The optimization of ship crew changes and Maritime Employment Agreement (MEA) contracts implementation is a crucial challenge in the shipping industry. This abstract details a holistic approach to understanding the constraints, optimization strategies, and impacts associated with crew changes and MEA implementation. The literature review highlights constraints such as uncertainty in policy changes, bureaucratic obstacles, and resistance to change. To address these constraints, optimization strategies involve technology integration, risk management, enhanced communication, transparency in MEA, and investment in training and development. The positive impacts of optimization include improved operational efficiency, crew welfare, company reputation, onboard safety, and harmonious relationships. These strategies are expected to provide guidance for shipping companies to overcome challenges and improve the implementation of crew changes and MEA, creating a more efficient, stable, and sustainable shipping industry.

Aviation safety, especially on the air side, is very important, so there is a need for supervision so that it can be maximized in maintaining the smooth running of activities on the apron, this has been regulated in Circular Letter Number 23 of 2011 concerning Improving Operational Safety at the Apron. One of the activities at Apron is the activity carried out by the Apron Movement Control Unit, namely determining the stand packing for the aircraft parking lot. Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport has 3 parking stands that are used for non-commercial planes such as private planes, private jets, however, all of these three parking stands cannot be used. from the parking stand because the wings between the two aircraft were too close or the sizes of the parking stands between A1, A2, and A3 were different sizes and the three parking stands are still actively used today. This study aims to determine parking stand management applied at Labuan Bajo Airport and parking stand management for the safety of aircraft movements at Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport.This study used a qualitative method with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Sources of data in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted from May to June 2023 at Labuan Bajo Airport.The results of this study Labuan Bajo Airport have 7 parking stands, of which 2 parking stands are used for garbarata, and 5 parking stands are used for remote and parking stands for charters where not many charter planes enter Labuan Bajo Airport and to maintain flight safety in determine the parking stand The AMC Unit is working according to the SOP that has been set. When there are planes that will be landing at the same time, the AMC Unit will ask the ATC for an estimate of the aircraft, then the AMC Unit will determine the parking stand based on the type of aircraft that will be landing, for parking stands 5 and 6 can be used for Boeing and Airbus aircraft, parking stand 3 is used for ATR type aircraft, and parking stands 6 and 7 can be used for Boeing or Airbus type aircraft.

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of sharia operations in the hotel industry by using sharia operational management approach in the check-in and check-out process. Operational efficiency is a key factor in the success of a hospitality business, and with the Islamic operational management approach, aspects of sharia are also integrated into operational processes.The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis by collecting data from various sources, including literature studies, field observations, and interviews with hotel managers who apply Islamic operational principles. The collected data was analyzed using a qualitative approach to gain deep insight into the operational efficiency of Sharia. The results of the analysis show that the application of sharia operational management in the check-in and check-out process can improve operational efficiency in the hotel industry. Some of the measures taken include the use of technology to speed up the check-in process, staff training in terms of friendly and efficient service in accordance with sharia principles, and the implementation of policies that promote integrity and transparency.In conclusion, the Islamic operational management approach can provide great benefits for the hotel industry in achieving operational efficiency. By paying attention to sharia aspects in the check-in and check-out process, the hotel can meet the needs of guests who want services that are in accordance with sharia values. In addition, the use of technology and proper staff training also play an important role in improving overall operational efficiency.

Data services are a core business function of the agency, therefore it is very important for companies to give high priority to providing reliable data quality. By avoiding duplication, ensuring correctness, validity and ongoing accessibility, data governance is critical to obtaining high-quality data. Currently, financial institutions have not formally adopted an effective data governance policy. Therefore, a study was conducted to examine the relationship between data governance and data management and how this affects Bank Mandiri's performance. The research method used is qualitative and is based on an in-depth examination of the relevant literature, including books and journals. In addition to determining the influence of data governance on management practices and the overall performance of a bank, this study aims to gain insights into the relationships and dependencies between data governance and data management. The findings of this study indicate that despite having similar objectives, data management and data governance show interdependence and reciprocity in various aspects.

Outpatient services are an important part of health services provided by hospitals. However, some BPJS hospitals experience obstacles in providing efficient and quality outpatient services, such as long queues, long waiting times, and lack of a good management system. the application of Lean Management to the outpatient services of BPJS patients in hospitals can help hospitals improve operational performance, so as to increase public trust in BPJS Health. This study aims to analyze the application of Lean Management to the outpatient services of BPJS patients in hospitals. This research uses a literature study method or Systematic Literature Review using the Google Scholar search engine and journal databases, such as Researchgate. The results showed that most outpatient service activities for BPJS patients still have patient waiting times below the established service standards. In analyzing the flow that patients go through, each activity is identified into two groups, namely Value Added (VA) as an activity that is considered necessary and profitable and Non Value Added (NVA) as an activity that is considered unnecessary. Based on the percentage of waste in the form of the largest waiting time can be described, namely, 35.1% in the registration process, 30.2% in the poly examination process, and 20.7% in the process of receiving drugs in the pharmaceutical installation

This community service activity aims to increase understanding and ability in preparing accountable and transparent financial reports at SDN 1 Aji Jaya KNPI. Through this outreach, it is hoped that the school can manage school operational assistance funds more effectively and efficiently and can properly account for them to interested parties. In this activity, lecturers from the Mitra Indonesia University Faculty of Business Study Program provided practical guidance and training to teachers and school staff, including direct practice in preparing financial reports based on real cases in schools. Evaluation is carried out through an assessment of financial reports prepared by participants as well as feedback from participants regarding counseling materials and methods. The results include increased understanding of teachers and school staff regarding financial accountability and transparency, the realization of accountable and transparent financial reports at SDN Aji Jaya KNPI, as well as increased trust from parents and other parties in the management of school operational assistance funds. Through this effort, it is hoped that it can increase accountability and transparency in financial management at the school, as well as optimize the use of school operational assistance funds to improve the quality of education.

This study focuses on the management of gear pump maintenance on KM Kelimutu ship. Data collection methods are used to identify and investigate the causes of damage that occur in the gear pump. The required maintenance and repair actions are determined based on the analysis results. The process of managing maintenance involves several important steps. First, planning is carried out to determine the planned maintenance actions. Subsequently, organization is conducted by appointing responsible personnel and coordinating with relevant parties to minimize disruptions to the maintenance of equipment and other machinery on the ship. Furthermore, actuating involves efforts to ensure that all human resources work according to their tasks, functions, and competencies in order to achieve company goals. Finally, control is implemented through supervision of each job performed to identify and rectify any potential errors. The results of this study provide insights into the importance of gear pump maintenance and effective strategies in managing the maintenance process. By implementing the appropriate steps, it is expected to enhance the performance of the gear pump, extend its service life, and optimize operational efficiency in the industry.

The Textile sector is intimately associated with business continuity difficulties because of the impact of its operational activities. since a result, sustainability reports are crucial for textile companies since they provide a means of satisfying stakeholders' requirements and expectations. PT Sentra Textil, a gas company, hasn't released a stand-alone sustainability report or registered with Proper yet. Thus, the purpose of this research, as a single case study, is to examine PT Sentra Textil's stakeholder engagement design and identify relevant subjects that will serve as the foundation for the company's sustainability report. Data collection methods included documentary studies and interviews. More information about stakeholder involvement and its connection to important subjects is provided by this study. The study's findings are anticipated to help PT Sentra Textil management successfully manage stakeholder interaction, pinpoint the most crucial concerns, and create an independent sustainability report that satisfies the requirements and expectations of all PT Sentra Textil stakeholders. Because it hasn't been applied at every stage, the monitoring stage—one of the four stages of stakeholder engagement design—is still not carried out successfully. Aside from that, PT Sentra Textil has 14 material topics. Four of those themes are the most crucial since they affect PT Sentra Textil stakeholders the most.

Research recommendations that can be proposed to reduce waste including repairs layout, adding monitors on the service floor for matters of sending and receiving information, increasing the number of mechanics, making plans booking with different hours, making and applying the system tracking of the presence of the tool. This researcher aims to determine the effect of asset management on financial performance at PT. Astra International Tbk. The variables of this study are total asset turnover (X1), fixed asset turnover (X2), working capital turnover (X3), and operating profit (Y). This study uses a quantitative method in the form of financial reports from 2012 to 2021, the sample used is 40 and the source of data from this research is the quarterly financial reports of PT. Astra International Tbk. The data collection technique in this research is to use a documentation study. Data analysis techniques in this study used the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination test. Data processing in this study used the software program SPSS (Statistics Package for the Social Sciences) 25.0 for windows. By using a level of 5% or 0.05 with the results (1) partially the total activation turnover has a significant effect on operational profit with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. (2) partial activation turnover still has a significant effect on operating profit with a significance value of 0.004 <0.05, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. (3) partially working capital turnover affects operational profit with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. (4) simultaneously total asset turnover, fixed asset turnover, and working capital turnover have a significant effect on operating profit with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

This study uses a financial ratio approach to examine the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses financial data from businesses for two years between 2021 and 2022. Liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios are all included in the financial ratio method. This research aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. H.M Sampoerna Tbk based on financial ratio data from 2018 to 2022. The study adopts a quantitative approach using a descriptive study method by collecting and analyzing the company's financial data. Liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios are utilized to measure the financial performance of the company. The findings indicate that there are variations in the company's financial performance during the research period. Nonetheless, the company still records adequate net profit and returns. This study discusses the Analysis of Security Management Systems: K3 and Workload at PT XYZ. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of work risks that have occurred to those that have not occurred at PT XYZ. By knowing the level of risk, PT XYZ's management takes policies to avoid work risks that affect operational activities and company profits. The object of this research is all employees of PT XYZ. In carrying out security management in the form of risk analysis, researchers used a five (5) scale likelihood matrix table. Then the data from the assessment results were inputted into Microsoft Excel, so that researchers could find out the risk level of each activity at PT XYZ. The number of activities used in the assessment is twelve (12) activities or jobs, starting from employees entering the company area until employees leave or leave the company area. The results of this assessment are: 1) Occupational Safety and Health (K3) has an effect on the Security Management System at PT XYZ; 2) Workload affects the Security Management System at PT XYZ; and 3) K3 and Workload affect the Security Management System at PT XYZ simultaneously.
