This study discusses the dynamics of interpersonal communication between mothers and children in dealing with family conflicts. Conflict is a natural part of interpersonal relationships, but the way it is managed determines the quality of long-term relationships. Interpersonal communication is an important element because through the process of exchanging messages, mothers and children can express their feelings, understand each other's perspectives, and find an agreement that can be accepted by both parties. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method to examine communication patterns, barriers, and strategies used in the conflict resolution process. The results of the study showed that open communication, empathy, emotional presence, and active listening skills greatly influenced the success of conflict management. In addition, research has found that the alignment of verbal and nonverbal messages, the use of non-judgmental language, and mutual respect can create an atmosphere conducive to dialogue. This study makes a theoretical contribution to understanding modern family relations and practical implications for strengthening communication in dealing with mother-child conflicts.

Menopause is a natural phase marked by the cessation of menstruation for 12 months due to estrogen deficiency, which is often accompanied by challenging physical and emotional symptoms. With the increasing population of women aged over 50 years (reaching 26% in 2021), challenges related to access to information and awareness of menopausal changes have become crucial to ensure that quality of life is maintained. Objective: This community service activity aimed to improve knowledge and prepare mothers from an early stage to face menopausal changes and manage the associated discomfort. Methods: The activity was conducted at SDN 9 SP I Pandan and involved nine participants. The educational intervention was carried out in three stages: introduction and pre-test, delivery of material using PowerPoint and leaflets, and an interactive discussion session. The materials covered the definition of menopause, its stages, common symptoms, health risks, and preparation strategies through healthy lifestyles and medical check-ups. Results: The counseling session was conducted smoothly in the hall of SDN 9 SP I Pandan. Participants showed high enthusiasm, with five out of nine actively asking in-depth questions related to preparing for the menopausal transition. Through this educational activity, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of symptom management, including hot flashes, sleep disturbances, and mental health. Conclusion: This community service activity successfully provided new insights for mothers regarding the importance of preparing for menopause. The positive response from participants indicates the need for similar educational activities to be carried out regularly to build a sustainable support system for women during perimenopause and menopause.

The Community Forestry Program (HKm) aims to empower communities around forest areas through sustainable forest management while improving local welfare. However, in Londerang Village, Kumpeh District, the program faces challenges, particularly regarding the limited attention from village government in managing the Bumi Indah Sejahtera Farmer Group Association (KTH). This study examines the role of village government in HKm governance using qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with village officials, KTH members, community representatives, and UPTD KPHP XIII Muaro Jambi, complemented by observation and document analysis. The findings reveal that village government plays four key roles based on Ryaas Rasyid's theory: as regulator through policy formulation and supervision, as dynamizer by encouraging community participation and resolving conflicts, as facilitator by providing access to permits and infrastructure, and as catalyst by initiating program development and innovation. However, coordination between village government and KTH remains suboptimal, limiting program effectiveness. This research contributes to understanding local governance in natural resource management and provides practical recommendations for strengthening village government capacity in implementing community-based forestry programs.

The success of Guidance and Counseling services relies heavily on adherence to fundamental principles such as confidentiality and voluntariness, yet field implementation faces complex challenges regarding educational levels and modern developments. This study aims to analyze the implementation of fundamental guidance and counseling principles and their relevance to religious value integration and technology adaptation. The method used is qualitative with a library research design, analyzing 20 scientific journal articles published between 2020 and 2025. The results show that the implementation of principles is dynamic. At the elementary level, the expertise principle is hindered by classroom teachers doubling roles, while secondary levels face service management challenges. Current relevance is realized through adapting the principle of currentness with web-based technology and the principle of normativeness through Islamic approaches. This study implies the need for strengthening counselor digital competence and providing professional personnel at the elementary level to ensure service integrity.

This study aims to identify and minimize waste in the process of procuring Food & Beverage raw materials at Hotel PXY Jasa Bali using the Lean Inventory Management approach. Observations over one month showed that the total procurement cost reached 47% of the total revenue, exceeding the ideal limit of 35%. One of the main causes is the inefficient and lack of synchronization between divisions in the Rhapsody platform, which causes waste in the form of defects, delays, over-processing, and transportation. This study uses the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) method to map actual conditions and Process Activity Mapping (PAM) to identify the type of activity based on the waste category. In addition, root cause analysis is carried out using the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) approach. The mapping results showed that out of the total lead time of 598.44 minutes, only 278.49 minutes or 46.54% were value-added activities. This finding indicates that the procurement process is not yet efficient and needs optimization. Several recommendations were given to minimize waste, such as clearer division of tasks, improved communication with vendors, and the procurement of supporting facilities to reduce physical movement between divisions. The implementation of this lean service is expected to be able to increase the efficiency of the logistics process and reduce the company's overall operational costs.

This systematic review maps how innovation, technology adoption, and Islamic entrepreneurial behaviors are intertwined and contribute to the SDGs. Searches in Scopus followed PRISMA 2020: of the 166 initial records, 46 were eliminated prior to screening; 120 filtered by title–abstract; 45 read in full; and 25 articles were analyzed in depth. Four RQs lead the synthesis: the form of innovation/adoption (RQ1), impact on behavior and performance (RQ2), and their relationship to the SDGs (RQ3). The findings show five complementary faces of innovation: (1) process-organization (knowledge management, open innovation; innovation capability), (2) sharia business/finance models (sharia venture capital, agricultural value chain finance), (3) financial and platform digitalization (fintech, Islamic crowdfunding), (4) technological innovation in business models (e.g., urban farming–aquaponics) that are value-framed, and (5) halal product/marketing innovation (halal assurance and halal trust). Behind that, the drivers are layered: individual values and psychology, Islamic HRM cultural orientation and organizational learning, Islamic finance architecture and regulation, and access to digital literacy and trust in the platform. The impact is multidimensional performance, access to ethical capital, halal market behavior, and social and religious environmental outcomes with strong contributions to SDG 8 and SDG 9, and footprints on SDGs 1–2, 3, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17. This SLR offers an integrated financial innovation value framework and proposes SDGs micro-indicators; limitations mainly in the variation of measurements and the dominance of cross-section designs.

Blood sugar regulation problems such as diabetes are increasing, so sustainable management is needed. Kersen leaves (Muntingia calabura L.) are tropical plants that have potential as traditional blood sugar management through the content of phytochemical compounds contained therein. This article aims to review the potential of kersen leaves in blood sugar management and its implications in the wellness tourism approach. The method used is a literature review of scientific literature, especially the last five years related to the phytochemical content and antihyperglycemic activity of kersen leaves, as well as their implications in wellness tourism. The results of the literature review through in vivo and in vivo approaches show that kersen leaves contain potential phytochemical compounds such as flavonoids, phenols, tannins, alkaloids, and saponins that are able to regulate blood sugar by preventing the oxidation process of important molecules by free radicals, suppressing oxidative stress, inhibiting carbohydrate enzymes, increasing insulin production, and suppressing the glycogenolysis process. In the context of wellness tourism, kersen leaves as a herbal plant can be used as a healthy drink and have the potential to be studied further in the development of wellness tourism, especially related to herbal medicine.

Nature-based tourism development has a strategic role in encouraging sustainable local economic growth, especially in rural areas such as Marente Village, Kabupaten Sumbawa. Agal Waterfall is one of the natural tourism destinations that has high attractiveness, but its utilization is still not optimal due to limited facilities and infrastructure, access to the location, promotional activities, and the quality of human resources management. This study aims to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and determine priority strategies in developing Agal Waterfall tourism using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative with primary data collected from 100 respondents. Analysis techniques include the preparation of IFAS, EFAS, SWOT, and QSPM matrices. The research findings show that the beauty of the natural environment and community participation are the main strengths, while the limited supporting facilities and promotion are still the dominant weaknesses. Development opportunities are supported by the increasing interest in nature tourism and the utilization of digital platforms, while threats come from competition between tourist destinations and the potential for environmental degradation. Based on the results of the analysis, priority strategies suggested include improving basic facilities, optimizing digital-based promotions, strengthening the capacity of human resource managers, and implementing the principles of sustainable tourism.

This study aims to examine the effect of microcredit on the level of community welfare in Kecamatan Sumbawa, with study locations in Kelurahan Pekat and Brang Bara. Microcredit is positioned as one of the strategic instruments in efforts to empower the economy of low-income communities, especially through increasing access to financing, income generation, and social welfare. This research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The study population consisted of 100 micro-entrepreneurs in the two villages who had received microcredit from local financial institutions. The variables analyzed include ease of credit access (X1), credit repayment (X2), income (Y), and community welfare (Z) which acts as a mediating variable. The results of the analysis show that easy access to microcredit does not have a significant effect on income or community welfare. In contrast, the variable of microcredit repayment has a positive and significant effect on community welfare. In addition, income also has a positive and significant influence on welfare, indicating that an increase in income is a key factor in determining the economic and social welfare of microcredit recipient households. This finding confirms that the success of the microcredit program is more influenced by the effectiveness of the management and sustainability of the credit repayment system, rather than solely by the ease of access to financing.

Viral hepatitis is a systemic disease that primarily affects the liver and is characterized by a necroinflammatory process that plays a significant role in clinical and laboratory manifestations. Chronic hepatitis is defined as liver inflammation lasting more than six months, with persistent elevations in aminotransferases and characteristic histological features, and carries a risk of progression to cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Chronic hepatitis C virus infection occurs due to an ineffective host immune response to the virus, allowing the infection to persist. The innate immune system, particularly type I interferon, plays a key role in the initial defense mechanisms against viral replication. Various antiviral therapies, such as interferon, nucleoside analogs, and nucleotide analogs, are currently available, which have been shown to reduce viral load and inhibit disease progression. Appropriate therapy is expected to prevent long-term complications in patients with chronic hepatitis.

Islamic banks operate not only as financial intermediaries but also as institutions rooted in Islamic ethical values. Trust (amanah) and accountability represent core principles guiding financial management in Islamic banking. This study explores the meaning of amanah and accountability and examines how both principles are implemented in Islamic banking practices. Using a qualitative interpretive approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participant observations, and systematic document analysis. The findings indicate that amanah is understood not merely as an individual moral obligation, but as an institutional principle embedded within organizational policies, corporate culture, and governance frameworks. Accountability is reflected through transparent financial reporting, effective internal audit systems, risk management procedures, and the supervisory role of the Sharia Supervisory Board. The integration of amanah and accountability enhances organizational integrity, strengthens stakeholder confidence, and improves decision-making processes. Ultimately, the study demonstrates that embedding these ethical principles contributes to public trust, regulatory compliance, and the long-term sustainability of Islamic banking institutions in increasingly competitive.

The advancement of digital technology has led to the extensive adoption of social media by teenagers. Social media has become a means of communication, entertainment, and an easily accessible source of information, but its use also has various impacts on adolescent mental health. This study aims to examine the influence of social media on adolescent mental health through a literature review approach. The method used was a literature review, reviewing various scientific journals, books, and academic articles relevant to the topic of social media and adolescent mental health. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively to identify patterns of findings and trends in previous research. The findings of the research show that social media usage has both beneficial and detrimental effects on the mental health of adolescents. On the positive side, social media also can be means of self-expression, expanding social networks, and obtaining emotional support. However, excessive and uncontrolled social media use possesses the ability to create adverse effects, such as increased anxiety, stress, depression, low self-confidence, and impaired self-image due to social comparison. Furthermore, exposure to negative content, cyberbullying, and pressure to gain social approval also contribute to the decline in adolescent psychological well-being. The duration of use, the type of platform, and adolescents' ability to manage emotions and time also influence the level of perceived impact. Therefore, the active role of parents, educators, and the social environment is needed to provide guidance and digital literacy education so that teenagers can utilize social media sensibly. Through effective management, it is anticipated that social media can be used constructively while prioritizing adolescent mental health.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) disclosure on market reaction and firm value in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2023 period. The research sample was determined using purposive sampling, comprising 8 companies with observations over 5 years, resulting in a total of 40 annual reports. Data were collected through documentation of annual reports and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that governance disclosure, risk disclosure, and compliance disclosure simultaneously have a significant positive effect on market reaction, suggesting that higher levels of GRC disclosure can enhance positive investor responses. Meanwhile, only governance disclosure and risk disclosure have a significant positive effect on firm value, whereas compliance disclosure does not show a significant impact. These findings align with positive accounting theory, which states that managers strategically use information disclosure to influence investor perceptions, increase market confidence, and drive firm value growth. This study provides important implications for company management to improve the quality of GRC disclosure as a market communication strategy and for investors in assessing the performance and growth potential of firms.
