This article discusses the pivotal role of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Sharia in governing the Islamic banking sector, emphasizing ethical principles and Sharia values. The research employs a comprehensive evaluation using secondary data collection methods, specifically library research and internet searches. Data were extracted from journals and articles focusing on GCG. The assessment reveals that Islamic banks have generally implemented GCG principles such as accountability, transparency, fairness, and compliance with Sharia law effectively. However, the study identifies areas for improvement, particularly in comprehensive application of Sharia principles and more effective risk management. Instances of personal involvement within Islamic banking institutions underscore the need for enhanced adherence to these principles to uphold ethics and sustainability. Therefore, this article underscores the significance of a profound understanding and effective implementation of GCG Sharia principles within the operational framework of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

The research aims to detail the factors influencing the budget of construction projects and analyze their impact on national development. This study is expected to contribute valuable insights for government decision-makers, project planners, and relevant stakeholders. Consequently, collaborative efforts can be undertaken to enhance budget management efficiency, ensure the smooth progress of construction projects, and support sustainable growth and overall national development. The research employs a literature review methodology, involving activities related to data collection from existing literature, reading and note-taking, as well as organizing research materials. The findings highlight that, in nation-building, the size and complexity of construction projects play a crucial role in determining their impact on national development. Large-scale infrastructure projects have the potential to improve connectivity, provide better access to communities, and support economic growth. X is a Warehouse Distributor (WMS/Warehouse Management System) company that provides sales of warehouse services, this activity is very important to make the warehouse run smoothly and according to expectations. With the capabilities it has, for monthly reports the company has not been able to fulfill user requests. Therefore PT. X tries to fulfill user requests by using the ERP implementation concept. On business processes at PT. X is carried out using Odoo software. By using this Odoo implementation, all data from several different business modules can be integrated. The use of this method is required for the implementation of the Sales module. The purpose of this research is to find out sales reports that are carried out manually in the warehouse rental sales process so that they provide effective, efficient and optimal results in the warehouse rental process. The results of this research can be concluded that the Sales module for creating Outstanding Sales Orders with Odoo Software will make it easier for business process activities to be carried out effectively and efficiently.    

This article discusses the performance evaluation process at the LIA Cibinong Language Institute, which is a crucial step in measuring and assessing employee performance. This process is essential to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational operations, while providing feedback that supports overall performance improvement. LIA Cibinong, as an educational entity, considers performance evaluation management important in monitoring employee achievements. The evaluation process at LIA Cibinong consists of planning, implementation, assessment, and follow-up. The planning stage establishes the objectives of the performance evaluation in line with the objectives of the organization, with criteria that include quantity, quality, timeliness, and collaboration. Implementation involves collecting performance data through self-assessment, supervisors, and colleagues. The assessment stage uses techniques such as rating scales, comparisons, and free assessments, tailored to the evaluation criteria. Ultimately, the follow-up stage uses the assessment results as feedback, not just evaluation, but as a guide to improving employee performance. Careful implementation of performance evaluation by LIA Cibinong ensures that employees contribute optimally in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization. Until now, many warehouses in companies are still not neatly arranged, this is because the storage layout is not perfect, making it difficult for employees to reach the materials that will be taken for use in production activities. PT. XYZ is the largest shipbuilding company in Indonesia. PT XYZ also has several warehouses, one of which is Warehouse 03 electrical. This research aims to help optimize the efficiency level of Warehouse 03 Electrical PT. XYZ uses the 5S method and Pie Chart. The implementation of the 5S culture in Warehouse 03 electrical is implemented according to the applicable SOP, but the implementation is not yet optimal. Application of the 5S method in warehouse 03 electrical PT. XYZ It is felt that XYZ is not yet optimal because only 2S (Seiso and Seiketsu) is running optimally. while 3S (Seiri, Seiton, Shitsuke) has not run optimally. Therefore, this research was conducted to evaluate the application of the 5S method in the 03 electrical warehouse of PT. XYZ. The evaluation results using the 5S method and Pie Diagram aim to support and increase productivity in the Warehouse 03 electrical area as well as company performance    

Community Service activities are mandatory activities carried out by UIN North Sumatra students, especially at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. PMM-4 students carry out Community Service activities in Bandar Magodang Village, Bintang Bayu District. One of the series of activities planned by PMM-4 students is the Learning House which is attended by the children of Bandar Magodang Village. The existence of this learning house program aims to help the children of Bandar Magodang village in increasing their interest in reading and writing skills in the midst of the widespread use of gadgets. This program runs well, this service activity is carried out through 3 stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation.  The method used in the implementation of community service is a qualitative approach.  The research subjects of this study were Bandar Magodang village children who were actively learning when a learning house was held by PMM-4 students children are asked to read books and their questions are also asked to write questions and answer questions in their notebooks.  This learning house activity will be carried out on August 18-19, 2023 at 14.00 – 16.00 WIB in one of the yards of Bandar Bagodang Village residents, Bintang Bayu District.

Education plays a central role in nation-building, with Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Indonesia holding a crucial role in providing skilled workforce. This article analyzes the policy of the Center of Excellence Vocational High School Program (SMK PK) using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) approach and a qualitative research method through library research analysis. The evaluation is based on legal foundations, objectives, curriculum implementation, resources, learning processes, and the impact of the SMK PK program. Context analysis reveals a strong legal foundation, yet improvement is needed in socialization and training. Input evaluation appreciates an industry-aligned curriculum design, although challenges persist in human resources and infrastructure. The curriculum implementation process shows progress, but coordination and synchronization need enhancement. Overall, the SMK PK program has a positive impact, improving graduate quality and fostering synergy between SMK, industry, and government. Challenges such as assistance focus, job market mismatch, and a lack of productive subject teachers require further attention. In conclusion, a comprehensive evaluation of the SMK PK program provides a complex overview, highlighting the potential to enhance vocational education quality in Indonesia.

This research aims to evaluate the differences in the use of the English language in electronic and manual documentation in nursing practice. Documentation is a crucial element in patient care, and with technological advancements, many healthcare institutions are transitioning from manual records to electronic documentation systems. The focus of this study is to identify variations in clarity, accuracy, and efficiency of nurse communication using both documentation methods.The research methodology involves surveys and document analysis on a sample of nurses engaged in both types of documentation. Surveys will assess nurses' perceptions regarding the clarity of documented information, the accuracy of information, and the efficiency of usage. The analyzed documents will include patient records, care plans, and incident reports.The research outcomes are expected to provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each documentation method, aiding healthcare organizations in decision-making regarding the implementation or development of documentation systems. The practical implications of this research can enhance nurse communication effectiveness and the quality of patient care, especially in the continually evolving healthcare information technology era.    

Background: Tonsillectomy is defined as a surgical procedure to completely remove the tonsils, including their capsules by dissection of the peritonsillar space between the tonsil capsule and the muscular wall. Purpose: This scientific paper is to provide an overview of the Management of Cold Compresses on Pain Intensity in Nursing Care of Chronic Tonsillitis with Tonsillectomy. Methods: The design of this research is descriptive analytic with case study method. The non-pharmacological implementation of Post Tonsillectomy is the Administration of Cold Compresses to Pain Intensity carried out at Bhayangkara M.Hasan Hospital Palembang from 08 May 2023 to 10 May 2023 and 16 May 2023 to 19 May 2023. The subjects of this study were 2 post tonsillectomy patients. Results: After giving cold compresses for 3 days, both patients experienced a decrease in pain scale. Pain scale Mr 'T' before giving cold compresses pain scale 4 after giving cold compresses pain scale 0. Meanwhile, pain scale Nn 'S' before giving cold compresses pain scale 5 after giving cold compresses pain scale 1. Conclusion: After Cold Compress was given to Post Tonsillectomy patients for 3 days, both patients experienced a decrease in pain scale. The intervention was successful.  

This article aims to examine the role of regional government in implementing good governance from a legal perspective. The role of Regional Government in the Implementation of Good Governance from a Legal Perspective is a very relevant issue in the context of public administration and law in many countries. As society's demands for quality, transparent, accountable and fair public services become increasingly complex, the concept of good governance becomes very important. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is library study, which means reading and understanding the content of discussions and various types of culture from newspapers, tabloids, journals, physical books and ebooks. Good governance aspires to create a government with principles such as transparency (openness), accountability, participation, justice and independence, with the hope of achieving the greatest goals for the prosperity and progress of the people and the country.

This study aims to study the implementation of Posyandu activities in improving toddler health through activities. This type research is quantitative survey. They population is all of the people of RW 03 Cihaurgeulis who have toddlers with as many as 22 peoples, samples taken 100% of the population. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. Data collection tool uses questionnaire sheets. The data analysis technique uses the precentage formula. The result of the research show how the implementation of Posyandu activities in improving toddler health in RW 03 Cihaurgeulis kota Bandung through activities (a) weighing the implementation is always, (b) heighting the implementation is always, (c) progress monitoring the implementation is always, (d) administration of vitamin A is done always,  (e) immunization is done always, (f) monitoring the incidence of ISPA and diarrhea programs sometimes, also seen from (g) the healthof children (healthy children), there are not children experiencing health problems so that they are categorized as healthy children.

Work period is part of the workforce characteristic factors that make a person's behavior more familiar with the conditions of the workplace environment based on the length of work, if nurses are familiar with the environmental conditions of the workplace and the dangers of their work both for themselves and others, the workforce will comply with the safety of themselves and others, especially in preventing patient falls. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between nurses work period and compliance with the implementation of Standard Procedures Operational (SPO) fall risk in the inpatient room at TK II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital. The method used in this study is descriptive correlational with a cross sectional approach. The sample obtained was 33 subjes using total sampling technique. Data collection uses observation sheets. Data was analysist used the Chi Square test with a level of significance (α < 0.05). The results of  chi square test obtained a value of ρ = 0.203 ​​(ρ > 0.05). This means that there is no significant relationship between nurses work period and compliance with the implementation of Standard Procedures Operational (SPO) fall risk in the inpatient room at TK II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital. The conclusion from this study  there is no relationship between the nurses work period and compliance with the implementation of Standard Procedures Operational (SPO) fall risk in the inpatient room at TK II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital. Suggestions can be used as a source of information regarding the relationship between nurses work period and compliance with the implementation of Standard Procedures Operational (SPO) fall risk.

This research provides a theoretical examination of the implementation of the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) Information System to enhance the management of scholarly publications at the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Sebelas Maret University (UNS). SINTA, serving as a platform indexing and presenting information on scholarly publications, is the focal point of this study with the aim of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of scholarly publication management within the academic environment of LPPM UNS.The study commences by offering a theoretical overview of SINTA, encompassing its roles and primary functions in providing information on scholarly publications. Subsequently, the fundamental concepts of scholarly publication management are analyzed in detail, involving processes such as article submission, metadata management, and researcher performance monitoring at the institutional level.The significance of implementing SINTA in enhancing research visibility, real-time monitoring of researcher performance, and facilitating easy information access becomes a primary focus in identifying the benefits of this implementation. Additionally, case studies and examples of successful implementations at LPPM UNS will provide a concrete illustration of how SINTA can be effectively applied in the context of scholarly publication management.However, the study also includes an analysis of challenges and obstacles that may be encountered during the implementation process, including data security, accurate information availability, and integration with other existing information systems within the institution.Through this study, specific recommendations are expected to be generated for LPPM UNS to enhance the implementation of SINTA as a primary tool in scholarly publication management. The conclusions drawn from this study aim to provide deeper insights into the role of the Science and Technology Index Information System in improving the effectiveness and quality of scholarly publications at LPPM UNS.

In 2023, FKIP Universitas Khairun has successfully hosted the summit of the Forum Komunikasi (Forkom) FKIP Negeri se-Indonesia which was also enlivened by the implementation of 7 categories of student level competitions. One of the problems faced is the need for publication media and competition administration management. Community service activities were carried out to resolve these problems which included preliminary survey activities, designing a competition microsite that was integrated with Google Drive, mentoring and evaluation. Data on competition participants' responses was collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 30 competition participants. The questionnaire was distributed using Google Forms. The results of the service show that the use of a microsite integrated with Google Drive can provide easy access to competition information and can be used as a medium for documenting competition administration documents so that competition implementation becomes more effective and efficient. In general, competition participants gave very good responses to the implementation of the competition.

Implementing a business strategy will be beneficial if its implementation is in accordance with the company's goals, vision and mission. Implementation of business strategy aims to support the company's growth and long-term targets. PT. XYZ is one of the companies in the maritime sector that is currently experiencing quite good business growth, in an effort to achieve its goals. One method of analyzing company strategy is to use the SWOT matrix (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) and the SPACE Matrix, namely analyzing from an internal company perspective by reviewing the strengths and weaknesses that exist within the company and from an external company perspective by reviewing the company's internal aspects. opportunities and threats that exist outside the company which are then created a matrix to determine PT's position. XYZ. Based on the IFAS matrix, PT XYZ' position is in a relatively good position in facing its internal environment with a value of 2.80. Meanwhile, PT XYZ' EFAS position matrix is in a relatively good position in facing its external environment with a total value of 3.10. From the results of research on strategies to improve company performance at PT. XYZ was found to be in an Aggressive position..    

Machine downtime is a daily issue in the manufacturing industry. Handling downtime occurrences on machines is necessary to improve productivity and the quality of production outcomes. This becomes a benchmark for manufacturing companies to compete in the era of globalization. The DMAIC approach can be utilized to systematically analyze and resolve issues, including downtime problems. Research findings indicate that hot runner mold is a priority for improvement at PT XYZ. Through the Define, Measure, and Analyze stages of DMAIC, the main problems are clearly identified, their causes deeply analyzed, and effective solutions developed and tested. The implementation of these solutions through the Improve and Control stages successfully enhanced production efficiency, reduced downtime, and improved mold quality.

The background to this research is that there are still many schools that have implemented inclusive education, but still provide general treatment or services to inclusive students. The aim of this research is to determine the management of inclusive education for Children with Special Needs (ABK). This type of research is qualitative research. Data sources were obtained from the school principal and four class teachers. The data in this research was obtained through documentation, observation and interviews. The research design used uses an indigenous psychology approach, part of the scientific approach tradition, where an important aspect in this approach is the effort to find appropriate methods to uncover phenomena in an investigation. The research results show that teachers directly handle the implementation of education. The treatment provided is good, such as providing special response and attention to children with special needs.

This research aims to produce Android-based mobile learning learning media on sequence and arithmetic series material for class VIII SMPN 07 Putussibau. This research uses the ADDIE development design model, which consists of five main stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subjects in this research were class VIII students at SMP Negeri 07 Putussibau. The instruments used in this research were validation sheets, questionnaires and tests in the form of essay questions. The results of the research showed that the validity of the Android-based mobile learning learning media on arithmetic sequences and series material was categorized as very valid, the practicality of the Android-based mobile learning learning media on the arithmetic sequences and series material was categorized as very practical, and the Android-based mobile learning learning media on the sequence and series material. arithmetic is categorized as effective.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the implementation of structured and unstructured midterm exams (daily tests) in two different schools. The selection of the right evaluation method is a determining factor in assessing learning outcomes. The selection of the right evaluation method plays a crucial role in assessing learning outcomes. In the face of the complexity of unstructured evaluation, it is important to understand how educational institutions can develop and implement effective evaluation strategies. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study research type (Case Study) with a research focus in two different institutions. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that structured midterm exams and unstructured midterm exams have their own advantages and disadvantages. Structured midterm exams can provide more accurate and accountable test results. However, structured midterm exams can make it difficult for students to understand the material presented by the teacher. On the other hand, unstructured midterm exams can encourage students' enthusiasm and diligence. However, unstructured midterm exams can make students stressed and anxious because they do not know when the midterm exam will be held.

The Application of Justice Collaborator in the crime of premeditated murder is still considered unclear, this is based on the provisions in Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims, as well as SEMA Number 4 of 2011 which explains that a witness to a perpetrator who is a worker can appear in a confrontation at certain or special types of cases. These pros and cons reappear because a Justice Collaborator has the right to obtain leniency as a form of legal protection for perpetrator witnesses, even though the perpetrator is an important person in the case yet he is not an intellectual actor. Research shows several regulations governing Justice Collaborators, but they are not yet rigid and have finally expanded their meaning in their application. The provisions regarding the implementation of Justice Collaborator are considered to have an important existence in the criminal system.
