Alur pelayaran merupakan bagian penting dari suatu pelabuhan, dan pengembangan serta pengelolaannya harus memperhatikan kebutuhan pelayaran. Dengan begitu, kecelakaan bisa diminimalisir atau bahkan dihilangkan. Alur Pelayaran Surabaya pula di keliling oleh sebagian pelabuhan yang lain, sehingga Alur Pelayaran Surabaya tidak cuma melayani pelabuhan Tanjung Perak, namun pula melayani pelabuhan- pelabuhan di sekitar Alur Pelayaran Surabaya. Sehingga butuh terdapatnya tinjauan spesial demi mendukung keselamatan pelayaran spesial nya untuk kapal- kapal yang melintasi Alur Pelayaran Surabaya. Berdasarkan uraian dan penjelasan diatas maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat keselamatan pada alur APBS serta apa saja yang harus dikerjakan guna meningkatkan keamanan pelayaran tersebut dan sebagai acuan standar keselamatan bagi alur pelayaran di pelabuhan-pelabuhan lainnya di sekitar Alur Pelayaran Barat Surabaya. Serta Penelitian hanya dilakukan di Lingkungan Alur Pelayaran Batar Surabaya. Penelitian dilakukan hanya kepada Variabel Resiko Kecelakaan yang terjadi Di Alur Pelayaran Barat Surabaya. Penelitian melakukan peningkatan keselamatan dalam  Alur  Pelayaran Barat.  Mengetahui pengaruh resiko kecelakaan di Alur Pelayaran Barat Surabaya. Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Mandiri antara Prodi Administrasi Negara FISIP Untag Suranaya dan Administrasi Publik FBHIS Umsida.  Program tersebut merupakan kegiatan pertukaran pelajar dalam rangka Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) untuk memperluas pengalaman mahasiswa agar dapat merasakan pembelajaran  akademik yang berbeda dengan mengikuti proses pembelajaran dikampus lain. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap keberhasilan program pertukaran mahasiswa serta merekomendasikan upaya perbaikan sebagai evaluasi dari program yang diselenggarakan. Tujuan adanya perjanjian kerjasama ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas kegiatan pendidikan, penelitian, pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan mensinergikan potensi sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh para pihak dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas kinerja terkait dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi para pihak. Selanjutnya ruang lingkup kerjasama ini meliputi pertukaran mahasiswa, pertukaran dosen, dosen tamu, seminar atau konferensi bersama, publikasi artikel, pengembangan kurikulum, penerbitan buku dan akreditasi.Beberapa hal yang keterkaitan Pengaruhnya terhadap kedua program studi. Hasil Penelitian Keberhasilan Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Mandiri antara Prodi Administrasi Negara FISIP Untag dan Administrasi Publik FBHIS Umsida.

Lembaga pendidikan pertama yang lahir dalam sejarah kehidupan bangsa Indonesia adalah pesantren. Awal mula pesantren muncul dan berkembang pada masa Walisongo di Jawa, ketika Sunan Ampel mendirikan sebuah padepokan di Ampel Surabaya dan menjadikannya sebagai pusat pendidikan. Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan tradisional berbasis agama Islam yang dapat dijangkau oleh masyarakat Indonesia saat itu. Pesantren kemudian berkembang tidak hanya khusus untuk pendidikan agama, tetapi juga pendidikan umum, bahkan tokoh-tokoh dari pesantren pun turut serta memerangi penjajah guna mewujudkan nasionalisme. Pendidikan merupakan modal utama bagi setiap bangsa untuk membuka pintu ilmu pengetahuan guna meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Secara historis, pesantren tentunya telah memenuhi tugas luhur pendidikan yang melahirkan para intelektual Islam di Indonesia hingga saat ini. Pesantren juga dapat diharapkan menjadi lembaga yang mampu melahirkan santri sebagai pelaku utama pembangunan bangsa dengan memadukan beberapa muatan pembelajaran seperti ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, seni, nilai, dan lingkungan dalam proses pembangunan individu masyarakat. Peranan pesantren dalam pendidikan yakni pesantren harus memerankan diri sebagai pengawal dan pelestari nilai-nilai agama. Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan, tentu juga dituntut untuk memerankan diri sebagai pembaru pemahaman keagamaan dan sebagai lembaga pendidikan keagamaan dan pendidikan sosial-kemasyarakatan, pesantren juga dapat mengemban peranan, tugas, misi, dan fungsinya sebagai inspiratory, motivator, dan dinamistor pelaksanaan pembangunan pada tingkat lokal dan regional di daerahnya masing-masing.

Mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang termasuk dalam 3 mata pelajaran yang diujikan secara nasional harus memiliki daya tarik untuk dipelajari oleh siswa. Dan Teks Surat Tanggapan sebagai bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari pembelajaran bahasa menjadi kesulitan tersendiri bagi siswa karena kurangnya minat. Peneliti akan mengambil suatu tindakan kelas yang cocok untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut sebagai solusi untuk menjadikan para siswa aktif, termotivasi, dan semangat dalam proses belajar mengajar berikutnya. Penelitian tindakan dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI) dan kemampuan memahami serta menjelaskan Teks Surat Tanggapansiswa sebagai obyek penelitian. Berdasarkan paparan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat dirumuskan kesimpulan penelitian bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan memahami dan menjelaskan dan meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di Kelas 4-C SD Negeri Ketabang I/288 Surabaya. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari peningkatan terhadap kemampuan memahami dan menjelaskan siswa dalam meningkatkan hasil belajarnya. Khususnya, dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Kelas 4-C SD Negeri Ketabang I/288 sangat dibutuhkan model pembelajaran Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI), di samping juga metode-metode lain. Efektifitas penerapan model pembelajaran Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI) dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa Kelas 4-C SD Negeri Ketabang I/288 ditunjukkan melalui kenaikan rata-rata nilai post tes, kenaikan persentase ketuntasan klasikal dan kenaikan nilai observasi pada kemampuan memahami dan menjelaskan siswa.

The competitors is one of hotel owner can be see any other plus facilities to provide customer. The hotel wants to give added value is difference product and service to customer. It’s to do owner hotel because reality that customer not satisfaction product and service, than customer look for other hotel to be customer satisfaction. JW Marriott hotel Surabaya is one five star hotel to give product and quality service excellence to customer. The price is to give JW Marriot hotel Surabaya suitable product and service customer. JW Marriott hotel Surabaya to give special rate promotion and member facilities to customer and repeater guest hotel too. JW Marriott hotel have strategic location because there are centre of city to business, shopping centre, office centre and transportation. The expected outcome of this research is the known of the factors variable product, service, price, and location that affect customer satisfaction on JW Marriot hotel is simultan and parcial.

In 2016 - 2018 the number of visits to 6 poles including general surgery poly, echocardiography, eye poly, internal medicine, ENT poly, poly urology fluctuated from 11.23% to -5.23%. Fluctuations in the number of visits can be caused by several factors, one of which is consumer behavior in health service selection decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on service selection decisions.This research is an analytic survey research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were patients in 6 outpatient clinics at Jemursari Islamic Hospital in Surabaya. The number of samples is taken by quota sampling within one month.The results showed that the marketing mix at 6 Polis RSI Jemursari Surabaya with a good category of 77.5% resulted in high service selection decisions. The results of the ordinal regression test show a significance value of 0,000 which means that there is an influence of the marketing mix on the decision of choosing the Jemursari Hospital. Of the seven marketing mix elements that have the lowest influence on service selection decisions are the 47.1% price mix element, while the most influential marketing mix element is the human resource mix element with a percentage of 68.6%.The conclusion in this study is the positive influence of the marketing mix on the decision to choose outpatient services at the Jemursari Hospital in 2019.

Banking is a service industry that is very important in advancing the economy of a country. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of variable customer value, satisfaction and relational marketing on customer loyalty Priority Bank XYZ Main Branch Office Surabaya Cendana. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. There is an influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, as evidenced by a significant value of 6,328.10-26 <0.05. Partially, the customer value variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the customer satisfaction variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the relationship marketing variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The most dominant variable is the relational marketing variable (X3) because the partial correlation value in the coefficients table is 62.29% greater than the partial correlation value of the other independent variables. customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing simultaneously have a significant effect on verified customer loyalty, customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing partially have a significant effect on proven customer loyalty and relationship marketing variables have a dominant influence on proven customer loyalty the truth. Methods of data collection in this study is questionnaires filled out by the respondents are consumers of Enterprise that have been bought the blank wedding invitation cards at least twice. Retail business is a form of business that is increasingly popular among the public. Traditional retail business began to develop into a retail business that is processed with a more modern system. One of the retail businesses in Indonesia is Lotte Mart. Retail business in Indonesia continues to grow so that market competition emerges to increase customer loyalty. This study was conducted to determine the effect of lifestyle, physical environment, and price perception on customer loyalty. The population determined in this study are Lotte Mart customers who are in Surabaya City and Sidoarjo Regency. Researchers get 100 respondents obtained by purposive sampling technique. The data obtained through the questionnaire responses will be analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that lifestyle has an influence on the formation of customer loyalty. In addition, customer loyalty is also influenced by the physical environment. Price perception has been shown to have a significant effect on customer loyalty.

The conclusion of this research, consumers of Black Canyon Coffee restaurants are: (1) men who aged of 21-35 years; (2) consumers that obtain information from the friend by 47%, 37% are from the business relationship, 13% are from the family; (3) consumers desires to come again to the Black Canyon Coffee restaurant as much as 44% are said maybe, and 37% are said yes. The marketing strategy that undertaken by Black Canyon Coffee restaurant is to increasing presentation speed and food quality, increasing cleanliness of restaurant, hospitality and neatness of staffs’ appearance. The increasing of promotion both through of printing and electronic media, or by a billboard so that its presences are more to be known by the public.

Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) in Indonesia is one of the cornerstones of the Indonesian economy. Semarang Regency has a lot of business potential which is the main source of livelihood for the local population. The purpose of this activity is to provide training for Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) in Jembrak Village regarding business ethics, bookkeeping of financial transactions, marketing of goods and services, product packaging and labeling, and taxation (E-Filing). The implementation method in this activity includes providing material on simple financial bookkeeping and mentoring programs on entrepreneurial activity and simple financial bookkeeping. The main target in this service activity is the business actors of UMKM in Jembrak Village and the wider community in general. The material presented by STIPARI Semarang lecturers in training on the topic of business ethics and simple bookkeeping takes approximately 120 minutes, followed by a question and answer session in three sessions. With this service activity, the authors provide recommendations for holding similar education to other different communities and the need for continuity of activities and evaluation after the community service activities are carried out, so that UMKM actors in Surabaya can contribute to the development of UMKM in Indonesia.

The main problem discussed in this paper is whether there is a positive influence self concept and development of the personality on employee performance Stasin TVRI Surabaya (Part Program). To solve the problems discussed authors use data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis were preceded by calculating the average of each variable. And before should be done beforehand regression analysis instrument to be tested for validity and reliability. The analysis shows that the authors have found show that : 1) partially self-concept and personality development is partially significant effect on the performance of TVRI Surabaya Employees (Part Program). 2) simultaneously the concept of self and personality development affect the work performance of employees TVRI Surabaya (Part Program). 3) Variable kansep self is the dominant variable effect on employee job performance TVRI Surabaya (Part Program).

Implementation of digital marketing strategy, Queue Theory on customer satisfaction level at myBCA Ciputra World Surabaya. This study aims to find out digital marketing. Queue Theory to the level customer satisfaction in myBCA. The population in this study are customers or customer who transact in the myBCA area. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents for 1 month in july 2017 with accidental tehnique. With quantitative aproach, primary data collection techques obtain from the responses of respondents. Data analysis tehcniques use are multiple regression analysis, test validity, test reliability, hypothesis testing.

With high competition in trading, so strategic in marketing denotes me of important thing on enhance of selling. Basically stratergy on marketing are wholl planning, integrated, and merge in marketing fuld, can give guidance about activity will be done to get reach target of marketing in compary. So strategy of marketing is very important to be needed to enhance of selling in the company, marketing strategy. Consists of price, strategy of distribution, Strategy of promotion and place four strategy above also we called by marketing mix. By four element of marketing mix above must be implemented base on level market competition will by target of company, on focus price strategy or marketing strategy analysis to enhance off selling in marble company, and another strategy four element of marketing mix improperly will make marketing activity, will be useless and spend of human resource which is issued.

Because of front office as central therefore front office will be brandage of image of the hotel . that’s why front office staff  must have an experience and  out standing skill because customer need good service expectation  is priority. Hotel X in Surabaya can operates day to day operational  well. It showed  by result of hotel occupancy in stability over the everages. in case of this we conclude  that good sevice is one of main factor will cause effect relationship of level about high of occupancy  Hotel goes running well ,eventhough human resource minimizely. base in the above mater, impact of effect in the level on hotel occupancy in Surabaya because of  good service to the guest.

Material cor semen dengan konstruksi tetap sifatnya dan memiliki bentuk yang sangat masif serta memberikan kesan visual yang sangat berat bahkan secara keseluruhan tidak memberikan karakteristik yang sesuai untuk dikonsumsi oleh anak-anak yang tampak di kawasan taman kota adalah spesifikasi yang terdapat pada bangku taman khusus untuk anak-anak di kota surabaya. Tak jarang, bangku yang diperuntukan untuk anak-anak justru banyak digunakan oleh orang dewasa. Alhasil, banyak bangku yang bisa dikatakan keluar dari tujuan dan sasaran awal pembuatannya. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan yang didukung oleh beberapa data yang akan dianalisis untuk menilai dan memberikan beberapa paparan dari segi aspek konstruksi yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Disusul dengan metode pendekatan estetis yaitu pendekatan khusus yang menekankan pada aspek seni rupa dan desain dalam kaitannya dengan daya tarik aspek estetika dengan memberikan kesimpulan yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam proses pembuatan bangku taman khususnya untuk anak-anak di masa depan, dan diharapkan mampu memberikan jawaban atas kesederhanaan bentuk dan kelemahan bahan yang terkandung dalam proses pembuatan kursi taman khusus untuk anak-anak secara efektif dan efisien yang berdampak pada biaya produksi.

Negara Republik Indonesia yang terdiri dari beribu-ribu pulau besar dan kecil yang tersebar dari Sabang sampai Merauke sehingga dibutuhkan perekat antar pulau agar tetap satu kesatuan Negara Republik Indonesia, menyebabkan transportasi laut menjadi media perekat yang sangat penting, disamping perekat, transportasi laut juga digunakan untuk mendistribusikan barang dan jasa guna mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi. Peranan transportasi laut merupakan bagian yang sangat bermanfaat bagi perekonomian suatu negara, ini berarti adanya hubungan transportasi antar pulau atau antar negara dilakukan melalui sarana transportasi. Peranan pelayanan keagenan sangat dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kunjungan kapal. Sedangkan produktivitas adalah perbandingan antara hasil dari suatu pekerjaan karyawan dengan pengorbanan yang telah dikeluarkan.peningkatan produktivitas dapat dicapai dengan menekan sekecil-kecilnya segala macam biaya termasuk dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia (do the right thing) dan meningkatkan keluaran sebesar-besarnya (do the thing right). Dengan kata lain bahwa produktivitas merupakan pencerminan dari tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja secara total. Dalam melaksanakan tugas keagenan, general agent akan menunjuk port agent sebagai pelaksana di cabang dan bila suatu pelabuhan tidak mempunyai cabang, general agent akan menunjuk cabang dari perusahaan pelayaran lain sebagai subagent. Untuk melaksanakan tugas-tugasnya, keagenan mempunyai fungsi menyusun program operasional keagenan berdasaran kebijaksanaan perusahaan, baik untuk pelayaran liner maupun tramper, memonitor pelaksanaan penanganan/pelayanan keagenan yang bersifat kegiatan fisik muatan maupun kegiatan jadwal kedatangan dan berangkat kapal, mengadministrasikan kegiatan keagenan. Sumber daya manusia juga sangat dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kunjungan kapal
