrasyid (2021) which uses 3 indicators, namely: principled engagement, shared motivation and capacity for joint action. This study uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The informants of this study, namely the Pekanbaru City AIDS Commission (KPA), the Pekanbaru City Health Office and other related institutions conducted interviews, observations and documentation so that the required data were obtained such as primary data and secondary data and then analyzed so that conclusions could be drawn from the existing problems. The results of this study can be said to be not optimal, because there are still inhibiting factors in its implementation, namely the low participation of the community, especially the suspect community who are reluctant to admit to avoid discrimination from the surrounding community and the limited infrastructure provided.

The increasing public interest in using the paylater feature on the Shopee application is still increasing and quite a few people do not understand their rights and obligations in using this feature. In order to provide certainty and protection for users and business actors, regulations are needed for paylater service providers. This research was created to analyze the form of agreement that arises in the implementation of sales and purchases using the Shopee Paylater feature, including the legal relationship between the parties to the transaction. The panel research method used is normative juridical which examines only library data or secondary data, which includes primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. According to existing research results, the agreements that occur in Shopee Paylater transactions with users based on the analysis of Article 1313 of the Civil Code do not conflict and this agreement is valid as explained in Article 1320 of the Civil Code. This agreement can occur in transactions which are standard agreements, namely agreements where the existing terms and conditions have been regulated unilaterally by the agreement provider. The standard agreement contained in the agreement in this paylater feature is regulated in Article 1319 of the Civil Code. The legal relationship between the parties concerned is PT. Commerce Finance as a creditor with Shopee Paylater consumers as a debtor based on a loan agreement as stated in Article 1754 of the Civil Code. The legal relationship that exists between PT. Commerce Finance with PT. LDN which is the giver of power of attorney and recipient of power of attorney. This of course makes PT. LDN has the right to distribute funds to the relevant Shopee Paylater users.

The aim of implementing community empowerment training is to reduce unemployment and increase the competency of training participants to produce professional ship crew human resources as a means of economic equality throughout Indonesia. Types of community empowerment training provided to communities in need include Basic Safety Training (BST), Security Awareness Training (SAT), Advanced Fire Fighting (AFF), SKK 30 miles on deck, SKK 30 miles on engines, SKK 60 miles on deck, SKK 60 mil on engines, and basic safety for traditional boat. The socialization of community empowerment training is divided into several stages, including the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The implementation of socialization is carried out using the method of direction and discussion regarding the instructor's concepts and abilities, the number of participants, and implementation time in the implementation of training. Community empowerment training, which is carried out free of charge, can provide opportunities for underprivileged communities to develop skills and knowledge regarding competencies in the maritime sector, increasing the capacity and capability of fishing communities.

This study discusses the evaluation of the implementation of the "kurikulum merdeka" (independent curriculum). Educational institutions are now encouraged to implement a "kurikulum merdeka" that is oriented towards liberation and independence. The "kurikulum merdeka" serves as an educational approach aimed at granting students the freedom to develop their own potentials and interests, as well as preparing them to face real-world challenges. This research falls under the category of literature review, conducted by utilizing literature sources such as books, notes, and research reports from previous studies. Based on the findings and discussions related to the evaluation of the "kurikulum merdeka" in educational institutions, it can be concluded that evaluation is an integral component of the ongoing curriculum process. Steps involved in the evaluation of the "kurikulum merdeka" include establishing evaluation goals, identifying performance indicators, data collection, data analysis, discussion and collaboration, formulation of recommendations, as well as continuous monitoring and evaluation. The evaluation of the "kurikulum merdeka" should involve the participation of all stakeholders and be open to changes and continuous improvement. Thus, evaluation becomes not only a necessity but also an instrument to continually advance educational institutions towards improvement.

The Sasamben Budak Bujang (Benjang) culture is a traditional arts tradition that combines art and martial arts, which developed in the people of the Ujungberung area of ​​Bandung City. This culture involves the use of plants in the implementation process. Information regarding the plants used in these traditional processes has not been widely reported. The aim of this research is to find out the types of plants used in the benjang tradition. Benjang art in the customs or culture of the Ujungberung people, East Bandung City, West Java Province, has a special position when compared with other arts. Benjang Gulat is the initial form of benjang art, over time the benjang art developed into three types, namely benjang helaran, benjang wrestling or gelut and benjang mask. Benjang Ujungberung has been known to many among the Ujungberung community since the end of the 19th century or the beginning of the 20th century, as a game played on an amben or bale which is called sasamben by some bujang, which means boys. In the special benjang event, various kinds of plants are used, such as bananas, coconut dawegan, seven kinds of flowers, brown sugar, granulated sugar, bitter coffee and cigarettes.

The availability of information and easy access to information related to the village can provide opportunities for outsiders to get to know Bergas village, thus opening up opportunities for creating collaboration between the village and outside parties. One effort that can be made to provide access to information about villages is by digitalizing villages. Village digitalization is a priority program for the Ministry of Villages in 2021. Village digitalization can help prepare a database that is useful for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating village development. Digitalization of villages in the era of disruption also supports the development of superior village potential through data collection and e-commerce, acceleration of village public services to the community, and financial transparency and village development activities. With village digitalization, it is hoped that it can raise the local potential of villages, especially the potential for tourism, MSMEs, and superior products, as well as the local food potential of Bergas village. This type of research is descriptive research. The approach used is a qualitative approach and a conceptual approach. The data source used is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and qualitatively. Concluding is carried out using a deductive method from general to specific, especially those related to the research topic, namely Optimizing Digital Villages in Public Services in the Era of Technological Disruption. Case Study of Bergas Village, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. This research produced findings. Creating a digital village itself has several conditions that must be met. Digital villages require the availability of adequate information and communication networks, whereas digital villages must have good communication networks because this is a factor that is used to use online-based systems. Second, to create a digital village, quite large funding is needed. Currently, digital villages are the result of collaboration between regional governments and the central government through the Communications and Information Telecommunication and Information Accessibility Agency (BAKTI) and other parties. Third, the availability of human resources (HR) who manage various online information technology-based services. The implementation of a digital village has a broad nature and concerns the interests of society, so it must be implemented in an integrated and directed manner by the government, business entities, and the community. The community has a very large role in implementing the undertaking of digital villages to realize equal distribution of welfare with the support of providing telecommunications and information infrastructure in the form of public services.

The implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility is carried out as a form of corporate social responsibility. Corporate Social Responsibility is very important to be carried out by companies, especially companies whose operational activities have an impact on the community's environment and the environment around the company. The Government of Indonesia in implementing Corporate Social Responsibility has regulated it in Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, there are several articles that regulate the provisions of corporate social responsibility obligations, but there are still companies that do not comply with these social responsibility obligations and commit violations of Corporate Social Responsibility. One of the companies that committed CSR violations was PT. Freeport Indonesia to the Amuge and Comorian communities in Timika, Papua. The purpose of this study is to understand the application of article 74 of Law Number 3 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies to the form of corporate responsibility to the community and find out the legal sanctions for companies that violate corporate social responsibility obligations. The type of legal research used in this study is normative legal research. Legal sources used are sourced from primary and secondary legal materials obtained from literature studies

Environmental care activities carried out in the form of reforestation in Negeri Kilang are also an implementation of the Pattimura University KKN student program, the first batch of Class L, aimed at increasing the knowledge of the Negeri Kilang community about the role and function of plants, as well as creating the character of the Negeri Kilang community who care about the environment. Carrying out activities is a form of assistance in the field as well as outreach to village communities regarding reforestation efforts as a form of protecting and preserving the environment. The results of this tree planting activity are the planting of clove, mahogany, ironwood and durian tree seedlings in reforestation locations and in hamlets/community gardens which can be utilized according to their intended purpose to make land use more efficient, apart from optimizing ecological functions, as well as providing economic value for the people of the Negeri Kilang.

This research discusses the implementation of agrarian law policies regarding the distribution of rights to cultivated land in Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the impact of policies, the level of community participation, and the factors that influence the implementation of these policies. The research method is descriptive qualitative which involves literature study, field study and interviews. The research results show that the implementation of agrarian law policies has had positive impacts such as changes in land ownership status, but also has negative impacts such as conflict and legal uncertainty. The level of community participation is proven to have a crucial role in the success of policy implementation. Factors such as unequal distribution of land, legal uncertainty, and lack of community involvement are obstacles to policy implementation in Sampali Village. It is recommended to revise agrarian law policies by considering input from the community and increasing their participation in the decision-making process. Strengthening institutions at the local level, participatory conflict resolution, and developing educational programs were also identified as important steps to improve sustainability and fairness in policy implementation. It is hoped that this research can contribute to a better understanding of the dynamics of agrarian law policy implementation at the local level and become a basis for improving policies that are more effective and inclusive.

The implementation of the program in 2013 has brought changes to the learning process. Minister of Education and Culture Regulation no. Decree Number 65 of 2013 concerning Primary and Secondary Education Process Standards points to the need for learning processes to be guided by the principles of a scientific approach. The scientific approach applies to all subjects at all levels. Adopting a scientific approach can certainly cause its own difficulties, especially in exact subjects such as social studies. This research aims to conduct a study of the implementation of the 2013 social studies curriculum in secondary schools that implement the 2013 curriculum. The results of this research show that in general the implementation of the 2013 social studies curriculum in secondary schools uses the mutually adaptive curriculum implementation method, social studies teachers still encounter several obstacles, doubts doubtful and difficult to adapt to real conditions. This is proven by the academic performance of social studies teachers who use scientific methods, but most social studies learning is only carried out in the classroom so it does not provide special training learning experiences for students.

Franchising is a business system carried out by two parties, namely the Franchisor and the Franchisee, in which the Franchisor grants license rights to the Franchisee based on the Agreement. This Franchise Agreement is a legal basis that is made in writing. In order for a business to be said to be a franchise, it must follow the criteria specified in the regulations, one of which is registering the prospectus of the franchise agreement and ownership of the Franchise Registration Certificate. However, in reality, in this case Neynis Food, has not registered its business with the state, but has claimed itself as a business that opens a franchise. Therefore, the author conducts research to obtain an overview of the legal consequences that occur if the Franchisor does not register its franchise and legal protection for Franchisees. This paper is made using the normative juridical research method. This research is conducted by investigating secondary data, which means that this research examines the laws that apply to society and their implementation in practice. The results of the research on this issue show how the implementation of Indonesian laws and regulations on franchising practices in Indonesia and it is known that the Neynis Food business cannot be qualified as a franchise, and if it continues to claim itself as a franchise, then the business can be said to be illegal because it does not fulfill the elements of franchising regulated in Permendag 71 of 2019.

The English language, as a universal language, plays a crucial role in global communication. This research explores the contribution of modern media to vocabulary development, considering that English is taught at various education levels in Indonesia. Vocabulary development is not only the responsibility of the classroom but also involves learning strategies outside the class, including the use of media like YouTube. YouTube serves as an engaging learning tool, especially to overcome difficulties in understanding English lessons that may be challenging through textbooks and worksheets. Enjoyable media like YouTube can have a positive impact on learning and student engagement. This study was conducted at MTs Terpadu Berkah in Central Kalimantan, Palangka Raya. The service-based implementation method involved preparing vocabulary materials, with YouTube chosen as the teaching tool. The service process required permission from the school principal and was carried out during the learning sessions. The results indicated that students found the use of YouTube more interesting and effective for learning English. In conclusion, this approach could be further integrated into English teaching in various schools as a new and engaging alternative.

Business planning is an important thing for nipah fruit fresh drinks business actors in nagari Seulayat Ulakan to work together with the community in terms of meeting community needs, managing village assets, managing independently and increasing the economic potential of nagari Seulayat Ulakan. The problem identification of nipah fruit fresh drinks business actors in nagari Seulayat Ulakan is that they do not have a business development plan, have not determined the form of business to be run, and how marketing with the implementation of digitalization. The solution offered in this activity is to determine the business development plan and the form of business to be carried out, and formulate the right form of digitalization to use. The form of community service activities is carried out based on the lecture method, FGD method, discussion method and business consultation method. The output of this activity is the formation of cooperation between business actors and KKN students, identification of problems, and determining the description of business development planning for nipah fruit fresh drinks in nagari Seulayat Ulakan.

The background of the research is the fact that there is a lot of moral decline that occurs in the younger generation of the Indonesian nation. This is evident in the world of national education that there are still many students who violate school regulations, ranging from not carrying out assignments, arriving late, missing school and student disobedience to their teachers. These various attitudes occur due to the depletion of the attitude of discipline and responsibility of students. The solution to this problem is the need for educational institutions that are able to overcome and build the character of learning discipline in students.The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of character education in shaping student learning discipline at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan School. The research method uses a type of Qualitative research by taking location at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan. Interviews, observation and documentation are the data sources used in this research process. Qualitative descriptive analysis is the data analysis technique used. The results showed that the implementation of character education in shaping learning discipline at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan includes two aspects, namely implementation and school efforts. The implementation of character education implementation in shaping learning discipline through fun learning activities for students, habituation, discipline, infrastructure and fun learning. The school's efforts in implementing character education in shaping student learning discipline at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan are to create teaching and learning activities that are conducive, effective and fun. From the school, they also provide examples of student discipline to students so that they apply it to their daily activities to become better people.

This research was conducted to find out and analyze what roles have been carried out by the Indonesian government in the process of implementing Human Rights Due Diligence in accordance with the vision contained in the ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint 2025. This research was conducted using descriptive analysis method to observe data relevant to the HRDD implementation process conducted by Indonesia. The implementation by the Indonesian government itself is based on the Guidelines on Business and Human Rights recommended by the United Nations. The results of the research found that the implementation of HRDD in Indonesia is carried out in accordance with the 3 pillars in the UNGPs 2011 and also the vision of humanity in the ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint 2025.

This research is motivated by the decline in student character, one of the causes of which is the education system which is considered to prioritize knowledge and ignores character values ​​which must be instilled from an early age by students in line with the development of increasingly modern times, namely 4.0. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach which aims to determine efforts to instill the character of love for the homeland in students as well as the role of teachers and school principals in instilling the value of the character of love for the homeland in students. The research subjects were students, teachers and school principals. The research methods are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that there is implementation of the character values ​​of love for the country in students at SD Negeri 100960 Aek Bayur according to the indicators of love for the country and being proud of being Indonesian, respecting differences, prioritizing the public interest and appreciating the services of heroes. The results of the research also show that in instilling the character value of love for one's country in students at SD Negeri 100960 Aek Bayur there are obstacles in its implementation.
