Social media is a digital platform that facilitates online social activities for users, including communication, interaction, and content creation such as writing, videos, or photos. Information shared on social media can reach a wide audience and be accessed by users globally within a short period, typically within 24 hours. Popular examples of social media platforms include Instagram and TikTok. This research is grounded in New Media theory and Social Learning Theory. These theories align with the hypothesis of the study, particularly in understanding digital data controlled by software, such as social media platforms, and how exposure to social media content can influence behavior, as outlined in the Social Learning Theory. The study focuses on observing imitative behavior among students at Al-Irsyad High School in Tegal City. The research adopts a quantitative approach, specifically descriptive research. Through data analysis, the researchers were able to confirm the hypothesis using the Pearson Product Moment Test or correlation analysis. The findings indicate a positive correlation with a strong degree of association, supporting the hypothesis.

In today’s digital era, many schools face challenges in utilizing social media as an effective means for promotion and enhancing the image of the institution. Despite the enormous potential of social media, many educators and administrative staff are still lacking in skills in optimally managing this platform. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study was to improve the skills and understanding of participants regarding the use of social media as a strategic promotional tool for schools, as well as to encourage the adoption of more effective digital marketing practices. The method used in this study was a participatory approach through an interactive workshop. The workshop involved hands-on training sessions, group discussions, and social media content creation simulations, which were designed to provide practical experience and enhance participants’ understanding directly. Data were collected through observation, pre- and post-workshop questionnaires, and interviews with participants to measure changes in their skills and perceptions. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ technical skills in managing social media, as well as a positive change in their perspectives on the importance of social media as a promotional tool. Most participants reported that they felt more confident and ready to implement more structured and data-driven promotional strategies in their schools. These results indicate that the workshop successfully achieved its objectives and had a positive impact on participants’ ability to utilize social media effectively.

The study aimed to analyze the concept of a Limited Liability Company after the enactment of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, especially concerning the concept of capital association paradigm. This normative legal research uses a statutory, conceptual and comparative approach. The results shows that after the enactment of the Job Creation Law, there is a new form of legal entity, namely an Private Company which is specifically for MSE actors with the aim of facilitating business development for MSE actors by being able to form a legal entity with only one person as the founder/shareholder. This has indicated a change in the paradigm of Limited Liability Companies as a capital association. It is in the form of expansion of the concept of a Limited Liability Company where the establishment of a Private Company for MSEs was founded by 1 (one) person. This is nothing new considering Article 7 paragraph 5 and paragraph (7) of the Company Law that a company can be established only by one shareholder as in the establishment of BUMN and BUMD which is also regulated in the BUMN Law and PP. 45 of 2005 which allows the shares of Persero to be wholly owned by the state.

The purpose of this community service activity is to strengthen partnership-based village financial management in the Tomini Bay area. The problem that occurred in Huangobotu village, Kabila Bone sub-district, Bone Bolango district, Gorontalo province was that Huangobotu village did not yet have a village website to serve as a village profile, not just to introduce Huangobotu village to the public, but the expected goal was for Huangobotu village to become a fostered village that successfully published all activities related to the transparency of village financial management. The methods used in this study were 1) Coaching socializing material about the application to KKS  supporting students, 2) Providing training on making the Village Web to KKS supporting students, 3) Assistance in training village web creation to village apparatus 4) Official Village Web Publication to the people of Huangobutu village. The results of the KKS program have been running smoothly, this is evidenced by the success of the servants in implementing the knowledge obtained at tertiary institutions to village apparatus with the Huangobotu village website and village apparatus being able to make the village website on an ongoing basis as a means of information for the public and as a village profile. This study aims to clearly describe the regulation of regulations that examine changes in the Employment Copyright Act, the legal consequences that can be caused to companies if they do not provide severance pay at the time of Termination of Employment and Government Regulation no. 35 of 2021. This type of research uses a normative juridical research model. Based on the Employment Act, a person who has retired, his rights and severance pay must be paid in accordance with the mandate of Article 156 paragraph (1). The results of this study are 1). based on several legal provisions as mentioned above, we can conclude that the retirement age in 2022 is at the age of 58 (fifty eight) years, 2). the current regulation regarding layoffs does not have to go through the determination of the Industrial Relations Court (PHI), the Company only needs to inform the workers of the intent and reason for the layoffs. If the worker refuses to be laid off, the worker can propose bipartite negotiations to the company and if a meeting point does not occur, mediation can be carried out, up to a settlement at the PHI, 3). different arrangements between the Manpower Act and the Job Creation Act. Among them is the amount of entitlement to severance pay. In the Manpower Act, a person who retires gets a severance pay amount of 2x (twice) the provisions of Article 156. The case study in this paper examines the use of a tripod position and pursed lip breathing technique to increase oxygen saturation in shortness of breath patients. Patients with asthma, lung cancer, TB, and COPD constitute the study population. Four patients with asthma, lung cancer, tuberculosis, and COPD were sampled for the study.Results: After the nurse's intervention was carried out, which was related to airway management in the fourth patient, the overall evaluation results were obtained, then the intervention was continued in the patient's treatment room.Conclusion: Based on the description above, people with respiratory problems often experience decreased functional daily activities, decreased concentration, and mood swings. As a result, if the condition of shortness of breath is allowed to continue unnoticed it will reduce oxygen saturation which in turn can cause cyanosis in patients who experience recurrent infections.

This study discusses the business opportunities of the creative sector assessing the many needs of the community for invitation making services and accompanying equipment in a solemn event in the form of a wedding. This paper examines how human creativity is one of the causes of the creation of a business opportunity. In fact, creativity itself can create a business. In the face of a situation that requires humans to be able to meet their needs, human creativity by looking at the available business opportunities, in our discussion we see from business opportunities that creative idea services are needed to create a good impression through wedding invitations and bridal dowries in weddings. From the analysis described, this type of invitation and dowry service business will not be extinct by time, a promising type of business because every wedding requires invitations and dowries. This business requires promotion which can be done in several ways such as participating in Wedding exhibitions or utilising social media to increase revenue and to be better known by the public.

Writing skills are a skill on which the text is carried on. Writing also has the advantage of being an indirect means of communication but only one - way communication between the writer and his reader. The flap book's lift leads to a teaching based on the creation of interactive illustrated books, and it has pictures and texts in it by means of a paper technique that can close or can be referred to by a windowless book. The purpose of this study is to know the increasing skill of writing the story from the flap book of the class iii students in the teachers' swing. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using a type of experimental design quasi with a non-invasive control group design. The design has two randomly selected groups, each given the same treatment in pretests, treatment and posttests. The study subject is a class iii student of 52 children with details of 26 children as an experiment group and 26 children as a control group. The validity of the instrument using brivate Pearson. The data collection technique used is the tests and observations used to measure the students' storywriting skills. The normality and homogenity tests Shared colmogorov snov and the levene test for equality. Hypothetical testing USES the independent formula of t-test samples with help SPSS 15 for Windows with value value < 0.05. Hypothetical testing identified the value of sig. (2-tailed) by 0.004 < 0.05, the basis for decision-making in the independent test of t-tests can be concluded that there is a significant and correct difference between the experimental group and the control group. Experimental groups get a much higher value increase compared with the control group. The experimental group with a 10/15 27 pretest while its posttest scores rose to 14.08. The control group pretest scores 10.12 while its posttest scores are 12.23. This proves that the flap book's elevator teaching materials can provide an increased listening skill for class iii students. With the use of the flap book's lift, students are able to re-foster students' attention, interest, and creativity in learning, sharpening and getting used to storywriting skills.

This paper discusses the industrialization strategy with a focus on the pattern of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Industrialization has become one of the important efforts to drive a country's economic growth. In the Indonesian context, SMEs and SMEs have a significant role in economic development and job creation. This paper outlines existing patterns in the SMI and MSMEs industry in Indonesia, and describes strategies that can be used to encourage the industrialization of these sectors. In this analysis, several important factors will be discussed, including government policy support, infrastructure development, access to capital and technology, and capacity building and training.

The study aims to examine 1) The effect of Information asymmetry on earning management, 2) The Effect of bonus compensation on earning management, 3) The leverage effects on earning management of the manufacturing companies that were anlisted in BEI. The independent variables applied are information asymmetry, leverage and bonus. The methodology used multiple linear regression analysis and purposive sampling which comprising the whole number of 162 sample in 2008-2016. The research findings indicated that between the listed variables, information asymmetry and leverage hold positive impacts on profit management of long term discreationary accrual, but did not hold any on short term discretionary accrual. Meanwhile bonus hold positive impacts on profits management of short term discretionary accrual but did not hold any on long term discretionary accrual.

Micro, small and medium business (MSME) activities are one of the business fields that can develop and are consistent in the national economy. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are a good place for the creation of jobs planned by the government, private sector and Village, Galis District, Pamekasan Regency individual business actors. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) at Ponteh  expands fastly. A lot of business create larger job opportunity in order to reduce unemployment people. One of the idea on empowering UMKM in information technology era is by establishing central communication of UMKM based on Website. By making web marketing media, besides it provides information about UMKM development in Ponteh, it can be functioned to access for any information of production factors. In addition, it can communicate with another UMKM globally to extend the networks. But some employers are constrained by rising raw material prices, the limited of human resources, has a problem in the capital, lack of infrastructure and lack of access to product marketing.

This study aims to determine the challenges and opportunities of tourism in Singakawang, West Kalimantan. The method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative. Furthermore, the problem formulations used in this study include (i) How is the tourism sector in Singkawang; (ii) What are the advantages of the tourism sector in Singkawang; (iii) How to improve the tourism sector in Singkawang? Furthermore, the results of this study found that Singkawang has excellent tourism potential both from the aspect of tourist attractions, nature tourism, culinary tourism and besides that tourism in Singkawang must also be supported by various elements which include (i) Accommodation, (ii) Transportation, (iii) Transportation, (iv) Attractions and landmarks, (v) Tourist Information Centers, (vi) Restaurants and Eateries, (vii) Shopping Facilities, (viii) Recreation and Entertainment, (ix) Infrastructure for Safety and Security, (x) Universal Accessibility. Therefore, the implication of this research is to know the condition of tourism in Singkawang and the advantages of its tourism sector, as well as to know the supporting factors that can improve the tourism sector in Singkawang. In addition, the novelty of this research is related to the tourism sector in Singkawang whose information is still limited.    

The purpose of this study is to discuss how a servant leader is an honest, responsible leader and can delegate tasks to his subordinates. Higher education rectors in implementing servant leadership can also increase the satisfaction and performance of the lecturers they lead. Work discipline can encourage the creation of satisfaction and performance of lecturers in tertiary institutions. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the impact of work discipline, compensation, servant leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of lecturers at the Indonesian Muslim University. This study used a quantitative approach with a total of 52 respondents as research subjects. Methods of data processing using path analysis (path analysis) and descriptive statistical methods. From the results of the study it was concluded that servant leadership does not have an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, the greater the compensation, the greater the employee morale, work discipline has a positive effect on job satisfaction, servant leadership has a positive effect on lecturer performance, discipline work has a positive effect on lecturer performance, and job satisfaction has no effect on lecturer performance..    

Culture-based education has become a movement to raise public awareness to continue lifelong learning in overcoming all the changing and increasingly difficult challenges of life. In addition, education provides answers and solutions to the creation of culture based on the needs of the community in accordance with the values ​​and systems that apply in it. There are various cultures that can be used as educational media, one of which is a'rupama which is a character education medium for the younger generation, especially elementary school students in the Ammatoa customary area. The role of a'rupama as a medium for character education in the Ammatoa customary area which later became the background for this research. This study uses a mixed method research type, namely research that combines qualitative and quantitative research. This research was carried out in the Ammatoa customary area, the informants and samples in this study were the community and the younger generation, especially school students in the Ammatoa customary area. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, literature study and questionnaires with a total sample of 56 of the 131 population. The data were then analyzed using spiral analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that a'rupama actually has a role as a medium of character education for the younger generation in the Ammatoa customary area in educating the younger generation through instilling positive values ​​that are considered to be able to shape the character of the younger generation to become a much better generation. The values ​​contained in A'rutama's stories are responsibility, hard work, honesty, communicative, creative, caring for the environment, discipline and curiosity. The presence of a'rupama can be an answer to the increase in educational media that can be used as a medium for character education in elementary schools. In its development, a'rupama experienced a number of obstacles which were feared to threaten the existence of a'rutama. community, indigenous peoples only focus on improving the family economy, a'rupama is not yet part of character education in elementary schools and technological development factors.      

Problems related to labor or labor are problems that often occur in developing countries, one of which is Indonesia. Termination of Employment (PHK) is something that is feared by workers due to economic conditions which have an impact on companies that have to go out of business and this results in unilateral layoffs by the company. One of the implementing regulations for the Job Creation Law that has been issued is Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 concerning Work Agreements for Specific Periods, Outsourcing, Working Time, Work Relations and Rest Periods, and Termination of Employment (PHK). Article 15 states that employers are required to provide compensation money to workers or laborers whose employment relationship is based on a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT). Compensation money as referred to in Article 15 paragraph (1) PP Number 35 of 2021, is given to workers/laborers who have had continuous service for at least 1 (one) month. Compensation is everything that is received by workers, both physical and non-physical. The form of compensation given can be in the form of money or goods that are given directly or indirectly. Regulations regarding compensation are regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 concerning Work Agreements for Specific Periods, Outsourcing, Working Time and Break Time and Termination of Employment. The compensation given by Hotel X to Mrs. S is in accordance with Article 16 of Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 concerning Work Agreements for Specific Time, Outsourcing, Working Time and Break Time and Termination of Employment. Where Mrs. S demanded compensation from Hotel X with the calculation of the remaining salary withheld due to covid reasons, overtime pay, and leave money.

Green Economy is an economic approach that focuses on sustainable development and utilization of resources, by integrating economic, environmental, and social aspects by involving changes in mindset and lifestyle. With the expectation that people are expected to adopt sustainable behaviors and consumption such as reducing waste, supporting environmentally friendly products, and recycling. The main goals of a green economy are to reduce negative impacts on the environment, including reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, protection of biodiversity, conservation of water resources, and effective waste management.  Green economy not only focuses on environmental protection, but also involves social and economic aspects. This includes improving social welfare and improving quality of life through sustainable job creation, increased access to basic services, and community empowerment in decision-making that impacts the environment. There are several important aspects in realizing a green economy through policies and regulations to encourage the transition to a sustainable economy that considers environmental and social aspects that support the green economy in realizing the transition to a sustainable economy. The second is investment in renewable energy that uses energy such as solar power, wind power, hydroelectricity, biomass and geothermal energy. Archiving is a process or activity that starts from creation, receipt, collection, regulation, control, maintenance, care, and storage as well as evaluation according to a certain predetermined system. As time goes by and also the many activities that have been carried out at PT Pelindo IV (Persero) Balikpapan Branch, more and more archives have been created. The purpose of this study was to find out the causes of archive management and to find out the efforts made in overcoming obstacles to archive management in the HR and general division at PT Pelindo IV (Persero) Balikpapan Branch. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach in which data is collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results, several things can be improved for more efficiency and effectiveness in archiving 1) What can be improved is the system currently used. Pelindo IV (Persero) Balikpapan Branch, namely the system regarding this is quite good, it's just that in recovering it is still difficult to find because letters are in other classification sections such as payment archives in the information system classification. 2) Tools and equipment used in managing archives are wooden and glass cabinets. The arrangement is still disorganized because the order folders are just piled up. The archive storage space is too small so many archives accumulate and cannot be put in the cupboard. 3) There are still many archives whose duration of archive destruction is too long, considering the number of incoming documents or document production is quite high and quite a lot because archives that are old and no longer needed will be destroyed within a yearly period.

Analysis of employee payroll accounting information systems should be carried out effectively and required relevant information and a system, namely an accounting information system as a means of communication which can later be used for the needs of company management. Likewise things at PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan Bungo Jambi Regency where employee payroll accounting is very important. The purpose of this study was to determine the payroll accounting information system for employees at PT. Star Rubber, obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems and efforts to overcome obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems at PT. Star Rubber. This study used qualitative research methods. Data were obtained from subjects in the study including the Director, Expenditure Treasurer and employees regarding the payroll system of PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan and Employees of PT. Star Rubber.  The results showed that the Employee Payroll Accounting Information System at PT. Star Rubber has been designed to support the achievement of company goals and the creation of good internal control. In addition, the payroll and remuneration system is also designed to ensure that employees' salaries and wages are paid. While the related functions at PT. Star Rubber is a staffing function that is held by the personnel department, the function of recording employee attendance times is held by the timekeeper, the function of making payroll and wages is handled by the personnel section, the cashier function, and the function of paying salaries and wages is authorized by the personnel and cashier section.
