Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation with researchers. Data analysis techniques used an interactive analysis model. Based on the results of the study, students of SMP N.1 Depapre are very fond of playing online games so that they spend more time playing than studying and socializing. This has an impact on their behavior, such as using harsh language, not respecting time, low learning motivation, and difficulty controlling emotions, which are not in accordance with the values of Islamic Religious Education. Solutions to overcome negative behavior due to online games require cooperation between parents, schools, and the community. Parents limit playing time, schools provide supervision and education, and communities provide positive activities so that children do not become too dependent on online games.

Assessment that is often understood so far in the world of learning is limited to evaluation only. This evaluation was tried formatively and summatively. When an evaluation has been attempted, it is considered that the assessment has been carried out. Such a description is not very fitting. The application of evaluation tends to only look at the achievement of educational goals. In this case, in the learning process it is not only the value that is seen, but there are many aspects that make the success or failure of a program. Evaluation is only a small part of the assessment. Assessment must also be understood as part of supervision. Assessment does not only deal with values that are measured based on solving questions, but assessment of learning programs will examine many aspects. Implementation of learning programs can be viewed from various perspectives. This point of view includes the government as a policy maker, from citizens as users, from educators, for example in terms of program effectiveness. To determine the success of the learning program implemented, an assessment is needed, which is called program evaluation. Because it specifically evaluates learning programs, it is often referred to as evaluating learning programs. Assessment is used more as a strategy to measure how far the success of education is. Given the importance of this and also remembering that assessment is one of the benefits of learning management that cannot be ignored, this paper will discuss program evaluation in learning.

In an organization or company, human resources cannot be separated from training activities. Training for human resources is a necessity for every organization or institution because almost everyone recognizes that the success of an organization or company is highly dependent on the human resources that manage them. Therefore, training is needed by employees so that they can improve their abilities, knowledge skills, motivation, and behavior. In today's modern era of development, human resource training is very important, because the formal education that employees have undergone is not enough to meet the demands of jobs and positions in organizations and companies. In addition, placing human resources directly at work does not guarantee that they will understand their duties and responsibilities well. New human resources often feel less confident and feel they do not understand their roles and responsibilities in the organization or company where they work. Therefore, new employees should receive training in the form of training that leads to an introduction to corporate culture and values, regulations, and policies, as well as their main tasks, which support the achievement of the vision and mission of the organization or company. Human resources who lack self-confidence are unlikely to carry out their duties and obligations to the fullest, especially in educational institutions. In addition, human resources professionals who have worked in organizations and companies for a long time also need to receive training to improve their skills, insights, and motivation in supporting the achievement of the organization's vision and mission.

Observing the news of crime committed by minors today certainly raises concerns and unrest in social life. The disturbing behavior of children, such as the behavior of children away from religious teachings, disrespecting their parents, dressing inappropriately, saying dirty words, smoking, and the most troubling thing is that children are now involved in criminal acts. This issue has become a hot topic that is often reported on television, such as news about crimes committed by students, violence against friends, brawls, rape, and even murder. Responding to the negative behaviors of children that often appear in the news of child crimes need special attention. Therefore, as a form of attention, it is necessary to first understand the condition of the child himself and his relationship with the surrounding environment, both parents and family as well as the school as the smallest unit in society that has the responsibility to help children grow and develop optimally. Parents are the first people to be known by children, the first people to give life understanding to children, so parents play an important role in the formation of children's character. However, ironically, the family becomes a source of threat and unrest for children, because of the wrong treatment given by parents to children. Basically, the relationship between children and their parents is an emotional and cognitive source for children. These relationships provide opportunities for children to explore the environment, including school and social life, and children's early relationships can serve as models for later relationships. This initial relationship begins when the child is born into the world, in fact it has started since the fetus was in the womb (Sutcliffe, 2002: 15).1. Furthermore, the role of Christian Religious Education is an effort made by educators continuously to equip students with sources of faith. Character formation is very important in the educational process which is a process of internalizing the values of the Christian faith through education. So that the personality or noble character of students is formed through habituation that is constantly practiced, without stopping.

Garbage is a problem that has become a global environmental issue. Problems that arise in each region can vary, whether it is about the accumulation of organic or non-organic waste. One solution to this waste problem is the existence of waste processing activities. Waste processing is part of waste management by reducing the amount of waste, in addition to utilizing the values contained in the waste itself (recycled materials, other products, and energy). Waste management is crucial and important at this time, given the large volume of waste generated in each region and needs to be handled to keep the environment clean and nice. The waste problem in Semarang Regency, especially in the Demak District, is the chosen place in this study. The second factor is the leader as a leader who is able to mobilize human resources. Sensitivity leaders are expected to understand the nature and human needs. The hierarchy of human needs is expected to be another consideration in motivating staff, teachers (ustadz) or employees. Five things human needs that need to be considered are: physiological, safety, social, esteem and self-actualization needs. Development to achieve educational goals certainly leads to instruments that are responsible for the implementation. The teacher is the instrument, which is required to bring out all the potential possessed, both knowledge and review of self-aspects as a reflection that should be imitated. Thus, it is absolutely necessary to have a complete personality professionalism and role model points that are certainly inherent in every teacher. Teachers are required to maintain stability in speaking and acting as a reaction to the practice of integrity values that do not know place, time and situation. The personality in question does not create a chasm to limit oneself in interacting with others, but how the whole existence can be a role model. School is a place of interaction in the daily life of a teacher, here the teacher does what is his responsibility and obligation in fostering students (towards the desired goal). The implementation pattern certainly requires good performance starting from personality, discipline and how a teacher can be relied on and become a role model for students. The moral integrity of students is the expectation of a teacher, of course. In relation to this review, a teacher, especially a PAK teacher, is required and of course has a very strategic and core role in the implementation of the process of forming moral integrity as a role model for students.
