The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze how to improve the quality of the system and the quality of information included in the informasibase. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative research method that builds on previous papers published by researchers and focuses on evaluating the literature with respect to specific components affecting the information management system.  Each study shows that the quality of the system, the quality of information, and the quality of service are all in line with the expectations of system users. As system quality, information quality, and service quality all improve, user experience also improves. Informasibase is a very important component of an information management system, which also serves as a component of infrastructure, summation of information, assurance of information efficiency, and assurance of information effectiveness.

Analysis of Financial Performance at the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is the Financial Performance of the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency. The problem in this study is how the Performance of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget at the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency for the 2019-2021 Fiscal Year is viewed from the effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio. The purpose of this study was to determine the Financial Performance of the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency for the 2019-2021 Fiscal Year in terms of the effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. Sources of data conducted in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is ratio analysis, where in the ratio analysis technique there are two formulas used to calculate the numbers, namely effectiveness and efficiency. The results showed that the Financial Performance of the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency when viewed from the level of effectiveness, in 2019 with a value of 83.18% and in 2020 with a value of 90.66% and in 2021 with a value of 93.57%. efficiency in 2019 with a value of 20% in 2020 with a value of 10% and in 2021 with a value of 6%.  

By doing this research aims to examine the financial performance of the local government of Central Java Province. This analysis uses regional financial independence ratios, financial efficiency ratios, PAD effectiveness ratios, and growth ratios to assess financial performance. This study is included in the category of quantitative descriptive research. The data used comes from the Financial Report of the Central Java Provincial Government for the 2019-2022 budget period. Financial ratio analysis is the method used to perform this analysis. As shown by the research results, the financial performance of the Central Java Provincial Government is still far from optimal. Regional Original Revenue Management has proven successful, but regional finances are still inefficient. In addition, the level of regional independence is still low, as shown by the increase in central government assistance compared to the regional original income of Central Java Province.

This article discusses the role of asset management, cost control, and receivables management policies in improving financial resilience amid the Covid-19 outbreak, PT Unilever. The COVID-19 epidemic put tremendous financial pressure on many businesses, including Unilever. Effective management of an organization's assets helps improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of those assets, enabling the organization to maximize the potential financial benefits of those assets. Effective monetary management can reduce the company's operating costs and increase profitability. A good receivables policy can also help reduce credit risk and improve business license requirements. In conclusion, this article highlights how important it is to use asset management, cost control, and receivables policies to improve a company's financial performance, especially in difficult situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

This study aims to examine the effect of digital accounting systems on business development for UMKM in Sidoarjo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The population in this study are SMEs in Sidoarjo who use a digital accounting system, and the sample is taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were collected using in-depth interview techniques and relevant sources on the internet. Data analysis was performed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the use of digital accounting systems has a significant influence on business development for UMKM in Sidoarjo. In its use, the digital accounting system simplifies the process of recording and reporting finances, as well as assisting UMKM owners in making more precise and accurate business decisions. In addition, the use of digital accounting systems also helps UMKM in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, so as to produce better business performance. In this case, it is advisable for UMKM in Sidoarjo to adopt a digital accounting system as part of their business development strategy. This will help UMKM  improve their business performance and compete with other UMKM. In addition, the government can also provide support and assistance to UMKM to adopt digital accounting systems, so as to accelerate the growth of UMKM  in Indonesia.

The village is a unit of legal society which has territorial boundaries and regulates its own government affairs. The village government, one of the element of the village government, has full authority to carry out planned village activity programs. The implementation of village authority to carry out village activity programs funded by the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) where village revenue comes from various sources. The research object used is the realization report on the implementation of the village revenue and expenditure budget of the Purwodadi village government for the 2020 and 2021 fiscal years. The type of data used is unit count. The data collection technique used is the document study technique and the research method used is descriptive method, data analysis using the independence ratio, compatibility ratio, growth ratio, efficiency ratio, and effectiveness ratio.

This study aims to analyze the realization of the management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget is an important financial instrument in managing village finances to finance various development activities and public services at the village level. In this study, we use methods to study the implementation of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget management in different contexts. The data used includes the budget that has been allocated, the realization of expenses, and related financial reports. Apart from that, we also involved interviews with related parties such as village financial managers, village heads, and community members. The results of this study indicate that there are still some problems in managing the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Some of them are a lack of understanding of the budgeting process, weaknesses in monitoring and evaluating budget use, and low community participation in decision-making processes related to Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. In addition, there were also indications of misuse of funds and corrupt practices that needed to be followed up by the competent authorities. This study provides recommendations for improving the management of village budgets, including strengthening the capacity of village financial managers, increasing transparency and accountability in village financial reporting, and increasing participation the community in making decisions related to the management of the APBDes. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide valuable input for the village government and related stakeholders to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget management in order to realize sustainable development at the village level.

Public services related to Population Administration are something that the Government must pay attention to its development considering that effective and efficient public services are one of the driving factors for governance, so that innovation is needed in improving the quality of public services. Kelurahan which is an administrative government unit which is only an extension of the city government. Gayungan Village is one of the Village Offices in Surabaya City that implements innovative electronic-based administrative services as a means of managing population administration. Klampid New Generation, which is an online-based application page that can be a solution to problems related to the complicated and lengthy process of managing population documents as a result of the poor performance of public services. In this study, an analysis of the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the use of KNG as a form of improving public services, especially in the Gayungan Village, Surabaya City, was carried out from the many requests submitted and an analysis of the performance of public services was also carried out based on the use of e-government. Using qualitative methods and direct observation based on existing services in the Gayungan Village within a period of four months. The results of this study are that Klampid New Generation as a population administration management service can be said to be successful in its implementation including effectiveness and efficiency in Gayungan Village.

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Regional Government of Magelang Regency seen based on the Analysis of Budget Realization Reports. The Budget Realization Report is a financial report that presents an overview of the sources, allocation and use of economic resources managed by the local government. The realization report describes the comparison between the budget and its realization in one reporting period. The Budget Realization Report provides information regarding financial position that is useful for most users of the report in order to make decisions and demonstrate accountability for the use of resources entrusted to users. The method used is descriptive quantitative using the ratio of effectiveness and efficiency. Data obtained through field studies.    

Technological advancements will eventually have an impact on all parts of society's environment, including transportation. Based on application technology, online transportation is a means of transportation that allows its consumers to employ the services of motor vehicles or cars at any time. The study's goal is to collect data on the efficacy of online transportation services by assessing the level of efficiency of online transportation. The questionnaire distribution approach was used to reach 388 University 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, utilizing online transportation services. A descriptive quantitative method approach is used in this study with statistical analysis of weighting based on the level of user satisfaction. As a result of this study, the online transportation service has met the expectations of its use where in achieving its effectiveness has already been very good with a service efficiency rate of 82%, but not optimal on the pick-up point precision service. The highest level of efficiency on the safe service variable is applied to the means of transport with an efficiency rate of 84.02%, followed by the safe and easy service variables with the efficiency level value of 83.08%, while the speed variable with the effectiveness level value is 81.08%, on the cost variable charged with the efficacy level of 80.14%, and on the accuracy variable that has the efficiencies level of 77.68%.

The implementation of public sector accounting is very important to ensure transparency, efficiency and effectiveness in the financial management of government entities, including village governments. This study explores the extent to which the Karangrejo Village Government has adopted and implemented public sector accounting standards, procedures, and reporting practices in its financial system. This research includes studies on accounting policies, budgeting processes, and the smaller number of financial transactions of village governments compared to local governments. The results of the study indicate that the policies implemented by the Karangrejo village government are in accordance with applicable regulations and have been evaluated by accountants in presenting accountability reports. In addition, the village government has prepared financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, which provide comprehensive information on village financial activities and assist in assessing village financial performance and accountability. The preparation of financial reports using a village-based accounting information system (SISKEUDES) also assists village officials in compiling financial accounting reports for village funds more seriously. This study concludes that the implementation of public sector accounting in the Karangrejo Village Government financial system in 2020 has increased financial transparency, accountability, and governance. However, there is still room for improvement, such as strengthening internal controls, increasing capacity building programs for village officials, and ensuring the sustainability of accounting practices that have been implemented.

Learning media greatly determines the effectiveness and efficiency of achieving learning objectives. This development was carried out with the aim of making PBL-based physics worksheets on parabolic motion material and its application as an alternative medium for physics lessons. Parabolic motion is circular motion whose trajectory is a parabola. This study uses a research design methodologyResearch and Development or research and development. Based on the research results assessed by material experts and media experts that PBL-based physics worksheets on parabolic motion material and its implementation have a feasibility index of 80 and 87 which fall into the feasible category.

 Performance appraisal is a way of determining the work results of employees and work groups that are useful if used the right methods on target and produce the desired conclusions according to output targets and performance standards. This research method is qualitative, namely observing performance appraisals that are already in effect with a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative by comparing work standards and output targets. Qualitative is assessed from skills (competence, physical abilities, coordination and teamwork); character (discipline, ability to make decisions and speed of response); and accuracy (supervision, control and the presence of work solutions).  Assessment data from January to April 2019. The time limit was chosen because the performance appraisal had stopped starting in August 2019, and required a remedial analysis. The results of the study show that performance appraisal provides an efficiency of 14% and makes assessments more noticed by all production employees. Methods collaborate in generating a more complete and mature assessment, as well as other suggestions for improvement. And prove that performance appraisal is useful for efficiency and effectiveness, controlling and monitoring performance, and being able to motivate employees to work even better.  

Hospital service quality can be seen from the professional appearance of hospital personnel, efficiency and effectiveness of services and patient satisfaction. Communication was very important for nurses in interacting with clines. Clines satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of health services performance obtained after patient compares it with expectation. clines satisfaction was determined by the overall service provided in patient or family complaints. The study was to determine the relationship between nurse communication and postoperative clines satisfaction at Medan Hospital.The research design used analytical survey method with a Cross-Sectional approach. The population in this study were postoperative patients totaling 477 respondents. The sampling used is purposive sampling, namely taking for a purpose by determining certain characteristics that are considered representative of the population, sampling is the slovin technique, totaling 83 respondents.The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square test showed that the significant probability value (Asymp.Sign) of nurse communication was 0.002 < sig value .05, this proves that there was a relationship between nurse communication and clines satisfaction at Medan Hospital.The conclusion was that statistically a relationship between nurse communication with postoperative clines at Medan Hospital. It is recommended for nurses to maintain communication therapeutic nurse to obtain quality health services for postoperative patients.                                                 

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing the siskeudes application as well as the constraints or obstacles to financial management in Rejosari Village, Pakis District. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The data used in the study were obtained through interviews and observations at the Rejosari Village Hall office. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the implementation of the siskeudes application in Rejosari Village was quite effective and efficient in helping the village government manage its finances. The village financial management procedures that will be carried out include the planning, implementation, management and reporting/accountability stages. However, there are still some problems in its operation but it doesn’t really affect the system used. The village financial system is very important in the village economy, where good and structured village financial management can create optimal accountability and transparency.

Sumber daya air merupakan sumber daya alam yang penting bagi keberlangsungan hidup manusia dan lingkungan, namun pengelolaannya masih belum efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah memaparkan dan menganalisis gap analisa tren penelitian di bidang lingkungan sumber daya air, serta membantu identifikasi kerentanan dan kesenjangan penelitian yang masih ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan basis data scopus dengan jumlah 92409 artikel dan terekstraksi menjadi 12 artikel. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis prisma, kemudian dikembangkan menggunakan bibliometrika menggunakan Vosviewer dan Biblioshiny. Hasil penelitian ini adalah visualisasi dan penjelasan bibliometrika dalam topik lingkungan sumber daya air menurut Co-Authorship, Co-Occurance belum mengalami pembahasan yang relative tetap berdasarakan referensi dan kata kunci dalam penelitian dari berbagai negara belahan dunia ini. However, there is still a lack of effectiveness and efficiency in this area. The purpose of this investigation is to describe and analyze disparity in research trends regarding environmental water resources, while also identifying existing research weaknesses and gaps. A total of 92,409 articles from the Scopus database were analyzed, and 12 articles were selected for this study. The prism analysis method was employed, and bibliometrics were utilized through Vosviewer and Biblioshiny. The findings of this study provide a visualization and bibliometric explanation of the topic of environmental water resources, demonstrating that Co-Authorship and Co-Occurance have not been thoroughly explored based on references and keywords from various countries around the globe. Archiving is a process or activity that starts from creation, receipt, collection, regulation, control, maintenance, care, and storage as well as evaluation according to a certain predetermined system. As time goes by and also the many activities that have been carried out at PT Pelindo IV (Persero) Balikpapan Branch, more and more archives have been created. The purpose of this study was to find out the causes of archive management and to find out the efforts made in overcoming obstacles to archive management in the HR and general division at PT Pelindo IV (Persero) Balikpapan Branch. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach in which data is collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results, several things can be improved for more efficiency and effectiveness in archiving 1) What can be improved is the system currently used. Pelindo IV (Persero) Balikpapan Branch, namely the system regarding this is quite good, it's just that in recovering it is still difficult to find because letters are in other classification sections such as payment archives in the information system classification. 2) Tools and equipment used in managing archives are wooden and glass cabinets. The arrangement is still disorganized because the order folders are just piled up. The archive storage space is too small so many archives accumulate and cannot be put in the cupboard. 3) There are still many archives whose duration of archive destruction is too long, considering the number of incoming documents or document production is quite high and quite a lot because archives that are old and no longer needed will be destroyed within a yearly period.

This journal discusses the effectiveness of financial management in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Palangka Raya City as a strategy in dealing with the New Normal period of COVID-19. The purpose of this research is to find out how MSMEs in Palangka Raya City manage their finances during the pandemic and how it affects their business performance. The method used in this study was direct interviews with 3 respondents consisting of MSME owners and their financial managers. The results of the study show that MSMEs in Palangka Raya City apply various financial management strategies such as cost savings and increased efficiency in their business processes. In facing the New Normal period of COVID-19, effective financial management can help MSMEs to continue operating and even improve their business performance. In conclusion, effective financial management is a key factor in maintaining the survival of MSMEs during this pandemic.  

Housemart Cirebon is a trading company engaged in staple goods located on Jalan Cideng Indah, Cirebon Regency - West Java. Cirebon Housemart provides basic ingredients from national brands ranging from household needs, baby products, to body and beauty care products. At present the business activities carried out are somewhat less effective. Sales, promotions and orders are still done manually, this is less effective because there is no detailed information on what products are being sold to buyers. . Recording and checking of transaction data, customer data, goods data, is still done manually in written document archives, data loss is still very likely to occur. The development method used to design the system uses the prototype method. The results of this research are in the form of a web-based Housemart Cirebon Sales Information System that is capable of performing sales, ordering and data processing services at Cirebon Housemart so that it can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of performance and time. The hope is to be able to provide complete information regarding the ordering process, services and promotions so that it is even better at Housemart Cirebon.

The government initiated farmer cards to improve the distribution of subsidized fertilizers that were still not on the target. However, in some areas the effectiveness of distributing subsidized fertilizers using farm cards is unknown. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizers in Cibeuti Village, Kawalu District, Tasikmalaya City. The population in this study was farmers who received farmer cards with a total of 559 people who were then sampled using a random sampling technique of 85 people. This research was conducted using two methods, namely observation and interview. Observation is carried out by collecting data carried out through direct observation of farmers included in the farmer group in Cibeuti Village. The data analysis used is  multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. From the results of this study, the level of effectiveness of farmer cards, the distribution of subsidized fertilizers in the Cibeuti area of Tasikmalaya City is very effective and the most effective, indicator of the distribution of subsidized fertilizers is on time, whose efficiency value is 0.005 which means less than 0.05.
