Background Recently, the development of technology is also becoming more advanced. Today's technology is able to bring about a new era where everything becomes fast-paced practicality. The negative impacts of excessive gadget use include gadget addiction, sleep disturbances, eye fatigue, poor posture, impaired close vision, and decreased cognitive abilities. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling on the impact of gadget use on children at the reading house of the library framework in North Aceh district. Method The implementation of community service is face-to-face, using the counseling method. This activity was carried out on Tuesday, 31 October 2023 at the Rangkang Pustaka Reading House in Nisam village, North Aceh Regency. The counseling was conducted for children aged 7 to 11 years. who are at the elementary school,with a total of 37 participants. The results showed that from a total of 37 children, it was found that 13 already had sufficient understanding of the impact of gadget use, while 24 still did not have knowledge and understanding of the adverse effects that arise from the use of gadgets. In conclusion, gadgets can reduce the ability to think and analyze things, and can have long-term and permanent consequences if not addressed early on. This activity is very helpful for children to become independent and reduce smartphone addiction.

Background: Medical records at Udayana Denpasar Level II Hospital that exceed capacity are caused by double medical records, misfiles occur during the implementation of retrieval, the retention process has not run optimally and the increasing number of patient visits. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of medical record storage overload on the response time of medical record provision. Methods: The research design used is a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. The data analysis used is the Chi Squere test. With a total sample of 16 medical record officers and medical record documents contained in 30 medical record storage shelves where each shelf consists of 5 sections.   Results: The results of the Chi Squere test show that the p value is 0.002, the value is less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an impact of overload of medical record storage on the response time of providing medical records, thus impacting the quality of hospital services, the services provided become long because they wait for medical records to be delivered to the polyclinic. Based on these results, it is necessary to transfer media by scanning medical records then stored in sharing folders and uploaded to the interface system. This media transfer is expected to provide a solution in dealing with the overload of medical record storage so that it can be more efficient in providing medical records.       Conclusion: The conclusion in this study is that there is an impact of overloaded medical record storage on the response time of medical record provision, which has an impact on the quality of hospital services, the services provided will be long because they wait for medical records to be delivered to the polyclinic, so that doctors experience problems in patient examinations because they cannot see the patient's previous examination history.

Peresepan yang tidak tepat menyebabkan masalah seperti penurunan kemanjuran terapi, meningkatkan morbiditas dan mortalitas, pemborosan sumber daya, penurunan ketersediaan obat, risiko efek samping, resistensi bakteri, serta dampak psikososial, yang dapat menyebabkan ketergantungan pasien pada obat yang tidak berguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi ketepatan peresepan untuk pasien Diabetes melitus type-2 (DM-2) di Puskesmas Buleleng II. Survei potong lintang dilakukan dari Februari hingga April 2023. Wawancara secara langsung menggunakan kuesiner dilakukan pada pasien DM-2 yang direkrut secara purposive. Sejumlah 120 responden berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini (tingkat respon 100%). Hasil menunjukkan pola peresepan pada pasien DM-2 yaitu tepat indikasi (97.5%); tepat pemilihan obat (97.5%); tepat dosis (97.5%); tepat cara pemberian obat (97.5%); tepat waktu interval (88.3%); dan waspada efek samping obat (48.3%). Ketepatan peresepan obat pada pasien DM-2 secara umum sudah baik. Apoteker diharapkan lebih aktif dalam memberikan pelayanan informasi obat dan konseling terkait pengobatan pasien, agar tercapai terapi pengobatan yang optimal.

International trade is the exchange of goods and services across international borders. This usually comes with additional risks caused by changes in exchange rates. The purpose of this analysis is to find out about the influence of international business on Indonesia. In this type of research the author uses descriptive research and collects information and analyzes data using secondary data. From this analysis, it can be seen the influence and impact of international business on Indonesia.

This research aims to analyze the impact of fossil energy on climate change and explore green energy-based solutions. Research objects include greenhouse gas emissions produced by the use of fossil energy and the potential of renewable energy as an alternative. The research was carried out during 2023 using secondary data analysis methods from various case studies and scientific reports. research results show that the use of fossil energy contributes significantly to increasing global temperatures and extreme climate change. on the other hand, the application of green energy solutions, such as solar, wind, and bioenergy, can substantially reduce carbon emissions and increase environmental sustainability. Implementing policies that support the transition to green energy is urgently needed to overcome the climate crisis. This research provides recommendations for the development of renewable energy technology and increasing public awareness regarding the environmental impacts of fossil energy

Globalization makes many changes in the times, especially in the industrial economy in Indonesia.Digital economy or disruptive innovation raises business competition problems so as not to cause large losses to consumers and other business actors on a large economic scale creating high barriers to market entry due to the positive economy. This research uses qualitative descriptive, descriptive analysis to see the phenomenon of existing events and qualitative research methods based on philosophy as an instrument, Data collection techniques and qualitative analysis emphasize meaning. Oligopoly markets whose structure consists of two or three or even more control the market 70 to 80 percent of all production or selling value around it and emphasize the price determined. The development of the era of business actors utilizing technology is certainly due to globalization which affects industrial markets in each country to abroad. Oligopoly is very influential in industrial markets because of pressure on prices and new ideas from competitors and supported by digital technology hence industrial market activities to retain consumers. In addition to the effect, business actors get large profits due to increasingly sophisticated information technology. The influence of globalization can encourage large companies to innovate their businesses and be able to integrate in the global market.

International Trade is an economic transaction carried out between countries. Among the items commonly stored are consumer goods, such as televisions and clothing; capital goods, such as machinery, raw materials and food. In almost all countries, international trade is an effort to increase GDP. Economic growth is an increase in the ability of a country's economy to produce both goods and services in quantity. In general, the high or low population of a country, the birth rate and death rate greatly influence a country's economy because productivity, education, and investment in physical capital since improving longevity create greater needs. The type of research used is qualitative research, qualitative research is research that produces several findings that cannot be obtained using statistical procedures or quantitative methods. With the existence of International Business in Indonesia, Economic Growth will increase. The reason is that the supply and increase for foreign products from the Indonesian people will continue to increase. For this reason, companies or industries in Indonesia will often experience increases and growth, such as the development of the textile, shrimp, coffee and so on industries. With the existence of international business, the prosperity and welfare of society in Indonesia is developing well due to the opening of various kinds of employment opportunities, so that there can be a reduction in the level of poverty in Indonesia.

Parental division will lead to arguments and anger so that these emotions will tend to dominate the child's emotions. Based on the explanation above, researchers are interested in studying the impact of parental divorce on children's character. This research seeks to reveal how character formation influences children's psychology from the impact of parental divorce. In this research, descriptive qualitative methods were used. because to explore a particular case by conducting data mining to understand the case in detail (Tobing, H. et al., 2016). Researchers try to understand events or phenomena regarding the impact of parental divorce on the formation of children's character. According to Moh. Nazir (1988).

The state's contribution from taxes amounts to 85%, indicating the dominant role of taxes in significantly contributing to the state's finances. This research aims to examine the influence of the self-assessment system and tax audits on the Value Added Tax (VAT) revenue. The self-assessment system emphasizes the active role of taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations; however, the potential for taxpayer non-compliance may negatively impact tax revenue. Therefore, tax audits are essential to balance the implementation of the self-assessment system and ensure that the filing of Tax Returns (SPT) aligns with the conditions of the taxable objects. This study employs a quantitative method with descriptive analysis. Data analysis involves multiple linear regression and testing classical assumptions such as multicollinearity, autocorrelation, normality, and heteroskedasticity. Hypothesis testing is conducted using t-tests and F-tests with the assistance of SPSS 22. A sample of 36 respondents was selected based on specific criteria, and secondary data were obtained from the Mulyorejo Primary Tax Office in the form of documents. The research findings indicate that simultaneously, the self-assessment system and tax audits do not significantly influence VAT revenue in the Mulyorejo Primary Tax Office during the period of 2020-2022. The implication is that while the active role of taxpayers and tax audits has potential impacts, their simultaneous implementation does not significantly contribute to the increased Value Added Tax revenue in the region.

Violence against children is an arbitrary act that can harm children both physically and psychologically. One of the causes of domestic violence against children is early marriage. Children who witness domestic violence or are victims of violence themselves have long-term physical and mental health risks. Children who witness domestic violence between their parents are also at higher risk of committing domestic violence in the future. The solution to preventing early marriage and child domestic violence can be to collaborate with relevant agencies and institutions in the field to hold youth training regarding the impact of early marriage and parenting training for parents regarding how to raise their children well.

Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pengabaian terhadap pengakuan dan perlindungan masyarakat hukum adat di Kalimantan Timur yang dapat memicu sengketa hukum. Melalui analisis hukum, penelitian membahas implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kaltim Nomor 1 Tahun 2015 dan dampaknya pada hak-hak serta keberlangsungan masyarakat hukum adat. Faktor tumpang tindih aturan positif dan hambatan diungkapkan dalam konteks efektivitas proses pengakuan dan perlindungan. Hasil kajian ini diharapkan memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang isu hukum kompleks terkait masyarakat hukum adat di Kalimantan Timur, mendukung perumusan kebijakan yang lebih baik untuk menjaga hak dan keberlangsungan mereka.

This research was created to discuss the juridical review of the impact of the proliferation of online transportation partners. Indonesia has experienced an industrial revolution, based on the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI), Industrial Revolution is divided into two words, namely Revolution and Industry. Revolution is change that occurs very quickly, while industry is an effort to carry out production. So in conclusion, the Industrial Revolution is an event that happened very quickly in carrying out production activities which were carried out using technological tools and something produced had added value. The proliferation of online transportation partners is an example of the results of the industrial revolution. There are five important variables to consider when evaluating an ecommerce website: interface, navigation, content, reliability, and technical. An interface is a type of application that connects users and facilitates financial and business transactions for the general public. The user interface provides ease of use for its users. One user interface that is currently popular in Indonesia is Go-Jek, an e-commerce application that makes it easier for users to purchase goods or services, whether transported or not. This research will discuss the impact of Go-Jek according to judicial review.

The impact of drug use is extremely harmful in the long run. In this regard, this article aims to reflect more deeply on the real impacts of drug use in our society. Through a better understanding of this issue, it is hoped that a stronger collective consciousness can be formed to face this challenge in a more effective and holistic way. The method used in this research is qualitative. The result is that drug use is not only an individual problem, but also a complex social problem that requires a holistic approach from various parties, including the government, health institutions, education, and society as a whole. Prevention, education, and access to adequate rehabilitation and health care services are key to addressing the negative impacts of drug use.

Studi ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi dan penggunaan perbankan elektronik di Batam, Indonesia, mengingat lonjakan global dan regional dalam e-banking. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk melihat bagaimana kenyamanan, aksesibilitas, penghematan biaya, dan kualitas layanan mempengaruhi adopsi dan penggunaan berkelanjutan dari layanan ini, memberikan wawasan untuk membantu lembaga keuangan dan pembuat kebijakan merumuskan strategi yang lebih mempromosikan adopsi e-banking. Menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif, menampilkan enam variabel: kegunaan yang dirasakan, norma subjektif, kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan, niat untuk menggunakan, teknologi yang dirasakan, dan risiko yang dirasakan. Data, yang dikumpulkan dari 400 peserta melalui survei, menunjukkan bahwa variabel spesifik tidak terpengaruh oleh semua kecuali tiga persepsi kegunaan, teknologi, dan bahaya. Anehnya, ketika datang ke e-banking, norma subjektif memiliki dampak yang jauh lebih kuat pada konsumen daripada kenyamanan penggunaan pada keinginan mereka untuk menggunakan. Untuk penelitian ke depan, pandangan demografis yang lebih jelas dapat diperoleh dengan mempertimbangkan target responden dan memperluas cakupan di luar Kota Batam.

When science and technology develop, there are new methods for committing crimes. One of the criminal acts is online gambling. This can happen because current media and facilities make it easier for people to access gambling sites and applications. To eliminate this act, a provision is needed that strictly prohibits this act and determines the consequences for those who violate it. Online gambling violates Indonesian law and societal values. The aim of this research is to observe the negative impact of online gambling on the community in Rulung Sari Village, South Lampung Regency. The research methodology used includes surveys, interviews and data analysis to understand the social, economic and psychological impacts caused by online gambling practices. Research shows that online gambling has had a significant negative impact on the social structure of society, harming the local economic sector, and causing psychological problems among individuals and families. The implications of these findings underscore the urgency of the need for preventive and intervention measures to reduce the negative impacts of online gambling and protect the welfare of the Rulung Sari Village community as a whole.

Globalization has driven profound changes in educational curricula. A more inclusive and globally oriented approach is becoming a major trend. The Islamic education curriculum is not immune from these changes. There are efforts to integrate Islamic educational materials with a broader understanding of the world and global culture. In some cases, Islamic education curricula adopt a more progressive approach with a focus on critical thinking skills, foreign languages, and digital literacy. Globalization has introduced various new learning approaches and methods. Traditional Islamic education, which often consists of rote memorization and reproduction of sacred texts, faces pressure to adopt an approach more oriented towards understanding social and global contexts. Globalization has opened access to international educational resources through technology. This allows Islamic students and teachers to access new information and knowledge more easily, which can change the way Islamic education is taught and studied.

This research aims to analyze the content of the short story entitled "Amarah Virus Pada Negeriku" by Ike Loveni Nur Safitri based on the impact of the virus on city conditions from economic, population aspects in the form of migration and transportation. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a content analysis strategy method. This short story tells about the rapid increase in the Covid-19 virus and the policies implemented by the government to suppress its spread. From this, the impact on city conditions emerged, such as the economy in the city being disrupted, transportation within the city not running well, the migration process being disrupted, and the policies implemented apparently helping to reduce problems in the city, especially air pollution.

Technology that continues to develop becomes a medium of access to see the outside world. Young people as the backbone of the future began to follow the flow of the times and technology. The presence of a lot of content on social media makes young people start consuming foreign cultures, this cannot be separated from the influence of globalization, a reality that has real consequences on how people and institutions around the world run. They believe that local countries and cultures will be lost to global culture and economy. It is undeniable that the influence of globalization on cultural diffusion is increasingly visible with the development of information technology, so that cultural diffusion no longer has to go through migration but can take place through internet access that can be connected to the world.This research uses qualitative methods by looking for sources of information with a descriptive literature study approach. Social media has become the main channel that facilitates the transfer of Western values such as the concepts of individualism, consumerism, and views related to freedom of expression. Nowadays young people tend to forget local culture as an inherent identity and follow the flow of westernization which is considered more modern and more advanced than local culture which is considered traditional and ancient, this tendency is because young people follow more prestige in the development of the times without thinking about the consequences it causes.

The aim of the research is to explore the cultural, scientific and intellectual influence of Islam in Spain on European civilization. The research methodology involves historical and literary analysis to explore the contribution of Islam in shaping the intellectual foundations of Europe. Major findings include improvements in science, art, and wisdom that came from cultural contact between the Islamic world and Europe. The conclusion of the article summarizes that the Al-Andalus period had a significant impact in shaping a more modern European civilization. Islam's contribution to the European Renaissance provided an important impetus for the emergence of rational thought and scientific research. The implications of these findings pave the way for understanding the complex relationship between Islamic and European civilizations and their long-term impacts. The impact of social media on economic changes in society can be seen from various aspects. Social media has had a significant impact especially in consumer behavior, marketing and business interactions. Apart from that, social media also influences people's social and economic behavior patterns, such as adapting to new habits, communication patterns, and creating a digital entrepreneurial ecosystem. Social media also has positive impacts, such as making interaction easier, expanding reach, and obtaining information at lower costs. However, there are also negative impacts, such as decreased face-to-face interaction, potential for addiction, conflict, and privacy issues. The use of social media has also initiated changes in social and economic behavior, for example in the case of farmers switching to the agrotourism sector due to social media activities, as well as influencing the presence of agrotourism and collaboration with outside parties. Thus, it can be concluded that social media has a significant role in shaping social and economic change in society, both in positive and negative terms.
