Adolescent mental health is an important issue in the world. In Indonesia, the prevalence of mental disorders in adolescents is still high, but awareness of prevention and treatment is relatively low. This research aims to analyze the influence of knowledge on behavior to prevent mental disorders in students at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta. The research uses quantitative methods with a pre-test and post-test design without a control group (one group pre-test post-test design). Education is provided in the form of counseling, followed by measuring the level of knowledge and behavior before and after the intervention. Data analysis was carried out using the Wilcoxon test with SPSS software. The results showed a significant increase in post-test scores compared to pre-test (significant value = 0.011). Effective education increases students' awareness and preventive behavior towards mental disorders. Therefore, mental health education programs need to be implemented on an ongoing basis to create a mentally and emotionally healthy generation.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the deficiencies in the learning of accounting software at STIE Ganesha. This study will concentrate on factors that potentially hinder the integration of accounting software into the college curriculum. This research started in October 2024. Accounting students at STIE Ganesha are the research subjects. Qualitative research was conducted and data was collected through in-depth interviews. The results showed that learning accounting software has several problems. One of them is the lack of supporting resources and lack of technological infrastructure. In addition, students face difficulties in understanding and accessing accounting software required to meet the needs of the working world. To produce more efficient accounting software learning, this research emphasizes increasing resource capacity and improving supporting infrastructure. This research is expected to help STIE Ganesha develop methods to improve software-based accounting learning.

The leather industry in numerous countries, including Indonesia, continues to encounter significant challenges that impede its competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. Abekani Leather, a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) operating within the leather industry in Yogyakarta, is one such entity striving to remain competitive against other players in the sector. Based on interviews conducted with the owner of Abekani Leather, it was revealed that annual sales from 2018 to 2023 have declined by approximately 10-15%. This downturn is primarily attributed to the increasing presence of competitors offering similar products within the leather industry. Based on the AHP weighting results using the Super Decision software, it can be concluded that the alternative strategy SO-4 (Utilizing social media for promotions in various media by utilizing community relationships) has the highest weight value of 0.54, meaning this strategy should be prioritized first to achieve Abekani's objectives.

Digital transformation in healthcare services encourages technology-based innovations, one of which is the Mobile JKN application. This application is expected to improve service efficiency and patient satisfaction, especially in the registration process at healthcare facilities. However, the extent to which this application positively impacts patient satisfaction still needs further investigation. This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of the Mobile JKN application and patient satisfaction, as well as to identify influencing factors and usage barriers at Puskesmas Kauman Baru, Ponorogo Regency. This research is a descriptive quantitative study involving 50 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, observation, and interviews. Data were analyzed descriptively and using Spearman correlation tests with the assistance of SPSS software. The results showed a significant relationship between the use of Mobile JKN and patient satisfaction (ρ = 0.318; p = 0.025). The use of the Mobile JKN application contributed positively to satisfaction, mainly due to ease of access, time efficiency, and the majority of respondents being in the productive age range (20-40 years). The main barriers in using the Mobile JKN application included difficulties faced by the elderly, technical issues, and limited network access. Education and technical support are needed to ensure more optimal implementation across all age groups.

The use of technology in academics is one of the important factors in supporting learning and research activities, especially among students. This community service aims to improve the knowledge and skills of students of the PSDKU Mathematics Education Study Program, Pattimura University, Southwest Maluku Regency in using Mendeley as a reference management tool. The method used in this study is an experimental approach with a direct practice-based training model. Participants consisted of students of the PSDKU Mathematics Education Study Program, Pattimura University, Southwest Maluku Regency. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' knowledge and skills in managing academic references using Mendeley, including in the aspects of compiling bibliographies, automatic citations, and organizing documents. These findings indicate that training in the use of scientific reference software such as Mendeley can have a positive impact on the quality of students' academic results.

PT XYZ) is a company which focuses on integrated aquaculture. Operating since 1987, PT XYZ has a fish and shrimp feed factory, fish and shrimp breeding and rearing as well as marine fish food processing and cold storage for local and global markets. At PT XYZ, especially the Quality Control division, there are still ineffective analysis activities, namely piece length analysis. An effort to increase productivity is by designing an automatic cut length analysis machine with the aim of maximizing efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, the objective function of this research was carried out to design and increase productivity and reduce inefficient activities. From this, it is necessary to design and optimize activities to have a positive impact on the company. This research uses Blender software and the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method which includes concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution. The results of this research show that this machine design is very effective and practical for the company and allows the company to improve maximum performance

This research was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership and the physical work environment on the performance of PNPN employees with motivation as an intervening variable in land offices throughout West Priangan (Cianjur Regency, Sukabumi Regency and Sukabumi City). It is hoped that this research can provide input for institutions in improving the quality and quantity of Transformational Leadership, Physical Work Environment and Motivation, in order to improve employee performance. In this research, sampling was used using Simple Random Sampling by distributing questionnaires to 113 ASN employees at the West Priangan Land Office in 2024. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS Version 27 and Lisrel 8.80 software. The results of this research state that Transformational Leadership influences Employee Performance, the Physical Work Environment influences Employee Performance, Motivation influences Employee Performance, Motivation is able to mediate the influence of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance, as well as the Physical Work Environment, Motivation can still mediate its influence on Employee Performance.

The food and beverage industry in Indonesia has an important role in the national economy, but faces challenges in maintaining competitiveness and increasing firm value. This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic fundamental analysis and ownership structure on firm value in the food and beverage sector, with earnings management, financial performance, GCG as intervening variables. A quantitative approach is used to identify the relationship between variables, using secondary data from the annual financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. Data analysis was carried out using Smart-PLS software. The results showed that none of the hypotheses were accepted.

As an institution that has a crucial role in election supervision, Bawaslu Bali Province, it is important to pay attention to employee job satisfaction can affect the quality of supervision and efficiency of the work process. Employees who have greater satisfaction with their work tend to provide healthy and positive results for the organization. The existence of problems encountered related to the satisfaction of Bawaslu Bali Province employees in working, it is necessary to identify factors that contribute to employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine Work Stress in Mediating the Impact of Workload on Job Satisfaction of Bawaslu Bali Province Employees. This research will be conducted at the Bali Province Election Supervisory Agency. The objects of research are workload, job satisfaction, and job stress. The population in this study were 35 employees of the Bali Province Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu). The sample in this study used the entire population, namely 35 employees of Bawaslu Bali Province. The data collection technique used was the survey method by distributing statements given to all employees. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square using SmartPLS software. The results of the hypothesis testing that had been carried out obtained the results that workload had a negative effect on job satisfaction. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Work stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction. Work stress mediates the effect of workload on job satisfaction. The agency can pay attention to the balance between workload, work stress management in order to increase employee satisfaction.    

This research aims to examine the impact of using technology-based learning media on class X Software Engineering (RPL) students at SMKN 7 Serang City. In the ever-growing digital era, technology has become an important part of education, offering various forms of learning media that are more interactive and interesting. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore the challenges and impacts of using technology-based learning media on student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature studies, interviews and direct observation. The research results show that the use of technology-based learning media can improve the quality of learning and understanding of the material by students, as well as motivate them to be more active in learning. Media such as digital tutorials, e-learning, and simulations allow students to learn independently and gain practical skills relevant to the world of work. However, there are significant challenges, such as limited technological facilities and gaps in access between students who have devices and those who do not. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve technological facilities and equalize access for all students. This research contributes to understanding the role of technology in education, especially at SMKN 7 Serang City, as well as providing recommendations for maximizing the implementation of technology-based learning media in vocational education in Indonesia.

This study compares the performance of two leading mobile operating systems, iOS and HarmonyOS, focusing on technical aspects such as power efficiency, application response speed, background application management, and graphics rendering performance. Using a literature review method, data was collected from scientific sources, comparative reports, and official documents. The analysis results show that iOS excels in hardware-software integration, providing high energy efficiency and stable performance, especially on mobile devices. In contrast, HarmonyOS stands out for its flexibility and multi-device integration, making it ideal for the IoT ecosystem. However, this flexibility has limitations on energy efficiency and performance of some devices. The study concludes that iOS is suitable for users who prioritize a stable and exclusive experience, while HarmonyOS is more ideal for those who need the flexibility of an open ecosystem.    

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the tourism sector in increasing Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) in Langsa City. It uses secondary data in the form of time series for the period 2013-2022, published by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Langsa City. The data analysis method applies multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results show that Wholesale & Retail Trade has a positive but insignificant effect on PDRB in Langsa City. Transportation & Warehousing also has a positive but insignificant effect on PDRB in Langsa City. Additionally, Accommodation & Food Services have a positive but insignificant effect on PDRB. Simultaneously, Wholesale & Retail Trade, Transportation & Warehousing, and Accommodation & Food Services have a significant effect on PDRB in Langsa City.

This study aims to describe the effect of the Project Based Learning model on the ability to write folk tales among fifth-grade elementary school students. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The subjects of this study were fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 06 Ladang Padi. The sample consisted of two classes: class VA as the experimental group and class VB as the control group. The experimental class implemented the Project Based Learning model, while the control class used a text-based teaching method. The students' ability to write folk tales was measured through a pretest and posttest administered to both groups using the same question, consisting of one item. The statistical data analyzed included normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing, processed using SPSS 23 software. The results showed that the hypothesis test produced a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, indicating that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected.The influence of the Project Based Learning model can be seen in the significant improvement in the experimental class. The improvement in students' ability to write folk tales was evidenced by the difference in the average posttest scores between the experimental and control classes. The experimental class achieved an average posttest score of 80.13, while the control class scored 60.12 on average. These findings demonstrate that the implementation of the Project Based Learning model significantly affects the ability to write folk tales among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 06 Ladang Padi.

Training in introducing computer basics is one of the trainings that students can develop because the acquisition of excess competencies from this training is quite promising. If students, after becoming alumni, can develop these competencies, it will be very profitable. Partners in this PKM activity are students from MTs Pembangunan Nurul Islam, Sarimulya Setu, South Tangerang. The introductory training on the basics of computer hardware and software was carried out in stages: introduction, counseling and assistance in using it. Based on the results of observations and discussions with partners, there were several problems faced by the introductory training on computer basics, namely students' lack of operating computer technology perfectly, lack of Student motivation when studying computer technology. One of the causes is a lack of awareness of how important it is to study computer technology. The solutions proposed or offered in this PKM activity are as follows: 1. Facilitate and provide direction to MTs students at the school, it is hoped that they can understand the basics of computers more freely without fear. 2. Provide computer basics learning according to level. for junior high school level, they are given advanced material from what they learn formally in school informatics lessons. During training activities, students are encouraged to be able to understand the basics of computers with the aim of raising their self-confidence in learning. For this reason, the PKM team will help to solve problems in the management aspect using training methods

This study aims to examine the influence of Brand Awareness on the Purchase Intention of consumers of SilverQueen chocolate products in the Tangerang area. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey techniques, involving 100 respondents from various demographic backgrounds. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed with SPSS software. The results of the validity test show that all indicators used to measure Brand Awareness and Purchase Intention are valid, with the calculated r value exceeding the table r value and significance below 0.05. The reliability test shows a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.936, indicating that the questionnaire has very good consistency. The normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests indicate that the regression model meets the classical assumptions. The results of the coefficient of determination (R²) analysis indicate that Brand Awareness contributes 11.9% to Purchase Intention. The t-test shows that Brand Awareness has a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention, with a calculated t value of 3.630, greater than the t-table value, and a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. These findings confirm that the higher the level of Brand Awareness, the greater the likelihood that consumers will purchase SilverQueen products. This research provides valuable insights for the company in designing effective marketing strategies, emphasizing the importance of increasing Brand Awareness to boost consumer purchase interest.    

Gratitude plays a crucial role in enhancing psychological well-being, particularly for students who balance work and studies. This research seeks to explore the connection between gratitude and psychological well-being among working students at Pamulang University. A quantitative approach was used, involving 107 respondents who were selected through purposive sampling and completed a Google Form survey. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The analysis revealed a correlation coefficient of 0.824, showing a significant relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being. This suggests that higher levels of gratitude are associated with better psychological well-being. The study also highlights the significance of gratitude-based interventions to help working students manage stress and enhance their overall quality of life. Additionally, this research contributes to the field of positive psychology, particularly within Indonesia's higher education context, and offers practical recommendations for universities to develop programs that more effectively support the well-being of working students.    

This research aims to analyze the sustainability strategy implemented by PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk in the face of evolving market trends and consumer preferences. The main issue raised is the importance of adaptation to market changes and increasing the company's commitment to social responsibility. The main problem studied is the reason why Kawan Lama Group has changed the name of ACE Indonesia to PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk (AHI) (ACES) which was agreed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on June 7, 2024. This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return on Equity (ROE) at PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk for the period 2019-2023. This research method uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research type.  The data was analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 25 software. The analysis method includes Normality Test, Autocorrelation Test, and t Test (Partial Test). The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the impact of corporate funding decisions on the resulting profitability. Debt To Equity Ratio partially has no effect and is insignificant to Return On Equity where the tcount < ttable value is 1.802 < 2.30600 and a significant value of 0.169.    

Banks serve as intermediary institutions that collect funds and channel them back into various forms of investment within society. A bank's primary activity of lending funds to the public carries the risk of default or nonpayment by borrowers, referred to as credit risk. Proper management of credit risk is crucial, as increasing proportions of non-performing loans can lead to poor banking health conditions. This study aims to examine, analyze, and explain the influence of liquidity, bank capital, profitability, and operational efficiency on credit risk. The sample for this research consists of 31 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. Data were collected using a non-participant observation method. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression analysis, conducted using IBM SPSS version 25 software. The results of the analysis indicate that profitability has a significant negative effect on credit risk, while operational efficiency has a significant positive effect on credit risk. The practical implications of this study provide valuable insights for bank management to maintain profitability levels and operational efficiency to minimize potential credit risks.  

This community service activity aims to implement a digitalization system using BizSchool as a solution to enhance operational efficiency. The methods used include needs observation, software installation, employee training, and system effectiveness evaluation. The implementation results show improved accuracy in cash flow and inventory recording, reduced human errors, and accelerated financial reporting processes. Bizschool also supports deeper data analysis, enabling companies to develop more effective business strategies. This activity recommends utilizing additional features for further integration and regular monitoring to ensure the sustainability of the implementation results. Operational digitalization with systems like Bizschool can serve as a solution for SMEs to increase competitiveness in the market.
