The elderly is a vulnerable group that has a very high dependency rate. The elderly  has various health problems such as degenerative diseases and decreased productivity so that it can cause a decrease in independence in carrying out daily activities (Activities Daily Living). This research strategy combines a cross-sectional approach with correlational analysis. Simple random sampling is the method used for sampling. employing the logistic regression test. examined respondents' perceptions of senior citizens' independence, using a sample size of 45 respondents. The results of this study found that there was a relationship between all factors that could be done both from family support, cognitive function, and anxiety with a p value of 0.05 while the dominant factor related to the independence of the elderly was the anxiety factor with a p value of 0.005 a 0.05 and OR value =248792879.8 Can guarantee that family support, cognitive function, and can increase the independence of the elderly, but the most dominant factor for independence is the anxiety factor. To ensure that body parts can move and there is no immobility disorder, it is expected of the aged to continue with everyday activities. The third trimester of pregnancy is the gestational age from 29 weeks to about 40 weeks and ends with the baby being born. Pregnant women entering the third trimester of pregnancy will experience lower back pain due to enlarged uterus and changes in the center of gravity causing discomfort in daily activities. One of the treatments to help reduce low back pain in third trimester pregnant women is progressive muscle relaxation. This type of research is quantitative research using quasy experimental with a one groups pre test-post test design approach and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The research location at the Kagok Health Center with 19 respondents. The instrument used to assess dysmenorrhea pain is the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The research data were analyzed using a statistical test, namely the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of giving progressive muscle relaxation measures to the level of dysmenorrhea pain with a p value of 0.00 (<0.05).

Gouty arthritis is a degenerative disease caused by abnormal purine metabolism which is characterized by increased levels of uric acid in the blood (hyperuricemia). Gouty arthritis can attack men aged 30 - 50 years and is a disease inherited from previous generations, but not in women. Women can develop gouty arthritis after experiencing menopause. This is related to the presence of the hormone estrogen which plays a role in the process of regulating uric acid in the blood. Uric acid levels are said to be high, if the uric acid level in the blood is more than normal levels. The normal level of uric acid in men is 3.4 - 7.0 mg/dl while in women it is 2.4 - 5.7 mg/dl (Yulianingsih et al., 2022). The prevalence of gout arthritis in Central Java based on doctors' diagnoses in the elderly group 75 years and over was ranked first at 16.03%, then in the elderly group 65-74 years it was 13.90%, and in the elderly group 55-64 years it was 13.69 % (Access et al., 2022). Based on data from the Kutamendala Community Health Center, the prevalence of gouty arthritis in Kutayu Village reached 4.3%. The percentage of residents suffering from gouty arthritis in Kutayu Village is 15 people out of 346 elderly people (Kutamendala Health Center, 2022).

Contraception is preventing the fertilization of an egg by a sperm cell (conception) or preventing the fertilized egg from attaching to the uterine wall. There are various methods of using contraception, one of which is using hormonal contraceptive methods, namely injection/injection contraception. Injection contraception is an injectable contraceptive. which is injected into the body over a certain period of time, then enters the blood vessels, and is absorbed little by little by the body to prevent pregnancy. The injectable contraceptives used are norethisterone enanthate, depo medroxy progesterone acetate (DMPA), and cyclofem. One of the modern contraceptives used DMPA is often used containing depo medroxy progesterone acetate as much as 150 mg with an efficacy of up to 3 months. This drug was tried in 1958 to treat habitual abortion and endometriosis, and it turns out that in the treatment of habitual abortion, infertility often occurs after the pregnancy ends. Depo-Provera as a contraceptive drug turns out to be quite effective and safe in family planning services. The assumption that Depo-Provera can cause cancer of the cervix or breasts in women who use it has not been clearly proven. Planned contraception is an attempt to space or plan the number and distance pregnancy by using contraception (BKKBN.2012).

To create a conducive business climate and legal certainty in animal husbandry and animal health, it is necessary to regulate the mechanisms and procedures for licensing livestock and animal health businesses in the regions. The problem faced by the Batam Class I Agricultural Quarantine Center is caused by cows entering Batam Island that do not have an entry permit and are not by Law Number 21 of 2019, which states that every entry or release must be carried out through a designated Place of Entry and Place of Expenditure.

Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) is an area projected to become a center for field laboratories and workshops that accommodate all study programs at UNPAB. This area is also planned to be an Ecotourism. One of the functions that will be developed in this area is the livestock area. Facing the AEC (ASEAN Economic Community) 2015 in the field of food, especially livestock products in particular, strict standardization is needed so the concept of Good Animal Husbandry Practices (GAHP) needs to be applied. Thus, it is necessary to plan the concept of a livestock drive in the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) livestock area by considering GAHP (Good Anima Husbandry Practice). The application of GAHP aims to ensure that the livestock products produced are safe for consumption with the right quality and suitable for consumers, while also ensuring that livestock products are produced in the right way without causing harm to the environment, health, safety, and welfare of workers in the livestock sector. The purpose of this research is to produce a design of supporting buildings in the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) livestock area based on GAHP. The results of this design are expected to be a direction for the development of supporting buildings in the livestock area of the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab)
