This research aims to explore the role of technology in developing the reading skills of class VIII students at SMPN 2 Bone. With rapid technological advances, education is experiencing a significant transformation, including in teaching and learning methods for reading. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to understand the impact of using technology such as educational software, e-books, and interactive reading applications on students' reading abilities. Data was collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis. The results showed that the use of technology significantly increased students' motivation and interest in reading, as well as improving their reading comprehension. Technology allows access to a variety of more interesting and interactive reading materials, which not only improve reading skills but also broaden students' horizons and knowledge. However, this research also found several challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure and the need for training for teachers to utilize technology effectively. In conclusion, technology has great potential in developing students' reading skills, as long as it is implemented with the right strategies and adequate support.

The implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Indonesia has encouraged various innovations in learning methods, including in the Fiqh subject at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level. The cooperative learning model is one approach that is considered effective in improving conceptual understanding, students' application skills, and supporting the strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile. This study aims to examine the implementation of the cooperative learning model in the Fiqh subject at MTs Al Jihadiyah, with a focus on challenges, supporting factors, and its impact on student learning outcomes. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of learning documents. Data were analyzed thematically with triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the findings. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the cooperative learning model is able to increase student active involvement and understanding of the Fiqh material. Some of the challenges faced include limited learning time and differences in student abilities. The supporting factors for the success of the implementation of this model include support from the school and training for teachers. Other positive impacts are seen in improving students' application skills in daily life and strengthening character according to the dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile, especially in the aspects of collaboration and critical thinking.

This study examines the impact of differentiated learning models in inclusive educational settings, focusing on their effect on student participation, motivation, and academic performance. Differentiated instruction (DI) adapts content, teaching methods, and assessments to meet the diverse learning styles, interests, and abilities of students. Using a mixed methods approach, the research combines quantitative and qualitative data to explore how DI influences engagement and academic outcomes in diverse classrooms. The findings show that DI significantly increased student participation, as lessons tailored to individual strengths encouraged more active involvement. Motivation also improved, with students displaying higher intrinsic motivation when engaging with relevant material at their own pace. Additionally, academic performance improved, especially for students who had struggled with traditional teaching methods. These results suggest that DI is an effective strategy for inclusive education, particularly for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The study emphasizes the importance of teacher training and ongoing professional development for successful DI implementation. The implications are significant for global educational settings, where classrooms are becoming more diverse. By adopting differentiated strategies, educators can create more equitable and inclusive learning experiences. Future research should explore the long-term effects of DI in various cultural and educational contexts.

The Title of This Devotion Counseling Guidance for Early Childhood Education. This devotion is done because the teacher education background in kindergarten Lakshmi 7 surakarta only vocational school that has never known what is guidance and counseling and also added with parents of student which relative high school education. So counseling and counselor training is very necessary to be implemented. This is because of the importance of counseling that should be implemented in Early Childhood Education (PAUD). The purpose of the devotion is to increase knowledge about the importance of bUD is the teacher and the parents of the students. Counseling and counselor training was held 6 meetings. Ie from April 15 to May 6, 2017 and held every weekend for 3 hours. For the first day of the counseling about the importance of guidance and counseling in early childhood as well as parents and teachers as PAUD counselors. Then carried out counselor training. Until finally the parents and teachers have the importance of counseling guidance for early childhood and how to become PAUD counselors. As a result parents and teachers can understand about the guidance of early childhood counseling and can become an early childhood counselor. So it can be concluded that this activity is very useful for teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7. Given the background of parents' education is relatively low education or only high school graduates and teachers in kindergarten Lakshmi 7 is only the background of SMK as well. This community service is Training on Quantum Learning Model for the teachers of Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta Elementary School. The main role of the principal is to plan, implement, assess, guide and train, research (school action research) but there are still many principals who have not implemented educational planning well. This research aims to determine the role of the principal in educational planning using analytical methods. Input Output and Implementation in the Development of Extracurricular Tahfidz at Hegarmanah Islamic Middle School. This research uses qualitative methods. Data will be collected through interviews, observation and documentation analysis. The results of the research show that the strategy carried out by the principal of Hegarmanah Islamic Middle School in implementing educational planning with input and output analysis is to improve the quality of Qur'an tahfidz teachers, students' academic and non-academic achievements. This is implemented by involving teachers in training activities and seminars on extracurricular methods of tahfidz Qur'an, carrying out extracurricular activities, special Muroja'ah and activities, holding Qur'an memorization tests. Meanwhile, improving infrastructure means planning the facilities needed to improve extracurricular tahfidz Qur'an, thereby producing output of students who are able to memorize up to 5 Juz of the Qur'an, as well as increasing students' religious understanding.

Implementation of the School Health Business Program (UKS), namely school-based health services which include preventiveefforts, early detection, and interventions forchildren’s physical social and mental health. The purpose implementing the school health business program is to improve the health of the school environment, improve a culture of healthy living behavior that contributes to the physical and psychological health status of students and teachers at Madrasah Aliyah KiayModjo Ikhwan. This activity targets 30 students and teachers in schools. Madrasah Aliyah Kiay  Modjo Ikhwan students were the targets of this activity. Activities carried out in the form of conselling, room arrangement, as well as health.

The study used a qualitative methodology and collected data from various sources by means of interviews, observations and analyzing related documents. The aim is to evaluate the institutions established by BAPQAH SIKA North Sumatra, namely education and training for Calligraphy, Hafiz-hafizhah and Qari-qariah. With this data collection method, it was found that routine education and training was carried out, except on Saturday nights, at no cost. However, educational management is not yet fully professional, especially in a curriculum that is not yet clearly structured. In the teaching and learning process, various methods such as demonstration, muthala'ah, qiraat, Wahdah for tahfiz, and assignments for Arabic calligraphy are applied. Despite facing limited financial resources which make it difficult to recruit professional teachers, education and training continues to run effectively. Students who excel in the MTQ event demonstrate the quality of education provided, even though most of the teachers are students who are experienced and have excelled in the same event.

Financial literacy has been proven to have a positive effect on increasing economic welfare. Apart from that, financial literacy is also needed to mitigate the risk of crime or fraud which often occurs in the world of financial investment. Considering the importance of financial literacy, service activities through the personal financial planning education program are held to create people who are aware of the importance of financial planning. The activity was held for the community of vocational school teachers in Malang Regency (MGMP Malang). The results of the activity showed good enthusiasm from the participants. Participants felt they had gained new knowledge in the world of finance and planning. Changes in behavior and views about finances were also visible from what participants said after the training program

The aim of this community service is to help students through elementary school physical education teachers to introduce traditional games and reduce children's habit of playing online games and help increase creativity by using materials available around them. This community service is carried out because of several problems such as (1) the lack of children who know traditional games so that their daily lives are filled with playing online games (2) social weaknesses that occur in the home environment, including playing on cellphones when spoken to, or being busy with gadget even though there is a friend beside him or he is sitting with family members. The implementation of this activity took place in the city of Jayapura. The stages of implementing this service activity are (1) problem identification (2) needs analysis; (3) designing coaching and mentoring; (4) carrying out mentoring; (5) monitoring and observing activity results; and (6) reporting and follow-up. The methods of community service are lectures, demonstrations and training. The results of this PKM which were carried out were seen from the questionnaires that were distributed, of the 20 participants who said they were good, 16 participants and 4 participants were very good.  

Anemia is one of the crucial problems that are often experienced by female athletes. The occurrence of anemia in athletes will cause the training process cannot run optimally so that the increase in ability at a higher level does not occur. The purpose of this community service was to increase the knowledge of athletes, teachers and coaches, especially female athletes by providing nutritional education about the prevention and management of anemia in SMANKOR Papua. Thus, the creation of the good physical condition of female athletes who are able to score achievements. This activity took the form of nutritional education conducted by giving materials, discussions, evaluations and mentoring. The activity began with a pre-test and was done post-test at the end of the activity. The event was conducted online attended by students, teachers and coaches of SMANKOR Papua. The results showed differences in knowledge of students, teachers and coaches about the prevention and management of anemia, before and after nutrition education and mentoring. Thus, it can be concluded that nutrition education and assistance regarding the prevention and management of anemia affect the knowledge of students, teachers and coaches at SMANKOR Papua

Character education has become an increasingly relevant and important issue in the 21st century. Social change, technology, and globalization have affected social values and fabrics, underscoring the urgency of character education to address increasingly complex challenges. This article outlines the complexity and importance of character education development in the context of current educational curricula. This article aims to analyze the role and importance of character education in facing the challenges of the 21st century. We discuss the social and technological changes affecting character education and explore the challenges and opportunities associated with integrating character education into the educational curriculum. This research uses in-depth literature review methods and analyses of the relevant scientific literature. We searched and analyzed a variety of studies related to character education, social change, technology, and globalization. Data and findings from these sources were used to support the arguments and analyses of this study. The results of this study reveal key findings that provide important insights into character education in the 21st century. First, character education plays an increasingly important role in shaping the quality of individuals in the 21st century. Character education not only improves moral values, but also shapes an individual's ability to think critically, make wise decisions, and contribute positively to an increasingly complex society. Furthermore, social, technological, and globalization changes have affected the order of individual values, posing challenges in integrating character education that reflects universal and local values. The main challenge in developing character education is to integrate the existing educational curriculum. This requires the development of new learning methods and adjustments to existing curriculum structures. In addition, the roles of teachers and educators in this process are very important, requiring adequate training and support.

The aim of the activity is to increase children's interest in learning, the department carries out actions with the help of educational toys (HPE) prepared by teachers in accordance with the basic needs of the subjects taught to children. and can be obtained easily using existing purchased item materials. used or other forms of creativity that can be designed, created, used and exploited, especially teachers who have the necessary skills to equip themselves through socialization, training and seminars to learn more and need new things in the form of knowledge and skills.

This community service aims to provide media training or mathematics-based teaching aids for Krueng Baung State Elementary School teachers located in Peunaron Lama Village, Peunaron District, Aceh. The methods we use are the question and answer method and the skills method. Socialization or meetings start and end on May 11 2020 at 08.00. This event is a social event and takes place in one session only. The problem that occurs in schools is that students are not very interested in learning mathematics because learning is considered very difficult. Having mathematics learning props will make it easier for students to understand mathematics, where students can find it easier to find multiplication results or the correct answer, it will also encourage them to be able to count and teachers will make it easier for them to convey the material without feeling difficult. The teaching aids used are easier and easier for students to understand, so students will feel that learning is easier and easier to understand because of the help of these learning media. By using this teaching aid, the principal agrees to explain this media because it is easy and appropriate for elementary school children to make it easier for them to do multiplication.

The aim of the research is to find out the problems faced by PAI teachers in implementing the independent curriculum, as well as to find out what solutions PAI teachers use to overcome the problems faced in learning Islamic Religious Education in the independent curriculum at vocational schools. Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya. To achieve the above objectives, a descriptive qualitative research approach was used with a case study type approach, based on the problem formulation, objectives and benefits of the research. The key instrument is the PAI teacher and the supporting informants are the school principal and head of curriculum at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. After that the data was analyzed by source triangulation, namely by comparing the results of the interview with the data obtained. The results of the research show that the problems experienced by PAI teachers are: (1) difficulty changing old habits and thought patterns because they are used to the 2013 Curriculum. (2) Lack of teacher readiness in differentiated learning is influenced by limited references. (3) there is no awareness of students to play an active and creative role. (4) limited learning support facilities. Solutions implemented by teachers include: attending workshops, seminars and training related to the Independent Curriculum, sharing experiences with other teachers, and providing motivation for students to be active and creative in learning.

A teacher's ability and knowledge have a big impact on students. So teachers also need various training to improve their ability to provide effective teaching. The aim of this training is to provide teachers with the opportunity to understand and master the use of Accurate in supporting accounting learning. So it can improve teachers' abilities in teaching the use of the Accurate application simultaneously with accounting learning. The methods used in this training are initial evaluation (pre-test), presentation of material, training in application use, and final evaluation (post-test). Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test training, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in the grades and average grades of the teachers. This shows that the training that has been carried out has been successful in increasing the knowledge and skills of teachers in understanding the use of features and tools in the Accurate application.

The quality of teaching is crucial for effective education and student achievement. This research investigates the impact of pedagogical competency training, teacher work groups, and work motivation on the teaching performance of elementary school teachers. Employing a quantitative approach, the study uses correlation research methods to analyze data collected through questionnaires and documentation. The analysis, conducted with SPSS, includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that while pedagogical competency training does not have a significant partial effect on teaching performance, work motivation significantly influences it. Moreover, the combined effect of pedagogical competency training, teacher work groups, and work motivation demonstrates a significant impact on teaching performance. This study contributes to the education field by highlighting the importance of teacher motivation and the synergistic effects of various professional development strategies on teaching performance.

This study explores the relationship between teachers' digital pedagogical competency and student learning outcomes in both rural and urban schools. A descriptive survey design, utilizing correlational and regression analyses, was employed to examine this relationship. Data were collected from teachers using a structured questionnaire assessing their digital competence, while student learning outcomes were measured through academic performance records. The results revealed significant differences between urban and rural schools in terms of teachers’ digital competence, with urban teachers demonstrating higher levels of digital skills. A positive correlation was found between teachers' digital competence and student learning outcomes, particularly in urban schools, where digital tools were more readily available. The regression analysis further confirmed that digital competence was a significant predictor of student achievement, with urban schools outperforming rural ones even after controlling for teacher experience. The study suggests that infrastructure availability, teacher training, and institutional support play crucial roles in enhancing digital competence, particularly in rural schools, where such resources are often limited. These findings underscore the need for policy reforms that ensure equitable access to digital tools and professional development opportunities for teachers across both rural and urban settings. Recommendations include targeted interventions for rural schools to bridge the digital divide and improve student learning outcomes through enhanced teacher digital competencies.

Classroom Action Research (CAR) training for teachers at the MGMP Citizenship Education in Jayapura City aims to improve teachers' professional competence in conducting research oriented towards improving the learning process. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the training show an increase in teachers' understanding of the concept of CAR and its application in learning. This finding makes a significant contribution to the development of education in Jayapura City.

In the field of education, scientific writing skills are very important for both teachers who want to deliver lectures and students who want to complete their final assignments better. According to the rules that bind a student, conducting research for him is a must. Because of its importance, scientific papers must be made as good as possible, especially in terms of citations and references. In addition, most scientific papers are the result of students' own thoughts in addition to some other people's works that can be consulted further to ensure the quality of the work. Many students still complete their final assignments to date without being able to cite sources properly and correctly; instead, they do it automatically. It is hoped that by participating in this community service program, students in particular will be able to take advantage of training using Mendeley software to further maximize the quality of scientific work when citing all of their own scientific work, including theses. The objectives of this activity are to: (1) increase understanding of how to use Mendeley software, a citation application; (2) increase awareness of the benefits of using Mendeley; and (3) increase insight and talent in using more inventive and informative applications. The results of this activity show how useful this training is for the participants.
