The law of engagement is a concept that has existed since ancient times. In the past, engagements often relied on customary law and social norms applicable in a particular society. However, with the increasing development of society and trade, there is a need to have more formal legal rules to regulate agreements and agreements. The term "engagement" refers to the equivalent of the Dutch term "Verbintenis" (Fuadi, 1999: 1). The term contract law includes all provisions in the third book of the Civil Code. The research method uses empirical methods where this method is through observations made by the public. Then it is studied through the customs of the people of Southwest Sumba, especially in kodi regarding the legal relations of engagements that occur with the traditional ritual of removing the bones of ancestors. The data was obtained from an interview with a native Kodi resident named Andreas Ikit Bani, a native descendant of Kodi who often participated in bone dissection rituals. The Galih Tulang event is a traditional ritual carried out by the people of Southwest Sumba to move the bones of their ancestors from old graves to new graves. This ritual is part of a sacred traditional ceremony and is considered important for the people of Southwest Sumba to honor the spirits of their ancestors (Andreas Ikit Bani, 2023). This event has a meaning and purpose that we must know, namely Galing Tulang is a ceremony that must be held to honor our deceased ancestors. The aim is to pay respects to the spirits of deceased ancestors, ask for blessings, and/or give them their proper place in the afterlife.

And there are many Isad in this Hadith that is Tsiqah, until it is concluded with Sahihul Isnad. And matan there are also syadz, even many of the Hadiths that explain a similar explanation, and there are also many verses of the Qur'an that support the exposure of the same discussion, and it can be concluded that the Hadith Sahih Muslim No. 1593 which discusses the chapter of the body, and related to this form of tolerance is Sahih.

The bakery industry is a sector that continues to grow through the crisis period in 2021 when Indonesia managed to record the highest bread sales in the Southeast Asia region with total transactions reaching USD 18.7 billion. Mak MPOEQ cake house in Bogor is one of the small food industries that has continued to produce during the Covid 19 pandemic until now. Bakery products are sensitive to contamination so they can easily and potentially spread food safety hazards. An integrated system of control and quality management of manufactured products is required, which makes it possible to implement timely measures to prevent, identify and eliminate deficiencies and errors in production, to provide reliable information about the products produced to consumers. To date, a system based on the use of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles has been able to overcome these food safety problems well. The design of the HACCP system at Mak MPOEQ's cake house has been implemented through a community service mentoring program for staff from FMIPA Pakuan University in the period April-December 2023. The coaching is carried out following the stages of implementing the HACCP system as stated in SNI CAC/RCP 1 of 2011 issued by National Standardization Agency. The basic requirements for HACCP itself have been prepared by partners since 2021. The results of the hazard analysis carried out on the MPOEG Mak Cake House production system found 7 significant hazards out of the 20 hazards evaluated. Next, using the Codex decision tree, 4 CPPs were determined from the 7 hazards, namely egg receiving, flour sifting, filing, and vla cooking. Based on these 4 CCPs, a HACCP Plan has been prepared which focuses control on cleanliness when receiving eggs, physical contamination when sifting flour, sanitary bacteria from worker cross-contamination, and temperature and cooking time. Code switching and code mixing are various variations of language by a person or certain community groups, for example in schools, offices, housing and traditional markets. Traditional markets themselves can be said to be centers of interaction and transactions that allow speakers and speech partners to come from various regions with different backgrounds, statuses and mastery of languages. Differences in social backgrounds in speech communities in traditional market environments result in greater opportunities for the emergence of code-switching and code-mixing phenomena, and are interesting to study in more depth in terms of form, type and factors that influence the emergence of these phenomena. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to examine data by explaining or describing the data contained in the remarks. The phenomenon of code mixing is the use of two or more languages in a speech. Code mixing can occur if a language speaker, when using Indonesian, then inserts regional language elements into Indonesian speech. In other words, someone who speaks using the main Indonesian language code has an autonomous function, while the regional language codes involved in the main code are just fragments without function or autonomy as a code. Meanwhile, the Code Switching Phenomenon is a speech event with a change in language use. or dialect.

This study aims to find out why the principle of lex fravo reo is needed in the criminal justice system in Indonesia and how the principle of lex fravo reo differs in the old Criminal Code and in the new Criminal Code. In this study the author used a normative juridical approach. The results in this study show that the application of the lex favor reo principle is very important in the legal system and criminal justice system in Indonesia because it strives for justice to be given equally to defendants where if there is a change in the substance of the criminal law Then the provisions in favor of the defendant apply. The principle of lex favor reo in the old Criminal Code is actually as affirmed in Article 1 paragraph (2) of the old Criminal Code, which emphasizes that if there is a change in the substance of the criminal law, then what is applied is the rule that is most beneficial to the accused. Furthermore, in the new Criminal Code, the principle of lex favor reo is also formulated in Article 3 juncto Article 618 of the new Criminal Code, which in essence is not much different from the formulation of Article 1 paragraph (2) of the old Criminal Code.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the legal rules regarding cooperation agreements in business activities are viewed from a business law perspective and what forms of cooperation in trade activities can be carried out by company management. By using normative juridical research methods, it is concluded: 1. The legal rules regarding cooperation agreements in business activities are reviewed from the perspective of business law, referring to Civil law, especially Article 1313 of the Civil Code, which states that "An agreement is an act in which one or more people bind oneself to one or more other people." So it is clear that agreements give rise to agreements, as well as the Trade Code and Indonesian laws and regulations in various forms of business entities. 2. Forms of cooperation in trading activities that can be carried out by company management, such as Mergers, Consolidations, Joint Ventures and Franchising. A merger is a combination of one or several business entities so that from an economic point of view they are one unit, without merging the merged business entities. Consolidation/merger between two or more business entities that combine themselves to merge into one and form one new business entity (consolidation). This aims to "make healthy" the business entity concerned or what is usually called restructuring. Joint Venture is an agreement between two or more parties to collaborate in an activity. Franchise Agreement in which one party is given the right to exploit and/or use the rights to intellectual property or inventions, or business characteristics owned by another party in exchange for compensation based on the terms and/or sale of goods and services. 1 Article. 2 Lecturers at the Faculty of Law, Unsrat, Manado.
